We would like to inform you that RC- 103 is having benefit of 103FTT+103Mb data+103 free SMS only when the same is recharged through Aircel website and you had not recharged the same through Aircel website hence the benefit of 400MB had been attached to your number.

      Dear Sir, My Aircel No. is [protected]. I had recharged my account with Rs.150 on 13/06/2015. On 07/07/15, Rs. 123.12 has deducted from my A/c. When i called the customer helpline number they said there is no record found and it may be due to subscription of Pocket Store which actually I haven't subscribed. NO vas services has been activated by me. I want clarification on this. If I haven't subscribed anything then why should u deduct from my account balance?         Hi, I am using prepaid connection +91 [protected], I am daily recharging my no. with Rs. 100, but when I am seeing my balance after 10 minutes, its showing Rs.0.00, I recharged my this no. Rs. 400, but I used only Rs. 35, rest of amount is detects by you people. And when I am trying to call customer care, my call is not connect to them.           Dear Sir, My Aircel No. is [protected]. I had recharged my account with Rs.55 on 29/6/2015. On 3/7/15, Rs. 25 has deducted from my A/c.           We have verified your account details and found that on dated 03rdJul, 2015 & 06th Jul2015 a content “VPACK & ANIMATION" was downloaded from your number [protected] through transaction mode WAP and Rs.30/- was deducted from your account towards content download charges. As the content is chargeable there was no wrong deduction from your account. Hence we regret to inform you that we will not able to post any adjustments in this regard.

            I recently did a recharge of 993 (12 gb data aircel) on 05/07/2015 around 11 pm. But it resulted in a failure (transaction was successful) and was expecting a refund within 5 days. I did the recharge once again and again the same thing happened. I got the message "Your request to recharge 993 INR cannot be processed at this time. Transaction number is BHR[protected]." (this is the first message, the second one had the number BHR[protected] I did the recharge again on 06/07/2015 around 3 pm and although the transaction was successful, i did not receive any message on my mobile number (yes i double checked my mobile number it was correct) and now another day has passed! What is happening? I have never ever suffered earlier in online recharge of aircel. I have practically lost Rs.2939 with nothing to show for it!!!

              I have already raised a service request no 1-[protected] my aircel postpaid connection no [protected] has been discontinued since last two days. i have made all monthly payments, latest being on 6/7/2015 of Rs 682. However service still not resumed, . Customer care says that I have to make interim payment of Rs 281 /- . But why should i make any interim payment when all my payments are regular. I am extremely inconvenienced and unable to make any payments right now because I am travelling in a remote area and not able to do any payment through netbanking as well since SMS facility has also been suspended on my number. Your customer care no [protected] does not offer any help I called the number 5 times, every time they said i have reached the service for prepaid numbers and they will transfer me to the concerned post paid department, but it never gets transferred. I need my services to be restored at the earliest else i m shifting to another service provider.

When i send a msg STOP to 155223 It say you have not subscribed any vas. But today deducted my money Rs 20/-.for aircel fun tv services. Why ??? Since they haven't paid bills, am getting AM-OVERDU messages so frequently. and asking me to pay the bill amount. I ve already explained this to customer care so many times, but still am getting these messages.

I have bought new samsung galaxy J1 on 13th june having offer of 500mb data each month up to six month on using new aircel sim as first sim . I have followed all the rules that i have got on net and that was told by that shopperson. My aircel sim was activated on 16th june and till now i have not got that offer. I had send a message to 121 by writting PRIME . I have tried alot on 198 but no one is responding to my call every time they are busy. No- [protected] is also not responding . So sir i am hoping that you will resond to my email . I thik this is last aircel consumer hope, so please help me...

                                NAMITHA35 & NDTVVLPKservices activated through WAP.. As you
                                come back after 24 hrs wavier is not applicable as a One-time goodwill

                                  Balance deducted and message given that service had been activated for upe3g8. when I complained on Phone no 121 then no adequate response given and told that you have activated it .I asked what phone no I have dialed they did not given any reply .when I told that to register complaint they refugees and cut my phone. after that an other SMS got that your SMS pack have been activated .
                                  Aircel customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

                                    My aircel postpaid mobile number is [protected].I had applied for MNP three times for various networks. But these cheaters are cancelling my MNP request every time by lying that my payment is outstanding even though i cleared my bills before generating porting request. Finally i have MNP request on 25 th june 2015. To idea prepaid network. My porting request number is DT573762 validity of code is 08/07/2015. I hav cleared my all bills and hav an excess amount of 115 in my account on 22/06/2015. But upto 05/07/2015 they constantly told me the request in process but today they informed that my request cancelled again due to outstanding amount. But they even told that the unbilled amount as on 06/07/2015 is 16 and my acct has35 rupees e xtra . I continously called them and asked explanation from them nut nothing happened. Finally they blocked my number frim contacting their stupid customer care. I am asking aircel to accept my request to MNP to idea and change the network immediately. Please i beg u guys don't go for aircel. It is the worst network in India in all aspects.

                                        Myself Manesh Kumar Contacted Ua customer Care center Before 5days as my balnce of INR 15 was deducted a Female executive picked ma call n she assured me that within 48hrs d amt vl b refunded But afta 48hrs i dinn receive my balnce afta dat again i hav been contacted nd Some o[censored]r executive hav picked the call he was very rude to me n later he had disconnected the call… Afta dat again i contacted ua customer Care center and spoke vth the escalation desk… He said i l surely receive a call from the heigher auhority in 15min but i dinn receive… Here afta from 2days my balnce of INR10+INR10 has been deducted i again called ua center to know abut it but vth out any intimation thy disconnected my call and i again called to the center and spoke vth the escalation desk Mr.Ramesh…I ordered him that i need to speak vth the quality or Team leader he said that thy are not present in the floor and he said thy cnt refund my amt back is this the way ur customer support runs waste service i hav eva seen…My mobile no:[protected]
