    We would like to clarify that benefits of best offer is only applicable if the said recharge is done via AGB mode i.e. *150# through retailer.Further we would like to inform that as per our records said recharge of Rs. 52/- has not been done via AGB mode, therefore benefits as per the best offer has not been credited on shared Aircel number [protected].We would also like to clarify that as per the recharge mode correct benefits has been credited and no discrepancy has been observed.

      sir i dont want to say much i just wanna complaint against its aircel's executive. They are so rude on calls they have no manners how to talk custmors. i called them for my tarrif plan but they cut my call after some abusing words.. i wanted to know about my tarrif plan but they did not tell me this & abused me.

        I am not getting incoming calls, &getting busy tones informed by my friends&relatives.When i contacted they asked me to go to settings&go to networks&Mobile networks&network operators&give aircel.Everything was done by me but still problem persists.I have spent nearly Rs 50 for contacting customer care but no use.Pl guide me in my mail which is as follows.           I have recharged my Phone with 2g Internet Pack. But "Internet MB's" didn't show in my account. I called the aircel customer service but they told "Server is Down call us back after 4 hours. When I called the customer service after 4 hours they told me there is no MB's shows in my account. I said can I talk with your supervisor they said hold and they put me on hold for 20 mins and after that same Agent said I got 7 days validity from my recharge but when I said this is not the actual plan and I want to talk with your supervisor . They put me on hold again for 30 minutes and after disconnect the Phone. Then after when I tried to call the customer service again they said all the customer service executive are busy on another line and call got disconnected. I also have my Transaction Number which I got after recharge ...

            Dear Sir/Madam, I have received msg from Aircel by saying get A2A @10p by recharging rs45. I have called the customer care for verifying it. She said if you received that you can. After spoke to that lady I have recharged. Then I spoken with my family thru this no. However my balance got deducted huge instead of new recharge. I have called customer care to file a complaint but she cut my call. Again I tried reached customer care and call transfered to senior person. But he is very adamant and not listening what I am speak. Finally he also cut my call. Customer care complaint numbers are [protected] [protected] [protected] I have wrote this mail very shortly and to get know more please check my customer care complaint details. I am writing this for my rights and service provider not responding promptly and need to refund the balance. Thanks Siva

              I have recharged 204 Rs for my mobile on 19/04/2015([protected]). As per plan i got 1 gb data balance, 104rs Talktime and 104 sms.Till now i have more 800mb balance in my account but they deduct money from my main account and They replied as per plan money deducted .

                I have recharge my number [protected] yestrday with Rs.150/-.Now in my account only Rs.6/- is showing in balance. Why you making customers frustated.Should i change my number or what i will do.Please mark customer care number also beacuse at 121 you IVR is not asking to tranfer call to customer care executive.Review my issue and arrange a refund in my account.                 We would like to inform you that as per our records you have used the 2G data service on shared Aircel number [protected]on April 24, 2015 without any data pack and gets charged as per the standardtariff.Further we would like to clarify that as per the usage charges are correct and no adjustment is applicable for the same.

                  I have tried to contact the 121 and [protected] to talk with customer care, but due to heavy online traffic could not able to connect by Aircel.

                  I have recharged of INR 99 on date 28 April, 2015.
                  Received message : from DD-Aircel and DD-Etopup that, recharge is successful.

                  But the recharge was not activated by aircel.

                  I have called another aircel number, which charged me 34 rupees and all my balance was gone.

                  Please help me to solve this problem.

                  My no. is [protected]. I recharged my no. With Rs.79 on 27 June, it was showing successful but I have not received any benefit of that recharge. When I tried to call 198, it is always busy and call disconnects same with 121.
                  My request is either refund me my money or give me benefit of recharge.

                    I bought paired sim[protected] and [protected]) and asked with cug plan in aircel store, Hosur.my unbilled amount found high.I contacted customer care and also aircel store several times.They told that the unbilled amount includes the cost for the cug activated calls and it would be deduced at the time of bill pay .Now only I am informed that cug was not activated. Now I am not ready to pay my bills.

                      I want to file a complaint where, whenever I pay the bill, the line isn't gets activated within their time limit, I'm really fed up with aircel customer service. Today afternoon I paid my bill saying it gets activated in half an hour, but still my line hasn't activated. Didn't even get good response from customer care when I called them. I can provide all my billing information, but I need my line to be activated within few mins, it's not a rocket science to do it, just make my line activate.                         I'm having a tough time here because i cannot send messages. i dont know why. i hv active sms plans and main balance too. but everytime i try to send a message the notification "messages not sent" comes out. and to add salt to my wounds, the sms packs jst expires after the validity is over without a single sms being sent successfuly.

                          networknot catch in akbar road, new delhi. and network problem ki vajah se net internet nahi chal raha hai. Hamar plan me milne wala 750 MB ka free internet 30/04/2015 ko laps na kare. Kyoki netwark problem se ham internet use nahi kar pay. Isme hamara kya galti hai. please hamar 750 MB me se balance MB ko 31/05/2015 tak badaya jaye. Akbar road, new delhi ka network sahi kare.

                            yesterday i had call on aircel customer care on 198. and asked him about 3g plan they replied me you have to done rs 52 recharge and you got 400mb 3g data but now i got 2g still they are telling that 3g is not available on 110044 delhi pin code. before the recharge they didnt tell me kindly reslove it asap

                              i was handled a mobile with AIRCEL PREPAID simcard of NO:[protected].
                              Before one year i was missed my mobile with sim . at the time no one ready to help to receive the sim number again from aircel. because am in rural area. and my son was appointed in BHEL bhopal.
                              now my son transferred to TRICHY BHEL., With him, i went to trichy contonment branch AIRCEL office . the service girl told that the sim was cancelled, can avail again as postpaid. but we request her to give sim no as prepaid. but she refused for that. After that she told that, that number was send to retailer shop for sale as prepaid. so, we return back as useless.

                              so, we request our AIRCEL company to give my number again to as. our number is [protected].


                              If you give the sim as postpaid also ., we ready to get now.

                              To contact us, our present mobile number[protected] / [protected]..


                              we want to continue our relation with AIRCEL . Make necessary arrangement for that.

I tried to deactivate it by following your steps but i am unable to do it. as it was showing you are not subscribed to any, but daily this pack is auto-renewing. Please do concern about my complaint.
