I've been trying from last 10 days but aircel, is not sending me the unique portability code, as i have changed my phone but no response received from your side. After that i decided to visit your aircel store but they are not giving me the proper response, as i applied for new micro sim, but it looks like they don't have the balls to start my new sim, that representative keshav is not picking up my phone..
Please help me get out of...

I'm trying to get mnp porting code since last 7 days... And every time i call to customer care they says for call after 24 hour or 72 hour... And tell me some technical error. I also said them for register my complain but they said again technical error... This is not fair. You guys can't bound a customer according you. I m in a dead zone and i recently shifted here... Please send me my mnp porting code...!!...

My mobile no is [protected]: i am already in prepaid. The company representative approaching to change cug plan. As my friends are in cug i agree. Now my friends exit the cug plan and hence the cug plan is not use ful to me. When i approach the aircel company in salem regarding this. They were refused to change the plan. I request to deactivate cug plan and change to prepaid...

Ndmc sms pack is being activated on an aircel number.. Plzz refund my money back.. Without any permission he can u do this.. Aircel is a fraud company. Please do it as soon as possible..
Kbhi bhi ktni bhi amount kaat lee h na koi permission lte h na kuch.. Koi message pack activate ni kia bt khudse activate kar dia aur paise kaat liye aisa thodi hta hai.. I want my money back nd deactivate this service...

I aircel number [protected] rajasthan cant send sms to company to porting last 30 days. I contact to customer care but there is no any resposce next time i contact the executive says there is no any problem u send again sms the code ll come.

But i cant send sms to 1900 port [protected], plz give the proper solution. And asap resolve the my pro dont give the wrong info its very imp no for me....

Since aircel is closing down in maharashtra, need to port out my number. Sms is simply not getting sent to 1900, and i have been mailing to the aircel social media team since last 10 days, yet there seems no response from the team. Also i tried calling the customer care number [protected], people attending the call were trying to avoid by keeping my call on hold for long time. I urgently need a upc code for the number [protected]...

Sharing my aircel spencer plaza chennai office experience:

Today i have gone to do name change for four of my company numbers.

I went with all required letters at 12 pm, there were new nine requirements provided with formats by counter no 5 lady staff.

I completed all nine requirements and reached office again at 6pm, i waited for half hour and i was sent to a counter 4, where the staff verified...

I have tired by sending messages to the company. So i want porting id unique code for my phone number. Plz resolve the problem as quick as you can....

On dec /19 recd msg that rs 35 dedicated from your account for some service which i didn't activated manually than i talked to customer care but i didn't get satisfactory solution even customer executive disconnected my call. Porting message last 2 days is not sending from aircel network and every time porting message sending failed and if i call aircel customer care then calla automatically disconnect

I was using the card since 2014. This sim was taken in new delhi. Currently i am out of delhi. After few days i checked my sim was not working. It was showing sim card ([protected]) registration is failed. I spoke with customer care. They told to speak with aircel store. They are telling it may take more time as today is saturday come on monday. Please help me how to get it activated.

I recharged my aircel number with rs.31 as it showed 100 mb 2g/day for 28 days(when I sent SMS MRP 31 to 12121), but it gave all local & std calls for 56 days instead . My recharge Txn no. WBR[protected]
This is really unfair, provide me the service what is said or else I have to port my number. And even your customer helpline number(198) not taking call....

Hello sir, today 19/1/2018 aircel cut my 30/- main balance without any reason. Aircel service provider called me & when i picked up call there was no response from other side. After 19 sec. Call had disconnected & they activate some service. I want my money back other wise i will make a complaint to senior authority or port to other service provider. Please resolve this issue......

I have given request for deactivation of my aircel post paid, mobile no ([protected]) when i paid the last bill i requested the person to deactivate my number she told me that number will be deactivated but still i am receiving the bill which i have not used. Now they are saying that u have to clear all the bills then only the number will be deactivate.

Hamne last recharge 219 rs. Ka kra tha jisme se 110 rs. Kat like gye jab customer care se puchha to unhone kha ki aapke number par callar tone laga hai jiska 30 ya 35 rs. Kate gaye hai maine our baki ke rs. Ke bare me puchha to unhone kuch nhi btya. Kuch der bad unhone 75rs. Back karne ko kha lekin rs. Abhi tak nhi aye....

Auto renewal ndmc pack activated on my number without my consent. Everyday rs. 2 get deducted from my balance. I already have called you guys 1000 times but everytime all lines are busy. Pathetic service. Fraud company. Why you people resort to such cheap tricks to make money and harass your customers. I would like an early action and complete refund of my money...
