Since last week there is no network on my mobile. I want to port this number to other network. Let me know how to proceed mobile number [protected]

I tried to contact maharashtra circle customer care office but customer care contact number is not valid.

Also the email address is out of order. Do the needful as soon as possible.

This mobile number is linked with my many documents.

I want this number activated as soon as possible.

For the above given Aircel Number, for about past 1 week, I don't get any Tower signal. Hence, I could not use my SIM, also I am unable to PORT the Number with other Network. So, I kindly request you that if you have any solution, please apply it or inform it to me. Also, Please give any suggestion to PORT my number with other Mobile Network in this case.

      Hello,

      I am unable to send port message to 1900. It shows sending and after 5 minutes or so, it says sending failed without any error message. I have been trying this for last 20 days with same result. The message format is:
      Port 968*

      I am able to send normal messages, but not the port message.
      I called the customer care and they said it will be resolved in 48 hours, which i know is a complete lie as this isn't a new issue.
      Aircel is trying to be oversmart by not allowing it's customers to send port message as this issue has been reported several times on several forums for over a year.

      Please provide me upc code.

      The issue might have been due to tremendous load on servers and lack of infrastructure. Issue got resolved after few days of complaining here. Tried yesterday and message was sent successfully.. got the UPC code today morning..

      I had already specified the format of message. Nevertheless, following is the format of sending the message:

      PORT [protected]

      and sending it to 1900.
      I don't get any error message, just sending fails after 4-5 minutes.

      What do you mean by "that particular area"? I am living in Jaipur city, not in a village.
      All messages, except the port message are being sent.

      Is that a problem of "that particular area"? Can port message be sent ONLY from some specific/pre-defined areas?

      You can simply provide me UPC code.
      What's there that only Aircel store people can assist, which you people can't?

        Hi i am pitamber choudhary using aircel sim card & my registered mobile no is [protected]. But from today onwards (12/02/2018) near about 17.00 hrs suddenly the network disappears & not reconnecting with any network even after reinserting sim card & changing handset. Trying to connect with customer care executives number of times but didn't get connected. I am losing my important calls since past 8 hrs which is going to hamper my business.

          When i call from aircell number firstly it gets diverted and then rejected, as i checked i don't have any custom diverts activated,
          I have all incoming calls, but can't place any calls;
          Its been a period of thirty days, i even checked with aircel gallery people,
          And strangly they don't know anything about this;
          Customer service is totally not cooperative,
          Totally irresponsible behavior by company, this is last place i am trying or will change provider!

              Dear sir i am using aircel network since many years but now i want to cange to different network due to neteork problem and to use 4g network as aircel is not goving 4g network in our region i have to change for a 4g netwok. For this i have already sent sms to 1900 for porting and the charge fot it is deducted from balance but return porting code have not received yet.

                Ndairsms2n service has been activated on my number by mistake and i have tried so many time to deactivate it but couldn't. I have also dialed *121*02# but nothing happened. It's still working and i can't recharge my phone because of this service. It will be a big help if you could deactivate this service as soon as you can. My aircel number is [protected].

Sent an email to the given email id but we got bounce back email stating "The recipient's mailbox is full and can't accept messages now.                   I am trying to generate the upc unique port code from my aircel mobile number.

                  I have sent the message port to 1900 almost 4-5 times in past 5 days and even tried contacting the customer service numerous time but everything is in vain.

                  They are simply not generating my upc.

                  Please see the previous comments. Where I have mentioned that I am sending in some other format?
                  I received the PORT code on 23rd FEB which can be used till 21st Feb. I can't believe their shady practices for not letting user PORT their number.

                    Aircel have network problem and very less speed internet service. I am trying more than 7 days i was sent request to get porting code and i not yet received the code. I was contact customer care they did not give response and cut the call while speaking. I don't know why they did like this (Worst customer support behaviour) so please help me to get porting code and help me to left from the worst mobile network.

                    Thank you for your responds @Aircel customer care. I have received the complaint docket number for MNP related issue in my mobile today, but already 3 complaints are closed without resolved. Check my previous complaints and please send my UPC for porting.

                                Hello aircel team
                                I tried alot to get port code. As my number is [protected]. I want to port my number into idea. Am a frequent traveler and on igi airport there is no aircel network and for this issue i have to beg people to book my cab. And also i don't get network in my phone. Whenever i call to customer care they even don't know how to talk. They always said that you'll get port code in 30min. It's been more than 200hours. Please help me resolve this issue.

                                  I have been a aircel service user since last 5-6 years, but recently aircel service has been stopped in pune region suddenly without any prior notice from the company now it has become a big issue to port my aircel sim to some other service provider, as the are been continuously asking for upc and claim that aircel must have sent you a sms regarding it. This issue must be sorted asap. I have tried contacting aircel but none of their service helplines nor emails are working

                                        This is my 6/7 times i tried recharging from paytm and aircel.com app. I am regular aircel internet user. I always check my offer for you. I tried recharge with 198 and 348rs as it showed offer in my number bt it failed. Money deducted but no recharge. Called 198 but no good response given. One said there’s no such offer. Recharge with 349 i did but the same problem happening again. I cannot recharge my internet pack. Please fix this asap. Below posted the screenshot of the recharge from aircel.com which showed status-success but in sms it is saying recharge failed

                                        I just wanted to say that nobody called me from your side. No action was taken. I have been your customer for more than 10 years. Always loved your tariff/data plans. I am always in need of internet because i work online mostly but lately because of the above mentioned problems i am having too much of an issue. I cannot deal with it anymore. One of your executive told me there is no offer at all while i checked myself there was offer for you but they told me there is no such offer. Then why are you misleading us customer if there is no such data plans? I almost spent 1000rs trying to recharge 6times which i have yet to receive the refund. And thanks to you i am switching my number to vodafone. Nobody from your side helped me.
