Not adding balance

Im using aircel number [protected]...i received a msg frm company on 9th august showing'' recharge with 10/20/30 rs and get double talk time and half rate calling...i received this msg continously for four days...i recharged with 30rs on 9th august...on monday called customer care twice..they said ur balance added with in 4 hrs...till today no balance added..im not stasified with ur service..mainly customer care service......
