main jammu ka rehne wala hoon muje aircel mein live tv streaming mein problem hai main airtel ka sim use karta hoon to live tv dekh pata hoon apne cell pe mein nokia ka e50 use kar rha hoon lekin aircel ki sim se streaming nhi kar pata plz sir muje btaein ki main kaise live streaming karoon...jab main connect karta hoon to loading likha aata hai aur thodi deer mein error aa jata hai unable to connect with server connection time out ...plz help

You should visit the closest aircel store for you as they will be able to guide you better through the problem you are facing.. so simply walk in to the closest aircel circle office..

      sir, mane aircel company se mane ek simcard liya tha jiska date 09.07.09 hai or usme mane unka 98 internet surfing wala recharge karvaya tha unke time anusar mera net 24 hours ke bad chal jana tha lakin mera net surfing aaj tak nahi chala mere pass mera complane number be hai or bo mujhe her roj extend time kardete hai please main aapse je binte karta huin ki app unper kadi karvahi kare main aapke utter ka intjaar karu ga

      You should visit the nearest aircel store and get your query answered right there n then, as they will be able to tell you the exact nature of your trouble.
      I am reliance cdma mobile custmer but reliance network is very poor in my home.
      some time just 1bar in my mobile network and some time no network in mobile.
      all time call failed and call drop and when call for incoming all time unrechable.
      i am more than 8 to 10 time complaint but no solution for this problem.

        I have got Motorola L9 and I am trying to use Aircel pocket internet but when I send sms to 52346 as Aircelgprs to get setting, we recived the browser message as update is required. Can I get the idea regarding same.

        Aircel - Pocket Internet — Pocket Internet - Not Receiving the SETTING

        I have recharged with Rs 98 Pocket Internet for my Nokia 7610 not till date not received the GPRS SETTING........

        I have tried to call the customer care for more than 100 times ..... response is that the executive is busy and the phone is disconnected......... even i call at 12.30 to 1.00 AM at night till the same answer.

        • Go to “START” button
        • Select “SETTING”
        • Select “CONNECTION”
        • Select “CONNECTION” Icon
        • Select “ADVANCE”
        • Select “SELECT NETWORKS”
        • Select “MY WORK NETWORK” on upper row
        • Click on “EDIT” then click on “NEW”
        • Under connection name put "AIRCEL WAP" or “AIRCEL GPRS”
        • Under select modem à select “Cellular line (GPRS)”
        • Click on “NEXT” and under access point name put "aircelwap" for Aircel Wap “aircelgprs” for Aircel GPRS
        • Leave user name, password and domain blank
        • Click “FINISH” and close key-board
        • Go to “PROXY SETTING” tick both boxes ( only for Aircel Wap )
        • Put proxy server : 172.17.83.69
        • Click on “ADVANCE”
        • Click on HTTP then SOCKS and change “PORT” number : 8080
        • Click OK and browse internet

        WAP settings hardly arrive at time... When i smsed "WAP" to 121 from an aircel no., I received it the next day with a gap of 24hrs..

        The CUSTOMER CALL service is PATHETIC.
        I felt like suing the company for its really tall claims & its really PATHETIC service. There's no option of talking to the customer care directly...

        Also, to activate the internet service, it directly flashed a no.to dial/sms to for internet connection. When dialled/smsed, it dint even ask us to confirm, but directly deducted Rs.98 from the balance. :x
        PATHETIC again...

        To new prospective buyers of AIRCEL sim, I would suggest...
        PLEASE DO NOT BUY AIRCEL..

        VODAFONE is THE BEST as usual...so dont move on from your old service providers...(the Aircel tag line is misleading!)

        My number is [protected] and from last few days I am facing issues with my Pocket Internet services on my HTC Touch P3450. The worst part is that I am not getting any assistance through Aircel's GREAT customer service on 121. Everyday I have to spare my precious time to call them 30-40 times in a day but can't get hold of anyone because the IVR system disconnects my calls after putting me on hold for 5-7 long minutes and if any call transferred to their CSR then their great Representatives will surely disconnect your calls in a great style they will ask you to put you on hold then you will get a prompt on your phone that your call has been disconnected. I am very disappointed because I am facing a big difficulties by loosing my emails and validity of this service which is not acceptable. Customer Satisfaction should be the main goal of a company which is not there in Aircel. Please Aircel resolve my issue as soon as possible or someone tell me how I can take my complaint forward. I am feeling very bad because choosing Aircel services my decision rather than Airtel but now it seems that that was my biggest fault. I am waiting to hear from you guys soon!!

