I am an business man from kerala, I have an Aircel post paid connection...
Aircel company cheted me... I have to call lots for my business purpose thats why i opted postpaid connection. when I travell to Qatar for two months... I had kept my SIM in safecustody (in safe custody facility they told me that there is no rent and I can keep my SIM up to 3 months without rent) while I fill up the form for safe custody I had deposited 1000 rupees because I don't have time to come and pay the bills when I come back... but in fact after two months I came back and used the number just for one month .. then suddenly I got a call centere that I have to pay some big amount there... they charged safecustody period rent and all from my deposit.. and they barred my out going and incoming calls...
when i asked the showroom staff he told me that .. some of the superior managers changed and they are not getting any support from them...
first they barred my outgoing call and when I call the showroom person he told me "SIR sorry with in 2 days it will be okey and u can use" I believed that and I waited for two more days.. unfortunately after two days they barred my incoming calls also... it makes me bigg loss in business.... for a business man Phone is a essential.... I don't like to bargain for money, I belive time is precious than money....
now nobody is attending my calls....
I wish to go for a Leagal movement.... but I don't have time to waste.... friendly I am telling AICEL authority please don't cheat people like this...

Aircel — beware about aircel keralas' cheating n charging...

dear all...

aircel introduced a new paln in kerala, that is : recharge for 499 and get 2000 min free calls to any phone in kerala. but in that offer they simply charging Re 1 in some calls... The company is not ready to give details about the cahrging call n the customercare no is not working properly... the company making a good sum by doing this cheating... many of my friends compalinted about this an new problem begins thats the customer care no is not working properly for this complainted users. the 24 hr customer care no not working for the subscribers they complaint about any problems earlier...
I activate pocket internet 14rs Pack. The balance will be reduced but does not activated the internet services
Unlimited Local Aircel calls Pack 398. Validity (Days) 28 Days, (18.05.2016)
The information taken in Your Product Imnfo number
1288.when i call the number and indefinite the offer, then
the same information is given to me.And The validity was decalire 28days,
But they give validity 21days..
According to Aircel product information i recharge the pack and i haras in now time,
but in present Aircel product information number given to us the wrong information,
So it is very embarrassing us, Aircel givien One Information and Givien wrong validity in 398 pack,
It is a scam.(Its Under to customer harassment laws)

u tell us for 398 pack, validity was 28days.
I have Prove, i[censored] tell us i saw u the prove
In 18.05.2016 when i call 1288, they given to us the 398pack dtls was A to A unlimitaed for 28days,
So how to possible when i rec[protected], and my validity was 21days??
Even In 18.05.2016 your 1288number declared the 398 pack validity was 28days
so if i rec the pack, and again i lost my days,

It is your fault, and i lost my money, it is a really intolerable.
So give me compensation, i don't listen any excuse, bcz it is your fault
I[censored] don;t Give Me any Benefit or any sorry for my 7days loss, So you
directly tell me that u have nothing to do for me, And tell me soon,
so I going to others step, Bcz You give me wrong information and you lost my 7days benefit,

    This is jayant singh from laksar, Haridwar my mobile no. is [protected], sir i bag to say that your aircel costomer care serivice is not working good bcoz when i call in customer complaint care 198 so they are not giving the good satisfication and cut the call after say avery body sir this not my problum this is network problum. and sir last ninght your 30 rupees cut from my account when i called on 198 so they was saying that sir voice chat service is available on your network, after that i asked to that person sir why you did not any call and any sms for this service, so he has cut that call.
    sir, pleese credit my 30 rupees in account [protected] and stop this unknown service as activeted without my permission.

