Aircel has automatically activated caller tune on my cell & deducted money from my account. On requesting call center associate to refund money, he said as per an offer SMS was sent to you & the caller tune was activated. This is not acceptable.

Aircel — deducted my money from balance and not activated offer

sir i have got a call on 4 december by customer service regarding offer that 1p/ for 2second i[censored] want offer please say yes we will recharge they say and on next that is 5 december they deducted 45 rupees from my balance and till today iam daily calling customer executive they say daily we activate offer till today evening but not activate till today so i request to activate my offer or give my balance.

Aircel — Caller tune activated without acknowledge and deducted money

My name is kishor mhaske my Aircel no is [protected].Sir my mobile is dead due to
some technical reason from 10 feb 2010 and before that my balance was 27.33 rs.Sir
on 12th my balance reduce to 25 rs when i check my card balance.I call to customer
service and i got csv No.1_[protected] and was to that with in 48 hours i will get the
solution.After that gave several call then my email id each and every time they were
speaking with me as if i am calling for 1st time,then send a Email thrice but the reply
was that ur dialer tune as being active we will deactivate ur tune but we cannot refund
30 rs.

Sir first of all how could my dialer tune as being active with a dead mobile and without my acknowledgment .the cost of Dialer tune is 30 rs so why my 25 rs
is being deducted .they are not taking a mistake granted.the issues is not of
25 rs but they are doing there business by doing like this malpractice.i want my
money refund pls help me
I have also faced the same problem, not once but twice. suddenly a sms came and it was written there "your dialer tune has been activated " but I didnt send an type of request to the service provider that I want an type od dialer tune and balance was deducted. and when I call to the customer care the told me that there is some technical upgradation happen that's why it occur. Is this the satisfactory answer. then what about my balence?? Please find a solution please.
You are quite true but dialer tunes are automated services and there should be customer consent before any activation, Promo calls and messages can be the reason when responded. But in you r case its strange . you should visit the nearest store and clarify your problem.

Aircel — deducted money in my balance account

On 23rd April 2010 Rs.30-- deducted in my prepaid balanced account without my any information.Mob.[protected].
my mobile balance is reducing rs 1 for a day daily
the same pain is here too.but is there any way to teach them lesson before finally changing the Service provider.

seems that only this option is left now.

    I am using Aircell Prepaid connection and Mobile No.: [protected], Today i.e. on 7th March, 2011, at 0532 Hours I have received a SMS “Dear Subscriber, Melody Time Pack has been successfully renewed. You will be charged Rs. 15/- month as rental”.

    Though I have neither made any phone request nor any SMS request to AIRCEL. But last 4 months they have deducted Rs. 15.00 to Rs. 30 on every month. Every month I have complaint to Aircel Customer Care, but the problem is still going on.

    When I have not made any request to the service provide to any additional service, what is the logic behind to send the such SMS to the customer. I never experienced such a stupidity with Aircel. i am constantly following Aircel customer care from 3 months ago but there is no response from their end. They always use to says that wait i'll give our higher officer but still i didn't receive any solution.

    I bored of writing about issues. So am stopping with this. I have escalated it to some other officers. I hope there will be atleast one person who will help me turning into a satisfied customer and make my spent time valid!

    Please warn the appropriate authority to credit back by amount into my talk time account

      Without any information Aircel network deducted arounding 50/- from my mobile account with in one month.Before 20 days i have lost 30 rupees after that i have activated DND service but today (07/03/2011)when i checked my balance, i bacame to know that 20 rupees also deducted from my account.

        mobile tower in our house — improper attitude of company

        I AM A HOUSE OWNER HAVING TOWER OF AIRTEL ( MOBILE ) SITUATED AT ROOF OF MY HOUSE AT JAIPUR-RAJASTHAN, INDIA. UNFORTUNATELY I HAVE NEVER BEEN COMMUNICATED ABOUT CONTACTS TO WHOM I HAVE TO CONTACT IN CASE OF EMERGENCY AND COMPLAINTS, HENCE I AM WRITING YOU.

        THERE IS ONLY ONE SMALL MCB IN ELECTRICAL CONNECTION OF THIS TOWER AND THERE WAS EARLIER A FIRE BLAST IN IT AND A CROWED GATHERED AT MIDNIGHT. IT COULD HAVE BEEN A NEWS PAPER STORY. THE CONCERNED PRIVATE CONTRACTOR VISITED AND I COMMUNICATED HIM TO INSTALL A GOOD ELECTRICAL SYSTEM SO THAT AGAIN RISK IS NOT THERE BUT HE AGAIN FITTED THE SAME TYPE OF MCB AND YESTERDAY NIGHT THERE WAS AGAIN A FIRE IN THE SAME ELECTRIC METER.

