sir my number is [protected] on 17 Th august my balance got deducted amount 243 rupees and also 251 3G lan also got deducted why its happen i don't know i am not using anything in this number i called so-many times to customer care but first three days they told me sir there is a application problem it will fix next 48 hours . but it not happened again i called the told me sir today end of the you will get that balance till they told like that i dont know this company is working proper or blime people every time customer care executives tell false news please refund my amount i am getting irritated about this aircel mobile network service's

    I am Ramesh My Aircel no:[protected] .I have recharged with 1477(5GBx3months)Plan on 20-Aug-2014 but i did not get any Data, Inspite of calling several time to Aircel customer care they registered a complaint but no action on it till now which is very dissapointing .I am ver much unhappy with service provided by Aircel.Please resolve my issue at the earliest.

      I am postpaid user. I always receive a bill amount in between 600-800. This month I have received a bill of 27000 Rs. I have been trying to reach the Customer support for last 3-4 days. They are not helping me out and they are saying I will have to pay, they charged me for 3g usage, however I had a plan of 499 activated in my account. I dont know what to do. Please advise, do I need to approach any media or police? I have never gone through this kind of situation before. I

        Sir, I am residing at Crawford, an urban ward in Trichirapalli corporation. I bought a new sim for an urgent need to fulfil the communication gap between by daughter and wife. I become tired to get connection. I contacted the customer care officer through the no [protected]. But, they have not given me solution to my complaint, Whereas they asked me to contact the retailer/dealer. It is quite surprise for me, that your company professionals not in position to set right the complaint by them. They again direct me to go to the retailer/dealer. In my concern, it is not a correct solution. Because, I got tired in approaching the retailer or dealer. I find you the last hope to set right my problem. I would be much helpful if you could arrange to activate the sim no. [protected] before 10.00 am tomorrow morning ie..[protected]. Thanking you, yours sincerely, Francis.

              Hi Aircel Team, As i have two aircel numbers given below.1) [protected] (Postpaid Jodi plan 111)2) [protected] (Postpaid Jodi plan 250)Now, i needs to migrate [protected] from postpaid to prepaid.But when i have discuss in your customer care your executive says you don't have any process by which you can migrate my number from postpaid to prepaid, What is this ?Please let me know exact process how i can migrate my number to prepaid, I will pay my july and august bill only after august i will never pay a single coin as postpaid rental.Look into the matter seriously, we have still 10 days remaining in august. let me know how much amount i have to pay, I will pay instantly.If due to any reason my number not migrated to prepaid then i am not eligible to pay any amount after august because i am ready for all terms and conditions from you. just let me know whatever required from my side i will do it right now.RegardsJitender Raghav

                Respected Sir, Shree Developers, a real estate company located in 136 Gurudwara Road Naka Hindola has been using 10 CUG Aircel SIMS for their official work since 7months. We faced numerous network problems and other related things which were causing inconvenience in our smooth functioning of official works due to which we took the decision of porting our CUG numbers to Vodafone in starting month of August. After we informed Aircel company about our portability option, they twice stopped our services which made the situation more complicated for us. Once we complained they started our service. On 14 August, 2014, we cleared rest of our amount as Rs 1907 including extra charges as 500 Rs. instantly so that we could easily get our portability service. The Aircel payment collector informed us that we can enjoy the Aircel calling services until our vodafone portability gets converted. The situation is at critical stage as the Aircel company has again stopped our services as on 20 August, 2014 due to which we are facing loss at much higher pace which is also restricting our Vodafone portability. Various replies we received against Aircel complaint from Aircel Main Office, Ratan Square Lucknow Mr. Vivek, Aircel Company Executive ([protected]) replied to our complaints as TRAI has stopped our calling services. Again he said All our Aircel bill payments are made on time including extra charges, but they said Bill has not been paid yet. so why my number was activate to my company when the trai guidelines is there not to use numbers for telecalling..from 7 months we are using numbers and till now we paid approx[protected]rs .i want my this whole money back.. mainly the reason to barred our 10 numbers is that we are prting to vodafone and as he know he barred our numbers.. i am asking send me the mail which trai sends u he is not sending any mail i want that my all 10 cug numbers must be unbarred and i want to port to vodafone Kindly take action against Aircel as soon as possible because we have complaint after giving them continuos warning. cug numbers are [protected] to [protected] Thanking you Shree Developers.                   I cancelled my data card connection number [protected], Account number 1-[protected]. I asked Aircel customer care over phone to terminate this connection in beginning of 2013, they missed it. Without my knowledge bill amount got accumulated. I agreed to pay the pending amount and paid the due on 13th May 2013, attached the receipt. I also got connection deactivation and final settlement confirmation from Hemalatha Rajan(Aircel manager). Her email ID is hemalatha.[protected]@aricel.co.in. Again I started getting call from Aircel to pay June and July month bill. I visited Aircel OMR store with deactivation letter on 23rd Aug 2014, met Aircel OMR store manager. He accepted my letter and confirmed my number deactivation over email. Last 2 months I am getting calls and SMSs from chennaitelelinks(I think 3rd party collection agent) to pay the due amount of 1129/- Rs. They are threatening me to avoid legal action though I repeatedly explained the whole story and sent the deactivation confirmation mail. Today I got SMS from LM-AIRCEL saying “Default of payment will be spoil your CIBIL credit score & Rating Aircel A/C no: 1-[protected]” It’s my bad that I chosed to take Aircel connection. It’s painful and your company putting unnecessary metal pressure to your own customer who want to be genuine.

