This is saikumar from hyderabad. I am using aircel from past 5 years. recently I got a problem regarding fun tv activation. Actually I didn't give any request to you people regading fun tv, but automatically it was activated on june 2nd, my balance was automatically cut down second time also with out any intimate...so I called on 121 on july2nd..I spoke with ur employee! But he his didn't give any information to me and without my permission he did deactivated fun tv then activated and finally cut my call in middle of conversation... this is the way to behave with customers right? What a company offo the worst aircel company and worst employees...

    As promised by the receptionist at Aircel counter at Gandhinagar, Jammu, he assured to get it activated in the evening . But to my surprise nothing has been done so far . Why they always lie, I have got the recording of his conversation with me .

            I am rajeev kumar from hazaribagh, a user of aircel sim which no. Is [protected]. I am using this sim for last five years but recently from one months they are regularly activate various vas packs without my consent and deduct money from my account. And i want to stop this. So please show me the way to stop this permanantly and recover my money.

              My Broadband # [protected]. I Wrote a Cancellation Letter on March 8th 2015 and provided it in the Ramanujam Nagar Branch CBE. Now they want me pay an amount of around Rs.1100 for a service which I have not used. Only after paying the Amount they want me to again write a cancellation Letter. I am not ready to Pay will never use Aircel service Again.

                Hi sir, I am karthik..am from hyderabad my mobile number is [protected] Aircel number.and I am getting a lot of problem with Aircel.. Even I have 3g unlimited planning...and have 3.5 GB data..I am unable to open net.even it is running in 2g takes lot of time to load..for this I often called to customer care..no one is solving my problem..and tries to end d call without my consent.. And my balance have been deducted.. Lot of times..by activation of VAS packs from Aircel..without my involvement and consent..for this called to cce and they are saying that balance will be refunded within 24 hours..but after that time also I didn't get my money refund and besides my remaking balance also deducting by activating VAS stuff..even I didn't lift the company call...and..without minvolvement and my consent.. Finally I realise that Aircel is cheating customers by activating VAS and taking money..and giving salary to call center with our (customer )money... If Aircel customer call to the customer care that says ALL OUR AGENTS ARE BUSY CALL BACK AFTER SOME TIME..AFTER I TRIED LOT OF TIMES 24/7 MAX COULDNOT CONNECT THE CALL... then what we will do...and what is the use of customer care..for customers.. SO PLEASE SOLVE MY PROBLEM...PLS PLS.. ELSE I WILL SPREAD THE NONCENCE WHICH AIRCEL IS DOING AND ..APPROACH CONSUMER COURT..BCZ I HAVE ALL THE VOICE RECORDS OF CONVERSATION BETWEEN ME AND CUSTOMER CARE EXECUTIVES.. SO I HOPE U GOT MY POINT...

                Kindly note that Rs.30 has been credited to your account towards VAS deduction on 02nd Jul'15.

                Please be informed that you have recharged your account with RC56 and received the benefit of Fee 2G/3G 500 MB (167x3) Unlimited Data for 3 months, data limit is 167MB per month.

                You have completed 167 MB data for the month and hence not able to use data, please recharge your account with data for availing 3G data services.

                    I receive SMS from VM UBER addressing some one on their list. Please block all UBER SMS to my AIRCEL number [protected] with immediate effect. I receive almost 55 SMS from UBER that is quite annoying. May be this SIM was owned by a driver earlier and the same number is allotted to me as individual. Please expedite the possibilities of stopping these SMS to driver. Photo of sample SMS attached for reference. Since it is from Website, there is no number to block this sms.

                      Der Sir, There was some free net balance given by aircel.when i used it the uses charges were too low but suddenly when pack end the the company charged 120/- rupees only for 2 minuits when i was just recharging a pack through paytm. so in my opinion 120/- was too high for this 2 mts and the response of consumer executive was too poor even ther are not receiving my call

                          Its been really tough to keep managing and complaining regarding same matters. I am in roaming and do recharge my Aircel no([protected]) for a sum of 60 or 100. But as I recharges its been a continuous habit to deduct it for some unwanted services. And due to it my balance drops to zero and many important calls are not received at my end due to low balance. Like : On 26th June Friday I was charged a sum of Rs 30 for some service that too unknown. On Monday 29th June I was charged 15 as renewal charge for Fun TV. NEVER IN MY LIFE I REMEMBER ACTIVATING IT. Its really irritating. As my number has been propagated to various places so cant deactivate it. And I want to use it smoothly without this type of charges. I don't make calls using it. Recharge is only for incoming call. Please help and take a strict action. If possible make the activation of these services completely void.As I don't want any services except calling. I do request for a refund and no such behavior in future.

