This is one of many instances when aircel is doing fraud with customers money. I am using aircel number [protected]. On this number company has deducted 30 rs twice. They subscribe to you any unwanted music services and then they deduct money.
And the good part is that customer care will not receive any call after they have cheated with you. For once if your call gets connected they give the same copy paste reply that you have opted for this service.
I have made so many complaints with my number [protected] and started dnd also. Still the fraud company is doing fraud with people.
I will mention the same on social media and will not suggest any one to opt for aircel. They always cheat money with customers.
I have already ported my one aircel number to airtel. I will switch to airtel with my current number.
They have deducted 30 rs twice on same day for any service which was activated itself.
Worst company, worst customer care. Go for airtel

Every time balance is deducted from main account with some service activated. If there is any sensible person there in customer care they can check that I have made many similar complaint and had activated DND also.
This is the way to earn money by Aircel.
They will always deduct money and after that will never receive your call.
Event the mail id provided on website does not work. I have mail which were sent to Aircel customer care and you will never get any response on that after a automatic reply of acknowledgment.
I don't know how such a brand name can cheat with customer.
My 90 rs are deducted till now. I will not recharge my number now. I would like to port my number to some other service provider.
This complaint is for others awareness that no one should by Aircel number. They always cheat with some stupid service activated without any confirmation.

I am really fed up of writing same complaint to Aircel.
I am reiterating the whole fraud here again.

1st deduction-30 rs
2nd deduction-30 rs
I have filed complaint for this on 30th Jan and inspite of 60 rs 57 rs are reimbursed on 31st Jan. It seems like Aircel with do profit with 3 rs.
And another 30 rs were reimbursed on 31st Jan for any game service automatically applied. So in total 90 rs are deducted and only 57 are refunded.
Hence mentioning the complaint again that rest 33 rs are still with Aircel.
What they have done is they have refunded the money to show their goodwill gesture and again deducted the amount on the same day.Seems like Aircel is earning money this way.
If any one will read the mail completely, they will get to know the issue but the irony is that there is no sensible customer care person in Aircel.
It seems like there is no customer care designed for Aircel. All the number mentioned on website will never work.
Even the number provided on mail signature does not work. How such a brand name can be so irresponsible.

Kindly Reimbursement my rest 33 rs.
Learn from other companies. They earn Customers trust, that is why Airtel satisfaction is very high.

Thanks your reply. It did not address the basic issue. My initial Plan 299 offer only 500MB on completion of the data it switches down to 2G. Please go through all the previous bills and i was not charged for excess usage. The Plan automatically switches down to 2g when it reaches the threshold. The network did not switch down to 2G after reaching the limit of 500MB (or pro-rata ) and offered it in 3G for which i may not be held responsible. The Customer care told me that i should go manually and switch to 2g which i have not done once during the entire stay with this network. I repeat my data usage did not change in this bills, it is in line with what i used every month since the activation. The only thing happened last billing cycle was a plan change and the network's inability to adjust accordingly shall not be pushed into my purse.
Out of total bill of 1616, collecting 1200+ rupees for 2gb of data usage is nowhere near the present market rates even in your network.
