my mobile no. is [protected] , without my permission 98 & 30 Rs. is deducted from my balance for activating GPRS & caller tone. on 2nd of april telecaller called up and i told him i dont want still he activeted. Same day I placed complaint on 198 they told witin 48 hrs it will be resolved but till 10th apr nothing has been done, i made no of complaints but they are giving new complaint no's repeatedly.

Respected sir,

My name is Prasad and my mobile number is [protected]. I am using aircel from last 1 year . so many times my balance deducted
for various reasons with out my permission. and most of the time I called to customer care I got my money back. But its repeating every time. with out my permission how can you people duduct my balance. I dont have any other work to call customer care.

last month they deducted 80 Rs from my account and I given complaint also but they are not refunding my amount they are telling so many reasons. I am feeling very bad impression on aircel. This is like a cheating people. Now a days evry day I am checking my balance because I dont know when they will cut my balance and they will not inform any about that.

I am feeling very bad about aircel Now I planning to move to other service providers. and I have so many friends they are using aircel I am telling them to move to orher.

Please some body solve this problem otherwise its very bad for aircel.

delivering to AIRTEl and not recieving from AIRTEl. Why, what happen

Unhappy with the Aircel services. The name and brand was good at the starting but now I feel Aircel lost it's value in the market. Bad network, more call rates, unnecessary deduction of currency from the account and online recharging is like minting of money for Aircel.

i you can give good service answer properly ...

    I had recharged my mobile number [protected] on 21st FEBUARY 2011 for Rs. 110 online at www.aircel.com. While doing so, Rs. 110 was deducted from my bank account, but the recharge was not successful.
    I had registered a complain for the same by calling customer care on 6th March. The complain number is SR 1-[protected]. But still I have not been refunded the money. The guys at customer care asked me to call the nodal officer, but my call was unanswered. So, I sent him email. The email reference number- ERN[protected]R0HDD. The nodal officer didn't feel to reply also. The Aircel customer support is very slack or they have deceided to steal money in this manner. Thats because if we recharge online at www.aircel.com your money gets deducted, recharge is not done, still you are not refunded, neither you get a reply after so many requests!!!!!!

    This is Shabana from Aptech Computer Education. I am using your prepaid service, but I am getting problem with your customer care executive. I had already discuss this details with Dainash(Operational Manager) and Akshay(Team Leader). Past one month your executive Kamlesh and Phaphinder(Quality Dept.) are listening my personal call I have that record with me but your Operational Manager and team leader both are taking this crime lightly, now it is enough if my problem not going to resolved so I will send all the details in grievance ID. Your operational manager have no courtesy how to speak to customer as well as your executive, Dainash has suppose to give me a call for the same issue but he didn’t turned up. They before yesterday I had word with Akshay he promise me I will receive Dainash call yesterday in evening around 6pm but no one is taking initiative to resolve my problem. Before that I had complaint regarding your executive Sonam as she has taken my personal number from your system and called them from that numbers one is my father’s number, I had informed this also but nobody want to resolve my issue. I am going to send that recording to grievance ID in the evening from your executive I got this recording which has forwarded from your executive ID. Today if I receive a call with resolution and apology mail so I will look into it other I have to take strict action against this data manipulation. Still no Response from Nodal officer

    I have been facing a problem with aircel for the las 6 months. A value added service Raat Baki Baat Baki has been actived without my permission and the balance has been deducted. This is happenning for the last 6 months even after giving a call to customer care for the last 6 month for the deactivation. Non of the customer care guys is taking any action not the nodal officer is responding even after giving a mail. Humiliating service. I recommend to all my friend and all the people of india please please be aware of aircel connection and do not get into it.

      I applicate for MNP at Jabalpur AIRCEL store at civic centre.
      Mr. Saransh took my all documents and told me MNP will be done in few days and provided me a sim (Sim No-[protected]).
      But till today MNP is not done and Mr. Saransh assuring me regarding...
      Two bills was paid by me in this period and provide the slips of payments to Mr. Saransh.
      I am complaining you regarding poor service and false assurance.
      Your employees are taking salary and enjoying.
      Its not good for any company.
      Please rectify it and do needful.

