AIRCEL IS PROVIDING RS. 3 PLAN IN WHICH CUSTOMER GETS 1/2 PAISA PER 1 SECOND BT I DINT GET THIS BENEFIT AFTER ACTIVATE THIS PLAN BY USING THEM's USD *122*551#. THEY DEDUCT RS 3 FRACTION OF MILI SECOND BT NOT ABLE TO PROVIDE BENEFITS. I am Hirak Das I was the one of the customer of your AIRCEL.I compliant abt. my bal. deduction, why alway my bal.deducted frm my account? I call to the customer care for my bal. deduction of 1 Rs. so many time to refund my bal. . after few days I got my bal. to my account. after then they again deducted my bal. from my account why? second time I call to the customer care they talk with me rudely and dissconnect the call, and saying that call me after two hr. . I again call after two hr. they again talk with with me rudely and say that system going on updation...
So, I kindly req. u to pls. go through my prob. my mob. no. is [protected]

I am Kavitha and my mobile number is [protected]. I have recharged my account on 10 June 2014 20:32 for Rs. 103/-. After that recharge, my account balance was deducted automatically without any prior message. On 11 June 2014, night my balance was Rs. 90.17/- Without making any calls, next day, early morning it was Rs. 78.87/- I don't know why these deductions! I was shocked and contacted the customer care executive and they told me to be stay online and said that they'll transfer the call to their higher official; but the call automatically got terminated. Again I tried and the same thing was happened. When I tried for the third time, I was not able to contact the executive and this was continuously happened whenever I tried. So I tried to contact the customer care support from my mom's n pop's number. Again I faced the same problem. And, finally, I got line to the customer care executive on 13 June 2014 around 8:00 pm and I told him my concern and shouted at him. He replied that they don’t have any updation in their system regarding these deductions and he told that I didn’t recharge my account. I got angry and I told I topped up my account for Rs. 103/- on 10 June 2014 20:32 via online and I have an evidence for that and don’t lie me and I want to know the reason for these deductions and same has to be reverted otherwise I’ll go the consumer court. He replied that hereafter these kind of deductions will not happen and we revert your amount within 5-7 working days but he didn’t register my compliant and didn’t give any registration number regarding my compliant. After this, again on 21 June 2014 I had only Rs. 2.29/- in my account, after the customer care executive promised me that these deductions will not happen. Again am trying to talk to the customer care executive from Saturday onwards, but I was not able to got the line. Always the line is busy and automatically the call got cut. All time this will continue means how can I trust your network and recharge my account and use this network? Finally, I sent message to 1900 to PORT my number and for that also I didn’t get any response from your team. For the past 7 years am using this network but am very disappointed with this network and service because of this issue. 5 of my family members using this Aircel network but after this issue we all disappointed and we have decided to change our number to some other network. Today, 16 June 2014, again, I called to the customer care and spoke about the network portability. He told that the code regarding the PORT has been sent to my number on Saturday itself. But, I didn't receive any message from Aircel. So, again, I sent message to 1900 "PORT [protected]".


So, I kindly request you to go through my issue and solve my problem or help me to change my service provider.

          i am using a aircel no ([protected]) since 1 year. before 2 month comany has provide a value added survice named GARAM JOKES which i not requered and not subscribed. and my balance deduct 2 or 3 times .i have complain many times but there is no responce.i have my 2 complain no: 1-[protected],1-[protected],, now i have a new joke daily and i am sure my balance will diduct

                Sir/Madam,
                Sir/Madam,
                I want to file complaint against a Aircel mobile company who are repeatedly cutting off the outgoing on my number by saying that I had made a complaint for my sim lost whereas I haven't done so.
                Also when I call in the customer care of aircel for resolving this problem, they tells me to wait as they are checking the information and cuts the calls.
                Inspite of long waiting they are helding me responsible for this and when i asked the details of the number from which these complaints, they are not also having details for the same.
                At last I asked them for a solution for not switching off my number again, they are also not guaranted for this. What else can I do.
                Please help me.

                  Sir,

                  This is Marimurugan V, I had applied for AIRCEL to AIRTEL MNP on 27th June 2011. Porting code is DT748378. I had received a replacement SIM from Airtel showroom.
                  After this i had received a sms says this request will be resolved on 9th July 2011 (Yesterday). But till now its not resolved. I have called Aircel customer care several times. But they ignore my call saying their server updation is going on and call us after some time. Some executive says it is not pending with them (Aircel). I need Justice for my genuine request.

                  i as using airtel network for[protected] and i applied for the MNP to transfer in aircel. All the status from airtel is clear and i also got the messege from aircel that " your mnp has been appoved and your activation date is 05/02/2011 22:00 (5th Feb) but till 7th feb aircel is not working i called to customer care they said MNP time is 6-7 days you still have 2 days left.

                  But i read on news paper and internet as soon as old service provider dis. count. you services new service provider has to start services in next 2 hours. but its almost 2 days.

                  i called to customer care for 4 times.

