Aircel not providing unique porting code

Hi Sir,

I am trying to change from AIRCEL to AIRTEL as there is no network of aircel at my workplace. But AIRCEL is not providing me the Unique porting code. I have send the SMS requesting UPC many times but to no avail. AIRCEL guys please send me UPC. As i am in DEAD ZONE of your coverage area. send me pls UPC code. no network on my phone and i need upc code for my aircel number [protected] msg to ph no :[protected]

I have a very old aircel number here in kangra. As aircel has winded up it's business here my sim has stopped working anymore. No signal and no calls possible. Even porting out is not possible. As it was my first number i cannot afford to loose it. If i don't get a solution, i light to handle this legally. Hope the aircel company sees this and helps me out.

My mobile number is non-operational, since aircel has stopped operations in about 6 circles in maharashtra. I am trying to port the number and the guidelines given for porting is to obtain a upc code by sending a sms to 1900 from the mobile number which requires porting.

Hi, i am trying to send the 'port' message to aircel for generating the upc code but i am not able to send the message and it shows error. Please try to resolve the problem. I have even recharged my phone with a sms pack but to no avail. I am trying this from the last 4 months. It's kind of frustrating with aircel, they should shut down. Terrible network. Help me send the port message as soon as possible.

As i come to know that your services are stopped in 6 states including maharshtra circle i request you to please urgently send me the upc number since i want to port it to other network.

Atleast give aircel customers a range for one day so that they can port their numbers to another network.
U know how much important the mobile numbers are because all the customers are using ut for several years and given their numbers to update all the data such as banking purpose, aadhar purposes etc.

I had an aircel maharashtra number. But as services of mh are closed.. When the number was active i had msged 1900 for the upc code.. But i did not get any... Now i need upc as i need the same number. Their offices are closed.. Contact number of aircel is not working.. I had high hopes but this is very disappointing service from aircel.. I am using my aircel sim for last 2.5 years the network seems good in initial and now service is very poor. Even after emailing appellate.[protected]@aircel.co.in hundreds of times they aren't providing me my upc code what's the problem with this company.. Im really irritated its been 4 months and shame on you guys you can't even resolve my issue yet...if you guys still have some shame left in you.. Resolve my issue as soon as possible.. I want to port my Aircel number but unable to send port request to 1900. I have been trying for one month but everytime sending is failed. I don't know why Aircel is doing this. I also called customer care but there is no option for registering a complaint and there is no customer care representative to register a complaint.
Please look into this matter ASAP.

I am a aircel prepaid user for more than 5 yrs from chennai. Now i am experiencing some network issues where my phone goes full network signal to no service when i enter my house. Its happening since last 2 weeks. Worked perfectly before that. I don't know if it is problem with my sim card because its old. But still it works when i go out of my house.. Reply back asap.

I heard that aircel is going to shutdown its opeartion in some of places, i m one of the person who got affected due to this without giving any notice they shut network and i also think that my number is also deactivated as this no is my main number for usage people having issues connecting to me, and further most of my family members are having aircel sim. Dear sir,

Aircel has suddenly stopped service in maharashtra without any intimation. The customer care rep. Gave me an email address that returns failure delivery notification due to mailbox full. Repeated calls to customer service and they say try again after sometime. Sent dozens of email to care. [protected]@aircel.co.in.
This is harrassment and fraudulent behaviour from aircel. Now unable to reach their customer care.
I am at huge loss due to this
Aircel has suddenly shut all doors to its loyal customers for years. I cannot afford to loose this number.
Please! Contact me and help to port to another operator

I have previously got a message from dd-aircel saying i have been renewed for sports for rs.2 and that i should sms stop to unsubscribe. When i never subscribed in the first place.
I immediately unsubscribed from it and got message for the same.
However today i have again been charged for rs.2 for subscribing to the same sports, when i have not. Why is this happening?

Previously aircel had falsely charged me for rs.28 for a service i never applied for, and upon registering a complaint i had gotten back the money.

Please see to why this is happening. It is becoming very irritating. As in today's time no one is interested in getting sms updates or news for sports or horoscope that also for money when they have free net and wifi to check. And to be charged of money to get updates is ridiculous. Please stop this type of automatic subscription.