        Aircel not allowing mnp.

        Respected sir/mam,
        I buy this aircel number ([protected]) on 31/12/2006, then laterally, i am not satisfied from their service, because of worst customer care service (They proof this once again, my previous complaint they ignored), but i never change this number because, i have more contacts from this number, so i will continued with this number from past 4years, recently the mobile number portability service will come, so i think this is the good time to change other network with this number, then i go to the nearest mobile shop on 23/01/2011, i will applied to change other network (Airtel), the mobile shopkeeper done all (Mnp) process for my number, and also they gave new airtel sim card to me, then three days later a conformation call from aircel, they asked more details collect from me, then more than 15 days network doesn't change, several times i call to the aircel customer care centre, and my complaint number is (Sr 1-[protected]) but i have no response from their customer care center, then once again i will applied to mnp on 08/02/2011, but still the network doesn't change, and also i have no response from aircel customer care centre, and each agent gave different information to me, like this[ (1) this is not our problem. (2) goto aircel showroom. (3) contact airtel customer centre (4) goto airtel showroom. (5) your are not applying mnp, (6) this is trai problem (7) this is airtel problem. (8) ur complaint (Sr) will be raised (9) call three days later. (10) we are not findout ur problem. (11) please one more type apply for mnp (What a wonderful customer centre)] please take any appropiate action against this complaint, because i lose 40 rs for this process. And 2 times i gave my proof for this process. And please don't ignore this complaint also

          Aircel — Unjustified Balance Deduction

          I recently ported my number from Airtel to Aircel as I had Heard that it has Better ISD plans. So after porting, I called the Customer Care (121) and asked for details of best ISD call plans for Oman. The representative Assisted me with a plan worth 18/- in which call rate to Uae would drop down to Rs4.99/min. I agreed and activated it. After the confirmation message, I made a call to Muscat and the call duration was around 6~7 mins. But the call cost was Rs65. I called the Call center at 198 and tried to file a complaint regarding it. But the reply was very annoying as the representative told me that I had activated the wrong pack and the information provided to me was wrong. When I asked for refund, he said that it was my mistake and suddenly the Call disconnected strangely( that is weird because it has never happened to me till now).
          Can you please help me regarding the further steps. I am cheated of Rs30/-

            HI EVERYONE,
            This is Karthik anand.C from Sowripalayam Coimbatore.I have an AIRCEL Prepaid connaction([protected]) since 6 months.I had sended a message "START 3G" to 121 and activated 3G services in my Aircel Number.Still i am not able to connecting to internet.They had limited my 3G service and while browsing it switched to 2G network in which its speed from 2 to 5 kpbs only. I want to use AIRCEL 3G for my Project Base with VPN.How can i connect to the slow speed network to my VPN with such a slow speed.Even the customer service centers is too bad and helpless.They told to recharge with a 3G data plan and your problem get solved. I recharged with low limit of 8 MB for Rs 7 pack. but the same problem.

            The Only advantage with this is I had a prepaid connection,Billing is not at my head.


            Aircel's Advertisement for their 3G service makes me more angry because they do not have enough technical solutions but they advertise more what ever they don't do.Don't get attracted through advertisements and DEMO,They are fakes.

                Today(31/3/2011) at 11:00 AM I received a call from aircel customer care number([protected]).

                They inquired my details,and confirmed my number.I said correct.
                Then they replied that i have won Dialer Tune Pack,so i just want to pay only Rs 60/3 months subscription.They inquire my field of interest in songs for setting the tune.

                At that time i refused for activation and said 'I am not Interested'.They replied,we are just asking for confirmation.But at the time of holding the call she made a statement your dialer tune will be placed in an hour by deducting 60 rupees and suddenly kept the phone in hold.

                I tried lot to that number but no use,no one picking that.
                At last,after an hour dialer tune service is activated by deducting 60 rupees from my account.

