I am using aircel prepaid sim barring the no[protected].
Last 4 months onwards the service providers activating callertune to my no without my permission and deducting the amount ,after i gave complaint to the network they will back the amount after 2 weeks. In this month the amount is not added.Every time the process is repeated, this is disturbing my personal life and i am calling to the customer care executive he is not take the action seriously.
Please take the proper action on the service provider.
Friends dont use the Aircel Prepaid Sim.

Aircel — Subscription to dialertune without my permission

I'm Manish Gulati, a customer of prepaid account with Aircel mobile no. [protected].
Few days back, i got a message from aircel stating that Dialertone service has been activated on my mobile no. and charged me Rs.30 for the same, without my permission. On complaint, the customer executive told me that the service has been activated by an approval to the call made to me by Aircel Customer care.
For a very kind information, DND service has been activated on my number since long, and Aircel can't give me a call regarding its promotional schemes.
However, due to my complaint on customer care, my dialertune was deactivated but the amount wasn't refunded back.
Today, once again, I have got the same message from Aircel that Dialertune service has been activated on ur mobile number and same fee of RS 30 has been charged to me against my will and the same reason is stated by the executive that the dialertune has been activated by a call.
This is totally irresistable.

I am sure there must be some technical fault in this, I would suggest you to drop in to your nearest Aircel store and report this matter. You are quite correct with your stand and they will surely help you with the same.

Aircel — Activate Caller tune without my permission

Hi,

I have a Aircel mobile no [protected]. Aircel people activate Caller tone without my permission and deduct balance from my mobile. Now they are not solving my problem.
I already register a complaint to them. Complain no1-[protected].

Friend have some patience if they have committed they will definitely deliver it to you, these are official processes and can take some time.
Caller tune is an automated service and hence need user confirmation to be activated, it can happen when you respond to the promo calls or messages. It is suggested that you get your DND activated to block all these calls.

    I,m form Tamilnadu & I'm now in Mumbai roaming, I already subscribed for 1month GPRS in Aircel, Now No gprs available in Mumbai with aircel home network. Tried to call 121 that service also not available. I called [protected] & made a complaint sr-1-[protected] & they told within 24 four hours it will be cleared., & lost Rs 34 for that call. Already 3 days gone.No customer-care service. Pooor service from Aircel.

      This is Muthu from Andhra Pradesh. I had been using my tamil nadu no for the past 4 years. My problem is, I recharged 2 or 3 times for this no ([protected]). But i am not getting any amount as well as incoming call and outgoing calls for this no. i dont know why? More than 200 rupees wasted myamoount. I need to solve this problem immediately from Aircel - Tamilnadu Members. Now This sim is in tirupati

        I request my mobil no ( [protected] ) incoming call history statement, because very frequently i receiving threatening call from[protected], [protected], [protected] & [protected]. It is very painful and mental harrassment.

        While register this complaint to police department regarding threatening, they require call history statement as evidence to prove that i have received the call from such mobile no's.

        Kinldy help me to get the call history statement as quick as possible, that will helps to launch complaint against the respective mobile no persons.

            Your customer service is very poor no (very worst)
            1)Keep on calling in 198 no bodies picking. After picking disconnecting the call
            Are you thinking customers are fool or we don’t have any other work.

            2)Your 121 also same status, They are transferring the call to customer service officer for that you are charging 50paise we have to hold in life time and pay for that also(MONEY AND THE TIME IS VALUBLE OR NOT) to you and your staffs .

            Are you cheating or making fool to the customer.?

            Why you are earning dissatisfation from the customer?

            Are you paying to customer service staff ?

            Are you checking whether they doing their work properly?

            Who is ready to listen/attend your customer's complaint,?


            For new sim card Initially for GPRS setting you want 48 hours why you cannot give immediately as per our request, Ok once I took GPRS setting in my sim card I will use in any of my phone, Once inserted the sim in any of my phone you have to send the settings in the respective phones. why you are not sending automatically. One mobile phone fails we have to use the sim with another phone.
            "Beause of your service we are facing the time and money losses,will you possible to returned to the customers".

