sir i m a regular user of aircel gprs . on tonight i m using my internet i have got deduction of 85 rupees . on april i have called to coustmer to know the date of aircel gprs the attendant told me u can use it by 19 th april but now when i asked they told me that ur last date of internet usage is only 17th april . sir why u have opened so many coustmer care . they are suppling the wrong information to the coustmer care sir i want my money back . as i m a lawyer in delhi hight court otherwise i will make ur complaint in consumer forum

Aircel — Illegal deduct money

Hi,

I am using prepaid aircel connection and they have been deducting money from my account for the services that I haven't subscribed for. Today I got a message saying "Thanks for subscribing to Vikatan News and Rs.30 has been deducted for it". I have never heard of such a service and never sent any message from my mobile. My whole family is using Aircel and everyone o[censored]s is facing these kind of cheating very frequently. Requesting you to take some action on these cheaters.

        Hi,

        From friday 15th april,2011 (afternoon) i am unable to make any calls and receive calls. I made several complains over phone to the customer care and personally visited the Aircel Outlet in City Centre 1 (Kolkata). But they are not paying any heed to my complain.
        Moreover from 17th April,2011 (night) whenever i am sending any sms to other number inspite of having sms balance of Rs.3500 it got deducted from my main balance (around Rs.10)and strangely when i called on 18th april relating to previous two issues the Customer Care executive assured me to solve these problems within few moments and after sometime they instantly deducted my whole sms balance.
        Please do the needfull as soon as possible as i am unable to make and receive important official calls and personal calls and sms.

        Aircel — Problem in making,receiving calls and sending Sms

            I am Ankit Achantani S/O kishore Kumar Achantani R/O A-4/24 cottage Enclave Paschim Vihar new delhi-110063.

            I am using Aircel prepaid no [protected] since two years. Doing a recharge of Rs 1000 or Rs 500 or above every month. Your company deducted rs 58 day before yesterday without any reason. I made a call to your customer department at-least 15 times in last two days and they replied our server is down kindly call after two hours. I am getting this reply every-time i put this query. This is just bull and i am not taking anything like this anymore.

            On my last call they said i would get a call back for the same till now I havent got a call from your Department and I told them i would sue them If i dont get any appropriate reply. So this is the final warning if you can do something about this its ok otherwise theres tremendous mental torture that has been done already.

            I am Amar Surya before 4 to 5 days around 20th december, 2014 Rs99 has been deducted from this no mno : ([protected] ) without any reason . Before this aircel has been deducted amt lots of time & i already logged a complant but issue didn't resolved company Aircel #751669 It's a ticket no of june, 2014.

            my aircel number is [protected](odisha). 13th March my balance was rs. 30+. as I went out of station this number was switched of[censored]pto 20th March. 21st when I switched on my phone I was unable to call as my balance was rs. 0.02 only.(don't know how rs.30 was deducted from a switched off sim ). further I recharged rs. 50 on 22nd March and immediately checked the balance which was rs. 34 only.. I called customer care and some lady answered that I had downloaded some animation (which is truly impossible ). further she told that she was not bound to give any.old information regarding the deduction of previous balance, I had never experienced such a misbehavior from a customer care operator and this kind of theft from any GSM company in my life.

              I am suman gill from gurgaon. I used aircel number last 3months. I am tired fro aircel useless services that i didnot need. I complaint to aircel custmer care 3-4times.

              Aircel activated hello tune and cricket alert without my permission.I called to custmer care but they cut my call two time without heard my full complaints.They told me to refund my balance in 48hr on monday, but still i didn't get my balance. I called for complaint of cricket alert on saturday evening, they told me to refund balance in 72 hr but still i didn't get my balance. Its three -four time chance that they activated this type of service without my permission.Please refund my money as soon as possible.

I had 37 rupees balance in my a/c on 21/04/2010 but the very nest day it was deducted why i don't know I'm asking so many time at your customer care executive but they didn't guide me as well.               This can happen if any value added service is active in you number, just call the cc and figure it out.