          I'm one of the Aircel customer from delhi. I used aircel number since last 3-4 month
          But when ever i give ring from no to this no. it does not response, even when my relative or friend also try to talk on this no, it show invalid number or switche off. i also talk one of your customer care excutive but there is no satisfaction or improvement in the situation.
          this is a serious problem

            Before purchasing the Aircel Sim card, the executives in Aircel galaries said that they have a very strong network in Mumbai.

            I purchase Aircel Start-up Kit on 6th June 2009 & was activated on 7th June 2009 with an no. [protected]. I am using a latest mobile. The day I inserted the sim card, I found NO NETWORK.

            After complaining several times, they sent 2 executives with some equipments & they also claimed that there is NO Network in my area.

            Till now I have asked Aircel & even the Nodal Officers Bhakti Salve & Madan Bajpai & received that they will put a site in my area. But they are denying to say WHEN THEY WILL PUT THE SITE?

            I requested Aircel, to deactivate the service & pay me the balance money along with the Registration charges. But I am not getting a single reply from them.

            I cant even call customer care, due to NO NETWORK. My mobile is like a PC without INTERNET.

            Yaa, the network of Airtel is very worst. But the call rates are very cheap.
            Which area of Mumbai is this? Im in Bandra and its working all fine here.. wonder what the trouble is.. I think you should simply go to the nearest aircel office and get an update as it’s pretty strange that there is no network where you are…

            Also the customer care is not so effective
            The gprs service is too bad and the customer support is again a waste as they cant even transfer calls directly to the GPRS helpline dept if we call them
            they just ask for a time slot when they can call abck but they wont turn up at that specific time too

            i am having a Asus P527 on which it always find a network as roaming in thane-mumbai (havent tried it at any other place)
            the gallery ppl say theres a patch needed in my mobile which i really cant understnd why

                  I have registered with national do not call registry.Even after this, I get 3-4 telemarketing calls daily. I visited AIRCEL website, but it doesn't provide facility to register for do-not-disturb feature.
                  I tried to connect to customer care, but all in vain.

                      This is for your better business I suggest that your company should start or use his employee to pick pocketing in street, why starting new kind of business which dose not support to your brain.
                      I dint understand as to what exactly the problem is with your GPRS that lead you to write such an extreme statement… did you try getting in touch with customer care? Try writing in your complaint to the nodal officer in your area, you can get the contact from the aircel official website.
                      Aircel pockei internet verry slow and dowenloard speed is sameable, some time 0.4 kb/s. I an now using the service. My ph no-[protected]. I am live in westbengle and my pin number-743244. I have a request to upgredd the sestem.Thank you.

                                hello sir, my no is [protected]. i am aircel subscriber( bihar). last month company deduct rs. 15 from my account as missed called service charges. but i did not sent any request message to activate such services and after 2 days calling attemt i got a chance to talk to customer care executive. they told me that i might have sent a message to activate this service.when i clear my side then they told me they will inspect this and will reply in 48 hours. But it had passed 25 days, neither there is any call from customer from c.care nor i got a chance again after repeated attempts.Now again today on 8th day of july they debited my balance by rs 15 without giving me any information. they not only deduct my account two times but also failure to give such service for which they deduct my account fraudently.

                                Apart from this theftness there are others complaints like bad network, disturb network, complete negligence of customer's appeal, absence of communication between subscriber and aircel executives
                                I hope you will do your best to reassure my faith on Aircel.

                                Aircel — Unauthorised deduction from aircel

                                i m using aircel for three years it was going well. But since this week unusual deduction from my aircel account. customer care is so worst that they not provided exact reason.. So far 80 Rupees (45 + 35 ) twice deducted huge deduction in my ac.Next time, I cant even recharge in fear to get amount deduction. Pls help me in this case.

                                  Sir i have a Aircel postpaid connection, i am not receiving the monthly bills by post or by email. But they are sending sms and calling to pay the pill. This thing is happening every month. I went to their showroom and amaid complaint many times but there is no reponse from their side. When i am calling customer care thru my mobile they are not answering the call. Can you help me in this matter, is there any possibility that i take a legal action againt the company. Please reply me soon

