I am trying to change from aircel to airtel as there is no network of aircel at my workplace. But aircel is not providing me the unique porting code. I have send the sms requesting upc many times on 01 feb 2018 but to no avail. Aircel guys please send me upc. As i am in dead zone of your coverage area.

Hi, i am trying to send the 'port' message to aircel for generating the upc code but i am not able to send the message and it shows error. Please try to resolve the problem. I have even recharged my phone with a sms pack but to no avail. I am trying this from the last 4 months. It's kind of frustrating with aircel, they should shut down. Terrible network. Help me send the port message as soon as possible....

My aircel number is not showing network from last 5 days. I want to port my number but not receiving the upc from aircel.
I tried email at care. [protected]@aircel.co.in and calling aircel customer care, their representatives say do this and that too get upc but none of their way gives me the upc.

I had an aircel maharashtra number. But as services of mh are closed.. When the number was active i had msged 1900 for the upc code.. But i did not get any... Now i need upc as i need the same number. Their offices are closed.. Contact number of aircel is not working.. I had high hopes but this is very disappointing service from aircel.. Please provide me upc number....

There's no aircel store there's no upc code provided aircel don't even want to help me. Provide me my upc number. Aircel company is such a looser..

Im requesting you again and again.

I want to port my Aircel number but unable to send port request to 1900. I have been trying for one month but everytime sending is failed. I don't know why Aircel is doing this. I also called customer care but there is no option for registering a complaint and there is no customer care representative to register a complaint.
Please look into this matter ASAP....

I am a aircel prepaid user for more than 5 yrs from chennai. Now i am experiencing some network issues where my phone goes full network signal to no service when i enter my house. Its happening since last 2 weeks. Worked perfectly before that. I don't know if it is problem with my sim card because its old. But still it works when i go out of my house.. Reply back asap....

I heard that aircel is going to shutdown its opeartion in some of places, i m one of the person who got affected due to this without giving any notice they shut network and i also think that my number is also deactivated as this no is my main number for usage people having issues connecting to me, and further most of my family members are having aircel sim. Please look into matter and kindly provide me details to port another service provider....

Dear sir,

Aircel has suddenly stopped service in maharashtra without any intimation. The customer care rep. Gave me an email address that returns failure delivery notification due to mailbox full. Repeated calls to customer service and they say try again after sometime. Sent dozens of email to care. [protected]@aircel.co.in.
This is harrassment and fraudulent behaviour from aircel. Now unable to reach their customer...

Dear sir / Madam, I'm facing problem from last month, my sim card not showing any network on mobile. No outgoing and incoming calls working due to the network problem .Also if I try to port my number it's not possible as mentioned above no network on mobile phone. My aircel number shows no network since 1st feb... Later i came to know dat aircel service are closed... Aircel did not notify me in any form regarding this... And i m using this number for last 8 years... All my bank accounts, passwords, aadhar card are linked with my aircel number... I...

I have previously got a message from dd-aircel saying i have been renewed for sports for rs.2 and that i should sms stop to unsubscribe. When i never subscribed in the first place.
I immediately unsubscribed from it and got message for the same.
However today i have again been charged for rs.2 for subscribing to the same sports, when i have not. Why is this happening?

Even on contacting customer care, they are not able to solve the issue.

I am aircel customer for last 7years.
I had no idea that pune circle is closed.
Tried calling customer support multiple time.
Also when i dropped mail to care. [protected]@aircel.co.in for port number request, my message bounced back saying aircel server is full.
Could you please look into this as this is my only number and all my work depend on this.
