My name is mohan, on dec 29, 2017, mrs. Chitra sent a message to my mobile #, saying that[protected] is available in postpaid, do you want to buy it... I said yes, she asked me to send all the proofs via whatsapp and transfer the funds to the below account, i got the sim card very next day, and i was told that it will activate in 24hrs, i waited for 3 days, it was not activated and i called chitra @ [protected] and she didn't pick the call at all, after one week, someone else picked and i asked the status, they said that the sim card was activated to someone else. I don't know then why they took money and proofs... Somehow i convinced myself and asked them to get some other number, but again they are not picking the call, i have been calling for months now... The number is always on but they are not picking only my number. Neither they are returning my money.
I heard they are from coimbatore, gandhipuram office, and another marketing people has told that chitra does this to many other customers as well.

Just one person's fault is spoiling the reputation of the company...
I think aircel will take appropriate action on such people.
It would be great if anyone can assist me getting my money back.
