Hello. I am sandeep from himachal. Please solve my problem/ issue. Which is as follows-. I have been trying to send sms for porting services from aircel to other network provider for at least a week till last month. But did not recieve any sms. And now there are no signals in the sim. I have just been to nearest aircel store in solan. They say that since the start of this month all the aircel numbers -official are either unreachable or are not picking phones. They said they can not help us.
The address you have given is of Shimla. Which takes 1.5 hours. So please give some active(running) contact numbers to contact them before going there.(all aircel numbers in himachal are not working)

    Iam an aircel customer from kerala. My aircel sim has stopped service suddenly without any notice. I couldn't send any sms to get the port code. All aircel sim near my locality has been stopped so that i cant communicate with the customer care. Plz help me to get the aircel port code so that only i can port my sim to any other sim company. Plz i need to get the code. Its urgent.

        My aircel number_ suddenly it came to no service mode.
        I am not able to make or receive any calls.
        I tried my sim with other handsets also but it's not yet working.

        My old sim was damaged so i bought a new sim on the same number_1 month ago.

          I went to Aircel Stores, they saying that they can't do anything in this regard.
          I even sent my person to galleries in Mumbai, they are also saying that it is not possible for them also.

                Tried for porting from a long time but aircel didn't send me porting no
                This is violation of training rules and mnp guidelines.

                Aircel have following cons...
                * aircel customer service wrost ever, executive says every time tried after 24 hours
                * network not proper, network left most of locations.
                *charges for unwanted service subscription without my authorizations.
                *calling problem in my area (Gopalpura), call not connected on most of numbers.
                I didn't use aircel in life. I have 10 aircelite number at my home, i want to port all numbers. Please provide me unique porting no for my mobile [protected]

                    I am using air cell network last 4 years... Last month bills amount and lat fee charge from air cell net work... I paid amount with out late fee... But air cell cut the my out going calls... After i paid full amount and extra 100 rs... After ill try to portal process... But the process not complete... Portal not permit... I am ask to air cell customer care... He replied you are valuable customer so your scheme is corporate scheme...in this case is not allowed to portal... You contact your sim taken office... After i am trying to air cell store no one pick up my call since last 10 days... I am total disappointment for in this case...

                      Hi i am jitendra mohanry i used an aircel odisha number from last 9 years and twice i replace same as sim lost with my documents. Recently i lost my handset on 15 jan 2018 in which sim inserted, so i give an complain about handset and sim lost after that i want my same number vut aircel odisha denied to give that number after i provided all proof o[censored]sing that sim as the concerned authority telling me name is not matched but as number is not aadhar linked. This number is the source of my income as it used so long by me, my mother aadhar also linked with same number. So kindly help me as they dont help me. I also mail my all documents to aircel appealette as proof. Kindly help me.

As this sim not registered in my name. So i inform them that i twice replace before sim with My document and they infom me why i not aadhar linked so i inform that.i dont know i will lost my phone and also aadhar link last period is march.so they inform me to mail care.[protected]@.co.in and mailed all detail on 15 jan 2018 with police complain attached.                         On 30th of jan i applied for a duplicate sim bearing no [protected] from aircel retail outlet as i lost my mobile. I paid ₹25.00 and got my sim. They said it would take 24 hrs to get activated. But now it has been over 24 hrs and still my sim's position remains the same. While i came to know from the customer support team from aircel that the outlet has not initiated my replacement process yet. I guess i don't have to emphasize the importance of a carrier nowadays. There i would like to request the consumer forum to kindly take necessary action against the retail out of aircel or aircel.

                          I am not getting the number upc code.
                          I followed the process : port 8xxxxxxxx1
                          But not giving the number (Upc code), please do suggest for any solution as early as possible.
                          I am trying to port for the airtel company but i am unable to proceed due to this issue.

                            I am not able to send port message to 1900 from my aircel number. I tried and checked everything customer support asked me to and waited but still nothing in the name of progress. It has been more than a week now, I've tried changing phones changing slots, talking to the customer care but nothing. At first at least the customer care executive picked the but now I am not even able to connect to them. It's always saying to try again later. I need a firm yay or nay on this.

                            It has been more than 3 weeks now and I don't think we've reached anywhere yet. I have tried changing the message center number, changing the handset (handsets to be correct), changing my location (office, home, park etc.), waited for proposed dates and hours (6th of Feb midnight, 72 hours etc) but still nothing. I don't know whether I'm not giving my best or what but I believe I am at a place where I could expect result which nothing but a number, a small UPN. It would be grateful if you just provided me if possible and I think it is as I have seen posts where you provided the guys there UPN in comments. So I request you to please provide me if possible or kindly close my connection. I am thankful of you to provide cheap call rates and data packs when nobody else did but now I think I am at my limit here but I need a stable fast network now to continue my work. So kindly help me out here by either providing a fast net near my area (Jagatpura, Jaipur) or send me an UPN.

                            Hi,
                            Ganesh here from Chennai. I have been your post-paid customer since 2000. Trying to send port messages for the past two days. initially, it showed the messages were not getting delivered. Now the port messages have been delivered but not received the UPN yet. The worst part is I am receiving text messages time to time from Aircel with OTP for logging into the Aircel App which is anyway useless in finding the UPN for my number.

                              I am trying to get Port out code from aircel. from last 10 to 15 days I am trying to send message to 1900 but unable to send. When I send the message it is showing failure. Please help as aircel maharashtra is going to stop services and I need to port asap. Tried to call customer care but they were not helpful.                                 We have checked the account and found that the free music service has been renewed on 31st Jan’18 for which Rs.31 got debited from the account and the service was activated in your account on 1st Jan’18 through an outbound call based on your due consent.                                   I want to port my Aircel service to other service but cannot send message to 1900 (Universal port number). It gives error "Can't send message with Aircel error 69".

                                  Also contacted Aircel customer care but they are not able to solve my problem.

                                  I also tried to change the sim slot but that did not help.

                                  Please resolve this as soon as possible.

                                    We would like to inform you that we are unable to find any transaction made towards the number [protected] for the amount of Rs.398/- on the mentioned date.

                                    We have seen that that the transaction has been failed and we haven’t received any credit for the same from your bank end. Any transaction’s unclaimed amount should be refunded back to your bank account within 7 working days from your bank end and we request you to get in touch with your bank to know more information about the refund.

                                    If the debited amount hasn’t been refunded back to your bank account within 7 working days, we would request you to provide us with the following details in order to check and do the needful:-

                                        I have facing issues in international outgoing calls.. I don't want any outgoing international calls from my mobile number!! I have been continuously facing this issues for past 5 to 6 months.. Whenever i top up my account within the next 2 to 3 days the total amount will be deducted and i started fetching the customer care they i'll say that "you have mailed to an international no so that it has been deducted" but i didn't made any calls like that!! It has been still a mistry for me!! Is there is any service of blocking outgoing international calls from ma mobile number!! Help me to solve this issue or else i don't have any other option other than break my sim card bcuz if my temper😑 [protected]