        I have given my N70 mobile to check the charging problem. But they have damaged my mobile saying that the board is damaged. When i gave them mobile it was working fine. But they have damaged it. Even if they are not returning my mobile.
        I am Ashish Sachdeva from Agra, I saw an advertisement in the newpaper regarding the Aircel 3G tower .And contact on the numbers mentioned in the newspaper were :[protected], – Person Name - Ramesh, Who told me the process of fixing the Aircel 3G tower that you have to submit Registration Fees Rs. 4200 . and send me the A/c Number of Mr Vishal Sharma – Engineer in Aircel for the further Process. I have deposited the money in the Account of Mr. Vishal Sharma . After few days the send me The Agreement letter from Aircel cellular limited 5th floor, Spencer Plaza 769, Anna Salai Chennai – 600002. And I have received the call from mr. Rajeev for the further process As per the agreement We will give you 20 lakh Advance and Rs.3, 0000 rent per month for the 20 years but as per Telecom Act 1972 you have deposit 1% of 20 lakh as a govt Tax, Rs. 20000, After that you have submitted Rs.30, 000 For Green Card and transportation charges in the Same Bank account given by us. I check the agreement it is Stamped and Seal by Aircel Company and signed by Mr. Vishal Sharma – Aircel Engineer I have deposited all the amount in the Account . Total Amount I have deposited is Rs. 54, 200. But After Last transaction in Bank Account they were not responding and not picking my calls. Today I send the msg that If they not picking my calls and giving reponse I will take the legal against the company and the persons involved in this matter that I really don’t want but there is no reply from other side.. So please you are requested to solve this matter and take serious action against this and kindly give the justice as soon as possible.

        1) Why money to be paid into manager account was question they said it is the procedure to be followed from TELECOM REGULATORY AUTHORITY OF INDIA. We pay it in lumsum to from our Account.

          I am experiencing very slow speeds on my Aircel Connection. I use internet generally on my mobile phone and on my pc itself and I have found the speed to be very unsatisfactory. I am using nokia n73.....the problem is not with my mobile phone.....I have the unlimited pack activated on my mobile.But with the current speeds I dont think I will even be able to use 300-400 MB. ...... when i start downloading any thing speed goos to o b/s and nothing is download .....so plz help me so as to i can njoy ur service....plzzzzzz

            i already gave complaint through direct aircel show room ([protected], [protected])dated on and i paid for that by cheque regarding name tranfer , its take around more than one year, i ask u one thing is it worked out or not, tell me frankly , i send u this same complaint thru mail again and again thru customer care but still am not getting any proper response from your side, i[censored] do the same i will see u thru legally.

              sir i am using aircel card, last year i submit my id proof and photos,but today[protected]certainly my incomming and outgoing calls service baned.i contact customer car service they say submit u r id proof and photos. i am working in marketing field so mobile is our important wepon of our job.now i am totaly upset.pls what i do.very very worst servise.i can't see this kind of service anywhere.

              sir ,sorry to say that when i bought this connection i faced more problem
              about it. my pocket internet is not working properly i face this problem
              from 1 n half month . i always call on 121 and [protected] but nobody help me.
              He always says after some time but there is no limit . i want your needfull help about it
              because from 3 days costmer care avoid my call.So pls take a need full action
              action about it.

              This is strange since the Aircel customer care is a highly rated one for its service and where as the pocket internet is concerned I would suggest you to reset the GPRS settings on your set, I am sure you will get a great speed.

              Very strange I must say, my experience with them has been very good. The Aircel CC is a helpful bunch and easily reachable every 9 out of 10 time you call them. Once you speak to them they will definitely help you with the Internet issue as well.

              when i have not applied for any dialer tune still they are giving
              and charging RS 30 pm.This is not done.When i am complaning
              to the customer care they are telling that i have applied for it.
              please do something for it otherwise every month i have to pay
              RS 30,as i have not applied for any dialer tunes.
              there is no signals in entire district that is SRIKAKULAM
              ANDHRA PRADESH...
              i got signals only in town
              nowhere else around 200 kms
              toooooo bad yaaaar...
              Dialer tune is an automated service and needs user confirmation to be activated, it can happen when you respond to the promo calls or messages. It is suggested that you get your DND activated to block all these calls.
              hello,i am inder from jamshedpur i bought a aircel sim for that i paided 120 rs the shopkeeper said that you will get a talktime of 103 within 2 months.i can take calls but i am unable to make calls from it whenever i tries to make call it says that the network it busy,either the no. is not busy. i tried to consult the costomer care of aircel they told that my document is still not reached.i am in a big trouble i will suggest that the aircel company is damn illetrate and bad behaviour.plz dont take the sim of aircel otherwise you have to face the problem.

