My mobile no is [protected] i am using rate cutter (recharge with 36) plan to minimise my call rate but on 21st march 2015 aircel deducted my balance as per normal call rate around 150 rupees deducted from my account without giving any prior information. 21st of March is the Black out day of Gudhipadwa, so all call rates charged as Base tarif rate

I have check for the same i did not get any prior sms related to black out day. Without providing any prior information to customers how can you deduct balance as per normal rates. I got call form aircel support team they said that they have send me the sms on 18 and 20 of march 15 but i have check again for the same in my phone but i did not get any msg for aircel side.

Please do the needful.
