i am very upset with the services of aircel.. they have deducting 10 rupees automatically for 3 time from my mobile account.. and I had many complains to aircel customer care but I don't get any result, please help me, my number is [protected] . so i want it back

    We had requested for MNP from Aircel to Airtel and it was rejected by Aircel for reasons known only to them. We again raised a new request for MNP & now the status for the past 15 days is "MNP Process Pending". The Porting code is valid only for 15 days. It is more than 25 days since we opted for MNP. Aircel is not cancelling the porting request or allowing us to migrate to Airtel. We have contacted everyone in Aircel from their Customer Care to Showroom. Their email support to nodal officers. No one seems to be ethical. One of their so called managers visited our office, asking us not to migrate to Airtel as we've been with Aircel for over 10 years. His name is Santosh Kumar (Service Experience -MNP-CSD) - [protected]. We promised him that we will retain our other numbers with Aircel provided he help us migrate to Airtel. But he did not seem to care. His only intention was to visit customers and update his report that he has visited so many clients a day. We've tried to contact him on many occasions in the past 20 days. There is no answer or support from his end. I guess he is working for Aircel's competitors to spoil Aircel's reputation (only if it has any). Pathetic Officer. Now, we've applied for transferring all our Mobile numbers to Airtel barring a few. There is no support or response from Aircel. I really wonder if Aircel has any Nodal officer or Appellate Authority. If they really do, I hope they take time to resolve this issue at the earliest. FYI: We have paid the bills + unbilled amount + estimated charges for the next 20 days in advance.

    As per our system records, your concern has been duly addressed.You have given port out request for your numbers and as it is a corporate connection, they have to give the authorized letter for port out, which has to be given in company letterhead, the name of the company updated in our records is different from the one in which the request letter was received, hence the MNP request has been rejected, the request has to come from the same company letterhead.

    Both the companies are sister concerns. We have provided NOC from the company loosing the numbers & request for porting to which the numbers has to be migrated. The same procedure was followed with BSNL and the numbers got migrated in exactly 8 days. It is more than 50 days since we've been following you up on this issue. We've raised 2 requests one after the another. You come up with different reasons every time. If we mail you at [protected]@aircel.co.in, will you be able to help the numbers ported to AirTel?

        I have recharged for avoiding roaming but still I am losing my balance.AirceL doesn't allow to select Aircel network, even if Aircel network is available in that region. Its allow to join either IDEA or Vodafone network. I am in Bangalore now. Aircel tower is fully available but its not at all listing while I try to select the network as manual. Everyday they are advertising we are largest network in India then why your network not available in Karnadaka. My best advice to Chinnakannan Sivasankaran... just close your Aircel network and beg from the public people. You can be a millionaire.

          Dear sir, 2/9, 12/9, 17/9 and now 22/9 total 5+5+5+5=20 rs deduction on my aircel number-[protected].i complaint many time customar care executive always said that, i download a contain from hungama.but god promised my phone was not gprs eneble so how can i download? please help me other wise i deactiveted my sim...

            Today i had 139.63 rs in my main balance but aircel automaticaly subscibed me for girl model pack and deducted 50rs from my balance. Now i am completely frustrated with aircel servive. Pleas stop this automatic subscriptions and continuous deductions. Kindly give me the reversal of 50rs to my main account as soon as possible. Complaint Mobile number- [protected]

              After my previous complaint. (Reference ID: 1-[protected]). This is the response I got from Aircel: As per system customer has recharged with 2G and 3G Pocket Internet Packs-997 (Benefit's:-UL 3G/2G (10GB Hi-Speed), Validity 30 days) on 16-Sep-2014 06:14 (Not Rs. 1000/-). As per Minsat customer has already got the 2G & 3G Pocket Internet Packs-997 benefit's after the recharged, So no isuee found, Customer is not eligible for further benefit. Are you kidding me? The android app that was used to perform the recharge does not even an option to do a recharge of Rs. 997. The android app is called Sendly. I have used this app before! Never had any issues! SCREW YOU AIRCEL! THIS IS NOT OVER!

              Complaint has still not been resolved. Aircel just responded with what I already know... System is showing a recharge of Rs. 997, when I did a recharge of Rs. 1000.


              As I mentioned before, the Sendly android app does not even have an option to recharge for Rs. 997. So how is it possible??

              Aircel Idiots!! What do you have to say now.