              Hi,

              My complaint is regarding the services for Aircel.

              I use a Blackberry phone and had requested for the BB service to be activated via message (BBM for Rs 399/- plan). There was no update for the activation of my services on phone.

              Whenever, I call the customer service number, either the representatives keep transferring my call from one department to another or they disconnect the call.

              AIRCEL has the most dissatisfaction customer service.

              Now, since my BBM service is not active, the internet also does not work. So, i use the WIFI to get connected to internet on the phone. Since, i use the WIFI at home through my phone, now AIRCEL, keeps deducting charges for net usage even though I;m ot using the net.

              AIRCEL has to get there services improved.

              I've been telling aircel executive to deactivate my 26 rs scheme but they are telling that they can't deactivate it so what is the use of customer service shut down all the customer service

                Hello Sir,

                I am very much frustated with the promoyion calls from the Aircel company as I do get almost 10-20 call every day and even I have tried registering for the DND service by the said procedure by the Aircel compnay by typing START DND to 1909 but it never goes through even I have tried calling the customer care the call never gets connected to the customer care executive. So I have no other option left now other than to register a complain against the Aircel telecom. So please help me so that these people stop pesturing people with these annoying calls to people and improve their service and so that whenever any people tries to call the customer care it should get connected and not get disconnected.

                I hope my request will be heard by the authorities as soon as possible.

                  I am Arun Jain,using Aircel no.[protected]** wants to complaint about the [censored]ing service of Aircel. Without any permissions aircel U.P west service provider deduct (cut) my balance by Rs.50 this time. And by Rs 20 last month. Last they excused that Sir you have activated our 3 days internet service although i didnt. This time they said i activated Rs.27 sms pack & Rs 9 sms pack. What they think, that we have no brains to handle mobile phones????? They are just dogs..[censored] u Aircel U.P. West & their connecting person. [censored]s.....

                      My aircel no. is [protected]. Since 15 days, I am continuously calling in customer care to activate my NATIONAL DO NOT CALL SERVICE but still my request has not been processed till date. The customer care executives are extremely bad. Either they cut the call or leave it on hold & forget. I am very much tensed due to the continuous promotional calls & SMS's. I have tried it many times by messaging "START 0" to 1909, but I instantly receive the message that "dear customer, you are not a valid aircel customer". I have talked to senior people also (Gurjeet & Vikas) but still my problem is unresolved. Still my NDNC is not registered. I am mentally harassed. Please help.

                      I am Rohit here & I was pay online payment to against my bill ([protected]) & my transaction id: PU[protected].Now the situation is pathetic from your side guys bcoz still my phone outgoing service is not working after receiving payment of Rs.1000 against my no. [protected]. why? Can you explain it.

                      Please read in on my file as I will not explain my case again to you because I have done it several times over several phone calls on every time.

                      I was told several times that my requests have been forwarded to your higher authority.

                      Is your normal waiting time for every customer, 3hrs after receiving payment?? Because it seems to me that you follow a different services than any other company than I have ever seen or heard of.

                      Is it normal for your office to take a few months to follow up with a customer?

                      Do you seriously not take into consideration anything about time or give any value to your customers???

                      At this point, I would rate your company's performance as one of the slowest and hurtful because of your ill considerations, my time and money have been hindered. I seriously feel that even writing this email to your company is a mistake on my part.

                      I do apologize to you reading this email because I know you just want to do your job. But if you can, please forward this to your superior.

Most of Tamilnadu Rural Phone number loss Rs.30 per month, Every month any one service activated by Aircel and Cheating money that is Reduced balance Automatically.                         Telecom tribunal TDSAT today sought response from the Department of Telecom (DoT) over a plea by Aircel and its group subsidiary Dishnet Wireless challenging the penalty demand made by the department after they failed to roll-out their services on time.
                        The Telecom Disputes Settlement and Appellate Tribunal (TDSAT)'s bench headed by Justice S B Sinha directed DoT to file their reply within two weeks and posted the matter for further hearing on March 22, 2011.

                        The tribunal's directions came over a batch of petitions filed by Aircel and Dishnet Wireless seeking refund of Liquidated Damages (LD) with interest.

                        Aircel and Dishnet Wireless are the new operators that were allotted 2G spectrum or radio waves by former telecom minister A Raja.

                        DoT had issued notices to Aircel and Dishnet Wireless demanding crores of rupees in penalty for failing to meet roll out obligations for seven circles each.

                        Both Aircel, a joint venture between Maxis Communications of Malaysia and Apollo Hospital Enterprise of India, and its subsidiary Dishnet Wireless have paid LD charges demanded by DoT under protest.

