Aircel — refund of money due to service cancellation

Me and my wife are using aircel for the past ten years. Recently the company has filed for banktrupcy. Usually we recharge once in a year using the rc1947. We did the same during octber 2017 and november 2017. Now i have a credit balance of rs. 1300.00 and my wife has a credit balance of rs. 1200.00 in our aircel mobiles. How can we get the money back? If we change to another service provider with the same number we heard according to trai guidelines the balance amount will not the credited to us. Kindly let us know the procedure to get our money back as we are both pre-paid customers. Kindly reply to our email id: [protected]@yahoo.co.in. Thanks

Aircel is not giving port code through sms. All my nearest aircel stores have either relocated too far or changed. All of my clients have that mobile number. Please do give me the upc code. Please help if there is someone.

I have a very big inconvenience without netwotk. Please fix it. Why the network is shut down. Please fix the problem as soon as possible. How i will port it without getting porting number from aircel company. Please reply soon.

Many customer facing that issue please fixed at quickly otherwise sent port number to all the customer.
