Aircel is simply duping customers by activating packs on their own. I have lost more than 22 Rs in last 6 days. On registering complaint with customer care they say that amount will be refunded in 48 hours which never happens. Their customer service is so pathetic. There is so much background noise that it takes 5 mins to understand what the person is saying! I am fed up with your service !! My no: [protected]

Hi,

I have been charged Rs. 30 and Rs. 5 (I think 3 days once) for video talkies and something called tinny tv. But i have not activated these unwanted stuffs. I called customer care and registered a complaint 4 or 5 days back. Yesterday i got a message as "problem resolved". There is no repayment happened.

And requested customer care executive to de-activating these feature before solving this issue to avoid further charges. They agreed and said de-activated. Today i got a message "Your video talkies at Rs 50 is auto renewed for 15 days."

Today i tried to reach customer care many times, its saying "all executive are busy call back later".

Really disappointed on this poor service from AIRCEL. Are you trying to earn money from this way. If it continues, surely no one will continue using AIRCEL.

Thanks for your quick response and registering new complaint for my issue. But its not working (I think eyewash).

AIRCEL not refunded any amount for my above problem and I got a message "video talkies service stopped".
But still I have been charged Rs. 30 on 11th September (I'm not sure what service they have activated and charged.).

Again Day before Yesterday (14th Sep) I have recharged Rs. 65. Yesterday(15th Sep) afternoon I came to know they have charged around 50 Rs for some reason. But I have not received any message for that (Great service example). I'm on emergency on that time. I called customer care and asked the reason. They said, "You have charged for some reason. But details not available. Please call after 48 hours. It could be because of internet usage". But still I have some MB internet balance (Attached screenshot). Really he don't know the reason.(What he can do. He was from some third party call center guy. Working for money in shifts.) ". Finally I borrowed a phone from unknown person and called. Its a most irritating situation.

Its my worst experience with AIRCEL. I'm using this connection for more than 7 years.
AIRCEL, If you want money you can beg from customers. But don't cheat.

I have not posted this for Resolution. Its my frustration. I will leave from this AIRCEL service with in couple of days. Anybody have the problem in network please don't fight with customer cares (they are also just a employees like us). Give a chance to other networks. I think they can understand the customers.

    Every Month your company has deduct rupees between 50/- to 100/- and if i call on the complain register no 198 they are saying you have download this or that, so its deducted. Now few days back some body was call me and told me to maintain Rs:- 98 in your account and you will get PI 98 for 21 day with 650mb free and will not charge for that but in a next day my account balance was deducted Rs:- 80(approx).     As per our system records, it has been found that you got charged 15/- for Animation, Techzone on dated- 06-Sep-2014 14:37:25, content download and 5/- charged due to download of VAS - Hungama on dated 07-Sep-2014 18:35:09.       Aircel without customer knowledge activating some services and charging for that. when we raised complaint to customer care they not giving proper reply. i never used such services in aircel. Requesting to authorized person need to take action against this issues. Proof Reply from Customer care. With reference to your trail mail, we would like to inform you that we have investigated your concern regarding VAS charges for the Mobile Number: [protected] and confirm that a VAS service “HUNGAMA” had been subscripted through WAP mode on 4/9/2014 at 22:22:39 and an amount of Rs.5/- was charged for the same as per the subscription. Also, we would like to inform you that VAS service “HUNGAMA” is a auto renewal service; hence the same was renewed from 5/9/2014 to 9/9/2014. Further to the same, the above mentioned service is an individual subscription initiated from your side; hence the charges incurred are authentic and stands payable.

        I took new Aircel no. [protected] last month. On 5th September 2014, suddenly all incoming & outgoing calls were inactive on my no. On continuous tracking and call to customer care. It was resolved on 6th September and customer care representative said, there was some technical fault, so it happened . Again on 9/09/2014, same thing happened, incoming calls to my no. is barred. This time the customer care representative is saying that someone has requested t o barred my aircel no. I don't understand, without any security check, how can they barred my no. This is really troubling me. Kindly look into the matter.

