Dear Sir, I am using aircel prepaid services via [protected]. on 13.08.2014 INR 80 has been debited from my account. While I make inquire to customer care I am not getting any response from your side. While I make several call to customer than they say that they are connected to senior person as they have no information and put my call on hold for 20 minutes (you can check my call detail) after that no one talk and my call got disconnected. I am continue calling to customer care but the attitude of the extrusive is very poor. You can check call detail / recording at your end You are requested to please do needful and refund my balance.     Balance is being deducted from my aircel number (+91-[protected]) on around 1 month interval. Including today[protected] it's more than ten times the same thing happened and one SMS comes after every deduction saying "Thanks for using Aircel service". When I called customer care and they said some content from "hungama service" is downloaded on my phone & that's why Rs. 5 is deducted. But I was not using hungama service so how can something be downloaded on my phone? I have complaint on aircel web site. & recive service request number 1 -[protected] has been registered with aircel. it will be processed by 14/08/2014. but no any response.

      Balance is being deducted from my aircel number (+91-[protected]) on around 1 month interval.       The same thing happened about 10 times. Please resolve this so that it does not happen in future.
      The same thing happened 3 times more on 29/8/14, 3/9/14, 10/9/14 and deducted Rs 5 everytime.
      Aircel is turning out to be number 1 fraud company as the same problem is occuring with many people inspite of so many complaints registered at customer care.
      So they are no more customer care as they don't care about the customers & busy in stealing money in filthy excuces.
      If this thing happens next time then I along with my friends who are facing the same problem, will port our SIMs to some other operator.
      Thanks for providing the worst ever service in the world.

        aircel [protected] recharge rs 95. txn. no RJR[protected] (16 aug 2014 10.15am.). maine 95 ka online recharge kiya tha jisse mujhe milne the 95 sms, 95mb net and 95rs balance. but mujhe balance 81.55rs, and 95 sms, 95mb net mila. maine 198 pe call kiya 1st time reponse: sir 95 me only 81.55 ka hi balance milta h. 2nd time : senior customer support executive: sir hum aap ki koi help nahi kar sakte. now this is at 2nd time if my problem is not resolved then i will go to consumer court.
        Aircel customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
        I RECEIVED A CALL FROM AIRCEL [protected]. THE NUMBER WAS TOTALLY FRAUD. CALLER WAS ASKING MY DEBIT CARD DETAILS.

        I THINK THIS SITE IS NOT FOR YOUR HELP.

          This is Dr Rajavel, i have a additional no [protected],
          i have been calling the coustomer care for change of my plan base plan and for 3g data transfer and the crap of a company is so unfuntional that even the cc people dont know where to direct me and they are telling call 121 and one more gal sunantha told call 1299 and nothing so far worked
          this had been happening for the past 2 months.
          its a total crap happening.

          pls do something for this.

            Aircel deducted balance from my [protected] for activation of dialer tune, which I never chose. They are trying to cheat people. Thereafter they say it happened accidentally but will not refund balance but will deposit money in bank, for which they are asking thousand questions and passwords, trying to frustrate consumer. This is intolerable.

              My Mobile No is [protected], I received a message that amount of Rs 99 will be deducted for Data club for Rs 99 for 30 days. Immediately Contacted customer care they assure me that amount wont be deducted. But on the same day recharged for Rs 150, Received a message that Rs 99 is deducted on 13.8.2014. Again contacted customer care for deactivation but no response. So I request you to deactivate the club services and refund the amount of Rs 99.                 When I called back on the said number there was a lady speaking in hindi I guess a pre recorded message was being played after ending the call I was charged hefty sum for making the call. I request the authorities to look into the matter as soon as possible.

                  aircel I am fed up with AIRCEL company and his employees (customer care ). Many time my balance deduct wrong method . They never return balance. When I try talk him they says I cant help you com my system is busy. When they talk her behave is very rudely and very noise full like this they are purchasing vegetable in the market. MY AIRCEL NO.                   My Aircel No is [protected] of Kolkata Circle. Today I recharged with Rs.300.00 and got talk time of Rs.330.00 at about 11.00 A.M. At about 11.43 A.M. Against my call the call charge was Rs.2.57p (aprox.) And the balance was shown as Rs. 324.36 (aprox.). This way, in five ocassions against call cost of Rs1 and +paises my balances got reduced by Rs. 3/4/5 and + paises and against 5 calls my balance went dow to Rs. 312.94.

                  Please clarify me of these irregular charges and improper reduction of balance also arrange to reinstate the amount, illegimately deducted from my account.