                I got frustrated.But what can i do more than that.

                Please make this complaint serious,and give me advise to get back my money.
                Or help me to whom i have to contact to lodge a complaint in this aspect.

                    Received the above message but so for no settings received
                    For GPRS configuration setting 2 days I tried in many way, Sent message PI to 121,Called 198 and 121 no use and wasting my money and time.
                    Already I told about your customer service is real waste.Tried in 198 and 121 also. In 121 for 3mnts you are charging50 bz.My money is going but no one is attenting.Daily how many customers sending the complaint "YOU CAN NOT IMPROVE YOUR SERVICE"
                    ONE THING KEEP REMEMBER YOU WILL LOOSE LOT OF CUSTOMERS IN VERY SOON BECAUSE OF YOUR USELESS SERVICE,
                    Once again remember I had dissatisfied and irritated with your useless services.
                    Possible to do any thing do it fast.

                      Hi,

                      I had actually requested AIRCEL guy not to generate my bill on 9th of every month but even after my humble request they are generating it on 9th only; Actually i had opted Aircel postpaid connection just to access pocket internet on my cellphone, even though i have VODAFONE sim for my regular calling purpose.

                      Since the day of activation(14th Jan'11) of aircel sim only 5 to 6 days i could able to access pocket internet successfully, after that i could not able to access it; so for this i was continuously calling customer care number 121, 198 & [protected]; whenever i call 198 customer care executive will say me to call [protected] after this when i call this 10digit number customer care executive says me to call 121, wen i call this number and spent around more than 3 to 4 hours of time on continuous 3 sundays than also my problem is unresolved and unsolved. Whenever i call customer care they will say ki your problem has been sorted out now you can use PI easily then they will ask me to put down phone whne i tried accessing it after switching on my cell then also i was not able to access internet. Since from jan'11 onwards i was not using this sim than also i m paying every month Rs.550. Its not just acceptable.

                      On one day customer care executive told me that problem is with my handset only. after that i actually tried in other handset also; but my problem remains to be unsolved. on march 28th i have purchased MOTOROLA EX115 Dual SIM handset even for this handset also my problem remains to be same. Today also i called 121 first then cust care exe told me to call [protected] as 198 is not working due to some technical problem then i called [protected] here cust care exe sent me a setting msg which my handset couldn't able to read it. Then once again i called [protected] now cust care exe told me to call 198. when i called 198 here once aagain customer care person told me to call 10digit cust care number. I thing aircel dont have properly guided customer care executive thats why they are unnecessarily increasing BP of their customers and wasting their time by keeping highly uneducated professional customer care persons.

                      I have experienced a pathetic, worst than the worst service from aircel and will not suggest anybody to go for it. compared to aircel service vodafone services are much much much better.... in terms of network & also resolving their customer problem in time.

                      I had opted aircel because i thought it's services are better than vodafone looking into their commercial but i wont believe TV, Outdoor and any other commercial. I will now believe what i experience.

                            I have two Aircel prepaid connections [protected], [protected], i am getting frequent phone calls offering various services from Aircel and other advertisement calls also. I am working in an company where frequent meetings will be held and i will be receiving various official phone calls also. due to this i feel annoyed by Aircel. Apart from that in one of my no. [protected] they have deducted Rs. 30 with an SMS that dear subscriber u have successfully subscribed to Balaji Slogan i didn't know y these prestigious Mobile service provider should behave like a fraud for just Rs. 30/- if they want' money y can't they increasse their tarriff? y to cheat customers in this type of filthy manner.

                              Hello I am Md Sirajuddin from Katihar, Bihar
                              I have a aircel No. ([protected]) approx 4-5 year old.. these day my SIM is not working properly becouse
                              my has been debarred from last 12-15 days.. and Aircel officers are not giving proper assistance to me.
                              When I went on[protected] to my nearest aircel office in Katihar they told me that sir you will have give your document and photographs we will start your service within 48 hours and they give me a contact number of Aircel office katihar- it's was [protected].


