Hello Sir,
My Uncle also requested for Aircell Tower installation in Gujrat and came in cotact of your outsource company B.G.India Global Pvt. LTD.

After having an agreement with the above said company , My Uncle despoited rs, 4600, 25000 and 21800 in SBI account of Mr. Amit Kumar Roy in the Month of July and they assured that tower installation work will start in next 1 week max.

But still nor anyone come from company for installation and neither tried to cotact us.

We tried to contact your customer care number @ [protected] and didnot get a positive response from any of the Customer care Executive and never got a chance to speak with Mr. Roy as well.

Whenever we tried to contact him , we came to know that he is in the meeting and asked us call back next day,this is happening from last many days.

We request your kind attention in the above matter

    i am purchasing an aircel sim on[protected] at nazareth ( jeba cel.com ) my sim no
    was[protected]-10983 (mob no : [protected]) .i gave id proof of ration card xerox,2 photo copy to them in this time sim will not activate when i insert sim in my mobile it will produce, sim will not exit so u will rectify the complaint as early as possible .for the past days i have an expenses for the sim of rupees 150.00 for complaint purposes

      transaction sucess but no recharge in online

IN[protected] I used NetBanking for my Aircel Mobile Recharge for Rs.110. My Reliance Mobile No.+91-[protected]. I have got sms security code in my personal mobile i.e.+91-[protected] . All are successful in Net Banking But in Mobile there is no money credit for recharge of rs.110-00. I am requesting please verify the records and get back money if not transfer in online Recharge. I waiting for your reply

        This is to bring to your kind attention that I have applied for porting of my number frm bsnl to aircel on 03.08.2011 and paid for then same Rs 500/- at Aircel office Asansol to Ms Saloni Gupta. I was told that it will take maximum of 6 days for the conversion and a representative of aircel was send to my place for verification which was duly done on 5th of Aug. On Monday ie. 7th Aug Ms Saloni told me that everything is fine and I will get he connectin on thursday i.e. 11th Aug, which suited me as on 12th I was to leave for Delhi which was told to your representative and Ms saloni the very first day. On 12th morning upon ringing Ms Saloni for several times she responded and told me that the address was not printed properly on the document which I submitted ( Voter Id card). I would also like to mention here that I also sbmitted my electricity bill on which the full address was printed but which she said it is not required
        I had to leave station on 12th without my activation and came back on17th and again called Ms Saloni upon which msg me that it will take some couple of days more time. Today i.e. 18th Aug again when I called her sher said that since this connection belongs to a house wife it is a law from govt of India to not to port connetion of house wife.
        I want to know about this law if so it exists that house wifes are debarred from this servicvided by Govt of India and am very very dissatisfied by the services of your reputed company and its representatives who are not aware of such laws for these things should have been told the very first day and uch a reputed Company like Aircel who is making its mark of withhelding Rs 500 (Rupees Five hundered only) for such a long time and mis guarding customers.

          aircel simcard — Unable to work in my mobile phone

          I have aircel simcard it is working well in other mobiles but it is not working in my nokia e65. So please give me a solution for above.

          Please visit your nearest Aircel Store with your ID proof stating the name and the address provided by you at the time of purchase of your Aircel SIM card along with an FIR copy of the lost SIM in order to get your SIM blocked and for an immediate replacement of the same.

            I had sent an SMS `P98' to 57788 for availing pocket internet facility on 12.08.11. Immediately Rs. 98 was deducted from the balance of my mobile No. [protected]. Again I sent another SMS `PI' to 57788 to activate the internet. But the messge received is `your mobile handset does not support this facility".

            After that I spoke to at least 10 customer care executives of Aircel. Nobody responded properly and took pain to send the settings required for activating the internet. Lastly when I spoke to Mr. Selvendran, one of the customer executives, told that the settings cannot be sent and money deducted will not be refunded.

            An email was also sent to aircel customer care for which no reply received yet.

