[Resolved] Aircel — Balance deducted and not at all receiving | |||||
Sir this is premchand. My Aircel mobile no is [protected]. My balance was deducting by activating some services through aircel. I registered a complaint to aircel for my balance deduction issue. I am calling them from 4days. They say that your balance will be return with in 1hr. But upto now not at all received. Today i called in the morning time they said that it will be added in 1hr. From the morning the customer care is not at all responding. When i call through my neighbour aircels number they are saying that to call from my number only. Is this the way what aircel was doing with the customers. Please solve my issue as soon as possible. Regards. Was this information helpful? | |||||
