Since 1st-feb-2018 my aircel number is not functional. My number is of maharashtra circle and i came to know the services of maharashtra region has been stopped from this month. As my number doesn't have a range i'm unable to send sms request for upc code. Even after contacting aircel outlet at nerul, navi mumbai support associate are saying until mobile is not in the range we can't do anything. Hence requesting you to suggest an alternative or give your contact details so i can reach out to you for getting upc code for my number or email me if you need any further details of my number.

    For the past 3 weeks i have been having the worst network ever in the history. My call gets interupted and so does my net. I cannot enjoy my service. I recharged for rs-399 and cannot watch even a single video. This is beyond annoying. Please do something about it. I am currently in guwahati. If no action is taken i will change to other sim and not recommended aircel to anyone.

        Aircel shut off his business in himachal why we did not receive any message from your side. I am not aware that aircel is going to shut down his business in himachal.

            Message not sent.. Error pops..

            I was trying to port out since 1 month but all in vain.. And when i call to 198 customer service ... It says all customer care executives are busy and call disconnects...

            My region is jaipur Rajasthan... And i need upc code... As i want to port from aircel to idea.. The service of aircel is very poor... Cutomer care executives didn't respond to request and look how am suffering to get upc code ...

            Please please make your service better Aircel... There are so many people in my area who are going to change their career service from aircel to other... Due to network issues...

              Ndmc170317pi2 pack activated itself on my aircel no. On 5th feb 2018 and i noticed about this pack on 14th feb 2018 then i immediately deactivated this pack. Per day rs.2 was deducted from my number from 5th feb 2018 to 14th feb 2018. I want my balance of rs.20 refund because i did not used the service, it was activated itself, i even cant use or activate this service for my use because i use black and white mobile that doesn't support internet so i absolutely don't need an internet pack for my handset.

                    My name is mohan, on dec 29, 2017, mrs. Chitra sent a message to my mobile #, saying that[protected] is available in postpaid, do you want to buy it... I said yes, she asked me to send all the proofs via whatsapp and transfer the funds to the below account, i got the sim card very next day, and i was told that it will activate in 24hrs, i waited for 3 days, it was not activated and i called chitra @ [protected] and she didn't pick the call at all, after one week, someone else picked and i asked the status, they said that the sim card was activated to someone else. I don't know then why they took money and proofs... Somehow i convinced myself and asked them to get some other number, but again they are not picking the call, i have been calling for months now... The number is always on but they are not picking only my number. Neither they are returning my money.
                    I heard they are from coimbatore, gandhipuram office, and another marketing people has told that chitra does this to many other customers as well.

                    Just one person's fault is spoiling the reputation of the company...

                    I think aircel will take appropriate action on such people.

                          Just a reply will not suffice plan to give UPC to all customers that ask for them.
                          If you are closing down your operations, do it sensibly not haphazardly by giving your existing customers torrid time.
                          I have tried to generate UPC code again and it was told to me that i would get it by 4 hours but it has been nearly 5 hours and i am not getting my UPC code for aircel.
                          What should i do if i do not get my UPC code?
                          Is there any alternative to port out of aircel without getting UPC code?

                              It has been almost 2 months aircel is providing very poor network causing unnecessary headache to the customers in lanka, dist-hojai, assam. I am an aircel post paid customer but can not even talk properly in the aircel network due to call drop. I have found similar situations in other parts of assam including guwahati. Please rectify the same at the earliest.

                                Dear sir/mam,

                                On 31st january 2018 at around 11:26 am i sent a porting message to 1900 from my aircel mobile number [protected]. But i did not receive any upc code in return thereafter. As the aircel services are now being stopped in himachal, i am not able to send the message again to get the upc code. I have marked several mails to care. [protected]@aircel.co.in, but there is no response from there side.

                                I have my mobile number linked to aadhar, bank account and several other operations. I am 60 year old and want that same number to be ported. I was feeling cheated and harassed from aircel.

                                I am in anticipation of immediate action against the resolution to my problem.

                                Please help me to get the upc code against my sent message to aircel for porting. I have the same documented thing on my mobile phone.

All I got is just the acknowledgement of my mail to them. It has been more than 10 days and there is no response. I feel cheated and humiliated now.

                                  I had 445 plan and a roaming rate cutter for 49. I had recharged full talk time for 200 and the available main balance was around rs.30 before 445 plan expiry. Today it has got expired and i could not find my main balance amount and has become rs.0. I tried recharging for 49 to enable roaming rate cutter but still my main balance is rs.0.

                                  If the plan is getting expired, then main balance should remain. How can u make it as rs.0?

                                      They are activating caller tune packs on my number without my consent. Even i haven't pressed any key when i received their customer centre call.
                                      I called customer care to complaint about this issue, and their customer care proplr just cut down the call without listening and later on they just block the number by which i can only get to hear 'you are in a queue'. I mean i can't be a queue for so long. I called them for approx 25 times. Even i called from my another number but the result was same, they blocked that number too. I just want my money back in my number account.
                                      I have been trying since 6 days. This is not the way to cut balance of consumers.

                                        I tried port to 1900 but was not able to generate the port code. I am not able to get any network on my aircel sim and hence want to port it into other sim. I have been trying for several days but still not able to get the port code. I even called aircel customer care after explaining him the entire thing he too did not respond positively and told him to try the same above method.