              Aircel — wrong deduction of balance without permission

              Wrong Balance Deduction
              Hello Sir/ Madam,

              I am Aniket . My Aircel Mobile No. is [protected] On 12 July 2011 ,i have received a msg From 543219,that "i have been charged for Music connect service, where as i have nor submitted any request for the same but my balance deducted from the main balance I have been charged Rs 10 RS. When I talk to customer care his person told me, Your balance not added. I again request to talk their senior person he rejected for the same.

              It is therefore requested that my deducted amount be restored as soon as possible.

              Aircel — balance deduction without any alert.

              i have been using poeket internet with 301 plan. Just yesterday my pi account was suppose to expire, but i wasn't made known to it and my main account balance was deducted for my internet usage. When i aaked for costomer executive for refund of my balance they refused to do so
              On 28 january the company deducted my balance of near about rs 66 without any reason. Living me with no balance. I was using Rs 14 net pack when they deducted my amount. I want my whole amount to be refunded or else I will sue them. My phone number is [protected]. The company provide low internet speed and consumer preference & bad network. Dont opt for this network friends
              It is there habit to deduct balances without any reason and call customers 15-20 times in a day to use promotional services. It is not less than a headace to use this network.

                Hello

                I had aircel service with sim card no.88O115883O. I was out of country for about 7 months.Aircel service was not available for me when I returned. When I enquired at Aircel office at Himayatnagar,Hyderabad-A.P
                to my surprise they said my sim card no. has been transferred to some other customer becuase my cell was inactive. When I asked for the refund of balance of amount of about Rs.3OO/- on account they denied paying that the amount also has been confiscated.The same is not the case with Idea. My other no with Idea is active and the amount also intact. I request the aircel to refund balance amount to my credit. I do not know how many people like me are being cheated and how many crores of rupees being swallowed by aircel.

                    Sir,

                    I bought an SMS recharge card Whose MRP is 9 INR decided by Aircel, India. In Gwalior city, a owner of mobile recharge store is selling this Aircel sms card in 11 INR, It's 2 INR beyond the actual MRP. It is not enough this shopkeeper is also selling some of recharge card (of few companies like wise Airtel, Idea, BSNL) beyond the MRP.

                    kindly please take a proper action against this shop keeper.

                      I have get connection Aircel service provider by Porting code of Vodafone. This connection active is on 07/02/2011 & outgoing disconnect is on 24/03/2011.I call Aircel service provider. Aircel service provider said me that you'r document's submit nearest Aircel store. No Stand Aircel service store at Berhampore in Murshidabad. I have resubmit my document's by retailer on 11/04/2011. But my connection is no active now.

                            Dear Sir,

                            I am a small prepaid customer of Aircel having number [protected].
                            From past more than six months, I am facing issue regarding Aircel value added service known as cricket pack , I have called several times on Aircel customer complain desk regarding the deactivation of this cricket pack, but whenever I called there some time they told me that this pack can’t deactivated, by there end, I (customer) have to deactivate the service from its side and they had given me some tips to deactivate this service which are as follow:-
                            1- Call 155223 and deactivate the service by my end.

                            2- Send sms on 155223 with ‘UNSUB CRI’.

                            3- Send sms on 58000 with ‘UNSUB CRI’.

                            4- Send sms on 58000 with ‘UNSUB CRIC’.

                            5- Dial *234*551# and press call button for deactivating this service.

                            6-Dial 58000 to deactivate the service.

                            7- Dial 5800031 to deactivate this service.

                            I have tested, tried and fed up doing all these method through my mobile several times but this cricket service is not deactivated yet, even though I get confirmation sms from doing above method that my services are deactivated but Aircel keep on charging me on continuous basis either 3 Rs. per day or 1 Rs. on daily basis and my services are still the same.

                            Most of the time when I complaint on customer complain desk regarding this issue Aircel executive either provide me above methods or disconnect the call or put me on hold for some time and call automatically get disconnected.

                            Whenever I get irritated ask for the complain number most of the times I didn't get.

                            But somehow once I was able to get the complain number which is ‘1-[protected]’ .when I called back regarding that complain number they told me that this issue is resolved and closed. But still I have been charging on daily basis.