            Either the settings be sent and activate the internet or the money deducted be refunded immediately.

              i have taken a aircel mobile connection in portability i received a massage on 16th august 2011 that u have been charged Rs. 15/- for love guru which i had never request. we called on customer car many times but heard nothing from me.
              and they cut my customer care line on 17th August 2011. I contact at local aircel office they deactivate this service after one hour of the activation i got a massage again that you have been charged Rs. 15/- i immediately contacted to customer care official he said this services has been activated again which i never request.and they again cut my phone. an aircel officer confidentially that we send this type of massages to thousands of customer maximum customhouses are not aware this type of massage and company earning lacs of rupees unauthorized. some they are aware for this type of charges , aircel company make fool by customer care officers and they not hear their complaints.
              at last I complaint to you that you so something for suffering from this type of problem.

              Aircel — unauthorised charges taken

              TODAY I GOT A MESSAGE FROM AIRCEL THAT YOUR DIALERTONE HAS BEEN ACTIVATED AND 40Rs Have been deducted from my Main balance, but i have not applied for the same
              I called to Call centre (JAMMU) and talked to mr Sagar, he refused to register my complaint...

              That’s weird! Did he give you a reason for not registering your complaint? if not, you should escalate the matter… talk to his senior

              Aircel — Unauthorised deduction of charges

              I am an AIRCEL prepaid customer having connection no. [protected]. It has been one of life's most fatel mistakes to subscribe to AIRCEL on the following accounts :

              1. START DND : I wanted to start DND Registry but their system emitted msg in response to my SMS stating "The no. you have mentioned is not an active number." After a lot of attempts, I could get a chance to talk to the Customer Care personnel and he has agreed to effect DND w.e.f. 19 May. However, the company is going to make me a senile person by that time by calling me every ten-fifteen minutes with its promotional calls and SMS.

              2. INTERNET SERVICES : I got a recharge of Rs.98/- for so-called unlimited internet service. However, out of every 20 attempts, I get through to my mailbox only once. Getting internet access to surf other sites is simply out of question.

              3. FRIENDS ZONE : I am informed via SMS "Thank you for subscribing to Friends Zone. Your ID is ..... We have deducted Rs. 30/- for the month." while the fact is I never subscribed to Friends Zone ! When I try to un-subscribe, I don't get through to the customer care. There menu driven bla-bla-bla drives me crazy.

              4. DIALER TONE : As if it were not enough, I have now been informed that I have subscribed to Dialer Tune - something which I never did. Everyday I get a message that my subscription is renewed. Go to hell I would say.

              This company appears to be inhabited by a bunch of cheats and utterly incompetent people who have come to this business merely to cheat and harrass the public. It is height of foolishness to think that by disturbing someone with an unsolicited call every ten or twenty minutes you could woo him / her to your advertised product. On the very opposite, you make him your sworn enemy. Go to hell AIRCEL and go to hell all the promotors, employees and management of AIRCEL.
              I can understand, it can be frustrating. I would suggest you should visit the nearest Aircel store and discuss your problem. Once you speak to them things would be more clear and easy to be solved.

              Aircel mobile service provider — UNAUTHORISED DEDUCTION OF CALLER TUNE CHARGES

              I have taken two mobile connections of AIRCEL in the name of my sister named SANGITA PRASAD whose number is [protected] and in the name of my father of the same service provider named GUNESHWAR PRASAD SRIVASTAVA whose number is [protected]. I have requested the consumer care officer of the said company to stop CALLER TUNES of both the company as well as sent about 5 SMS, but till date it was not stopped and they are deducting unauthorised amount from my account.                 I have recharged Aircell network 10 rupee on 16 th AUG 2011.Tomorrow morning i have check 2 rupee unwanted debit in my balance.I have condact AIRCEL custmercare asked my problem. custmercare person is say our software already underproblem so please adjust it and she custmer is suddenly calling cut.Already 15 rupee dedited in my balance. I have again conduct no responce.

                    I purchased an Aircel GSM SIM about a month ago(as of 16/8/2011)
                    I had submitted all the necessary documents, but after a week all the services were barred for that number.
                    I called up the consumer helpline 121 and they told me to submit my documents again.
                    I contacted the Aircel retailer and after another week he gave me a new SIM card for which again I had submitted the relevant documents.
                    But even after submitting the necessary documents again, the new SIM got barred within a week, this is most unfair since I had given that number to all my contacts.

