I want to port my aircel mobile no. [protected] as I have provided this in many of my exam forms and I will be getting calls on it and now I'm unable to send the port message.
Please please i request you to help mi with this issue. I have also sent an email to aircel customer care but didnt get any reply.
Please help me with this matter.

I am trying to send "port [protected]"
To "1900" but unable to send due to aircel sever...
They infact blocked me to call at their customer call centre 121/198..
I have double checked that i have balance enough to send this message and i have check the message centre no.
And check by sending message to another no. I am able to send message to any other number but not able to send message to only 1900 number that...

I recently linked my adhar card with aircel phone no.. But there is major problem with the fard.. Whenever i try to grt my otp it says that yourlinked mobile no is invalid.. Though its properly working i hv been using my aircel card for 9 years.. Y is this happening.. I visited aircel store they said it try chsnging sim card.. It maight be due to old sim issue.. Bht still issue is not resolved.. Now i regret linking this no with my adhaar...

I want to port my number from aircel to other but there is no network on my sim from yesterday so im not able to send the port message for porting.
Provide me the upc asap or i might lose my number as aircel is closing its services in maharashtra.

Im waiting from yesterday for the network but still there is no network on the sim, whats the problem with aircel....

Tried for porting from a long time but aircel didn't send me porting no
This is violation of training rules and mnp guidelines.

Aircel have following Cons...
* Aircel Customer service wrost ever, executive says every time tried after 24 hours
* Network not proper, network left most of locations.
*Charges for unwanted service subscription...

I have recharged my aircel number [protected] with rs. 101. While checking the benefits by dialing *121# there was showing that benefit of recharge is ul loc+std, 100sms, 1gb dly.

But now i received only 1gb net no ul call.
When trying to contact with customer care they were not giving satisfied answers. The aircel customer service is worst. They are not responding from last 15 days. No resolution has been provided to...

Sir 3g is not working in our locality for past 4 days... If we complaint too these is no response... If it exceed i may change the sim card.. Bcas of this netwrk issues... My online classes are pending.. Kindly solve it soon sir.. For some days only 2g there and now that too not working.. Please consider and solve it soon as possible and i have gud hope on ur netwrk sir.. Please don't spoil it...

And by this problem i m finding difficult to call or message. Please solve it.

Ndmc170317 sms this has been automatically activated on my mobile.
And i m trying to cancel this pack but it is not working neither one o[censored]r customer care number is responding.
This thing deducting 2 rs per day from my accounting.
And worst thing is this thing is activated automatically on my mobile, why you guys do it?
I request u to pls cancel this or any type of subscription on my mobile....

It's not single person complaint.. Me and my many relations using aircel network.. On jan 25 we all have been charged rs.4 for one day from aircel. When i checked vas i came to know that a subscription is made in my number and my relations numbers called"voice contest".. Then i contacted customer care they said we all activated that subscription by ourselves only...

I am currently using aircel network but this network has poor quality voice call and data services.in 3g network the speed is always 10-20kbps all time only on night after 1am to 6am the speed is good at 100kbps to 300kbps this is about the data services.in voice call the signal always up downs means during call i am unable to listen the voice correctly and this problem is not with me with everyone...

My complaints is: you guys have activated sms service (Ndmc170317sms2) without my consent. Sms pack automatically renew everyday. Please tell me why you activate this service without my permission and how can i unsubscribe. I called customer service everyday but unable to reach. More than 10 rupees has been deducted for this sms pack till now. So please deactivate the service immediately...

Hi. I am not able to connect the aircel prepaid number to the network. We are trying to receive text messages on my india number. But it is not receiving any message. Tried doing some top up for the number through the aircel website also. That is successful. I am not sure how to proceed further. I think if my sim is able to register to the network, this should be fixed....

I have requested many time to your customer service on dated 2nd Jan, 18 and store representatives on dated 23rd Jan, 18 but they are unable to provide me porting code for my AIRCEL MOBILE NO# [protected] . I had also recevied call from Aircel customer service about not to raise any SR# in this matter through any media, even tried to message through my Aircel number [protected] on 1900 but its getting failed.

I have paid rs 146 thru aircel app which gives 28 days unlimited call+ 5 gb net. Transaction was successful. I got confirmation from the app too.
But still my main balance deducted from 46 to 35 rs as data charge and call charge. It will be zero in a few hours.
Check the transaction, credit the benefits and refund the deducted money. I am attaching the screen shot of the money receipt....

I was activet auto renewal 3g pack which cast is rupess 3 and activet between 12am to 6am for few days. But now i want to deactivet the pack and i cann't do it. Now it is getting auto renewal every day and deducted rs 3 everyday. I have been trying to connect customer sevice. But they are always busy that could not connect with them. I am not able to get the port number for my aircel sim! I have submitted a complaint prior also and a call came from aircel customer care. They told me to try to send the port message from some other handset. I did and then i told them that it doesnt work. After that i was told that my request would be transferred further but no response since jan 19!

I am still not able to get the port number nor i am able to contact aircel...