                            At once when I was extremely unsatisfied form Aircel services I thought of porting this number to another service provider. But I got a call from Aircel retention department that to stay with Aircel and the assured me for deactivating this service but till yet the issue is same.

                            So now please tell me that what should I do? Either I stay with services or should I port my number to another service provider because at this level I am extremely unsatisfied with Aircel customer service & Unnecessary charging.

                            Please provide me a permanent solution for deactivating this service or will i port to another service provider because this is my ultimate and last try to find the solution.

                            Aircel — criket news

                            I have being used mobile No.[protected] as post paid since 17/01/2010. the criker news has been activated by 58000 Accordingly I am sent a messege to de- activeted criket news on 19/01/2010 but no messege send me as the de- activate instead of they messeged me you would be charged Rs 15 for a month In view of above I request you to de- activate criket news in my mobile number at the earliest.
                            I would suggest you to call the customer care and ask whether the service has been de-activated or not and also clarify about the extra amount of Rs 15 which was mentioned in that message.

                            Aircel — activating cricket updates

                            ipl cricket updates is not activated from my side. without my permission that service is activated and the amount was deduced from my account.i talk to customer care excutives and make a complain (complain no is 1 [protected]).After 48 hr they said ur case is solve this service was activated by you.when i said him give me the detail what is my response so that u activate the service?
                            in that situation they said this service is activated with two ways
                            1.either they call me and i said yes for the service(i did not do so)
                            2.or i send sms (that was also not done by me)

                            All these Value added services are automated ones and requires user confirmation for activation, it can happen when you respond to the promo calls or messages. It is suggested that you get your DND activated to block all these calls and messages in future

                            Aircel — no disconnection of cricket updates

                            hello..i use aircel connection ( [protected]).. i am continuosly charged rs 3/day for cricket updates, but i dont need this service. i have called customer care many time regarding this, but they do not take any action regarding my complaint.. they do not even stops this service. it becomes very much unaffordable to me. so please give importance to my complaint. i will be obliged.

                            i deactivate but charged amount again this number [protected] so pls unsub my cricket alert ...
                            My aircel no is [protected] cricket services is activated without my knowledge and every day they renewed this service and charge amount Rs 5 . I tried to deactive with sms stop to 155233 but its not working. why these people activate these services without permission? please deactivate these services and refund my amount.

                              If the Aircel's Mobile Porting division (Technical and Service) happens to be a mockery of effeciency and Customer service, then the second level of Quality and responsibility which is the The Chennai Nodal Office and Officer, is a standing proof of the company's derrogative levels of service and customer centricity. Not only is the Nodal officer and his/her office a standing proof of the company's ineffeciency, the lack of effort in addressing or supporting customers is criminal.

                              My application to port my existing mobile connection to Aircel was the beginning of a gruesome tortorous 4 days for me. Thanks to our legal system, the damages done to me due to a un-explained-un-intimated complete blackout period (lack of connectivity) for more than 72 hours through 2 official days and one day of outstation travel due to a medical emergency will go down as personal damages without Aircel having to as pay absolutely nothing in the form of money, manners or even a gesture of apology for their ineffeciency and incompetency.

                              I wish to give a special mention to the sheer lack of disconnect extended by the Nodal Office and Officer of Chennai circle during some of my most trying days due to the medical emergency I faced along with 2 officials days at work. I would have spent only to connect to Nodal Office and Customer care office a sum of Rs. 400 of prepaid recharge amount, spoken to 20 odd customer care officers, called the Nodal Office on Tuesday alone around 45 times and spent as many pointless hours trying to resolve the issue all by myself.

                              Such ineffeciences in such important roles and levels of service should simply not be tolerated.

                              And its not inconvenience partner, wake up from your derrogative levels of customer service and apllication of efforts, its damages that might have even come to the life of my niece who was depended on me coz I was simple not reachable the whole of Sunday and on Monday while i was traveling to aid the medical emergency. The Official damages for complete blakout on two official days is another story which i wouldn't want to recount.

                              So firs sensitize to the situation in hand before responding with such criminally irrelevant usages like inconvenience.

