Aircel — unable to get upc of my aircel sim card

Since one week, i have been trying to send port message from my aircel number to 1900 but it is not succeeded. I have tried changing the sim card to some other mobile phones, tried sending messages from different coverage areas but nothing helped me.

As we all know that the aircel network is going to stop their service by april 15, 2018, we all are supposed to change our aircel network sim cards to alternate stabled network as per their comfort.in order to port the network, getting upc is very mandatory. It is totally unfair that the user is not able to send port message itself, when the network provider shuts down their service in the near future.

Letting this complaint reach to the aircel service provider would be appreciable. Kindly let me know alternate ways of getting upc for my aircel number, if any.

U stupid fellows i[censored] r not supposed to provide service on regular y u asked us to recharge for full talk time and unlimited calls ...etc
Be a shame on yourself I am using ur service for all of my business so kindly take this issue serious and make to resolve or provide some other alternative source until u solve ...

I am from Chennai and I have an aircel mobile connection ...the corresponding mobile number is [protected] ...since there is no network coverage of Aircel telecom for the past 2 days... as a result I am unable to send/receive SMS and UPC code for MNP...

Hi Sir,

I am trying to change from AIRCEL to AIRTEL as there is no network of aircel at my workplace. But AIRCEL is not providing me the Unique porting code. I have send the SMS requesting UPC many times on 21, Feb 2018 but to no avail. AIRCEL guys please send me UPC.
