I linked my no. [protected] to aadhar. Never got the ultimate confirmation message. Now i have lost previous messages while changing the handset. I recharged the number today with rs. 143 combo pack not knowing about the stopage if the service. How do i solve this now? If service to this number was being stopped why was the recharge confirmed by the company? How do i fix this now?...

19th jan. Aircel cut main balance without any reason and you resolved my complain.
But today 3/2/2018 again your company has started new vas & charged rs.25/- while i have not started any service.
Why such troubles are being repeatedly being produced on my number?
I want my money back.
Also i am going to attach that message.
Please resolve this issue immediately......

I have an aircel sim card. I am currently living in maharashtra and aircel was shutting down its services in maharashtra.
I wanted to port out from aircel but the port message wasn't sending for a few days and the customer care number also wasn't operational. Now the sim is not showing any network.
I don't want to lose this number so please help me...

Sir, each and every service center is closed here. I have visited all my near by service centers of aircel but all services of aircel were closed the number ([protected]) is my primary number.

Hello, my number [protected] has stopped working since a week.
It is a number in maharashtra circle and i want to port but apparently they has stopped network reception so please help the number is linked with all my bank accounts please help asap.
I have tried contacting the mumbai hq but their phone is not responding it is really very frustrating.

On 31st January 2018, I tried sending SMS "PORT " to 1900 multiple times to receive the MNP-UPC but didn't receive the same. As of 1st February 2018, Aircel services have been shut down in Maharashtra and now I cannot get the required code by any means.

Request you to please help me with this issue ASAP as I would like to port my_number +91-[protected] to a different network in Maharashtra circle.

Aircel maharashtra services are closed.
I was trying to generate upc code from 1 month before for my mobile number [protected].
Now no signals on sim and not able to send any sms.

No any store in pune now.
Pune aircel office is also shutdown.

It has been quite some time now that i cannot send sms via my aircel sim. Previously, i thought that there was a problem with my device. I changed phones, but the problem still persists. I have my bank account linked with my number and i need an outgoing sms confirmation to be able to use upi. Please look into the matter and kindly resolve this problem for me....

I'm Pavan, trying to port my number [protected] from very long time but following are my issues which are not letting me use this number.

- As soon as I recharge some amount, everything will get deducted because of few services which you have activated without my knowledge

- kept it unused \ not recharged for long time for above reason and only using for incoming calls

- tried sending port SMS long...

Network is down from last 2 days in Pune . I want to port my number to other number .Inform customer before shutdown service . To port in other network i want UPC code .But you shut down service in Maharatra .without informing customer.

Iam an aircel customer from kerala. My aircel sim has stopped service suddenly without any notice. I couldn't send any sms to get the port code.