                    I would therefore be very happy if this problem be corrected very soon as this is causing me a lot of inconvenience and loss of trust in the company.

                      Dear Sir / Madam,

                      My name is Akil Khan my Aircel Prepaid No. is [protected], Last 2 weeks i was in Chennai, 1st day in Chennai noticed that my calling charges are very high so inquire and Recharged with Rs. 93 in Chennai on 6th August morning 9.00 AM but plan din't get activated then again i called in Customer Care they told need to recharge from Mumbai, so i told my brother to recharge Rs 93 from Mumbai on 6th August 9.30 AM but after doing recharge from Mumbai also my Plan din't get activated. I complained 3 times to Aircel Customer Care, finally they said my problem will resolved by 12th August and you will get refund o[censored]nnecessary charges I occured after recharging with Rs. 93 Plan. but nothing happend.
                      Now i am in Mumbai (16th August 2011) and i am calling their customer care they put my phone on hold for 30 minutes, 5 times i got reply our system is not working so we are unable to check your complaint status. I am not getting any satisfactory answer from their end.
                      I request the team of consumer complaints please help me to resolve the problem and getting the refund which i deserve because the problem which i've faced i know they will never compensate for that. so at least i can get my money back which i'd lost because of their irresponsibility.

                            My mobile number is [protected], i have been trying to ported out from Aircel to any given operator because of its poor network. i had aready applied five nos of times (all time fresh UPC by waiting for 15days) and each and every time i am getting response that my request has been rejected due to mismatch in UPC. making of such mistake once is possible but how can an educated fellow repet several time. simply aircel do not want its costumer to ported out. Tomorrow for the sixth number of time i am going to apply for MNP by UPC code DO237886, if this time they will reject it with their similar funny answer, i will be forced to through this sim and will take a new connection. for me MNP is a terrrible experience. please short this issue.

                            Aircel — MNP request rejected/documents not updated

                            Dear Sir/Madam,
                            I have purchased a prepaid SIM from Bira Communication and got activated it on 13.02.2010 followed by submitting documents of POA(Electricity Bill) and POI (DL)on next day. I don't know why but I came to know latter that the SIM was not in my name. I was ready to submit the document agin but the AIRCEL is not is receiving it I afraid that of loosing the connection.
                            Seondly, I have requested for MNP for changing my operator to Vodafone on 24.01.2011 but vodafone has informed me that AIRCEL has rejected the proposal for outstanding dues aginst my number [protected] which is not at all true as it is a prepaid sim and having a balance of Rs270/- at present. Again the I don't have incoming facility for about two months and only enjoying outgoing facility.
                            To solve these two issues I have lodged several complaints with AIRCEL customer care, Nodal Officers and have been to AIRCEL store but all in vain. Even AIRCEL customer care executive has told me that I can't go to legal forum as the SIM is not in my name.
                            Please help me.
                            Again let me know how the GOI/TRAI is checking the genuineness of grounds of rejection of MN proposal by a service provider company ? Now I am making my mind

                            I also tried to port out my aircel number to videocon. I tried for 3 times. It was a terrible experience as there is no proper response from Aircel. Each time they are giving some reasons and rejected my port out request. I got exhausted and left that aircel number inactive.
                            Its true.
                            They have a very poor signal so i want to port out of my aircel number.
                            They gave me stupid reason that the documents are not matching.
                            I asked them to let me know which document i have given as a proof for aircel.
                            But they are not ready to tell.
                            They just dont want their customers to port out.
                            The only option left to me now is to throw that sim out n get a new one.

                              all o[censored]s know that network is very important in order make calls for various reasons.but if the scheme of the company is good and there is no network how we can make calls,connect with relatives,have conversation with friends, use internet.so in kumbharjua there is poor network for aircel,airtel.tata docomo and uninor.please take a valuable action against it as soon as possible. we are waiting for your action.

                              I purchased Aircel Pre-paid connection on 23rd March 2009. The Network is so
                              poor in Dwarka area that all my calls get dropped.

                              I can not call my Aircel mobile from my landline and vice-versa.