              Myself Miss S. Pradhan having aircel number of [protected], one to two months back Rs.15/- has been deducted from my account for caller tune so i called the customer care and filed a complain, they assure me within some hour caller tune will be disconnected. But again after 13 days I got message that my caller tune is getting renewed within 2 days. I, again, immediately made complain, only after that caller tune has been removed from my no. within 4 hours. I always try to send START DND to 1909 huh no use answer is message sending failed try again later.
              Story has not been finished yet, yesterday on 20th march I got 3-4 messages continuously from company telling that my your request will be processed shortly...without making any request I got that message. Next message was dear subscriber you have been charged Rs 30 for 30 days subscription for Dialer tunes. Third message was thank you; your dialer tune sadi gali has been set as per your request. And final message thank you, you can now enjoy cricket updates as your dialer tune.
              Once again I called a customer care filed a complain telling about all the messages I got, she (customer care) checked that her in computer and told me that I made a request for that tune at 11.45 am..God knows my cell was with me, I didn’t make any call or request but they get request for dialer tune from my side. I ask her to immediately remove that tune and give back my amount which has deducted from my account. She insist that I made a call that’s why they fix dialer tune in my number.
              On behalf of every Aircel Customer, I want strict action against Aircel Company. If no one can take action then I want every individual customer of aircel to unite and make every possible bad wish for this no.1 cheater company.
              My wish is to close this company forever...and whoever is responsible for this foul play would not get any job.

              computers — Bad quality CPU

              Hello Sir,
              I bought three p4 computers from the local vendor with 80hdd 2 gb RAM and 2.0 intel processor.but after buying it on the very third day all of them stopped working and since them i am keep on repairing them from the same vendor,in the strating he gave me free technical service and now computers are still in bad shape and he picked one computer for repair and never returned and now he is not picking up the phone and out of contact for last one month. Pls guide me through how i cen compensation.

                Hello,
                I have recently taken a aircel postpaid sim in january but since it didnot get activated even after 4 days of purchasing a contacted the dealer and asked him to deactivate it bec i was in urgent requirement of sim and cant wait for months for it to get functional. The dealer apologised and assured that it will be deactivated and i will not be troubled any more. After 15 days an aircel representative came to my address for address verification . I again told him the whole issue and told him that i am not interested in using the sim and even to that day sim was not activated, I again requested him to deactivate it . He assured me that the sim will be permanently be deactivated and i will no more be troubled for bill.

                Again after a month a started getting the calls regarding payment of 550 bill amount for the sim usage. I talked to customer care representative. She told me that although there has been no usage of the sim still she cant help me. For assistance she asked me to visit nearest aircel outlet. I visited an aircel outlet 15 km from my residence where i told the entire issue. The lady on the desk took a written note from me that i am no more interested in using the sim and assured me that the bill will be nullified and i will no more be troubled with any more further bills.

                again in this month i have got a bill of 222 Rupees, althu the previous bill of 550 has been removed but why has this new bill been generated?
                Again i called to customer care representative and she agsin told me dat i have to pay the bill even though the sim is no more under use or visit to nearest aircel outlet...

                why are these aircel people troubling me for a useless sim that has been decativated long ago and is no more in use and for which i have been assured several times that i will no more be troubled. Why am i being troubled to go to the aircel outlet each month and why are the customer care representative meant for if they cant care for customers concern..

                Please please help me in this issue and look into the matter.

                Postpaid bill is very High, unable to convert from postpaid to prepaid
                I am from Chennai and i used aircel Postpaid datacard ( NO: [protected] ) before a year . Then i paid ma balance outstanding amount and i requested to deactivate my datacard after PAYING THE OUTSTANDING BILL only.
                After few months i am frequently receiving calls stating you have balance amount of Rs.2068. I said i deactivated before a year itself why should i pay. i didn't receive any proper response. Then i received a call from Advocate(before four months) stating fraudulent case has been filed on you. I went to the AIRCEL STORE where i requested for deactivation. He apologised and said no need to pay, your card has been activated again unknowingly in BULK TOOL ACTIVATION process and he spoke with the advocate and resolved the issue. BUT NOW AGAIN I AM RECEIVING CALLS from ( [protected]) Chennai Aircel Office ( Spenzer) stating you have balance amount of Rs.2068. I explained them previous issue which happened but they are not ready to hear my queries and status about that complaint.Now again a Legal notice is generated from Advocate side. Is this the way Aircel treats its customer????!!!. I'm totally vexed upon this issue. Please take some responsible actions and clear this issue. I have attached a image and i can further give some evidences if you need .

                  I recharged my Aircel No online and it could not get recharged though my account was debited. After talking to Customer care several times regarding this problem I sent a mail to aircel care.mumbai but problem remained as it is.
                  Thereafter I visited Aircel Gallery and requested the same but I was told that the said number is issued under some body else name. Furthermore I produced my all documents along original but aircel people were unable to find the distributor who has issued the said sim card.
                  After requesting so may times the problem is still exist and I m purturbed that a genuine person is being harrassed, Aircel is unable to come out with solution.
                  I want problem redressal as soon as its possible because carrying a mobile with wrong identity and allow some one else to use my IDs both are dengerous things and can cause any misappropriation.

