Hi,

I have requested many time to your customer service on dated 2nd Jan, 18 and store representatives on dated 23rd Jan, 18 but they are unable to provide me porting code for my AIRCEL MOBILE NO# [protected] . I had also recevied call from Aircel customer service about not to raise any SR# in this matter through any media, even tried to message through my Aircel number [protected] on 1900 but its getting failed.

format which i am using is "PORT[protected]" and i am trying to send it on 1900. I cant share the screenshot since messages are not delivering at 1900 by your server. Almost all Aircel users are facing same issue as i saw on your Gaurav Tower, Jaipur store.
Your staff is even not able to talk in polite manner and asking us to do whatever we can. I am also working as customer service person in a private company, but we are not allowed to talk in such manner. I still don't understand how your company can leave a idiotic person on front desk with foolish language.

    Website: Aircel app

    I have paid rs 146 thru aircel app which gives 28 days unlimited call+ 5 gb net. Transaction was successful. I got confirmation from the app too.
    But still my main balance deducted from 46 to 35 rs as data charge and call charge. It will be zero in a few hours.
    Check the transaction, credit the benefits and refund the deducted money. I am attaching the screen shot of the money receipt.

      I was activet auto renewal 3g pack which cast is rupess 3 and activet between 12am to 6am for few days. But now i want to deactivet the pack and i cann't do it. Now it is getting auto renewal every day and deducted rs 3 everyday. I have been trying to connect customer sevice. But they are always busy that could not connect with them. Please solve the problem.

        I am not able to get the port number for my aircel sim! I have submitted a complaint prior also and a call came from aircel customer care. They told me to try to send the port message from some other handset. I did and then i told them that it doesnt work. After that i was told that my request would be transferred further but no response since jan 19!

        I am still not able to get the port number nor i am able to contact aircel customer care in any way.

        Poor service and poor customer care!

          I've been trying from last 10 days but aircel, is not sending me the unique portability code, as i have changed my phone but no response received from your side. After that i decided to visit your aircel store but they are not giving me the proper response, as i applied for new micro sim, but it looks like they don't have the balls to start my new sim, that representative keshav is not picking up my phone..
          Please help me get out of this turmoil as soon as possible, i will never be associating myself with aircel.

            I'm trying to get mnp porting code since last 7 days... And every time i call to customer care they says for call after 24 hour or 72 hour... And tell me some technical error. I also said them for register my complain but they said again technical error... This is not fair. You guys can't bound a customer according you. I m in a dead zone and i recently shifted here... Please send me my mnp porting code...!!

                    I aircel number [protected] rajasthan cant send sms to company to porting last 30 days. I contact to customer care but there is no any resposce next time i contact the executive says there is no any problem u send again sms the code ll come.

                        Since aircel is closing down in maharashtra, need to port out my number. Sms is simply not getting sent to 1900, and i have been mailing to the aircel social media team since last 10 days, yet there seems no response from the team.                             Sharing my aircel spencer plaza chennai office experience:

                            Today i have gone to do name change for four of my company numbers.

                            I went with all required letters at 12 pm, there were new nine requirements provided with formats by counter no 5 lady staff.

                            I completed all nine requirements and reached office again at 6pm, i waited for half hour and i was sent to a counter 4, where the staff verified and told two of the customer eligibility form were received from abhiramapuram cell city which cannot be accepted here.

                            I got the forms here again and got signed by concerned persons and reached office again at 7pm now i was sent to counter 3.

                            Counter 3 person did not know the requirements he enquired with counter 5 person then she told for seal is not clear in some proof inspite of additional clear round seal. Then counter 3 person checked with counter 4 person he told theft annexure was missing which were not part of the nine requirements. I was shocked

                            Then again counter 3 person checked with counter 2 person she told the documents are signed by two directors and only one must sign.

                            Then avinash (Tall fair guy) working in counter 7 himself intervened and said the document must be signed only be one director and not two, i told this was not part of the nine requirements and this is my third counter today and now you are saying this so you need to process with two signatories which is something additional and if signatory is missing then it is valid but if something is additional it is fine then he starting abusing me, humiliated and insulted me and used rude words like "i cannot give you name change requirement" "you can complain to whomever you want" "manager is not here you can go anywhere" he was using unrespectful tamil words "poda"

                                    I was using the card since 2014. This sim was taken in new delhi. Currently i am out of delhi. After few days i checked my sim was not working.
