I trying to message 1900 to port my no.
I had tried for 3 weeks​ regularly but there is not any response from aircel. I also tried to call customer care of aircel. But there are also not any response from aircel. This is ridiculous things from aircel rajasthan.
If they don't respond it then i think aircel don't want to continue with any customer of aircel rajasthan.

I tried to generate upc a couple of time by sending port my number to 1900, but the message can't be delivered please look into this problem. The customer care of it also couldnt resolve the problem.

    Hi,
    I am rakesh gadasu having mobile no. [protected] of maharashtra circle (Sim card registered in the name of galipelli maruti, uncle of mine), mobile network is not working in both mumbai and maharashtra circle, so unable to port my mobile number, mumbai circle galleries people saying that we can't help you, go and check with maharashtra gallery people and maharashtra circle galleries are most of are closed near to my region. For mnp service other network providers are asking that give us port number.

    Please inform me what should i do for portability.

    When ever i mailed to care. [protected]@aircel.co.in which is given by help line member, it is bouncing and not even my complaint is logding from 02.02.18 to 09.02.18

    For your reference am giving some info and attachment the the following :

    1) pan card no. Ablpg7973q of galipelli maruti (Who is registered subscriber)

    2) pan card no. Bnkpg7451h of gadasu rakesh (Sim card user)

    3) another contact no. O[censored]ser : [protected] (Gadasu rakesh)

    4) my sim card is micro sim hence i am unable to provide you the sim card no, however am providing first 7 numbers.8027394

      Hi sir,

      I am trying to add my adhar card to aircel but they are not sending me otp, i am getting message that this number is not registered with us, but i am using aircel last 2 years recharge is successful on aircel.
      I have visited 5 aircel centers but no one is able to add my adhar card to my aircel number, its showing error message '[protected] number is not registered with aircel'
      In last i tried to request upc but aircel is not providing me the unique porting code. I have send the sms requesting upc many times on 09 feb, 2018. Aircel guys please send me upc.
      Before 31st march i need to add my adhar card with aircel else my sim will got block.
      Hope you aircel guys understand this.

      Please call me any time if you have any query aircel support.

      One more thing i have called customer care more than 15 times in last 2 months and they just redirect my call to senior and i never got connected to senior its just cut the call in 2 or 3 seconds. I have sent 4 mails in last 1 month and no one replied on that :). Its just irritating aircel if you are doing such thing with your loyal customer who is using your services from last 2 years.

      Hi Aircel,

      Again read my message.
      i am using Aircel last 2 years Recharge is successful on Aircel.
      And this number is still active as aircel user. See attached screen shots i am still able to do recharge on my Aircel number using paytm. see in december and january.
      How you can say that '[protected]' is disconnected from your End ? And i am still redirecting to Aircel support center when diallling 198.

      And one more thing don't do any silly mistake that remove my number from aircel. I have lot's of proof i do online recharge and have all receipts. I want my UPC code, do message my UOC code.

      I am trying to generate code since last 7 days and you are not sending me my code.
      One more thing i am calling your customer care and thay said each and every time "We have technical issue this will be resolved in next 48 hours."

      And i filled a consumer case against you, How dare you to close that case without solving my problem ?

      I am a technical person than you are making me fool from last 3 to 4 months, what you do with the people who are non technical ?

          As aircel services are shutdown so i requested the aircel to provide me the upc code for port out. I got the reply from them saying i need to provide them scanned copy of aadhar card, but whenever i am trying to send the mail from my personal email id, i am getting a failure message that "the recipients mailbox is full and cannot accept messages now....".

          Provide me the solution for this as i am not able to send the email which you guys want.

              For the above given aircel number, for about past 1 week, i don't get any tower signal. Hence, i could not use my sim, also i am unable to port the number with other network.                 My mobile number is [protected], living in pune, maharashtra.
                I have not recived the port out code from aircel.
                Currently i am not able to use this number, i am in big problem now!

                Please help me to get the mobile port out code, or suggest the procedure to do the same.

                Please suggest working service center and contact person name with number to contact him. I expect to use my same number in future, otherwise it will increase my problems.

                  I tried to send an email to care. [protected]@aircel.co.in but mails does not delivered its undelivered due to there mails inbox full. Because if this reason i called up aircel customer care they advise me to try sending tomorrow, after 6pm, after 11pm, and try after 3 hrs etc etc. But it does'nt work. They even told me that they will arrange a call but i never received a calls from there side. I just a port code no. To change my aircel network to other network. But the team are not helping and not even solving the problems. I am facing this problems from 30th jan 2018. N now its feb. Any suggestion pkease help me to get my porting code no. I am very frustrated of aircel team.

                    I tried to send an email to care. [protected]@aircel.co.in but mails does not delivered its undelivered due to there mails inbox full. Because if this reason i called up aircel customer care they advise me to try sending tomorrow, after 6pm, after 11pm, n try after 3 hrs etc etc. But it does'nt work. They even told me me that they will arrange a call but i never received a calls from there side. I just a port cider no. To change my aurcel netwirk to other network. But the team not helping n not even solving the problems. I am facing this problems from 30th jan 2018. N now its feb. Any suggestion pkease he'll me to get my porting code no. I am very frustrated of aircel team.

                              So, i'm trying to get my port number but sms sending for the port is getting failed, and when i call to customer care they will keep telling me they will fix it tomorrow, i will get the port code by till tomorrow but their tomorrow never came. It has been almost 2 and half months, i unable to switch, not getting my call on time, have to face trouble with outgoing calls mostly.

                                        Hi. I lost my mobile on 4th of february. And on 5th of february i applied for new sim card with old mobile number [protected]. But after 36 hours i have not got my sim activated. I use this number for my business purposes. It is really hectic here since 2 days without my business number. I wanted my sim card to be activated very soon. Old help. And i am using this number since 4 years. I lost many business chats and deals now. Kindly help me out soon no activate my new sim card.
