My Name is Zakir and My Aircel no is [protected], on 29 June 2015, 10:00 AM, A lady from customer care has called, said something and disconnected the call. later i have received a message of Rs 35 has been charged for Music Connect. straight after that i have called 198 and deactivated that service and got a message of deactivation. but until now i didn't received my Rs 35. while deactivating i was told that i will be getting refund within 48 hours. i have waited for 48 hours but i didn't get any refund. i called again to 198 on 01 July 2015 but again they said i have to wait again until evening. it's a week now which i have not got any refund of Rs 35.
This is not acceptable and totally unfair. i am asking my own money from you for being charged for nothing. Please refund my Rs 35 as soon as possible.