          Hi, I am Gopal and I was using Aircel Postpaid connection since June 2011 but the service and network connectivity was very poor and i raised complaints multiple time to the customer care of the Aircel but issue not resolved. After that i decided to port out the no in another operator but Aircel provided me handsome discounts on my Itemized bill and carried it for long time. But in Nov 2013 i got a bill of around 3200 without itemized bill and without giving any committed discounts. So i demanded it to the Aircel to send me the same multiple time and every time i got the information that this bill is with discounts but not get any itemized bill. And after some time Aircel send me the email to pay 2782 Rs. I tried to know the reason without any itemized bill why Aircel demanding firstly 3200 and secondly 2782 Rs. So please let me know how could i pay this amount without knowing any reason. So i decided to not pay a single penny to the Aircel without any details. Now i received a call on 5th Sep-14 at 12:02 pm from the mb. no.[protected] and person told me that I am Govind sharma calling from Patiyala House court new delhi and first of all he confirmed me my Passport no and said to me that we are going to block your passport and NVW has been issued against you due to forgery and fraud from Aircel and we are going to arrest you withing an hour. Please talk to lawyer Mr. Rajender Sabharwal who has been raised the case. I talked to him and he told me that we had send you three notices for hearing in the court but you have not appeared so we are applying contempt of court and according to 2000 Rs per hearing you have to pay 6000 for three hearing and 2782 of the Bill amount . Total pay 8782 Rs. If you will pay online then we can close the case. When i asked that i didn't received any notice please tell me who recieved the notices then he told me that we will tell you in the court. I ignored that call and didn't pay at that time. I received again a call on 9th sep-14 at 3:04 pm and said to me that i am SI Manoj Kumar ( Mb. No. [protected]) from Tis Hazari Court Delhi and he repeated the same things as previous and said please talk to Govt Lawyer Mr. Rajender Sabharwal ( Mb. No. [protected] ) who is registering your case. I disconnected the call and told to my father about this. My father talked to him and gave warning to do not call to Gopal again for any fraud thing. Manoj kumar again called me but i didn't received the call so he called me from another no.( Mb. No. [protected]) and we will spoil your life and nobody can save you neither your father nor any Lawyer or Judge in India, and we are sending police to your house to arrest you very soon, nobody have the power to stop me i can do anything. It is requested that please help to resolve this Harassment calls from these types of people on daily basis. Please take any serious action against them before any misshappening.

          I request you to please take necessary actions against these types of Frauds or money recovery agents on urgent basis and if possible please show in the public also to make aware from these things.
          Same thing mere sath b ho rhi hai mujhe kya krna chiye or aapne kya kiya mr. Gopal?
          Even I have received that type of calls today. Even when I have paid the whole bill and also have the NOC with me
          These people doing the same thing with me pl stop them ...
          Aircel recovery agent are .they dont know how to talk.Aircel never sees there own mistake.Bas muft ke paise dethey jao en companiyo ko...

            Hello Sir, Further to my complaints dated 21 Aug 2014 and 23 Aug 2014. Last 2 days am not getting proper response from Aircel customer care no.198 Aircel has again and again unnecessarily and arbitrarily charged for Rs.25 so many times during last 10 day. Whereas no VAS is activated on my no. as per Aircel Message When I was using Mobile browsing the amount automatically reduced from my main balance without prior information. Already I have raised complaint about this but still its not resolved. So far I lost for more than Rs. 150 for the same issue.I need my money back or am going to complaint in consumer forum and change my network as soon as possible. Regards, Munesh Kumar [protected]

                Recently I have lost my cell phone so i needed a new sim card as have same mobile No. [protected]. So i have purchased a new sim card from local aircel retailer on dated 08.09.2014 and as per discussed with retailer new sim card will be activated in evening as same day but still new sim card is not be activated.                   i recharged rs 26 std rate cutter from a retailer on my number [protected] on monday 8 sept 2014 morning . i received the message that the recharge was successful and also got the message that my tariff would be 25p/m for local and std aircel and 35p/m for other networks. But when i called someone i was still getting billed at 1.2p/s. so i called customer care. a guy there told me to wait for 2 hrs. but even after 2 hours the service was not activated. i again called the customer care and then again they told me that it will be activated soon.i recharged at 10 am in the morning and it was still not activated till 6pm . so i called the customer care again and this time they told me that they had changed the offer. now this is ridiculous from aircel. now the customer care guy told me that i would receive 100 mb internet pack for 28 days(ridiculous). and then he did the ultimate thing . he activated a 50mb 3g pack from my own balance. Now this is unbearable. Aircel is going into a rot. Now i understand why these companies cant compete with the likes of airtel and vodafone. Very poor service and a worst customer care service. want my money back or the recharge done else i have the resources to sue the company for faulty services and misleading customer care. i have all the recharge messages and my tariff is still not activated. i hope aircel representatitves are reading this

