when i called to cce, they told me about the rate cutter plan, but when i recharged that is totaly wrong. after that when i again called to customer care they did not give any prefarence or any satisfactory reply to me, they just cut the phone and told me that there is no plan for that recharge.

    worst service from aircel i hv recharged of rs 98 1 gb data 500 mb credited at the time of recharge remaining 500mb not recieved yet 5 times called customer service centre they not giving perfect answer and droping calls giving wrong commitment...fed up to call again my no is [protected] solve this issue i[censored]r service is gud.

Since this is not activated, I contacted the customer care executive but, to my utter surprise, he said that he is not aware of the offer. please let me know whether i will get the offer or not.

                Dear Sir, My Aircel No. is [protected]. I have received a message on today that Rs. 5 has deducted from my A/c due to subscription of Pocket Store which actually I haven't subscribed. Moreover, when I'm trying to deactivate that the message has come to me that I haven't subscribed any vas service. I want to know what is this? If I haven't subscribed anything then why should u deducted Rs. 5 from my A/c. Return immediately my balance or I will complaint to Consumer Forum. Thanks & Regards SOHINI ROY

                Post system check it has been found that your balance of Rs 5/- got deducted dated- 3/7/2015 due to Activation of VAS STORE99- HUNGAMA through WAP . Credit of 5/- have been posted in your A/C and the service have been deactivated from our end dated -6/7/2015 .

                  Sir, The same problem which occured to me last week they charged me Rs 15 / - video pack . After i have send complaint to this mail to this i got my Refund back. similarly the same thing happened today also at 3.43 pm dt : 3 - 7 - 15. when i searching the the web by Automaticaly they have send a sms that i have accepted for TINY TV service, They charged Rs 30 / - for 7 days and deduct in my Account. I immediately send and sms to 155223 to deactivated the service. They have accepted and cancel the service i got sms from Aircel, but i didn't get the Deducted Amount to my Balance. My Mobile No is : [protected]. Please do the Needful sir. Thanking you sir.

                        I recharged my no with the full talktime combo pack of rs 49, i received a message that my account is credited but when i checked my account balance it still shows the earlier amout and then i received another message that my pf balance is 42.98. sir its my request to you to solved the problem as soon as possible

                            My mob no is: [protected] On 28th June 2015 i realized that my account got deducted with rs 45/-. To resolve the problem i tried to contact customer care number. After a long time try finally the call got connected. I got an assurance that the problem is going to be resolved and i will get back my money. But that did not happened. After this incident again i tried to contact the customer care again and failed several times. Its really a very bad service from them. It is not the first time.

                            This is really a terrible kind of support from your side.
                            If i have not activated any service, then why the money got deducted from my account. To total money deduction is 15 rs and 30 for caller tune. I have not activated any caller tune. Again the day before yesterday rs 7 is got deducted as part of government job alert. I mean this is ridiculous .

                            Total deduction till now is : RS 15+ RS 30 + RS 7 = 52.
                            I have received just Rs 15.

                            Please refund rest RS 37 to my number.

                              Dear sir, my CRF no. Is 1-[protected] . I have complained against my 15 rs balance deduction. For which i have not subscribed any service. Today it happen again, this time 35rs deducted from main balance for renewal of a service. For this I have called several times to 198 . first time it connected and I told them about my problem, they directly refused to return my balance . When I told them to transfer my call to their senior, they said that senior was busy. Call again after 1 hour. When I called after 1 hour . The No. Is always busy and not responding. Sir I am very much satisfied by your service but sometimes my balance deducts! Sometimes it returns but sometime it not! So sir please resolve my complaint so that it will not happen again.

When yesterday (2nd July'15) at noon topup recharge and just see that balance zero than call Aircel Legal Cell, Kolkata Office, They said "we see the matter". But still now problem not solved, I can't used my phone.How many time I will recharge my cell and what will be the guaranty next time not deduct my balance???? I am afraid and facing major problem.                                   Post system check it has been found that your balance of Rs. 14.07 /, 32.10/- got deducted on 2/6/2015, 1/6/2015 due to data usage of 1.1611 MB, 2.0891 MB of Data after consumption of the free data respectively. Hence, not eligible for refund.

                                    Me and my relatives are using Aircel Pre-paid mobile service bearing following Mobile Nos. [protected], [protected], [protected] & [protected]. Every now and then the Company activates various value added services like dialer tune etc without the consent of the user and charges are deducted from the pre-paid balance. I have complained several times to the Customer Care cell and every time they assured deactivation but after somedays they again activate some other service without asking for consent of the users. This is causing financial loss to us. Only today I deactivated two such services at my No. [protected]. By activating such services unilaterally they brought my pre-paid balance to Rs.0.00 which was detected only when I tried to call some one. Kindly take action against the Company to restrain it from playing such tricks with the customers of pre-paid service.

We would also like to inform you that charging has been done after getting confirmation and as per request service has been deactivated on 7/2/2015. However, we have already processed for the refund of the deducted amount on Good will Gesture and the same will be credited to your mobile account within 48 hrs. Please ignore those website or web link which are chargeable, to stop this type of charging.

                                    Moreover, no value added services found activate against your other numbers [protected], [protected] and [protected], hence deactivation does not required.

                                    Yes, Aircel has shown a good gesture by refunding the money and my association with Aircel for more than 8 years. But the most unfortunate part is that such Value Added Services(VAS) are activated unilaterally by Aircel and without consent from the user. I am also using other mobile services like BSNL, Airtel, Idea and Vodafone. But no other service provider activates VAS without consent as Aircel does. I am giving a most recent example: my spouse has got an Aircel prepaid No. [protected]. But we use it mainly for surfing internet via mobile and this no. is also not known to our friends and relatives as she uses a BSNL No. for voice calls. We had practically discontinued using this Aircel no. because whenever there is sufficient balance in that pre-paid account Aircel would activate various VAS and deduct the amount. For long we stopped recharging this no. Recently, we recharged it with Rs.120/-. Whenever there are voice calls o[censored]nknown nos. coming to this SIM we do not respond at all. And use it for surfing net. Today I saw an SMS from Aircel intimating that Dialer Tune has been activated to this no. from 14.07.15 for one month and Rs. 30/- deducted from balance and that it will be renewed after one month. Since we do not use the SIM for phone or SMS how did Aircel got our consent to activate the Dialer Tune?

                                    I have already lodged complaint with the Aircel Customer Care. But my point is that, Aircel should immediately stop such practice of activating VAS and deducting money and then passing the buck on the user. Aircel should stop robbing the subscribers by activating such services without specific consent via SMS.

                                        Hi, Date of incident-29/06/15 Mob no- [protected] Full Description- I have registered complaint with Aircel via service request number Sr1-[protected] regarding deduction of Rs 57/- from my prepaid balance dated 29/06/2015 on my mobile number-[protected]. On 30/06/2015 i got a message from Aircel that the issue has been resolved, but they did not refund the amount and i am confused on what basis they had closed the complaint without providing the resolution. After several attempts to contact the customer helpline they are disconnecting the call and i have also tried to contact them through Facebook but same is the case here they are saying the issue has been resolved but the fact is i have not got the refund till date.
