      I have done a recharge on my aircel sim card on 11/11/15 on Rs. 148/- for unlimited 2G internet. I got the confirmation from aircel about the same. But when I try to use the internet it doesn't work. i tried calling the customer care number but they were saying that I have not even done a recharge for it and were giving me silly excuses. I have tried all possible ways like to save the net settings, keeping enough balance, etc but neither worked for me. Now almost half of the month is gone and I am without internet on my phone. Just to confirm that I have done the recharge I am attaching the snapshot of the message that I got from aircel in my Inbox.

        I purchased a sim card # [protected] from Aircel network service provider a month ago. I tried calling customer care after a long time they picked and somehow sim is been activated but I am not able to recharge for any amount as the service provider is declining the recharge I tried contacting them back they are not picking the call. I do not know how to contact them.

          I am using Aircel operator, and as soon as i recharge the sim card with more than 10 rs the they deduct my balance every day. When i call them and tell the problem they say that i clicked on a link which is crating the problem, but i am not using internet on my phone, then how is it possible. i say this is a fraud style of earning money. I once again called them and they say that they are unable to provide any information as the software is upgrading and told me to wait for 4 hours. i again called them and every time when i call the computer says that all the agents are busy and drops the call, but when i call from other mobile the they picks up the call. Now what i do. I wants the refund. Please help me...

                  Respected Sir/ Madam, I, Prasenjit Dey, My Aircel mobile number is [protected], on 24/11/2015 at my Aircel Balance was 12.50, after few minutes it become 0.50, hence Aircel Deducted Rs. 12. I am facing this problem last few months, after every recharge my balance getting deducted. As Such Your Honour is Requested to look into the matter, and arrange to refund at the earliest.                     This is to inform you that I Surajit paul and have unfortunately got an aircel sim card, number is [protected]. I recharged Rs. 110 in which I got the TT 110 dated on 22.11.2015 and txn no KOR[protected]. But next morning when I checked the balance I found that my balance was Rs. 45. The amount 65 was spent by aircel. Because I didn’t spent a penny in this time period. After calling the customer care grievance department I got amount Rs. 15. Now the balance is comes to 60 from 45, But the amount should be Rs. 110. Today (24.11.2015) several times I again tried to contact the number of grievance department but getting no response. Now i am getting message that the grievance department is in traffic jam. After that whenever i am trying to contact getting the same message tat they are in traffic jam. Kindly clarify the reason why the balance is being deduction though i have not asked for any services. Surajit Paul

                        Dear Sir, At the beginning I want to share you a bitter experience happened nearly 3 years ago with me. It was the unfair deduction of main balance of nearly Rs. 97 within 1 day of activation of a AIRCEL Sim. That time the reason as described by the so called Customer Care Executive that some VAS had been activated by me due the wrong press of button of mobile. I got just surprised by the falsehood of the company like AIRCEL and getting annoyed I threw the sim into dustbin. Presently on the 2nd Nov’15 again a new sim, [protected] has been issued with a starting main balance of Rs. 38.65. It is quite regretful to bring to your notice that this time also more than Rs. 35 has been deducted within 10 days of the activation of the sim. Furthermore, more astounding fact is that the reason described this time also is exactly selfsame as it was 3 years back. So as a customer of AIRCEL I really unappeased with the nasty practice of AIRCEL. In this circumstances I appeal to your good self, if remain, to look into the matter seriously and refund me the balance cut unfairly because I can assure you that no VAS or anything chargeable download done by my own. Person name Radhika and she cut the call when I speaking. She will not provide complaint number also. So I need to resolve my incoming call issue and I want take some action on that person also.                             Today I got a call from company and I received it than disconnected it, but suddenly than a message comes to my phone that this service is activated and when I tried to stop that service then it is not showing in Value added services. But my balance got deducted for a month as a subscription for that service. Please stop every VAS on my number : [protected] or I'll discontinue with Aircel.

                                  As my mobile was lost, i have purchased a duplicate sim by paying the amount from Aircel. NoW I came to know that this number is being used by other person Bharatha from Karnataka How is it possible. I have aleready sent a mail to deactivate the sim card when it was lost . Later I applied for a duplicate sim. Air cel needs to give an explanation in failing their responsibilities in providing correct service. Regards

                                    Last month 22 October 2015, I bought aircel new sim[protected], till now outgoing calls not activate. I called 4-5 times customer care with another aircel number, they take complaint and without solution automatically complaint closed, but issue will not solve till now. Totally not responding properly

                                    I bought Aircel New sim before one month 22 October, but outgoing call not active always i called to another number, it's only connecting verification centre, they told our verification side is clear, you call to 198, then I called to 198 in another aircel number (because outgoing call not active in this new sim), 4-5 times i give complaint, now one month gone, not responding properly.

                                    Till now outgoing calls problem not solve.
                                    Please take correct action.

I Bought new duplicate prepaid sim in sivakasi. The dealer said all details are updated and sim is activated..But my duplicate new prepaid sim is not activate stills now. please activate my prepaid Sim card My Duplicate Sim card No[protected] to my Mobile no [protected]