                    On 18th feb'11, i applied for mnp code to port my no. [protected] from airtel to aircel, then on 8th march'11 my porting was activated and i got aircel network, but i could not send sms from that day, regarding this i launched complaint in aircel care (comp. No. [protected]) then they give me the resolve that as 16th march, but my problem is not solved even today 17th march. Even, they have not contacted me regarding this complaint.

                      Dear Sir/Madam,
                      I Myself Arpita Dutta, My Mobile No. is [protected].There is a service named Aircel Talkies Pack which was activated without my intimation from last month. And the service charge has been deducted from my balance. This activation is forced on me by your side and there is no information provided to me regarding this activation. It is so disgusting that I have already talked several times to customer care no 198 and requested them to deactivate the service but the service has not yet deactivated and they are not agreed to provide me the complain no. As per your executive’s version (Mr Sandeep Dutta Date 09/03/11 time 11:30 pm) Aircel is not presently maintaining any complain no. against user’s complain, IS IT TRUE?

                      Last night (Dated 10/03/11 Time 10 pm) again I requested your Customer Care Officer named Mr. Debjyoti to deactivate the service but suddenly he started abusing me with several slang and told me that he was not willing to help me and described me as a ‘###’. And I can do whatever but he won’t help me. And there are several slang which I cannot describe being a woman. I felt so sick, So is this a way to talk with a customer?? On the other hand I am asking you is this a way to talk to a lady???????? Today onwards I decide to stop using Aircel.
                      So I am requesting you to take some strong action against the culprit. Can I expect that my request will be granted from your side?

                      I am requesting you to stop this kind of harassment; it's very irritating for each and every woman. And this is my humble request to you, that try to change
                      the behavior of your Customer Care Executives.
                      I am a regular user of Aircel but next time if this kind of event happens from Aircel’s Customer Care Executives then I will have no other option except choosing other Service Provider. And I shall be bound to take legal actions if I feel that no strict actions have been taken from your side.

                      I hope you will take strong action immediately and return the balance which is forcibly deducted from my account and deactivate Aircel talkies pack as soon as possible.

                        My name is Pranav Sharma. I’ve bought your Aircel prepaid number [protected] on 6th March 2011 from one of your Dealer on Rajpur Road, Dehradun. Dealer contact number is [protected] (not aware about name). He took 100 Rs. from me and told me that I’ll get Rs. 50 talk time after activation post dialing 123 and language selection.

                        Now, even after 4 days, I’m continuously calling dealer but no positive response from his side. Rs. 50 not credited in my account yet. I took this SIM for making STD calls, so I got the same recharged with Rs. 150. This matter is of operator commitment. Need your intervention on same.

                          Initially I had a balance of Rs10.23, but after sending a message to 5676709 which costs (Rs 3.00) on 8th March 2011, I was surprised to see that the balance has become Rs -19.76. Instead of deducting Rs 3,Aircel had deducted Rs 33.
                          I'm neither using their GPRS nor I have any services(like Hello Tunes,jokes) activated in this number.I have raised up the complain two times in the Customer Care.
                          The complain id's are:1-[protected] made on 9th March 2011and 1-[protected] made on 12th March 2011.
                          The customer care representative Ms.Sukanya Dutta assured me that the cost of sending an sms to a third party vendor 5676709 is Rs 3 only and the balance will be updated(incresed) within 72 hours,but nothing as such happened.When I called up the customer care(198) to check the status of the complain on 15/3/2011,the representative said that they cann't refund the money as the cost of sending the message to 5676709 has been charged Rs 33 by aircel.
                          I am surprised how come aircel charge me more?

                            Reason for mobile portability i have shifted my residence from
                            korattur to kodambakkam i don't have proper network in my residence
                            from BSNL, In this connection i have applied the aircel mobile
                            portability.

                            I am loosing my business every minute from 8.30 am on 15.03.2001. I
                            have called your customer care executive today morning 7.30am, 10.15
                            am & 10.30 am, finally they have committed I will get my connection
                            within One hour time, it means I should get before 11.45am.

                            I need a complete solution for the same, some higher officials should
                            take this issue in a priority way to solve before 11.45am.

                            I will claim the damage if the connection will not activited after 11.45 am.

