Aircel — Balance deduction everytime | |||
Hi, I am a customer of Aircel from past 5 years, They have been deducting my balance very often for no reason. Last night they deducted 75rs for no apparent reason whenever I try to call customer service, either the call gets dropped or if it connected agents hung up on me. When I go to Aircel service center Koramangala they ask me to call Customer service. Please help me get my balance back. Thank you Wasi Was this information helpful? | |||

As per the analysis done checked & found that you recharged RC 77, hence you consumed the Freebies post the consumption balance deducted from main account of Rs.75 towards browsing charges on 19.04.2015 found.Tried reaching you to inform that wavier is
not applicable as the default browsing charges is applicable you
were not contactable..agreed .Please be informed For any further
assistance you can reach Appellate desk by dialing [protected] from Monday to Friday between 10AM and 6PM

For your information I always have 24rs 100MB activated you can check on that. On 22nd night around 8:30 my 78 rupees were deducted I would like to know why. I am talking about 22nd not on 19th please understand and then respond.
