    Hi team,

    I want to port out from aircel.

    Whenever i send port out message i get error like “ unable to send message “

    Sms format port 8* to 1900
    Error :- unable to send message
    Even on contacting customer care, they are not able to solve the issue.
    It seems that aircel is selectively blocking the port messages as i'm able to send messages to other recipients without any issue.

    Kindly resolve this issue asap.

      Hello sir/madam,

      I am aircel customer for last 7years.
      I had no idea that pune circle is closed.
      Tried calling customer support multiple time.
      Also when i dropped mail to care. [protected]@aircel.co.in for port number request, my message bounced back saying aircel server is full.
      Could you please look into this as this is my only number and all my work depend on this.

        I am trying to change my network from aircel to airtel, as there is no network of aircel i am not able to request upc. I have send the sms requesting upc many times but still no response also all the aircel stores are shut down permanently. Aircel guys please send me upc at the earliest or else give me network at for an hour at least so that i can port my sim. My phone number is [protected].

          I linked my no. [protected] to aadhar. Never got the ultimate confirmation message. Now i have lost previous messages while changing the handset. I recharged the number today with rs. 143 combo pack not knowing about the stopage if the service. How do i solve this now? If service to this number was being stopped why was the recharge confirmed by the company? How do i fix this now?

            Hello sir,
            19th jan. Aircel cut main balance without any reason and you resolved my complain.
            But today 3/2/2018 again your company has started new vas & charged rs.25/- while i have not started any service.
            Why such troubles are being repeatedly being produced on my number?
            I want my money back.
            Also i am going to attach that message.
            Please resolve this issue immediately...

                I have an aircel sim card. I am currently living in maharashtra and aircel was shutting down its services in maharashtra.
                I wanted to port out from aircel but the port message wasn't sending for a few days and the customer care number also wasn't operational. Now the sim is not showing any network.
                I don't want to lose this number so please help me

                I'm staying in Bengaluru-560026, there is no network service in my area since 5 days, I have recharged with a data pack having validity up to march 30th and since there is no network my data pack is getting wasted.
                So, please look into this matter as soon as possible. It is being reported that the network coverage is down in many areas in Bengaluru.Pls fix it as soon as possible.😭😭
                Pls improve the network coverage in my area, Bengaluru-560026. I have saved my money since two months to get a data pack and now the sim is showing No Service in my area after i recharged for the data pack...😭It either stays in roaming or says No service...Pls fix it.

                    Yep, i Have same problem friend .
                    My aircel number is linked with my bank account . I was unaware of this news before.
                    Now all the AIRCEL services are down.
                    We just need a UPC code to PORT the number. But unfortunately nobody is willing to do that work for us.

                      On 31st January 2018, I tried sending SMS "PORT " to 1900 multiple times to receive the MNP-UPC but didn't receive the same. As of 1st February 2018, Aircel services have been shut down in Maharashtra and now I cannot get the required code by any means.

                      Request you to please help me with this issue ASAP as I would like to port my_number +91-[protected] to a different network in Maharashtra circle.
                      Please let me know if any other assistance/information is required from my end.

My aircel mobile number is [protected], i'm trying to port my number from aircel to airtel but for that i need upc code but i'm not receiving any upc by sending messages or neither company operator is helpfull for it but i do need the upc code to port my aircel number, so requesting you to please help me out with it.
                            Or send me the upc code to start the process of porting.

                              I'm Pavan, trying to port my number [protected] from very long time but following are my issues which are not letting me use this number.

                              - As soon as I recharge some amount, everything will get deducted because of few services which you have activated without my knowledge

                              - kept it unused \ not recharged for long time for above reason and only using for incoming calls

                              - tried sending port SMS long back for which money deducted but did not receive SMS with unique number but received some error for long time

                              - I tried it again a day before yesterday thrice but have received Aircel is not stopping it's services in Hyderabad SMS thrice and no porting unique code again

                              Will I get the code or do I need to take it to complaints forum online?

                              I got a response that the number is not in there records even after me recharging the number and sending port SMS. Also I have got multiple OTP pins for unknowns services. Now I doubt they gave same number to other user. So after receiving email from Aircel, I again tried for port number request, they again sent Aircel is not going to close services SMS in place of port number.

                              Even after recharging the number, Aircel is unable to track the number in there database it seems. Want money but not the customer 😲 nice!!!

                              Now you guys have disconnected the number completely. What kind of joke it is????
                              You do what ever you want to and we have to listen to it?

                              The number is registered on my dad Id. He is out of station how can I get it resolved? And need location of Aircel office in Hyderabad.
                              One in retiboli closed.

                              I[censored]nable to run services properly sell it to other network and leave us. Don't waste our time and money...
                              I got a response that the number is not in there records even after me recharging the number and sending port SMS.                                 What's wrong with this company aircel
                                Hi my aircel number [protected]
                                I want to port my number from aircel to other but there is no network on my sim im unable to port.
                                Provide me the upc asap or i might lose my number.

                                Im waiting from yesterday for the network but still there is no network on the sim, whats the problem with aircel..

                                    I am trying to change from AIRCEL to Vodafone as there is no network of aircel at my workplace. But AIRCEL is not providing me the Unique porting code.