                                    I (Harsh Vardhaj Jaiswal) purchased Aircel connection on 3rd of June 2009 Mobile no. [protected] from Om Gift Centre, Katra, Allahabad.
                                    At purchasing time I submitted my brothers (Shashank Pratap) Driving Lisence photo copy & his photo. My connection start same day but on fourth day my connection dis-connected for rejecting my documents as per my dealer. When I asked to costomer care I know that my document not reached to aircel office & on my number there's a lady's document submitted. For that I asked to my retailer & that person who cross varified me, my address & my document both told me that my document rejected. But how they don't know. For that I also talked with nodal offucer but I couldn't get proper reply they asked me to submit another document to start my no.. And secound time I was submitted my own (Harsh Vardhan Jaiswal, 30, Kasturaba Gandhi Marg, Katra, Allahabad.) Driving Lisence, Bar council of Allahabad photo ID & Valid Green Card photo copy with my photo on 29th of June, 2009 & Aircel Allahabad DSM Mr. Pravin Singh despatched it on 30th of June, 2009 but till date my connection dosen't activated.
                                    For that I asked to everyone but I couldn't get proper reply. I also talked with customer care they told me that they couldn't received my document.Find out who is the responssible for this misplace and where is my document.
                                    Maybe because you submitted different documents earlier the verification process is taking longer since Aircel has very strict policies when dealing with a new subscription, never the less, I am sure they are looking into your complaint.                                       Sir,

                                      I buyed a new aircel no yesterday with lots of hope that it will serve me better, but rather i was dissappointed by the network specially around my home, i was having a airtel connection and it was working so well in my home, in my family i have vodafone, tata and reliance connection as well and all work well from my home.
                                      but the network of aircel keep fluctuating up and down causing failing in gprs connection. i was frustrated all night because of this..
                                      hope to get a speedy responce from you because i am tired of trying the costomer care of 121 but cannot get through.. and also contacted nodal officer and appelate officer of aircel but have no responce yet from them as well.. All saying my area have genuine network problem and will be resolved soon.. but when .. i do not know when this soon comes..!!

                                      have you tried resetting your gprs settings.. its strange because I get some great network and speed on my gprs. Just check your settings and if possible reset them buddy…
                                      i agree with this matter too as i am also facing the network problem in my residence which is in gk2 s block

                                      i have given so many complaints in the past 4 months but no response yet, in the middle network got better but after few days it was same story all again and its still the same for now..

                                      I am using the Vodafone internet service since last 08-10 months, without any call to Customer care.
                                      With AIRCEL since last 05 days, after the 07 o’clock (Evening), daily calling to customer care has became my daily routine.

                                      Hope you understand how I am the happy customer of the AIRCEL.

                                      1. The Network Signal is never stable.
                                      2. The Customer care service are very worst, I always request to transfer the call to senior, in result after the big hold, disconnect the call.
                                      3. After the auto setting as well as manual setting unable to access the internet: Service Not supported, Link not available.
                                      4. With Vodafone getting the speed 460.0 KBPS with AIRCEL 140.0 KBPS

                                      my name is dhananay kumar and my mobile number [protected]. i will call at 27 dec 2010 to my coustmer care no. 198. and complain that at 5'O clock to 10'O clock i will not call any bsnl number. in this period i will call any bsnl no.that only say this rout is busy. i will call per day at 198 to solve my problem but they only say :{sir only 24 hours wait and we will solve your problem } but at time the date 22/12/2010 my problem was not solved by them.

                                        Respected Sir/Madam,

                                        I have taken a Aircel Prepaid Connection on 3rd of July 2009, and as the company's service of pocket Internet claims that internet can be assessed by connecting mobile with the computer through data cable or bluetooth.

                                        but I am not able to assess the internet through pc when connected with mobile.

                                        I had called to customer care several times, but they are telling me several reasons for the problem, and are not able to rersolve my problem.

                                        so I request you to please look into the matter.

                                        Aircel pocket internet facilities in orissa is like dumb...frequent disconnect within 4 minutes, customer care dont know what happens..why we give u money mr aircel...you dumb silly network provider go and install ur network outside india ...fully idocity network..modern age docait looting peoples
                                        I have taken a Pocket-Internet connection of Rs. 98/- in my Nokia N72 handset.But it generally disconnects while browsing.So, Aircel authority should take necessary action.
                                        I use aircel GPRS. Previously I used airtel and bsnl. I find aircel is cheap and good. I use this service both in Mizoram and in Tamil nadu. It is very easy to coonect with your pc. All you need is APN - It is simple aircelgprs.pr in Tamil Nadu and it is aircelweb in North East. I advise you use cable. I use Motorala L6i. You have to you use moder modem type 2. Nokia N72, N73 it is fine. If you have use these model and have any problems contact my email. [protected]@rediffmail.com