                  1 time: technical problem
                  2 time: it will take 24-48 hours
                  3 time: your MNP has been rejected
                  4 Time: it will take 2 more days


                  there are the answer from customer care
                  I'm using Reliance GSM and i applied for MNP to transfer it into Vodafone, but after 5 days still now i have not got any confirmation message. My mobole phone no is [protected]. Please tell me where to see the status of my no.

                        My phone no[protected] has had a caller tune of classical carnatic "Sri Chakra Dhara" for many years, all of a sudden without prior notice the caller tune has been changed to some western tune. All my friends called me and asked me why I changed the tune, which was my favourite and a sort of tune associated with my beliefs.
                        I contacted the customer service department to of no avail, and also informed them that if they charge me for caller tune which was not my choice I shall take appropriate action.
                        Now , my complaint is that I want my caller tone back.

                          I recharged Rs : 50 in my mobile [protected]. It got recharged and in balance inquiry it shown the amount. Even i got the sms from the subscriber with the trans id. but after 3 hours it's shown no balance. I called the customer care. They told there was no log in their database regarding the recharge.

                          Please help.

                              Dear Sir,
                              I had a mobile number [protected] which I was using since last 8 years. Recently, I had ported the same to Aircel. It was activated on 20.03.2011 by Aircel. I had submitted all the necessary documents to Mr. Deepak (Mobile Number: [protected]) through the Dealer timely. After some days, I received a message from Aircel to submit the documents. I asked the dealer for the same but he told me that The papers has already taken by Mr. Deepak who is company agent and looking after that area. I contacted Deepak on a mobile number given by the dealer. Deepak told me that the ID proof (Photocopy of Driving License) has been lost and to provide the same again. I, again submitted all my papers to dealer. On 15 April, 2011 the incoming call services my number were barred. On asking, Deepak told me that my ID proof has been rejected by the company but all my services will be restored after a while and asked me to provide some other proof. This time, I provided him the photocopy of my official ID Card.

                              After that day I did not received any call or message from the company regarding the submission of papers. Therefore, I thought that my papers has been submitted by Deepak. But suddenly on 10.05.2011, All the services to my number has been barred permanently without any information or message.

                              One 11.05.2011, I went to Aircel Store for the problem I was facing but they told me that the number is disconnected permanently and can not be retained and they also suggested me to buy some another number. At least they should have put barring to my number so that I could submit the papers directly to them, before taking such an action.

                              This is how I have lost my 8 years old mobile number due to the carelessness of the Company and its executive. Now, nither Deepak nor Aircel Nodal office reply to my emails.

                              Kindly help me to retain my number

                              I am karthikeyan from Tamil nadu, had a mobile number - [protected], which i was using it more than 5 yrs. I went for a official trip to mumbai.Due to roaming, i lost all my balance. after 3 days. My Incoming was barred . I approached Aircel customer care. They told that, they will retain the no. But after couple of days, The number was permanently disconnected.
                              I tried to get it back, but no response from customer care executives.& finally the number released in some other district & some one is using. I need my number back.

                                Am using Nokia 5130c-2 xpress music mobile would like to configure mail in my mobile to send and receive yahoo mails. Have tried customer care 57777 to install the same but they are asking me to call 121. I tried the same but call is routing to complaints team and they are not helping me. Can I have any solution on the same? More than 8 times called both CC & 121 but nobody providing permanent solution


                                Note: Already PI is active in my mobile but still issue persists. Need your help on urgent basis.

                                  I'm the customer of Aircel from last 2 years, i brought your sim for 349rs(student plan), its a lifetime plan which gives me 150sms daily, and one year back i did 65 recharge and i was getting 500sms daily, this 65 plan validity got over on 30 june 2011(one year validity) so it should again be back to the base plan that is the lifetime plan which gives me 150sms daily.. but its still in 65plan and deducting 60ps/per sms .. As my base plan itself student plan.. i want it to be activated as soon as possible..My number is [protected]

                                    I am a customer of aircel sim card. When i bought the sim in Bangalore with an ID address of Chennai the local agent in a shop did not knew which all forms to be filled. Hence after some days my outgoing calls were barred. I went to a long way to arrive a customer care centre on Monday (27.06.11). I filled up new forms and submitted there. They told me that everything would be made ok within 48hrs. Today is 01.07.11, 11.15 p.m. I got no proper response from concerned persons. What sort of negligence is this. I[censored] really want serve us by Customer CARE Centre please rectify my problem.

                                      aircel barred my call to customer care after giving complaint about their pity pocket internet.
                                      If anyone is thinking about taking aircel pocket internet never even think about it as it the worst gprs service in india.
                                      If you give complaint they will cut your calls. I am not able to call their customer care for the part 1 week. My no; [protected]

                                        I bought a new AIRCEL sim card 1 month back, and submitted all proofs, but that sim is not activated till now, and I also recharged the no. for 100, and got 60 balance. But, on the same day, my balance was Rs30, and they also activated caller tune 3 times,(of which I have no clue).
                                        Its not enough, I contacted custmer care, they told me that your proofs are not submitted. But when I contacted to AirCel officer, he told me that your no. is already connected. But when I checked , my ongoing and incoming call, both where barred..
                                        Its enough......
