I have purchased a new SIM card on Monday, April 25, 2011, at 07.00 p.m. from Aircel office, Madurai, but it has not been activated yet today, Thursday, April 28, 2011. I have made nearly 5 to 6 phone calls to the office to activate it, but i was told every time that it will be done within an hour. Much disappointed in this regard. I am not able to attend to or to make any official calls.
Hope that necessary steps will be taken as soon as possible.

Aircel — beware about aircel keralas' cheating n charging...
dear all...aircel introduced a new paln in kerala, that is : recharge for 499 and get 2000 min free calls to any phone in kerala. but in that offer they simply charging Re 1 in some calls... The company is not ready to give details about the cahrging call n the customercare no is not working properly... the company making a good sum by doing this cheating... many of my friends compalinted about this an new problem begins thats the customer care no is not working properly for this complainted users. the 24 hr customer care no not working for the subscribers they complaint about any problems earlier...
