Dear Aircel, My Name is Zakir and My Aircel no is [protected], on 29 June 2015, 10:00 AM, A lady from customer care has called, said something and disconnected the call. later i have received a message of Rs 35 has been charged for Music Connect. straight after that i have called 198 and deactivated that service and got a message of deactivation. but until now i didn't received my Rs 35. while deactivating i was told that i will be getting refund within 48 hours. i have waited for 48 hours but i didn't get any refund. i called again to 198 on 01 July 2015 but again they said i have to wait again until evening. it's a week now which i have not got any refund of Rs 35. This is not acceptable and totally unfair. i am asking my own money from you for being charged for nothing. Please refund my Rs 35 as soon as possible. Hope you understand. Thank you in Advance.

        My mob no is: [protected] On 28th June 2015 i realized that my account got deducted with rs 45/-. They have activated some service and callertune without my permission .To resolve the problem i tried to contact customer care number. After a long time try finally the call got connected. I got an assurance that the problem is going to be resolved and i will get back my money. But that did not happened. After this incident again i tried to contact the customer care again and failed several times. Its really a very bad service from them. It is not the first time. Relay bad kind of service from Aircel odisha. They are just deducting my money for anything. This started from 28th of june. If i have not activated any service, then why the money got deducted from my account. To total money deduction is 15 rs and 30 for caller tune. I have not activated any caller tune. Again the day before yesterday rs 7 is got deducted as part of government job alert. I mean this is ridiculous . Total deduction till now is : RS 15+ RS 30 + RS 7 = 52. I have received just Rs 15. Please refund rest RS 37 to my number.

            I took a new aircel sim on 28 June 2015 from ganesh nagar (near laxminagar), Delhi by paying Rs 100.The retailer told me that i will get rs 69 balance and 69 mb internet after activation.the sim got activate on 2 July.But after the activation I did not receive any balance or data.When i went to the retailer he told that he had already recharged the balance on 28th (the day I bought the sim) and also showed me the message of successful recharge.Now when i call customer care, my call is not connected saying all the executives are busy.Please help me.I am scared that if this is the situation just when I bought the sim, what would happen further.Its very disappointing. My aircel number is [protected].The sim is on the name of Simpi kumary.Please fund my balance and data on this number.My contact number is [protected].Kindly resolve my problem as soon as possible.               Sir i have recharged my phone no [protected] with top off of rupees 28 to get 125mb 3g data but insted of giving me the balance they have increased my call rate from 30p perminute to 40paisa perminute. . . Sir the costumer care not helping at all please help me. . Sir if possible please reduce my call rate to 30 paisa which was initially and refund my balance

                MY aircel no is [protected] .My bal is deducted on 28 June 2015 of 95Rs. On the same day I given a complaint. They Told that my a/c will refund by 95Rs in 48hours. But, I didn't get it till 5th June 2015. And now if i call to customer care they cut my call without giving me proper information.
                it feels to me that they had put my no. in no reply zone.

                      Hello, The company is giving nothing but wants everything, the Internet plans rate increases for no reason, neither they are giving good service fot network nor value for money, the price for 3g net plans increased but the speed is same as of idea 2g (30-50 kbps) They change the scheme for no reason nd they will know it very soon.. Only using the sim for chip 3g net..bt now its going to be useless. Before they give 300mb 3g data for 5day but now only 200mb..

                        Dear aircel, pocket store was activated on my no [protected] without my consent and rs 5 has been deducted.this is nt the first time i am facing this problem.last month tiny tv was activated automatically and i was charged heavily.plz improve ur service, deactivate pocket store from my no asap and refund my rs 5 balance otherwise i am taking legal action through TRAI.

                          This is to certify that aircel had decucted rs.65 from my account on the 3rd of july. After the incident i had called its customer care and asked one of its representatives to refund the balance to which they had assured me that within 48 hours the balance would be credited to my account. since then i have been trying to get in touch with the customer care but it always say their lines are busy and even the deducted balance hasn't yet been refunded. my request number was [protected] and my aircel number is [protected].

                              Hello Aircel team... I had been charged ₹99+₹99 for (unknownly) activated some of the wap service for two times one on 2nd july and another one on 4th July 2015. I had noticed now (4th july) only. The above details are provided by customer care while i had asked about the deduction. They refused to refund my money and even not responding to my words and they suddenly disconnected the conversation. Now i am helpless. Customer care also no answer how to use it. My mobile number [protected]. I am requesting to give my money back.

                                Hello team, I had recharged rs 251 on 4 july 2015 and had got currency of rs 180. Later aircel deducted 148 providing internet pack on 5 july. When called up customer care she is not ready to refund the amount.She say like its a mistake from my side ... what nonsense. U people will be waiting for the customer to recharge for a high amount and once they recharge you guys deduct the money in some or the other way. This is not the first time happened to me. I am experiencing a worst service from aircel.

                                  Hello Aircel team... I had been charged ₹99+₹99 for (unknownly) activated some of the wap service for two times one on 30th june and another one on 2nd July 2015. I had noticed now (4th july) only. The above details are provided by customer care while i had asked about the deduction. They refused to refund my money and even not responding to my words and they suddenly disconnected the conversation. Now i am helpless and afraid of recharge the high amount talktime (eg.₹300, ₹500 etc). Please refund my money... My mobile no. [protected] Name. Mohamed Rafi

                                    Sir, I paid my post paid bill on 01.07.2015 for the mumber [protected] but today at 4.50pm i received a call from a number [protected]. A female staff asked me to pay my outstanding bill, I told that i was paid on mentioned date. Then she ask me about receipt number of bill that i paid. Is it my work to hold the bill always in my hands? Problem is at there end that no updation even its all computerised. Already i delayed to pay because of no res ponce from customer care. Again they doing same thing to hurt the customer. Msg i received after paid my bill amount 1272.00 is... Info: PUR/AIRCEL CELLULAR LIMITE/CHENNAI/AIRCEL CELLULAR LIMITED I am totally disappointed due to postpaid. Kindly help me to change my plan from postpaid to prepaid.                                     We have checked your issue and found that the payment of Rs.1272/- has already been updated in our records on 1/7/2015 and
                                    currently there is nil outstanding. And regarding migration to prepaid, you have to walk in to nearest Aircel Center and provide address proof, id proof, billed and the unbilled amounts have to be cleared and
                                    subsequently, you have to first recharge and second recharge.
                                    Tried reaching you, but unable to reach.

                                      That i know, but there is no nearest Aircel Store in my address. What you have suggested to go to Ranchi. Its about 136 KM away from my location. My query is moving around the point. Now the only way to buy the sim is to buy it from local shops, I think So.

                                        Dear sir/madam yesterday my balance was rs 24.00. But today my balance is rs 14.00 But No download done from my phone.                                         Post system check it has been found that your balance Rs. 10/- got deducted dated- 2/7/2015, 3/7/2015, due to activation of VAS - CRIC- IMI through IVR . Credit of 10/- - has been processed in your A/C from our end dated -20/7/2015 .