                              It;s a worst service by Aircel team. I am with Aircel with more than 7 yrs and now applied for MNP to Vodofone. The service was very much pathetic and the people are irresponsible.

                              I agree with Mr. Vairamani comments as these people will not allow for portability. I didn;t use the service soon i applied for MNP but Aircel cheaters are billing my number and always giving standard reply that there is "Out Standing".

                              Hi Team,

                              I unfortunately came to Aircel network from Airtel & activated my
                              account on Nov 4 2014, my network signal shows i am in roaming
                              (Tamilnadu sim) where as i am not in roaming and my residence (proof)
                              is in chennai, i called the call center it was attended by Suganya i
                              told her the problem, she asked me all details, put me on hold & then
                              asked me to call back after 2 hours i asked for a reference no of the
                              call, she put me on hold for 20 minutes & then disconnected the call, i sent a mail to appellate team hence got a call from the team, they say MNP customers will have to be on roaming only and no micro sim will be given for MNP customers, this was a nice welcome by Aircel for a new customer, i was warned by my colleagues not to go to aircel but i trusted you & i deserve this
                              for that.

                                I am using Aircel My number [protected]. When i buy this sim i didnt activate or choose dialer tunes. But it will , i paid every month for 30rs. Last january 2011 suddenly i paid 60rs for aircel. i make call customer care and they told jokes pack added.But i didnt choose that and I dont know also how to do that?.That i told cancelled all my dialer tunes and jokes pack. they registered my complaint.Next month Febuary My amount 60rs theft aircel. Again i called aircel and register my complaint but they didnt . And last Month March also My amount 60rs theft for dialer tune and jokes. But i register complaint for january. there is no response my complaints.

                                    My name is Sandip Sarkar. I'm a customer of Aircel Mobile Prepaid Service. My number is [protected]. I've registered for NCPR. I've got the acceptance letter from them, asking for 45 days time to activate.The 45th day was past. Today is 11th April 2011 . Still now Aircel is activate various types of services (i.e hungama.com, love etc) though I am not request any types of aforesaid services and making my life pathetic. I've complained to the customer care for several time and they told it will stop but after few days another service activate automatically ( Five times and less amount Rs.25 each time) and they told you request this service. Those bloody boons seems to have got instructed not to treat the customers seriously. They are so irritating and brainless, I often feel pity about them. They just keep on giving assurances, and re-assurances, and re-re-assurances. But nothing worthy action takes place. Now I realize that I've done a big-big mistake taking the Aircel connection. From day 1 I'm having this problem, till now it's not fixed properly . I'm just having issues over issues with the Aircel. You bloody , stop your business, and get out of India. I'm quiting Aircel, and request all other Aircel-tortured people to jump to any other n/w and live peacefully.

                                    Customer care call me and service activate automatically without taking any conformation by customer side......
                                    They reduce my balance as a charge of 30rs per month.....
                                    When i call at 121(CustomerCare number) they sad its your fault because you attend the call by that number......
                                    I don't need any service and wants my money back...

                                      i am using aircel network in mobile phone services
                                      i am highly depressed by their cheating and worst services

                                      they have deducted 30 rupees in my prepaid amount for dialor tone services without my knowledge ,when i ask to customer care personnel , they replied irresponsively " u r using our services" i think this is hightech cheating now i want to claim ( it happened not only for me but also many peoples include my friends and collegue ) i need justice pls tightnen the laws in this regard and cut unwanted ad calls

                                        i am debashish nath using my mobile number [protected]( lifetime incoming free) .my this number was registered under the name of krishne sarma , who was the group associates of our cimpany. But from last 5 years i am using this number, and everywhere this number been registered against my name.
                                        After the announement of reverification documentation submision by DOT I had submitted the the passport copy and photos to your registerde retailer "Sri Gopal Electronics" mobile number [protected], and today on 10th april 2011 after enquiring, it appeared that the said retailer already submitted the documents related to my number to the concerned department on last part of january 2011. Still I got the call from Aircel call centre on 9th arpril 2011 to resubmit the document
