no satisfaction or improvement in the situation

I'm one of the Aircel customer from delhi. I used aircel number since last 3-4 month
But when ever i give ring from no to this no. it does not response, even when my relative or friend also try to talk on this no, it show invalid number or switche off. i also talk one of your customer care excutive but there is no satisfaction or improvement in the situation.
this is a serious problem
plz improve...

No network at all

Before purchasing the Aircel Sim card, the executives in Aircel galaries said that they have a very strong network in Mumbai.

I purchase Aircel Start-up Kit on 6th June 2009 & was activated on 7th June 2009 with an no. [protected]. I am using a latest mobile. The day I inserted the sim card, I found NO NETWORK.

After complaining several times, they sent 2 executives with some equipments & they also claimed...

Not connect Internet ON my PC @ Not Sending SMS.

Respected Sir,
I purchased an Aircel Sim of "gupshup pack" having Number [protected] on 7th day of this month.
I Recharged with Rs. 98/- for the use of Internet on my PC. The Internet is working properly In my Cell, But The Internet is not working in my PC. At the time of connecting Internet with Pc, My cell shows me an error of "Subscribe to Packet Data First".

Disturbance by Telemarketing calls

Dear Sir,
I have registered with national do not call registry.Even after this, I get 3-4 telemarketing calls daily. I visited AIRCEL website, but it doesn't provide facility to register for do-not-disturb feature.
I tried to connect to customer care, but all in vain.
This is to draw your attention towards the growing problem of disturbance because of telemarketing calls everyday....

Aircel pocket internet not starting on laptop

Sir,
I have get started aircel pocket internet worth rs. 98 on my no.[protected]. it is not working on laptop, i have complaint many times to customer care.they assured that our GPRS department will soon contact u.
but in vain.

This is for your better business I suggest that your company should start or use his employee to pick pocketing in street, why starting new kind of business which dose not support to your brain....

aircel gprs problem

main aircel ka pocket internet use kar rha hoon 4 din se main use nhi kar pa rha main distt. kathua (j&k) se hoon maine customer care ko b call ki per unhone iska koi solution nhi bataya..maine sab logon se pta kia hamare area main koi b gprs service use nhi kar pa rha plz sir jaldi se koi action liya jaye gprs problem ko solve kiya jaye...

My Aircel number is;.[protected] & i live in delhi. i have so many complaints for wrong bill update in aircel customer care, airel outlet, aircel nodal officer & aircel apeeal authority but kisi ne bhi meri complaints pe action nhi liya.jisko dekho bas saare misscommitment karte hai. ab main kheta hu k mera number disconnect kardo wo bhi nahi karte aur daily mera bill update hota ja raha hai......

I am receiving around 10-12 calls everyday from Aircel automated call service([protected], [protected]).I want this to be discontinued with immediate effect....

UNAUTHORISED DEDUCTION

hello sir, my no is [protected]. i am aircel subscriber( bihar). last month company deduct rs. 15 from my account as missed called service charges. but i did not sent any request message to activate such services and after 2 days calling attemt i got a chance to talk to customer care executive. they told me that i might have sent a message to activate this service.when i clear my side then they told me they will inspect this and will reply...

Not proper customer service

Sir i have a Aircel postpaid connection, i am not receiving the monthly bills by post or by email. But they are sending sms and calling to pay the pill. This thing is happening every month. I went to their showroom and amaid complaint many times but there is no reponse from their side. When i am calling customer care thru my mobile they are not answering the call. Network and gprs Problem

Sir,

I buyed a new aircel no yesterday with lots of hope that it will serve me better, but rather i was dissappointed by the network specially around my home, i was having a airtel connection and it was working so well in my home, in my family i have vodafone, tata and reliance connection as well and all work well from my home.
but the network of aircel keep fluctuating up and down causing failing in gprs connection....

Internet not working when attached to pc

Respected Sir/Madam,

I have taken a Aircel Prepaid Connection on 3rd of July 2009, and as the company's service of pocket Internet claims that internet can be assessed by connecting mobile with the computer through data cable or bluetooth.

but I am not able to assess the internet through pc when connected with mobile.

I had called to customer care several times, but they are telling me several...

poor network - no signal

Aircel - i dont know why the are running company... very very poor network in Hyderabad, poor customer services i have ever seen....