    Hi, Am using aircel prepaid & my mobile # is [protected].
    For the past 3 months we are irritating with the debit of Rs.30/40 without our concern/request.
    We called the Aircel CC team but no proper response as they are very eager to close their call positively
    Also they are not aware about the service properly.
    Even last month they confirmed that the service got deactivated based on my request but how it got renewed this month.(the service not deactivated for me last month)..
    Since we are believing but the things are not moving with their team.
    We noticed that the vendors are charging the numbers recharged today on the next day, we are fcaing this same trend for past 3/4 months

    Am not sure with their wordings(as discussed today with CC team) whether they deactivated my number not, how can we believe????

      i am D.Oliver Vetha Singh i hold this[protected]AIRCEL) for more than 2years but i use to suffer constantly by the unwanted service calls based on their own advertisement each and every 5minutes..But today i faced an huge problem that one of my relative is admitted in ICU she has none so i was with her as a care taking person,but frequently i had a situation to arrange blood for her but i cant able to call the donors in that situation..I GOT MORE THAN 20CALLS IN 1 AND HALF HOUR..ITS A HECTIC SITUATION THAT I ATTENDED SO MUCH SERVICE ADVERTISEMENT CALLS FREQUENTLY WHICH MAKES ME THROW MY MOBILE OUT..
      PLEASE TAKE AN ACTION TO STOP THE UNWANTED SERVICE ADVERTISEMENT CALLS WHICH MAKES A PERSON DIE IN SOME SITUATION!PLEASE TAKE ACTION AS EARLY AS POSSIBLE....

        Hi,

        I have an Aircel postpaid connection. I was activated the caller tune. But, now i don't need the caller tune facility. And also i'm not able to deactivate the caller tune facility. When i screw on the Aricel site, i got the solution (Please see the attachment 3rd question). I tried as they guide. But, the number (53000) is wasting my money only, not use at any time. This number (53000) only guide to me, how to activate different type of songs only, not give to me, the deactivation procedure. Please guide me, to save Rs. 30 monthly.

        Aircel — No Proper caller tunes

        I am Venkatesh.I am using Aircel for past 4 years. But it is doing some stupid things like giving missed call frome from 5 digit numbers.once we call to that number some songs are playing and 6rs for that once we ask custemer care they simply saying why you are calling to that number.

        Today i send message to get caller tune but in the data base there is no song related to the movies but they are collecting 1 rs per message. in Airtel and Vodofone its free of cost for searching they maintain good data base for all songs. I plan to quit Aircell. I recharge 300-400 per month but all waste. My no is [protected]

          I have purchased a new SIM card on Monday, April 25, 2011, at 07.00 p.m. from Aircel office, Madurai, but it has not been activated yet today, Thursday, April 28, 2011. I have made nearly 5 to 6 phone calls to the office to activate it, but i was told every time that it will be done within an hour. Much disappointed in this regard. I am not able to attend to or to make any official calls.

          Hope that necessary steps will be taken as soon as possible.

                Last week i went to out of station yesterday evening only came.i am not paid my aircel mobile bill.so disconnected my line.26th april night 10.15pm i called to your customer care and said that my connection has been barred reason of bill payment so please release my line i will pay my bill on tomorow morning 9.30 am .important thing is i am using web in this connection so i want to send mail to my US clients.i requested your customer care exe Ms.Ramya Ref no ; 1-[protected] she promised that we will realese your line within 1hour but she not released my line . again i called your customer care at 12.35pm one of your exe named as Pradeep he said that we have no option to release your line.so i want to deactivate my connection. please help me to do this .I am using RPG cellular connection Last 7years.Now only the bad response.i have taken new Airtel connection.please do ASAP.

                  i had received a message that friend zone have been activated on your account and 30 rs was deducted fro my balance but had not send request for friend zone its activated automatically on my no. this happen in the morning and i deactivated it but at night around 11 pm i have received one more message that friend zone have been activated on my no. but i did not send request even this time and again 30 rs was deducted from my account then i complaint on 198 i have received 30 rs but my another 30 rs have be given in my account
                  I ve been using Aircel prepaid sevices for the past 6 years for my mobile no[protected] and
                  for my wife'sno[protected].lately I find that under pretext 0f services like Balaji slogam,
                  Dialer tone Services they have unilaterally debited Rs 30 to both the numbers on many
                  occasions.At no point of time did I or my wife opt either over phone or through SMS
                  for these services. I came to know that many other Aircel users have had similar problem
                  and the co.adopts dubious method to activate such services.ie They would send SMS about such service and by inadvertantly pressing some button on the mobile it is automatically
                  activated and cherges ( Rs30/-for thse) debited right away from the account.And every time
                  one puts a top up card this amount is debited to the account.This is clearly 'Unfair Trade practice'and should be proceeded against.