                I am from kolathur(chennai), Now am using aircel 3G datacard, my data card number is [protected]. I didn't get data download load speed not more than 50 kbps, even though am using 3G network. I have this network speed issue for past 4 days.                   To, General manager of Aircel I am vinayak vijay padwal from mumbai my contact number is [protected] I reacharged 100 rs in my account as on 08/09/2014 but second day 77 rs cutted in my account . After this matter I call to your customer care number he said that balance will refund within 3 days but not received till date . second time balance cutted as on 17/09/2014 Rs 77 But your gallery person said that your balnce cutted agains for Internt pack but i I am not activated any internet pack so why my balance cutted in my account pls replay me fast Another i will escalate to CEO & I will go to Consumer court vinayak padwal [protected]

They are continuously deducting balance without any reason and customer care executives always say that you have downloaded content but i had never accessed you provided any link. After resolving my problem on 19th sep they again deducted 10rs on 20th sep. I agree that you are giving cheap call rates, data packs but it doesn't mean that you will earn profit by cheating your customers. Kindly stop these deductios without any reason n b honest to your customer n make yourself better. Kindly refund me unnecessary deductions. Num- [protected] Thank you

                        Hi My Aircel number. 1)Complaint On 04.09.2014 I have main balance suddenly amount deduced Rs.50 i'm not subscribed to anything. Later i call your customer service they said amount will be refund within 48 hours. Not yet amount was refunded. Please Refund my amount as soon as possible. And I have main balance of Rs. 355 suddenly full amount deduced. i'm not subscribed to your VAS services. Later I contacted your 198 customer call they said you are . But i'm not activate this so please refund my account Rs355. Note: I'm Customer of aircel since 6 years. So please response to this mail as soon as possible. And refund my deduced amount. complaint no: 1-[protected] And i'm aircel past 6 years. For the past one month i lost Rs.405 plus from aircel.                         1)Complaint

                        On 04.09.2014 I have main balance suddenly amount deduced

                        Rs.50 i'm not subscribed to anything.

                        Later i call your customer service they said amount will be refund within 48 hours. Not yet amount was refunded.

                        Please Refund my amount as soon as possible.

                        I recharged my aircel number for Rs.453 on 15th Sep 2014. And I have main balance of Rs. 355 suddenly full amount deduced.
                        i'm not subscribed to your VAS services. Later I contacted your 198 customer call they said you are . But i'm not activate this so please refund my account Rs355. Note: I'm Customer of aircel since 6 years. So please response to this mail as soon as possible. And refund my deduced amount.

                        And i'm aircel past 6 years.

                        For the month i lost Rs.405 plus from aircel.

                        Cheating Network, Worst Network, Poor Network...etc = AIRCEL

                          I purchased a sim card of aircel company whose number was [protected] on 18thof Sept 2014. It got activated on 20th of September. After the activation of the Sim I recharged it with an amount of Rs.50 and also activated an Internet pack. Then when I accessed the Internet my main balance was deducted now when I called the customer service they told me that the pack you activated was 2g pack and 3 g is active on your number but i didnt activated 3G on my number.So kindly look into the matter and also the customer service is very rude to customers they always lie and when we complaint about it they disconnect the call and barr the number So please kindly look into the matter that will be your most kindness Yours Sincerely Tariq Ahmad Zargar Ph no.                             Hi, I have 3 connection on my name and [protected] this number using by my father. We got 3 months free internet subscription from buying products from snapdeal and after 3 months period over on 12-Sep but they not intimate us and my father used internet on 13 & 14 Sep- 14 around 20 to 25 MB which i know through data usage software but on 14-Sep they deducted whole balance of Rs 87.10 deducted and make ZERO. Same way on 14-Sep he recharged with 150 Rs and on 15-sep they mistakenly used internet of around Approx Max 40 Mb and in night around 9.30 got massage and deducted 129.20 Rs from main balance. Please resolve issue. I call on 198 but they unable to help they can't even give me proper answer.

                                Dear sir, last 30 days i am faceing big big big problem.my aircel number-[protected], name-ujjwal nandi. I am useing a chaina black and white mobile.but last 30 days always cut my balance rs.5.when i call customers care they told me, i am download a content from hungama.com.but on god sir i am not any thing download.how to download sir because i am useing a non gprs eneble handset???sir this is a big problem always cut my balance. also cut my balance rs.5 at 8:01 pm date 17/09/14. dear aircel plz do something other wise deactiveted my sim.i can't rechargeing my aircel number because always cut my balance.plz do something aircel?????????? after balance cut send me a sms from aircel 'thank u for useing aircel service'.

But an unpredictable sum of money is being deducted without any solid reason, once.twice or even thrice a week, from my mobile. so i request you to take necessary steps regarding my COMPLAINT and refund the money deducted from my mobile unnecessarily.