                        As per the Unified Access Service Licence (UASL) conditions, telcos are required to roll-out their networks within one year from the date of allocation of spectrum.

                        According to the agreement, in case, new licencees fail to roll-out services within the stipulated period, DoT is entitled to recover LD charges.

                        Earlier in a similar case, TDSAT in its interim order, had directed Uninor and other telecom operators to pay 60 per cent of the penalty demanded by DoT for failing to meet their roll-out target.

                        DoT had sent notices to several firms, which had got new 2G licenses bundled with start up spectrum, but were still not offering services.

                        Ya its true that aircel activates unnecessary services for the innocent people who even dont know how to deactivate them and pity is that many are unaware of the services activated.
                        NO 1 CHEATING, , , STUPID NETWORK IS THE GREAT AIRCEL
                        very true not only in the rural area here in Ahmedabad also i m facing the same problem
                        the provider itself started the services like romantic, beauty tips ... in my cell and though balance is not available in our cell than also it starts the services by itself and after filling the balance into the sim card it cut off the charge for the services that has been activated and i dont find any way to stop this services...

But today company did not give me any notification of finishing this peroid and deducted the amount from my balance. This has happened earlier also.                                 this is to inform you that , i had a post paid connection of Aircel ( No. [protected])
                                i am using this connection since last 3 months, but i had found that my bill generates more than my expectation infect my credit limit is just 700 Rs. but my bill comes more than 900 Rs. every month.
                                i called customer care regarding my issue they referred me to contact Siliguri Branch office, i went to Aircel office Siliguri Branch with my grievances but no one was bothered to help me with my issue, even i requested them to migrate my connection into a prepaid but they denied to migrate them, while taking this postpaid connection i was said by the Aircel Representative that if the service doesn't suite me i can migrate it to prepaid after 3 month. now when i am requesting them to migrate my number into prepaid they are denying to do it,
                                infect a staff of Aircel said me that if i force them for migration into prepaid or go for MNP( mobile Number Portability) with other service provider they would barred my lines, and this is what they did,
                                i am stuck into a serious problem with my number being barred as i am a sales man and missing important calls of my clients, sir you can understand that this is a month of february and next month is march a financial year closing and if i dont ful fill my target i would be fired from my job,
                                this mobile connection issue has created a great impact on my working life.

                                Hence, its my humble request you to look into this matter and get my connection migrated to prepaid.

                                  I have purchased two sims of aircel few months back approximately 8 month back...On 16th Feburary they have blocked my sim on the terms of Identity Verification issue..I have then reproduced by identity proofs to its HEAD OFFICE at Canaught Place. The officials there at the office have assured me to resolve the issue within 36 hours...
                                  When the problem has not been resolved even after 36 hours I contacted its customer care...they came with some new issue...some cusomer representative says to wait another 48 hours, someone lodges a new complaint, someone asked me to purchase a new sim...

                                  I demand my both the numbers to be working fine along with the balance that they were having before hand complete in it..

                                    I have applied MNP PORT on jan 20th from AIRCEL TO VODAFONE. They rejected my request and they said that the o/s amount yet to be cleared. They not even ready to give billed amount and they said i need to pay the unbilled amount its about Rs.700.00. I was waiting for that billing cycle and paid Rs.680 for the two numbers. But previously they said Rs.700 for one number itself. Then i again raised the request on 15th feb 2010 for my 3 numbers.They successfully port out for my other two number. They purposly rejected my number and they said i need to pay o/s amount. I spoke with the Aircel Customer. Now the big dramatic story started. They said i have not paid the Jan 2010 bill for the Rs.680. Its looking strange that after one year they are asking me to pay the o/s bill for the month of Jan 2010. Its highly stupidity and cleary shows that they are cheating the customer.I have

                                    I have escalated to Nodel and Appelate regarding this billing issue. Everyone saying the same story that i need to Pay Rs.680 for the month of Jan 2010. I asked them for the document proof. But they said they are not having any proof to show. Please friends kindly help me port out from this CHEATING AIRCEL PROVIDER.

                                      My initial MNP Port In request was lodged on 24/01/2011 - number [protected] (from Tata Indicom) to AIRCEL - the first port out code - expired where AIRCEL stated that they had technical issues - upon repeated daily visits to their Customer Centre after the port out code expiry they inform me that the application was not registered as they require another post paid bill.

                                      With the latest bill showing no outstanding dues a second port out code was requested expiry date 20/02/2011 - this has also expired, AIRCEL now has no reason to give me. please advise what should be done - emails of the issue have been forwarded to nodal officers of AIRCEL & their Appeallate officers - no response

                                      Please advise of what should be done next.
