Dear Sir,
We have already clarity that we have not used after the billing period i.e. 19/05/2015 to 18/06/2015. So the charges are not justified, if it is so then they should inform first. Even they charged very hedge amount just for a day. They didn't send the details also after given so just send the details of the uses if it is there. Last three months we are giving request for port, but no initiative taken by them, even we are paying extra amount for last three months. so you sort it soon.
