    I am from vill- kalagachia, post- dayaldasi, p.s.- nandakumar, dist- purba medinipur, state- west bengal. In our location aircel enable to provide their sufficient network coverage both 2g and 3g. We cannot make a call properly.Not only this is the problem of indoor but it occurs in outdoor also.

      roaming pack of Rs.33/- is supposed to last for 275 mins. But it is getting deactivated in just around 150-200mins, even though the network selection in my phone is in manual mode. Customer care is also not helping according to our queries. If you can't fulfill then why have you given the commitment of 275mins? Please fix this issue asap.

        I Port my No. [protected] in to Aircel for Postpaid offers that was 250/- monthly rent But by misscommitment i paid 250 in starting & They said ok Amount would be Adjestble in 1s month bill So many Lady called me for this but they did not inform you cross your limit of 750/- Charge will be Double Exceed. Now they are asking for 762 rupees bill pay which i dont want to pay. while bill should be 250 approx, they also taken my 250 Erliar. They are cheated me, They are froud, I need Help of yours.           i recharge NET PACK Rs. 47 from Aircel Online store . I got successful messege from my NET BANKING and From my account 47 rs r deducted but recharge was not successful..and when i called customer care [protected] they are not answering they playing many more time there recordings and wasting my time and money and they are costing charges though it is a customer care no.3Rs for per 1minute ...so plz help us THANK YOU..

            This is prabu deva.g from chennai.my gsm no [protected]... i had been charged frm my main & special balance as data charges though i have valid data balance in my account..this happened many times...and now they charged 20.30rs @7.30 A.m. Today...i have around 150 mb in my account ... Custumer care agents didnt have enough knowledge about the product and services...they are simply managing to answer by their own assumption which is not even reasonable..simply they do redirecting me and they ask me to call aftr 4 hrs...in call they are behaving rude... i am going to leave this prblm untill solving my issues. .if not i ll move towards consumer court...

            Hi Prabu,

            We have investigated your issue and found that you
            exceeded your free data usage of old pack on 03/05/2015 (RC29 125MB free
            data) and continued the same session, hence charged for his excess data
            on 04/05/15 as per his base rate 10KB/10P.
            Every time when doing data recharge i have been facing this problem...for non-stop browsing only i have been doing recharge before a data pack exeeds...why i have to close the sessions... most of the customers are misused by this filthy reason ... plz kindly take steps to solve this problem...we need a user friendly network and not the network which steal our money whn we are not aware...
            Ur reply and your explaination is not reasonable... am facing this problem at the time of expiry of old data pack... there is a big problem in your system...for stealing public money this system has been updated by aircel... custumer care not able to answer our questions... back to my problem, why my data bal-3&4 shows balance which i cant use it...
            This a type of fraud... and read my comments..

              This isn't an new or an issue faced only by myself but happens to most Aircel consumer. I'm residing at Chennai, so had transfered my bumber from Docomo to Aircel expecting a goodgood service. Initially it was good but later it won't bad. Aircel provides great deals on top-up but you will get charged for WAP sites which customers won't subscribe. I Accidently visited a WAP site and closed the next second but immediately got a message from Aircel for Tiny TV and link to subscribe. I'm very well aware that i will get charged if select the link so i closed the message. The next message is deduction of Rs.75.00 for subscribing Tiny TV. I had reported this to Aircel social media but no response. This is India, What else can i expect from such an corrupted Nation. Felling shameful.

                  4 days back on 29th April 2015, I got a spam call from Aircel offering a service, which I rejected. But after a while i received a message that 21 rupees SMS pack have been successfully subscribed. When I call to aircel customer care they hang up the call or some times say there is huge traffic and all customer care people are busy so try to call after some time. I need my 21 rupees back as i don't want such stupid subscription now and in future. Please help me to get by 21 rupees back. Also could any one let me know how to apply for DND for Aircel service. Thanks

                    Because of following reason: 1. I had 2G data pack re charge Rs148 on 2015/05/01(9.47PM) due to my data pack low display remaining 11Mb available validity date 03/05/15. 2. DT-Aircel sent 100% percentage usage message on 02/05/15 (3.08AM) [Before recharge of 2G-Data pack Rs.148] 3. I had received message deducted Rs.66 for 6MB data for in my main account dated on 02/05/15 ( 6.00 AM) 4. I call to customer care detail of deducted amount reason. They are don't have data so wait for 24hrs. Aircel Worst Service. 1. If amount deducted call to customer care not given reason due to no data for my Aircel No - [protected]- No Answer. 2. Without my data how can you deducted my amount? - No answer 3. Customer wait for 24 Hrs or more for this reason so Aircel worst customer care data. 4. Who will immediate responsibility person don't know for customer care. 5. In case deducted amount reason/recovery after 24hrs or 48 hrs( This is one of Fraud for Aircel) 6. If Customer amount silently taken for Aircel . Beware of customer

