The services of aircel in maharashtra has already been closed.
I have 2 numbers of aircel and on both of them, i haven't received any upc. While few of my friend did receive it on 31st january 2018.
Kindly help me to get upc. Numbers are as follows:

Aircel can't accept my porting request since 5 days.And they can't accept 199 call.My email id is [protected]@gmail.com .Please solve this issue as early as possible, otherwise I will complain it to higher authority.Each time whenever try to send sms then Aircel replies 'Cant send sms'.Customer care not received call....

I am using my aircel no from last 1 year. From morning 1feb 2018 my aircel no is not working. I can't make call neither i can receive call.
Mobile is showing no network.
Another sim is connected to same mobile phone which is working fine. I have inserted sim in another mobile phone but no network. Please help.
Even i went to mobile network setting and try to search mobile network aircel network is not coming in the list...

Aircel have following cons...
* aircel customer service wrost ever, executive says every time tried after 24 hours
* network not proper, network left most of locations.
*charges for unwanted service subscription...

Request you to please check this issue as facing lot of issue while doing internet banking as this number is been registered everywhere...

I am using air cell network last 4 years... Last month bills amount and lat fee charge from air cell net work... I paid amount with out late fee... But air cell cut the my out going calls... After i paid full amount and extra 100 rs... After ill try to portal process... But the process not complete... Portal not permit... I am ask to air cell customer care... Hi i am jitendra mohanry i used an aircel odisha number from last 9 years and twice i replace same as sim lost with my documents. Recently i lost my handset on 15 jan 2018 in which sim inserted, so i give an complain about handset and sim lost after that i want my same number vut aircel odisha denied to give that number after i provided all proof o[censored]sing that sim as the concerned authority telling me name is not matched but as number is...

On 30th of jan i applied for a duplicate sim bearing no [protected] from aircel retail outlet as i lost my mobile. I paid ₹25.00 and got my sim. They said it would take 24 hrs to get activated. But now it has been over 24 hrs and still my sim's position remains the same. While i came to know from the customer support team from aircel that the outlet has not initiated my replacement process yet. I guess i don't have to emphasize the importance...

Hello this is sagar acharya. As aircel is closing up so the numbers should be ported to another company, but the problem is i cannot port my number.
I am not getting the number upc code.
I followed the process : port 8xxxxxxxx1
But not giving the number (Upc code), please do suggest for any solution as early as possible.
I am trying to port for the airtel company but i am unable to proceed due to this issue....

I am not able to send port message to 1900 from my aircel number. I tried and checked everything customer support asked me to and waited but still nothing in the name of progress. It has been more than a week now, I've tried changing phones changing slots, talking to the customer care but nothing. At first at least the customer care executive picked the but now I am not even able to connect to them. It's always saying to try again later....

I am trying to get Port out code from aircel. from last 10 to 15 days I am trying to send message to 1900 but unable to send. When I send the message it is showing failure. Please help as aircel maharashtra is going to stop services and I need to port asap. Tried to call customer care but they were not helpful. They told me that "you must be typing the message wrong."...

Hello sir, today 31/01/2018 aircel cut my 31 main balance without any reason
.
as soon as i see my main balance it showing zero balance . it shows some vas services ...some music connect ...first of all i wont listen to any music only this is not the right way to deduct my balance ... i was in a urgent call sudenly this happened from such a long time such a wate disturbance is happennig ...no response from customer service....

I want to port my Aircel service to other service but cannot send message to 1900 (Universal port number). It gives error "Can't send message with Aircel error 69".

Also contacted Aircel customer care but they are not able to solve my problem.

I also tried to change the sim slot but that did not help.

Please resolve this as soon as possible.

I have received the following message as a result of an online recharge i had done yesterday (30.01.2018) around 11.08 p. M.
"your request to recharge 398 inr cannot be processed at this time. Transaction number is chr[protected]."

The money i had paid online for the same was debited, with the recharge being unsuccessful. Kindly do the needful to refund the money i have spent on an "unsuccessful recharge."br...

Sir i am not able do out going cal's and my net is working very slow and i have tower problem regulary now days i found this problem regularly before i never had this type of problem when i cal my friends in their idea no they received my cal but i am able to speak with them its an request to you kindly reslove this problem s earlier has poissible

I have facing issues in international outgoing calls.. I don't want any outgoing international calls from my mobile number!! I have been continuously facing this issues for past 5 to 6 months.. Whenever i top up my account within the next 2 to 3 days the total amount will be deducted and i started fetching the customer care they i'll say that "you have mailed to an international no so that it has been deducted" but i didn't made any calls...

My number is [protected]. I asked for a plan change before last bill cycle on 7th of dec. I switched from 299 plan to 349. The plan change came into effect on 15th dec. My initial plan offers a 3g of 500mb on reaching limit it will be downgraded to 2g. I was on 299 plan from 8th to 14th (First 7days of billing cycle) and 349 plan from 15th dec to 7th of jan, 2018. I was charged with inr 1616/- as monthly bill. My usual monthly bill always...

Is this network gonna work? Whats wrong with them, we are missing so many important calls, and the number is registered with bank not able to complete the transaction, when the hell will this get fixed it is almost a week, changed my phone as well no use, if they can't provide network what are they planning to do need an update at the earliest by today....

I am staying in abroad and i am using aircel sim around 10 years. I read your comments that aadhar linking requires physical thumb impression where i can't do that since i am in abroad. But i would like to keep my mobile number active. Is there a way like my father can apply for a new sim with his id proof on the same number that i am using. Kindly, let me know if any other possible way to retain my mobile number...

This is one of many instances when aircel is doing fraud with customers money. I am using aircel number [protected]. On this number company has deducted 30 rs twice. They subscribe to you any unwanted music services and then they deduct money.

And the good part is that customer care will not receive any call after they have cheated with you. For once if your call gets connected they give the same copy paste reply that you have...