                              On 19th February 2011 around 10.30am , i made a recharge of 555 on my friend's Mobile no[protected] (Zip Cash Transaction Code:PZAHAZ) through [url]http://zipcash.in[/url] .

                              Previously it was an AIRCEL number , but it got converted into VODAFONE recently , Due to this change the Recharge got Failed , but my balance got deducted from my ZIPCASH account ..

                              I contacted VODAFONE , AIRCEL and Zipcash Customer Care .

                              Vodafone Says Contact Aircel about this.

                              I contacted Aircel , they said the recharge was done , and i should get my refund within 48 hours from where i did the recharge so contact them..

                              so i contacted Zipcash Customer care , Representative NAMED "Amol Dhale" , he told me that he will look into it and shall contact me within 24 hours..but even after 2 days he didnt contact me , so i again called him , he said its showing RECHARGE SUCCESSFUL in thier system so they cant do anything and i should contact Aircel for it , i told him that Aircel told me that recharge was done but as it was done for aircel and the number is now vodafone , i should get the refund , so he said he will contact aircel for it and i shall wait for his reply..

                              after 2 days i again contacted him regarding it , he said he is awaiting reply from Aircel so wait , i waited than again i called him up after 4 days , he said Aircel told him that My friend is still Aircel Customer and his number is not yet ported to vodafone..

                              i told him how is it possible , my friend is using VOdafone's BBM service from so many days , he said i should contact aircel about it.. so i wrote to aircel customer care (Complaint no - ERN-92837-HR2FW6) asking is my friend's number is still a Aircel number and whether any recharge of 555 was successful on that date or not..

                              i got this reply from them

                              Which clearly states that my friend's number is not a aircel number anymore , so i contacted ZIPCASH again and i got a RUDE reply from AMOL

                                Ia m Hardev singh rajpurohit i have a connection of Aircel no [protected]. I took this connection 4 months before, because of its low terrif and better connectivity, i also took 3 connection for my family members but around 25 days i am geting problem with its connectivity because iam in banking service(Customer Relationship Officer) due to this customer are not well touch with me and not having proper sms facility from aircel transponder. I started cricket pack on 06/03/2011 of rs. 30 but aircel gave only 4 massage in till date . Its connectivity, sms service and internat service is not good. Iam just not feeling comfretable with aircel..

                                  I am the regular customer aircel company . Aircel is a good communication company but some time its charge on customer by unconscious charges .My problem is this , ,(11/03/2011) Today in the morning my main balance is 42.00 Rs. after 2 hour when i was make another call to my friends and check my balance its show 13.92 Rs. but don't know where my main balance cut by charge .

                                    I have been trying to port out of aircel network since the 30-Jan and the are continously rejecting my request even after cleareance of my bill, and filling in a form for discounting the additional services on my number. I have also made a payment of Rs.1000/- for my number, even though I had not asked for a vanity number.After request for a portout again, Aircel has once again rejected my request. It feels as if the are trying to put money from the subscriber without thier will.

                                      Dear sir / Madam
                                      This is to bring to your kind notice of aircel blocking all outgoing calls from my mobile number.
                                      This is inspite of registering a formal complaint on harassment on producing address proof at aircel office periodically.
                                      I have the above aircel numbers for many years and have submitted address proof for the given numbers three times - once during taking the new number, again immediately after taking the number on claims from aircel that the documentations were not correct. Again the address proof was demanded from aircel and outgoing calls cut earlier.
                                      I had to run to aircel office and submit the address proof.
                                      Now again the same drama - Why are you not doing the correct documentations and keeping them safe?
                                      This is totally illegal and your high handedness by cutting the outgoing calls on my mobile number will not be taken lightly by me this time.
                                      Kindly do the needful immediately and restore the outgoing calls asap.
                                      Hope you would do the rightful thing and take action against the erring personnel who do not maintain the records and think that they can get away by cutting the outgoing calls.

                                        Airtel has set up a mobile tower near to my house. there were protests too.The DG set starts running whenever there is a power failure - even in the middle of night. The sound is extremely irritating.

                                        Please tell me how to get rid of this [censored]ing tower from my street. We have more than 50 childern in our street.

                                        radiation comes from tower is not good for health. Since we are in village we are not sure whom to appoach to get rid of this Aircel tower. Radiation from mobile phones towers poses serious health risks, including loss of memory, lack of concentration, disturbance in the digestive system and sleep disturbances, according to an inter-ministerial committee formed by the ministry of communications and information technology in India to study the hazards posed.
