I want to port out of aircel... I have sufficient balance in my account but when am trying to send port sms to 1900..
Message not sent.. Error pops..

I was trying to port out since 1 month but all in vain.. And when i call to 198 customer service ... It says all customer care executives are busy and call disconnects...

I want my upc code...and i want to port out of the aircel... Please provide me my upc...

Ndmc170317pi2 pack activated itself on my aircel no. On 5th feb 2018 and i noticed about this pack on 14th feb 2018 then i immediately deactivated this pack. Per day rs.2 was deducted from my number from 5th feb 2018 to 14th feb 2018. I want my balance of rs.20 refund because i did not used the service, it was activated itself, i even cant use or activate this service for my use because i use black and white mobile that doesn't support internet...

Mail are getting bounce as mail box is full for all three mail id's

We would like to inform you that in our area kallakudi (Trichy) 621652 no network more than 20days. Here so many aircel customers are facing network problem. No incoming and outgoing calls.
The network was working 20days back. Suddenly the network is not available now...

If network issues are not solved aircel customers are decided to change to mnp to airtel.
Please take a needful action....

My name is mohan, on dec 29, 2017, mrs. Chitra sent a message to my mobile #, saying that[protected] is available in postpaid, do you want to buy it... I said yes, she asked me to send all the proofs via whatsapp and transfer the funds to the below account, i got the sim card very next day, and i was told that it will activate in 24hrs, i waited for 3 days, it was not activated and i called chitra @ [protected] and she didn't pick the call...

I have been calling aircel customer care from past two months to raise a complain regarding money getting debited from my mobile balance an their server is always down from past two months.
Secondly they are not providing me the upc, as i no longer want to be with aircel, as they are not at all promising and pathatic in their service.

So i would request aircel
To send me the porting no. Asap

I am trying to change from aircel to airtel as there is no network of aircel at my workplace. But aircel is not providing me the unique porting code. I have send the sms requesting upc many times on 11 february 2018 but to no avail o[censored]nique porting code. Aircel guys, please send me upc. As i have no network coverage of your area.

Today i'm insert my aircel sim in my mobile but the aim is not showing in my mobile and am change the setting change my network selection but after all that sim is still not working and i'll put sim in different mobiles but it doesn't show at all.. What will i do sir plss help me plss reply my complaint it's very important for me.....

It has been almost 2 months aircel is providing very poor network causing unnecessary headache to the customers in lanka, dist-hojai, assam. I am an aircel post paid customer but can not even talk properly in the aircel network due to call drop. I have found similar situations in other parts of assam including guwahati. Please rectify the same at the earliest....

On 31st january 2018 at around 11:26 am i sent a porting message to 1900 from my aircel mobile number [protected]. But i did not receive any upc code in return thereafter. As the aircel services are now being stopped in himachal, i am not able to send the message again to get the upc code. I have marked several mails to care. I had 445 plan and a roaming rate cutter for 49. I had recharged full talk time for 200 and the available main balance was around rs.30 before 445 plan expiry. Today it has got expired and i could not find my main balance amount and has become rs.0. I tried recharging for 49 to enable roaming rate cutter but still my main balance is rs.0.

If the plan is getting expired, then main balance should remain. How can u make it as...

Let me know reason, aircel sim not showing network since 1st feb.
I have 2 sims both are dead since 1st feb. Tell me what to do.

Without intimation how come aircel can shut down it's services.
This number is linked with everywhere like bank and gas agency.
More over aircel service centers are not nearby to visit in office hours...

They are activating caller tune packs on my number without my consent. Even i haven't pressed any key when i received their customer centre call.
I called customer care to complaint about this issue, and their customer care proplr just cut down the call without listening and later on they just block the number by which i can only get to hear 'you are in a queue'. I mean i can't be a queue for so long. I called them for approx 25 times....

I tried port to 1900 but was not able to generate the port code. I am not able to get any network on my aircel sim and hence want to port it into other sim. I have been trying for several days but still not able to get the port code. I even called aircel customer care after explaining him the entire thing he too did not respond positively and told him to try the same above method....

Since last week there is no network on my mobile. I want to port this number to other network. Let me know how to proceed mobile number [protected]

I tried to contact maharashtra circle customer care office but customer care contact number is not valid.

Also the email address is out of order. Do the needful as soon as possible.

Hello,

I am unable to send port message to 1900. It shows sending and after 5 minutes or so, it says sending failed without any error message. I have been trying this for last 20 days with same result. The message format is:
Port 968*

I am able to send normal messages, but not the port message.
I called the customer care and they said it will be resolved in 48 hours, which i know is a complete...

Hi i am pitamber choudhary using aircel sim card & my registered mobile no is [protected]. But from today onwards (12/02/2018) near about 17.00 hrs suddenly the network disappears & not reconnecting with any network even after reinserting sim card & changing handset. Trying to connect with customer care executives number of times but didn't get connected. I am losing my important calls since past 8 hrs which is going to hamper my business.br...