                    Hello, I am Gopal Ray. My No is +91 [protected] Almost every week Rs. 5 Deducted from my account, and after that I got a sms: "Thank You For Using Aircel Service" When I call customer care they told me that the money has been deducted from Internet, When you surfing internet you clicked some paid link"...BUT I NEVER USE INTERNET IN MY PHONE. They also told me that money can be deducted for replying OK in return of some flash sms...BUT I NEVER DONE SOME THING LIKE THAT. THIS IS CONTINOUSLY HAPPENING FOR LAST FEW MONTHS. PLEASE HELP ME.I STOPPED RECHARGING MY ACCOUNT.please please help me.

                            Sir/Madam, I am Shadaur Rahman from Pune Maharashtra. 1.5 year back I started to use AIRCEL. I fed up with unwanted main balance deduction on my aircel number. My number is +91-[protected]. Last 6 days continuously 3rs per day is deducting from my main balance. I approached to AIRCEL CUSTOMER CARE SERVICE and they told that VAS service is activated and they promised to deactivate those services and will refund my money back but this didn’t happen. Even though I checked these service by dialing 155223 and got to know that no service is activated (Also I didn’t activate any service). Customer care service in even not picking my call (as i called them 2-3 times for the same issue and it seems they have barred my call to their customer care). Therefore, humble request to stop deducting my main balance and please refund my balance. So that i can proudly say that i am using AIRCEL without any issue. Shadaur Rahman +91-[protected]

                            Yesterday approximately 15 rupees was deducted from my main balance.I phoned on 198 college my complain but I was told that they did not have the call details.Moreover they said that the details would be available after four(4) hrs of calls.when I called after 4 hrs they said server was down and when I called on 198 in the morning today the said I was not audible due to network problem, after which I kept on trying but it's engaged as if deliberately done by them not to attend my call.During making calls I got an SMS of deduction of Rs 32 for the service which I did not activate. It is disappointing to see the negligence of a subscriber who has been associated with the company for more than three years.Kindly look in to it and refund my balance.My mob no is-- [protected] and my name is Ratnesh Kumar Singh.

                              This is prudwi raj and am using Aircel Service with [protected], which is so horrible in Network and solving the customer querries, ., my problem was on 3rd sept i received a message from the service provider saying that Recharge with Rc 100 =100TT and 1p/2sec for 60 days, i recharged on the very next day with 100 and i didn't get that offer and my tariff plan has been changed as 2p/sec..i called customer care regarding this problem and they did not even respond clearly moreover they told me that there is no such kind of offer..From the very next day they blocked my number for customer care services, and i received a message from the care saying your querry was resolved and that offer was valid[protected].my humble request for Aircel, is do not send such kind of messages to the customers and don't cheat them.

                                  I have recharged with rs.195 pocket internet on 4th sep 2014 after recharging i could not able to connect "facebook and whatsapp", i can able to get access of all sites except facebook (in browser too), when i tried calling 198 there is no proper response, after i make couple of calls to 198 thereafter i could not able to reach 198 till now, (5th and 6th Sep 2014) I was completely frustrated with the service (poor service from Aircel ), please try to resolve the query as soon as possible, if it gets delay i thought of switching to some other networks via MNP.

                                        i am using [protected] aircel no since last year. I always use internet pack of rs 199 for downloading free games and as i required apps. Yesterday 4 sep 14 i downlaod " EGG AND OMELETTE" game from play store which is compleatly free. but my 49 rs deduct from my ac. i asked to customer care first. she replied "AAP HI SOCHIYE KYUN KATA PAISA, " I said it never happened that i download free game from play store & charged? i request to tranfer my call to seniors, but after 13.46 min there is no response. how much time u took to transfer a call to seniors. at last i end up my call and again connect to cust care. she talked as if she were talking to formaly. there is no mention that whats her name, from where she talks, as in another cust care talks. They need proper training to how to talk to a customers. At last i wud say that why my 49 rs deducted if that game is free in play store. i send u ref no- 1-[protected]. for any claruification you are free to call on my another no [protected] kindly take it seriously. sushant