                              after passing given time I called them ask about my request. they reply that sir it will take 24 hours more... after that I re-call them again and they ask 24 hours more.
                              again I called them on but they didn't give any +ve response tome..

                              today[protected] after passing lots of time they are not taking my call when I am asking about it..
                              now i dont have trust on them and i faced a lot of problems in last these days due to these interruptions.

                              I also contact to these officer of Aircel
                              but they also are irresponsible guys...

                                LAST MONTH I VE REGISTERED FOR MOBILE NUMBER PORTABILITY FROM AIRCEL TO DOCOMO. THE EXECUTIVE CALLED UP FROM AIRCEL AND I TOLD HIM THAT I WANTED TO MOVE TO DOCOMO AND I AM VERY KEEN. HE SAID OK AND FOLLOWING THAT THERE WAS NO RESPONSE FROM EITHER AIRCEL OR DOCOMO. I DO NOT UNDERSTAND WHY THEY WANT TO KEEP A DIS SATISFIED CLIENT WITH THEM. WHEN I AM VERY KEEN IN MOVING AWAY FROM THIS NETWORK, THEY DON'T BOTHER TO SWITCH ME OVER TO DOCOMO.

                                  my phone sim is blocked due to puk code after 10 attemp its shows registration failled message when i put a sim card in a phone,after this i have gone to a aircell dealer he told me give me a photo and photo identity ok then i hav give that also he told me that its will be done after one day then also i said ok it will be fineTHEN AFTER 14 DAYS I HAVE CALLED ALSO THEN ALSO THIS PEOPLE HAVE GIVE ME A SAME REPLY IS WILL BE DONE AFTER 4-5 HOURS the problem is i have paid 100 rs also for sim card then why still my sim is not working.is this type of service of aircell dirtributors provides or the aircell provides a worst service this is a name and adress of a distributor:AMIT COLLECTION,SHOP NO 1,SHREE GOVIND,DARSHAN ,WADAVALI SECTION,AMBERNATH (E) -421501.my name is vinod solanki my mobile no is [protected]

                                    Just one month back only I took this new connection from you, Earlier I used Airtel and Bsnl. In Nagercoil this two providers not given the satisfactory service to me, so after dissatisfaction taken AIRCEL. Net work signal and Charge wise AIRCEL is EXCELLENT, but customer care/customer support is very worst.
                                    Four days back I sent a complaint regarding "GPRS settings", Next day I got call from your customer support, they told due to the technical problem your help lines 198 and 121 was not working. If that was true why not you arrange to sent messages to your valuable customers. How we knows, we were keep on trying hours and days like me how many peoples suffered who knows.
                                    Daily how many useless and unwanted messages you are sending. For this situations you can not do any thing? Try to do any alternative solutions to your customers, think it over.

                                    In Nagercoil no Aircel offices available. Only dealer and distributors.
                                    While we approaching for any thing they simply says “CONTACT CUSOMER CARE”
                                    Their responsibility over.

                                    Ok Sir, Now I come to the main matter that how you are troubling or cheating the customers,
                                    Once again reminding you, this sim card one month back only taken, That time I came to know Dialer tune added for new customers immediately I arranged for the deactivation. You can check in your system.
                                    19th March 2011 received the below message
                                    “Dear subscriber, You have been charged Rs.30 for 30 days of subscription.”
                                    After that arranged for deactivation and received message on 23rd March 2011
                                    Thank you for using Aircel Dialer Tunes. As per your request the service has been deactivated.
                                    Why you are troubling and cheating
                                    Really you have to ashamed for to take the poor peoples money in the wrong way,
                                    Try to find out to earn the money through many right ways.
                                    Why this deduction? Without usage do you have right to deduct?
                                    I was not requested for dialer tunes how you are activating and charging yourself
                                    Take this matter serious and return my money back to my account, otherwise I have to take this issue to CONSUMER COURT then only come to know in my behind how many money losers are there.
