I took new Aircel no. [protected] last month. On 5th September 2014, suddenly all incoming & outgoing calls were inactive on my no. On continuous tracking and call to customer care. It was resolved on 6th September and customer care representative said, there was some technical fault, so it happened . Again on 9/09/2014, same thing happened, incoming calls to my no. is barred. This time the customer care representative is saying that someone has requested t
o barred my aircel no. I don't understand, without any security check, how can they barred my no. This is really troubling me. Kindly look into the matter.
Aircel customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
I have been charged Rs. 30 and Rs. 5 (I think 3 days once) for video talkies and something called tinny tv. But i have not activated these unwanted stuffs. I called customer care and registered a complaint 4 or 5 days back. Yesterday i got a message as "problem resolved". There is no repayment happened.
And requested customer care executive to de-activating these feature before solving this issue to avoid further charges. They agreed and said de-activated. Today i got a message "Your video talkies at Rs 50 is auto renewed for 15 days."
Today i tried to reach customer care many times, its saying "all executive are busy call back later".
Really disappointed on this poor service from AIRCEL. Are you trying to earn money from this way. If it continues, surely no one will continue using AIRCEL.