                              YOUR WORLD WILL BECOME FULL OF IMPOSSIBILITIES.
                              IT IS NOT TIEM TO MOVE ON...Wait before you go for Aircel.
                              I so agree with you...Call drops can be frustrating. But I happen to read a TRAI report recently that said Aircel had the least congested network, so just wondering how the other networks are! In any case why don’t you call up the customer care and share your feedback?

This is a case of cheating i think. I have recharged with a rate cutter worth Rs. 175/- . It is very painful to not only me but also to all the subscribers of this locality. The customer care are telling us that it will get well in 7 days. But will they expand their validity. I want some serious step agaist this froad.
                              You should escalate the matter through customer care, or reach out to the Nodal officer in your area, ask for them to get a network check arranged for your area.

                              Well the reason can be figured out only when you speak to the customer care. I would suggest you to call them first.

My problem is in my area the Network is very pathetic, the signal bar is not always full.. sometimes its full and most of the times the signal bar is almost Zero.. This is not only my case, every subscriber in my Area is facing this WEAK Network Problem.. Apart from that with the launch of 3G, i have Nokia N-81 which supports 3G but whenever i insert my Aircel Sim am not getting 3G signal..                               hi my name si harish. i have given complaints about aircels network which is now solved. i think because of heavy rainfall aircel was not getting network but now it has a good network. now the problem is about internet downloading speed on mobile as well as on computers.if i stand 100metres away from any tower in panaji, sankhalim, amona, ponda madgon or any other tower in Goa i m getting 25 kbps and browsing is superfast. but if i stand near the tower of marcel the speed is not going above 15 kbps. i think freqency of marcels tower is less. please increase its freqency in order to get same speed as other towers in goa. i m using Nokia 5233 and have installed UC BROWSER and seen the difference between marcels tower and other towers in goa.please do something as early as possible

                                My wife receiving calls from an unknown number . I have warned him saying that , I will compliant to the police, Still he keeps calling at night. She is getting calls from [protected] ( AIRCEL). and [protected](VODAFONE).How can I proceed to this unknown person.

                                  I am a regular internet user,as I am a student so I used my mobile phone for using internet mostly by using the gprs service provided by the network I am using.I am an aircel user.
                                  As few weeks ago aircel provided 3g service in our state,so I decided to use it,so for activating 3g on my phone I send "start 3g" to 121 after asking the customer care of aircel,
                                  so after sending the sms 3g hd been activated on my number,
                                  on 7th august I decided to recharge my number with 98/- Pocket internet pack as it's validity was going to finished by next day(I had it while using 3g),
                                  so I sent again "stop 3g" to 121 to deactivate the 3g service as it was said by the customer care the we can't recharge with pocket internet pack of 98/- If there's 3g is activated.
                                  After sending the the sms I got a sms from 121 that my request is under process,I sent the sms at midnight after 12(I forgot the correct time),I thought there must be some network problem that is why I'M not getting the conformation sms,so I went to sleep thinking that till morning I'LL get the conformation sms,
                                  next day while checking my inbox,I found I have not got the conformation sms of deactivating 3g,
                                  next day on 8th august,not thinking too much about it I went for recharging my aircel sim card with pocket internet pack, I tried to recharge via easy recharge from a shop,but I got a sms "your request to recharge 98 inr cannot be processed at this time."
                                  It was because of the 3g service activated on my number as it's not deactivated till that time,
                                  so I decided to complain about this on the complain number 198 of aircel,after telling them my problem,they told me that my problem will be solved in 24 hours and told me to wait 24 hours,
                                  I waited 24 hours,but I dint get the conformation sms of deactivating of 3g activated on my number,
                                  I called at 198 again,telling them about my problem they told me to wait again 24 hours,
                                  but after waiting 24 hours,nothing happened,3g was still activated on my number,I called them again,but this time I tried half and hours to get the line,after that I got the line and ask them why 3g is still activated there in my number after complaining also 3 times,
                                  but they dint talk with me nicely just tried to ignore me,.......
                                  sir I want justice,why 3g is still activated on my number after doing the process of deactivating it and complaining at customer care also.I am a student,and I cannot waste my time everyday on calling customer care hours by hours asking why my request of deactivating 3g is ignored by them,
                                  I just want it to deactivate soon
