Dear sir,
I have given request for deactivation of my aircel post paid, mobile no ([protected]) when i paid the last bill i requested the person to deactivate my number she told me that number will be deactivated but still i am receiving the bill which i have not used. Now they are saying that u have to clear all the bills then only the number will be deactivate.

    As checked and found that you had recharged with Rs 219/- on Jan 14, 2018, 6:48:58 PM and received Rs 200/- talk time in the main account. As checked, post recharge you were with charged Rs 30/- for activating MOC1 (VAS) via IVR mode on Jan 17, 2018, and were charged Rs 35/- for Dialer Tone Services on Jan 15, 2018, and were charged Rs 16/- for the activation of auto-renewal data pack. Rest Amount was charged for making calls. Hence, charges are found correct and no waiver is applicable for the same. Only Rs 30/- will be credited to your number within 24 hours.

    Na Maine ye pack active karvaya our kis bat ke 30 our kis 35 our 16 rs. Totel 81 rs ek caller tone ke na hi Maine es peck ko renewal karne ko kha.apni murji se aap log active karke paise kat let ho.

        Auto renewal ndmc pack activated on my number without my consent. Everyday rs. 2 get deducted from my balance. I already have called you guys 1000 times but everytime all lines are busy. Pathetic service. Fraud company. Why you people resort to such cheap tricks to make money and harass your customers. I would like an early action and complete refund of my money

          Aircel — not able to get the port number for my phone

          I have been trying to get the port number for my mobile since a couple of days. I tried texting 1900 to get the port number but the message is not being sent.

          Also tried to contact your customer care via phone but no proper answer was given.

          So i request you people to resolve my problem...

          I hope you resolve it soon..

            Hi

            I am unable to send SMS to any recipient from my aircel number.
            Even port sms for 1900 fails.
            It says,
            MESSAGE SENDING FAILED,
            ERROR-CODE : 10

            I called customer care for a solution, but it was not at all helpful.

            Please share the UPC code.
            I request you to kindly do the needful and give me the proper solution that will actually work.

              My mobile number [protected] is showing invalid sim all of a sudden. I recharged yesterday & it went through without any issues. I am nowhere intending to continue services for aircel. Instead, just need to do mnp due to which i need to get access to the network. I doubt if at any point of time my prepaid balance was in negative due to which this could happen.                 I subscribed the kol2sms pack (Daily pack | 30 local/national sms for 1 day) on 14/1/18 to my aircel number and since then it is getting renewed everyday automatically. I have followed the deactivation procedure by using the ussd string *121*5601# on the 1st day, and since then i am getting the same reply "you are already deactivated for requested service" but each day it continues to deduct my balance.
                I have faced similar problem in last october, and at that time i communicated with the customer service by phone call and mail. But the problem was not resolved until i lodged a complain here.
                Kindly direct me to deactivate this sms pack.

                  Aircel has been pressing me to pay rs. 781 for the past few years even though neither me nor anyone in my family use aircel.
                  I get messages to my airtel no (98*02) repeatedly. Whenever i explain the message stop for few months. Now they are threatening legal action. No response my complaint at their site.
                  They quote ac number as 1-[protected].

                    I’m using aircel services for 7-8 years suddenly there no network now and my official number is dead now can’t receive any calls
                    Also i have been talking to customer care to provide me upc but they are not doing so
                    Everytime i call them they say we cannot punch your number in our system

                      A call from aircel telemarketing, i attended the call from them. They play caller tunes ask to press 1, 2, 3... For selective songs. I had placed my phone aside, the call ended by itself.
                      After a minute my money debited from my main balance saying i had activated caller tune.
                      When i called the operator they said we have pressed the button, but i haven't touched my phone and not even ended my call it ended by it self.
                      I need my money back and no operator should do this again.
                      I need an action which stop operators from doing this.

                        Went to your aircel office in solitaire tower, ratanada, jodhpur but the person there was really rude and no satisfactory response was received from there as well.

                          Am using aircel postpaid for past 1year. I need to migrate the same to prepaid since i want to convert my another sim into postpaid. I've paid my last (Dec 2017) month bill by 10th jan '18. And also paid rs.150/- as advance. But now, the operator told me to pay rs.450/- to start the migration process whereas my postpaid plan is rs.349/-
                          Kindly help me to resolve the same asap.

                            Unable to send message to 1900 to get upc code
                            Respected sir/madam,

                            From last 15 days i am trying to send message to 1900 to get the upc code 40 times a day, but message is not getting sent from my number. When i contacted customer care they told sending messages to 1900 is blocked to all customer. Kindly please provide me upc code. I am not getting network from last 15 days, as there is no network at all at jaisalmer.

                                I am trying to change from AIRCEL to JIO as there is no network of aircel at my workplace. But AIRCEL is not providing me the Unique porting code. I have send the SMS requesting UPC many times on 12th and 13th January 2018 but to no avail. AIRCEL guys please send me UPC. As i am in DEAD ZONE of your coverage area.

                                  I used aircel website m. Aircel.com for doing online recharge through debit card for 3g data plan of rs.298 on 12/1/2018 but i got a message that
                                  Your request to recharge 298 inr cannot be processed at this time. Transaction number is uer[protected].
                                  But the amount was debited from my bank account through billdesk, i thought maybe it was due to some problem and i recharged again of the same amount through the same portal on 15/1/2018, again i got a message:
                                  Your request to recharge 298 inr cannot be processed at this time. Transaction number is uer[protected].
                                  And again the amount was debited. Thus, total amount 298+298=596 was debited from my account through two transactions. I want total debited amount to be reversed to my account as soon as possible. Also, i want to know why this is happening?
                                  I hope you will give due attention to this problem and will reverse my debited amount soon along with a reason regarding why it happened!
                                  If not, it will really give a bad impression about aircel services and you will loose a customer, as i contacted customer care too but they denied any help!

                                        Hi team.

                                        I have been facing network issue with aircel for many years. I had raised my concern regarding network for more than 30 times but every time they have closed without my consent. Sometimes i have raised complaints to the showroom but still no action on those tickets. Every time i have to come to road to have a call due to bad network. Particularly when i use 900mhz freq mobiles the network is too bad (No signal) but if i use a mobile with 850mhz atleast i can see 1point in the signal bar. However very sporadically mobile receives signal. Very difficult to get calls then how about connecting to internet? Not possible because signal strength should have ro be good to connect to internet. I had receiving 6gb every month when i use postpaid which cannot be used effectively because of poor network. I had asked customer service and showroom staff to provide me a booster to improve signal strength for which i can pay and use it. Also asked them to help in configuring the 3rd party device from online if i buy but they had no reply. During postpaid to to prepaid, migration detention team called me and said that they will provide me a booster if i continue with postpaid service. My question s postpaid customer is important than a prepaid customer? If means then you can convert all your prepaid bussiness to postpaid and give extended support (Boosters) to them. My family members are using aircel service. It would be grateful if you resolve my issues. One of my colleagues said that aircel provided booster for him due to such network issues. If required i'll give him contact number to confirm with him. Jio, airtel are providing good signal strength why not aircel.

                                        I have not gone for portability to other networks yet. I strongly believe aircel team would understand my concern and try to resolve my concern at the earliest because tired of raising complaints... If you want i can buy a booster for using your service.

                                        Also please let me know why and how my tickets are closed without my consent.

                                        Please advise me for portability if you can't provide me a solution.