                      Im using aircel number [protected]...i received a msg frm company on 9th august showing'' recharge with 10/20/30 rs and get double talk time and half rate calling...i received this msg continously for four days...i recharged with 30rs on 9th august...on monday called customer care twice..they said ur balance added with in 4 hrs...till today no balance added..im not stasified with ur service..mainly customer care service...

                        This is regarding the poor and faulty service and absolutely zero customer support they provide at Aircel. I had recharged for 80 Rupees talktime and 98 Rupees Pocket Internet pack ( validity 21 days) on 16th August. Even though I made very few calls all my balance was eaten up and I was left with zero rupees in my mobile. To top it, my 2G service stopped working completely inspite of having recharged just two days before. I again recharged for Rupees 80 in the afternoon on 18th August and I found that my balance had evaporated again like before. I tried calling up the customer service at 121 about 10 times but my call was never diverted to the customer service executive. My call would get disconnected automatically after the round of automated introduction announcement of offers and services. This has led me to consider getting my number ported to some other network as I cannot make any calls on my mobile nor can I access the internet.This has created a lot of stress to me and wasted my hard earned money. Please help me out here.

                          I was taken this number sim for the year of 2012. Due to my mobile phone missing i lost my sim card. As per company requirement i was submitted the police FIR, my central government ID card & Voter I Card last month. But still my number not activated yet time. I am approaching higher authority dharamshala (HP) they assure me tomorrow will definitely activated but still not activate. I request you please short out this matter as soon as possible otherwise i will go to consumer court.

                            I, Selim Yusuf Rahaman, am a customer of Aircel (West Bengal Circle) provider. My aircel no- [protected]. From that no Rs 25.50/- debited on 16th August, 2014 without any reason. Immediately I cal customer care, I got response that their system upgradation was running & to contact after 24 hrs. Next day (17th August, 2014) afternoon again I call Customer Care & speak with customer executive Laboni Chatterjee, she told that your debited full balance will be refund within 48 hrs. But till now I do not get that. Now I call Customer Care, but could not connect with customer executive.

                                On August 12 I received a push message stating that Thanks for downloading Vibrant Diva. You are billed for Rs 50.0 and a link. Customer support says that I downloaded a game from Aircel and I have been charged for that. But the fact is I did not click on any game download and infact nothing from Aircel was downloaded from my mobile. I rasied a complaint against this fraudulent behaviour, they promised to get this resolved on or before August 14th. But I did not get any response so I mailed them again, to my surprise I got mail from Aircel stating that I have downloaded the game and hence the refund is not applicable. This is outrageous, they simply charge money without customers consent.

                                  Initially I got 1 MB 3G balance and 48 Rs main account Balance. I recharged for 204 Rupees in aircel online website which benefits 104 Rs talk time and 1 GB 3G data. I got SMS immediately that recharge is successful. After few minutes, they reduced whole balance in my main account instead of deducting the 3G data. There is no proper response from customer care. When I contacted customer care they said that, if i do not disconnect the Internet, then they will reduce from main account balance. There is no proper term and conditions regarding this balance deduction. This is not fair. TRAI should take action and bring strict rule regarding 3G data . I feel very frustrated because of this . Please help me to get justice.

                                    my mobile no is -[protected], already i will complaint in 35 to call for my details will be explain. my account rupees in recharge for 110 and browsing for 2g data 28days 1gb, but i will use browsing my main account balance will be reduced in 0 rupees balance so please refund for my amount in main account. my reference number 1-[protected]

                                      i want to port my aircel number to reliance and am unable to get my upc code because of message not send failed error . i send PORT [protected] and error ouccurs that message not sent and on any other numbers am able to send messages so plzz hlp me expecting a posivite response from aircel

                                        I just recharged yesterday with Rs 30 and spoke to few and I still had 20+ rs left as my phone balance. I check my balance later in the evening, and my balance is 0. Not even a message or a notification was given to me about why I was charged. My Internet pack is still active with a different recharge plan and so I'm sure that I was not charged for that and apart from that, I never use any other service of these robbers. This happened to me before 2-3 months once, I did recharge and called customer support and it was one horrible way they respond. But the guy confirmed that no services were activated and I was charged for no reason and so I will get my money back. I haven't got it till date and I forgot that too. But again, getting charged for nothing !!! Even there is no way for me to get in touch with the customer support until I recharge again to get more info on why I was being charged. M planning to port my sim to some other company like Airtel or Vodafone. I hope someone else will read this complaint and stop using Aircel.