                    Three days back I have recharged 148 RS for the Internet online but the Internet didn't get active. But the amount was debited from my card...I called three CC guys but they are very dumb to even understand, and a guy told me that the Internet will be activated in next one hour but it didn't. They were trying to escape somehow and to disconnect the call, but didn't even try to help.. I have lost around 100 RS by browsing Internet thinking that my net pack is active that day. Is there anyone from Aircel who could help. This is [censored]ing irritating, even after paying if we wont get something, that feels like hell.

                      Hi, This is Ganesh from Chennai. My aircel prepaid number is [protected]. I have my data pack activated. While trying with 2G / 3G network with my "Alcatel Idol X+" mobile, it often gets disconnected. I've set to Automatic network mode. Also tried with manual "Aircel 2G" as well as "Aircel 3G" network, still no luck. Please check and do the needful. I'm really frustrated with the kind of network. From, Ganesh.

Without any message or information it is out of connection whereas for my friends who are using aircel its working for them. How is anyone suppose to deal with such a connection.                           Dear Team, on Aug-12-20014 i done the recharge of 108 rupees @ http://www.aircel.com/ as Two times for the Aircell number 9788624953(Tamil Nadu). 206 is deducted from my Bank account but till now Aircel balance is not get and also refund also not happened.

                                Hi Team, This is to posted that, i am using 2 postpaid and a prepaid connection in aircel network. And i am facing issue with the bill each and every month and the customer care experience is the worst ever while comparing all the service providers. Then for my resolution i am keep writing mails each and every month to appellete . Handling the customer from appellete desk is very rude and they are not understanding the issues of customer they are systamatic and nt resolving issue. This is the thing going every month hence forth for seeking help i have contacted the consumer forum let i am explaining my issue My postpaid numbers [protected] [protected] My prepaid number [protected] In my postpaid number[protected] in the june month bill waiver has been commited by appellete and same has been posted after the bill due date then i paid my bill hence late fees has been charged in my bill hence requesting ur help to waive the late fees amont of rs 50, Next issue on my [protected], in the current month rs150+tax has been charged for vas downloads and while asking details they said that i have downloaded two games that cost 75+75 on july 4 but i didnt download any games and as an aknowledgement also i didnt get sms for that but they charged me in my bill, then i ask for data usage on that particular day bcoz if i am downloading a game at minimum it will be 20mb in file size, but in my mobile the data usage on that particular day was around 4 mb but they are not providing any data usage details and not giving any clear deatails hence requesting your help to waive the amont of rs 150+tax in the bill amount Then finally issue with my prepaid number [protected] I have recharged my account with rs 120 wheather the benefit is full talk time in my dedicated account but the balance has not been credited when i ask for information they informed that for data usage the amount has been charged. But i am having a data balance of 197 mb and there is no possible to charge for data in the dedicated account hence need ur help to resolve all my issues and need better support from aircel to customers Regards Tamizh Selvan [protected]

                                  Recharged my AIRCEL DATA Card last July month with 198 Rs (For 1GB 3G Data) but after one week it is not working.
                                  The Validity is going to end by 11 Aug 2014...I have Contacted The Aircel Customer care several times but there is no proper action against to solve my problem.


                                  My data Card No. is [protected] Remaining balance = 786 MB till date.
                                  I believe you will resolve this problem. Since only few days remaining for end of validity


                                  Even if you make it work i can use the all the 790 MB in remaining days of validity ; So

                                  1. Either AIRCEL has to repay me the amount to my account (or)
                                  2. Need to increase the validity for another 20 days

                                  A). I have called Customer care till date more then 300 times >
                                  Please check the dialed No.'s to 198. But can able to contacted them only 5 times.

                                  D) I went 5 times( 20kms/times - up and down) in person to AIRCEL Office. Coimbatore to solve this problem. But the problem is LIVE yet.
                                  Have spent 200 Rs from my pocket. So for to solve this problem to be noted. I'm totally disturbed because of your poor service.


                                  IF YOUR ARE IGNORE TO TAKE ACTION AGAINST THIS COMPLIANT. I Will GO TO CONSUMER COURT...Will give information in NEWS PAPER

                                    I get a 3g sim worth125 rupees...since 5 days from aircel dealer...but i have no 3g coverage in my corporation city tirupati state of andhra pradesh..so can not utilise my 3g net balance in urgent time and i can also consult near aircel office..there r some one giving a negligence answer to me...i feel very bad and suffering from aircel communications...so please help us ...how can got the reback money are best costmer center from aircel..198 number representatives also not responding so please help to aircel costmers...

For recharge payment status is success and recharge status is Pending. ... uptill now no one is ready with aircel but with these details easily any one can get the fraud(mobil number transaction date and recharge amount).                                         [protected] at 07.24AM someone called me and told me he was calling from aircel head branch name Rajesh Kumar he will refund my money to my bank account he want to make me full he got my ATM card number and bank account number any try to get my ATM pin but didn't get that please check who was the fraud.From -[protected] mobile no he was called.
