      FROM LAST ONE WEEK I CONTACT TO NODAL OFFICER BUT THEY ALSO NOT SOLVE THE PROBLEM
      ON 1/8/2011 BETWEEN 10.00 TO 11.00 PM I TALK WITH THE SUPERVISOR AND HE ASSURE ME THAT UR PROBLEM IS SOLVED IN 24.00 HOURS
      HE ALSO SAYS ME THAT UR MNP HAS BEEN DONE BUT UR NO HAS BEEN NOT UPLINED I SEND THE MAIL TO OUR TECHNICIAN TEAM FROM MY OFFICIAL MAIL ID
      BUT THEY ALSO DON`T GAVE SERIOUS TO MY MATTER

      YESTERDAY A CUSTOMER CARE EXECUTIVE FILLED THE COMPLAIN N SAYS ME TO WAIT FOR 36 HOURS

      BUT IT IS TO LONG FOR WAIT...

        Aaj 8th day hai CDR request diye hue, kab tak milegi, store wale roj aaj kal karte hai, indirectly aap bhi whi kar rhe hai sir,
        Sir main 21 june SE aircel office k chakkar Kat rha hu or 25 June SE apko bar bar mail kar rha hu...store wale kahte hai ki sir 30 tarikh ko mail bhej DI hai ab hme nhi PTA jabki mere pas koi mail nhi aai Na hi 25 RS.           1.on which date it was swapped,
          2. what was the porting code,
          3.from which IMEI NOHANDSET THIS CODE was generated,
          4.from which SIM NO this porting code was generated
          In this regard I contacted mrs Madhuchanda Nanda [protected] without any answer.
          How a persaon is getting the swap and portable code without any legal document varification

              there is no network coverage for most of the.
              Dear sir,
              I am using a Aircel mobile (prepaid) of west bengal circle in Kharagpur, West Midnapore, which i took last 3 months. But after I took the connection I realized that I have done a very big mistake. In our area there is not network available. Specially the indoor coverage is very poor. I complained on the Aircel customer care many times but they have done nothing in fact when I call on there customer care they behave very rudely saying that please wait.. But till now no resolution.

              Please help.

              Strange I have had an excellent experience with the Aircel GPRS service and its connectivity. I think what you could do is one reset your GPRS settings with the help of customer care and second you could just simply visit the nearest Aircel store to talk to the technical people there. Out of personal experience I can say this will be in place in no time. Happy surfing
              I do understand your problem. Coverage in the number of towers the operator has in the area and since Aircel is in on a growing mode I am sure this problem will be sorted out soon. In the meanwhile I would suggest you to go to your nearest Aircel store and let them know of your problem – I am sure they would give you’re a quick solution to this….

              Aircel-sim — very poor network coverage

              This complaint to inform you about aircel very poor coverage of internet services.I am a regular user of internet service cause of this reason I have purchase the aircel network because your operator having some good packages or recharges of data service.But i am not satisfy with your service cause of that I am porting my number to vodafone because i cant afford this poor service of your operator.

                I am having 2 connection - prepaid for your company, now i dont know whether i should be happy about it or in remorse.

                My complaint is about the 2nd connection which i purchased 4 days back, outgoing services for the number got barred without any communication, i am still guessing why the number is barred, i thought there was some technical issue due to which i was not able to make call the entire day yesterday, but today morning when i again attempted an outgoing, call disconnected.

                I visited your touch point( channel partner ) in mira road twice yesterday and today again, he assured my number will start by day end, the day is over, still i am not able to make call.


                I still dont have the reason for barring my service, but i wont call up at the customer care. for a very simple reason. you set up a call centre for customers to raise their concern wth them and they with their sweet talks keep apologizing for the inconvenience caused by you to us till the time the issue is resolved or the customer goes out of the system.

                I am not a customer who will be deceived by apologies and customer oriented statements.

                            We had placed a Work Order on Dishnet Wireless Ltd on 22 Nov 2010 for a 2 MBPS MPLS/VPN to connect our factory at Barapani,Meghalaya and Office at Shillong,Meghalaya.The link was handed over to us in March 2011 and as per terms of contract we were only supposed to provide 2 routers to them which we did.Till date the link is not working.

                            The following amount is receivable by us :
                            1) Advance paid to Aircel for one qtr - Rs 60803
                            2) 2 nos MAIPU Router - Rs 30000
                            3) Idle salary to ERP Team for 4 months - Rs 120000
                            4) Delay in implementation of ERP - Rs 500000
                            TOTAL Rs 710803 (Rupees seven lakhs ten thousand eight hundred and three only)

                                    I gave a MNP request from Aircel (Mobile no. [protected]) to AIRTEL (CHENNAI Circle). Within 4 working days, i got a message from AIRTEL stating that Aircel has rejected my request due to mismatch of the Porting code. The default reason one can think of is : While filling in the form, code may have been entered wrongly.

                                    But that is not the case here and it is AIRCEL that is at fault because in the message received from Vodafone, the UPC code they received through the application form is mentioned clearly SAME. The message i got from aircel also SAME. I have both those messages in my inbox i.e. 1. Aircel sending its UPC code and 2. AIRTEL telling my request is rejected by aircel for wrong upc code (which also contains the code). Both are same. I again requested for upc and submitted to airtel and again rejected by aircel.

                                    what i am supposed to do? Please help me to get out from aircel.

I received an SMS from 1901 without unique porting code. I contacted aircel n number of times and they have took a request too & the due date for the request is 18/07/2011. But till now i haven't get any thing from aircel. i contacted aircel customer care they asked me to contact the local dealer, i contacted the local dealer too but they said there's nothing to do from our side.Again i contacted aircel but no proper response.Kindly take necessary action regarding this.
