I bought a new AIRCEL sim card 1 month back, and submitted all proofs, but that sim is not activated till now, and I also recharged the no. for 100, and got 60 balance. But, on the same day, my balance was Rs30, and they also activated caller tune 3 times,(of which I have no clue).
Its not enough, I contacted custmer care, they told me that your proofs are not submitted. But when I contacted to AirCel officer, he told me that your no. is already connected. But when I checked , my ongoing and incoming call, both where barred..
Its enough......