                            Recently i received a message saying " Thank you for using aircel services " and when i checked my account after this message Rs. 30 was deducted from my prepaid account.. my number is [protected]. kindly look into the matter. please find out as to why amount was deducted.

                            As per the analysis done, checked & found you are activated the NDTVVLPK services activated through WAP.As you are come back after 24 hrs waiver is not applicable but as a One-time goodwill gesture of waiver is given of Rs.30/- credited in your account.                                 Sir, I am really fed up with this company. It always activates VAS on my number and deduct my balance.When i call customer care, they say you have activated it so your money cannot be refunded. Sir, it has been more than 10-12 times i am facing this problem from this company.And i am not the only one who is facing this.Don't know why these type of companies are given license. This time they deducted 35INR today only(1/7/15) for any FUN TV pack.As always i had not activated or renewed it, it got activated by its own.A message was recieved at 7:23am (today) which says FUN TV is renewed at 35INR(i am attaching screenshot of this).When i called customer care, i said i woke up at 9am then how come i activate tis pack at 7:23am.They said it has been renewed.Sir, 2-3 months back, they had activated this pack by their own and i deactivated it as soon as i got to know.And now they are saying it has been renewed. Sir, if i had deactivated the pack then why they need to renew it and if it has to renewed it should be renewed monthly/weekly or something like that and not after 2-3 months.Sir, this proves they are lying.They activate it by their own, fool the customers and take their money.This time also they are saying money can't be refunded. They just gave the procedure to deactivate it. Sir, i want my money back and i want to get rid out of this problem forever. As i said earlier i am not the only one who is facing this problem.Please help us out. Thank you.

                                  I complain against automatic setting of dial-er tune. It has deducted Rs 20 from my account. I talk with customer care they told me he refund my money but nothing happened. I recharge my mobile with Rs 20 and i can see there is no balance. I am very old customer who is using Aircel Number. If this is the service from Aircel then i have to say sorry. User can't afford Aircel mobile service. Please solve my issue and refund my money other wise i have to go for another Network.

                                    Aircel forcefully disconnected my aircel kolkata mdn.[protected] for mismatch of my documents after more than 1year o[censored]sage as per TRAI norms It should have been disconnected before. Aircel agents or other representative tampering and misusing my documents and then claiming that we do not have your documents is against ethics. Moreover facebook team assure me that my number will be activated soon. But still it says that incoming call facility is not available and I do not receive n/w on that simcard. I lost trust on Aircel.I donot need aircel connection. I happy with Airtel, Vodafone, Idea. Dear Subscribers, Please avoid getting aircel kolkata simcard from local shops as there is tampering and misuse of documents. Aircel do not care about their subscriber and donot take steps to prevent it. Conversation from Aircel FB with fake promise for activation.                                       sir, my name is abhishek pareek and i am an aircel customer and my mobile no is: [protected] i just received a messge from aircel regarding offer for me which is stating that through recharge of 11INR my call rate for aircel to aircel local or std become at 10paisa/min. for 45 days. on the above stating message i recharged this offer on my SIM and i received message the recharge is successful but after few minutes i received message form Aircel that Your recharge of 11 INR is successful and enjoy call at 10 paissa/min Aircel to Aircel for only 5 days. Here i have issue that in previous message Aircel said you get benefit for 45 days but on successful subscription of recharge they reduced the days to 5 days only . Therefor here i want fair service benefit from Aircel company immediately as they had default in their service. And i had also call to customer support executive but they said this plan is stands for only 5 days and you 'll get only 5 days validity for this recharge and communicate in very unresponsive manner. kindly give me my fair benefit as your promise in offers message services you made with your customer/me.                                         Today they deducted 35 rs for dazzling queens and 3 rs for tiny tv. These are services they activated by themselves and when I tried to unsubscribe by texting to 155223, I got d reply dt I dnt hv any vas activated in ma number. Finally, I unsubscribed afta calling 155223. But its unfair to deduct balance for services dey activated by themselves and dt too afta cheating dt no services r active in ma number. It has happened many times before but dis time I wont keep quiet. Its really frustrating. I want ma balance back no matter what. I want justice.