                      Mostly when
                      i have recharged Rs 40 in my aircel prepaid account yesterday at around 8 pm. After that i didn't call anybody but later in the morning when i checked my balance it is showing 0.00 balance. I was shocked i later called 155223 to check if any services are activated but there was nothing. So, i m really disappointed with this approach of aircel.
                      Kindly, go through my complaint &Please return my balance asap.

                      Apart from that also, i brought a new Prepaid SIM card 2 weeks back which is not yet activated. I went to the place where i bought the SIM from they told if i am not receiving any verification calls from the aircel office it wont be activated. I have not received any calls yet. I dont know what to do .

                      i am customer of aircel service with mobile no-[protected], On 14th feb 2015, 30 rupees was deducted from the main balance for auto activate a service, next day once again on 15th feb, 70+ rupees was deducted from my balance without any information for ring tone services, and a rate cutter recharge of 22 rupees was done by me but there is no benefit to me, , , , please return my full balance..

                          I have taken an Aircel Connection in2010. I had been disturbed continously by promotional calls for VAS such as Caller Tunes, Bed time stories, Yoga and others. I called Customer Care, where they refused to provide me appropriate details. I was very much annoyed. Already I've registered with NDNC on13.04.2011. But today, I have been deducted Rs.25/- for a VAS. Please Aircel Customers be careful in accepting unwanted calls. It is third rate that they snatch our hard earned money like anything from their SMS & Promotional Calls. As my money is snatched, there could be lakhs of customers who have lost their money. If all could join, there is a chance to build a sound economy by forbidding the wastage of VAS by service providers. Please be cautious - AIRCEL CUSTOMERS, don't be careless like me.

                            hello sir/mam,


                            This complaint is regarding barring of my number [protected] without any notice,my number is 2years old.
                            i cald up to the customer service and they didnt resolved my problem and hung up the phone.i just want to know why they want documents of my number again,as i had already submitted at the time of purchase of the number ,as per my knowledge number verification is done within two days after purchasing the number,moreover i had recharged with 225 rs which provides free calls between aircel number in delhi,unfortunately they deducted my balance 2 days back,i dont knw why these people deduct money even when there is free cals between the aircel numbers.

As the number being strange, I googled the country code and came to know that it was from Pakistan. I am bit concerned about how did the calling person got my number and I feel it is important to bring this matter up to your notice. I would appreciate it if you would look into this matter and restrict further calls to my mobile or to any users.

                                  sir iam using AIRCEL mobile number 91-[protected] for last 2 years . i lost my changed my mobile phone, i lost many numbers, i make an ISD call to saudi on september 2007 (sep1-14th date), kindly help me to get the isd number .

                                  my friend is using aircell connection iam calling mid nights and then it is getting phone is busy. when i told to my friend no i did got engaged . could you please any problem with the connection or any mistake .please give answer to my queries.

[protected] because there was no balance in my first no.He received the call and said that you are the winner of rupees 25 lakhs. When i asked to that person from where are you calling, he replied that he was from bharti airtel, Mumbai.He gave me also a no.[protected] and told me to claim winning price. In this situation what shuld i do?

                                  i've also got a call from [protected]
                                  1st i have received a missed call from this number ([protected]) at 06.44 pm. Then i called back to the same number and the person told that i have got a lottery of 25 lacks..and gave me a number to call ([protected]). As soon as i heard i got a doubt, as the person told that he is talking from Kolkata head office. He was not keeping the phone and was going on with his topic...when i checked the code it was from Pakistan.

                                        Yesterday i been to aircel store with Unique port number (MNP) and I asked for portability option for postpaid connection, I had actually requested store manager and cust care person to generate bill any other date apart from 9th of every month. For my request the concerned person over their have blindly refused and said they cant able to do that. Though i had told them that for reimbursement purpose i need to submit my bill on 3rd of every month. It seems Aircel guys dont care of their customers.


                                        They in fact told me that its "not possible" as per the customer wish, It seems in this competitive market specially in telecom sector i dont think this will be accepted by the users of network operators.

                                        lost one customer!!!!! AIRCEL......... good great going keep it up.
