Sir,
I am residing at Crawford, an urban ward in Trichirapalli corporation. I bought a new sim for an urgent need to fulfil the communication gap between by daughter and wife. I become tired to get connection. I contacted the customer care officer through the no [protected]. But, they have not given me solution to my complaint, Whereas they asked me to contact the retailer/dealer.
It is quite surprise for me, that your company professionals not in position to set right the complaint by them. They again direct me to go to the retailer/dealer. In my concern, it is not a correct solution. Because, I got tired in approaching the retailer or dealer.
I find you the last hope to set right my problem. I would be much helpful if you could arrange to activate the sim no. [protected] before 10.00 am tomorrow morning ie..[protected].