                      Unauthorized Balance Deduction - I previously submitted a complaint and I can't find it now. This is ridiculous. How can my complaint be removed without any resolution being provided and to add to it, there have been further unauthorized deductions. Aircel, Stop robbing of customer's money and find a right way to earn through quality customers service and their trust. This is beyond ridiculousness. Aircel has been deducting balance of Rs. 15/- on a fairly frequent basis stating I downloaded some wallpaper, etc. (of course, without my knowledge) and I get an SMS stating I can visit some aircel website to get some free content. In the past 2-3 months, this deduction has been fairly frequent. My number is [protected] and the dates of deductions for just this year are as follows: 1) Jan 29, 2015; 2) Feb 4; 3) Feb 4 again; 4) Feb 16; 5) Mar 5; 6) Mar 13 - the only date where I received any complaint # from them (1-[protected]); 7) Mar 22; 8) Mar 28; 9) Apr 4; 10) Apr 7; 11) Apr 11 - on Apr 12, I got frustrated by all above charges and for once, visited their website and downloaded some content since it appears I will get charged anyways - this was just the one time ; 12) Apr 15; 13) Apr 22 14) Apr 28 and now 15) May 22. So I have been robbed of almost 15 * 15 = 225 rupees for no reason and that too within this year. I mostly use my applications and rarely browse through websites. Over the past 1 year, there have been multiple deductions and I keep calling their customer care and they keep making false promises that they will refund in 24 hours and that I will also receive a complaint # but I haven't received either refund or complaint #s - complaint # was only given once but never been refunded. They say they have deactivated the what-ever service that was subscribed to but when I call/SMS their deactivation service # which is 155223 before and after making call to their customer care, it says there is no pack activated but the customer care confirms there was some pack activated and that they have deactivated it. This has been an ongoing issue and I feel embarassed about their false promises by every customer care agent I have spoken to and also everytime they keep transferring to some senior agent who would also lie without any hesitation. Every time, I get sms with an aircel website link to download some free content and finally after multiple deductions, I clicked that link only once to find out what exactly the link is. I saw that you can download some free content such as songs, wallpapers, etc. but I'm still confused as to how can I subscribe to a pack without my knowledge and their customer care can't provide explanation as to the exact reason for the deduction. I tried my best to ask them if there is any particular website or any other application website that was visited (which I rarely do) so that I can avoid those actions and not get charged but none of them have the answer. It appears they just want to deduct at will at their own predefined time period and won't bother even little bit about a customer's complaint considering the multiple complaints that were raised by me without any help. Please look into the issue so that at least other customers don't get robbed of and at least I won't get charged in future.

                              Hi we have recieved message of talktime of rs.280 on recharge of rs.258 by your company. on doing the same recharge online on 29th april, we recieved on rs.226.62 and there was no context related to the remaining amt. after waiting for 24hrs. we contacted you customer operator but he refuses to have any information of the same offer. we than mail you at care.[protected]@aircel.co.in but no action was taken for the same. when today we contacted to your customer operator on 198 he was totally non-cooperative and said that there was no recharge done on this mobile no. we are not getting any fruitfull response from your company. if you will not respond to this complaint than we will approach to consumer court and strict action will be taken by us. i hope that you will respond fastly to this mail.

And charged 75Rs./30 days...i m using aircel since 6 years ago...Dear Sir agr mujhe mera balnce wps nehi mila toh m aircel se port krwa dunga...kyunki pehle bhi unlimited music k naaam pr pehle bhi 30 rs deduct kr chuki hai aircel... Rs.75 Deduction Time 8.49 pm 30 april...my num [protected]

                                  Rs 35 was deducted from my balance for activating a pack -DAZZLING QUEENS-without my permission .Two to three months ago i had lodged a complain regarding the same problem to the customer care.They told me that my balance would be refunded within 72hours but my balance was not refunded.Again and again the same pack is getting activated without my permission.If this continues i would be forced to discontinue the use of the sim card .I hope that you see to my complaint and refund my balance as soon as possible.

                                    Dear sir/madam Every time I just received customer call, activate plans immediate without my permission and charged. Customer service said you activate plans this is not auto activated. So please, strict action of fraud aircel company.

I always received OTP very late that cause I could not make payment. When I received OTP after 20 to 30 minutes and sometimes after three or four hours. My session always expired. I am sorry to inform you that there are no. of occasion, one or other service have been activated without my knowledge and money have been deducted from my account.On 3rd Apr 15 love ki dispensary, 21st Apr 15 Cricket weekly and 25 Apr 15 Live healthy have been activated. Immediately I got it deactivated. When I asked about refund of money, I was told that it can not be refunded back, it is our policy.Now my question is : a) You deduct the customer money without his consent and when it is asked to refund, you say that it is our policy that once the money is deducted, it will not be refunded back even though customer does not want particular service ? Your costumer care is so rude that on21st Apr 15 when i asked that pl refund the money back, he accused me and said that first you activate the service and then request that you refund the money. It is also said that you do any thing we will not refund the money back. Now with this complain can you refund my money back what ever have been deducted without my consent ?
