As i have recharged with airtel rs.399/- pack from airtel website on 10th jan 2020. I have done my transaction through google pay my money is debited from account and i contacted airtel customer care service they responded like they didn't receive any recharge for my number and suggest me to ask google pay customer care. Fully disappointed by airtel payments bank ltd. I don't even have hope on them. Now the date is 17th jan 2020 still waiting for my amount or recharge!!!

    Dear all,


    With this application, i want to bring this to everyone's notice about the "worst customer experience, service and satisfaction" which bharti airtel can ever provide to their customers.

    To start with, i am not sure how much airtel is concerned about customer experience, service and satisfaction.

    Finally, i have pushed to an extent which is making me write this email and switching to either services. This email would not only include the service which you have provided but also the way of doing business and looking at things by such a huge organization. I have been using your services for so many years. But i guess i should look for some better alternatives, may be because of the "worst customer service" which bharti airtel has given me.

    As everyone says, in today's world the quality of services goes equally down when the quantity of people consuming those services goes high.

    It is so many times in a row that i have to call airtel dth customer care office repeatedly before the problem gets addressed, to add to my agony, whenever i call the customer care office, i get to know that my service request status is resolved without the issue being addressed at all. I don’t understand as to how you can consider an issue to be resolved when the person who is supposed to be fixing it does not even do anything.

    1. Inastalled an extream dth box as on 14th nov 2019. With assured guaranteed for 1 months free service.

    2. My case numbers are as follows:97660572, 97532113, and 99707273.

    3. Service discontinued stated that the service is only for 7 days and hence the engineer informed wrongly.

    4. Finally on prorate basis in december 2019 got 537/- as credit in the account and need to fight almost 15 days for the same.

    5. My account information’s were not updated and so the movies section was not active hence fight that for another 10 more days consecutively.

    6. Now today 14th jan 2020 the cable tv had gone giving error code with no signal, engineer visited after a long fight with customer care / agra local service centre guysmr. Yogendra phone number: [protected] and amit tsm phone number: [protected] (Retaliating and shouting over the phone call and insulting customer) said the visit tat is till 10.00am of 15th jan 2020, need to be patient, i said that it’s a cable tv not a broadband service shall one has to wait for approximately a day that how would it work and the conversation ended heatedly. Finally by 5:30 p. M engineer abhishek phone number: [protected]visited stating that the antenna had wrongly placed and hence need 300/- to install it on a neighbours house (Which is next to impossible).

    7. What to do now as it was a mess sice day one and the installation engineer itself told in day one that there could be a signal problem but will try if go no worries else will check. It worked but temporarily.

    8. Currently as on 14th jan 2020 the engineer visited named abhishek stated that the one who has installed had done his work temporary.

    9. Need a refund for 2250+75+2200=4525/-

    My airtel fixed line no.[protected] has a attached offered airtel dth exstream box with service number[protected] is not working since 14th january 2020 for which i filed a service request with airtel customer care office, ticket number 20095689, which was supposed to be resolved by 10:00 am on 15th january 2020.     But i guess bharti airtel does not believe is meeting their commitments and the problem was not fixed on the next day as well.

    No wonders, bharti airtel exceeded my expectation and came out to be the winner in providing worst customer service experience.

    Now i have full confidence in airtel’s moto, which is “let the customer suffer for the mistake that they made by subscribing to airtel services.”

    I tried calling the nodal officer but to no help, others would also be facing the same problem and are being harrased by your customer care office. I guess this is the way you have decided to do business (Correct me if i am wrong).

    I have been with airtel for more than so many years now, not because i did not like any other brand but because i never expected this kind of pathetic service by this big company. I think now the time has come where myself, including at least hundreds of people need to change their mind because of the services which myself and they have been getting over a period of time. There have been many instances where i did not get service that should be provided to a customer and now when i am done dealing with you people would want you to please discontinue my airtel fixed line connection remove me from your systems because your system, policies, procedures, services, way of doing business and looking at things is getting worst day by day.

    I know that loss of a hundred customers would not make any difference to your sales and marketing team because companies here do not understand the two most important words to run the business, providing exceptional "customer service" and i would certainly try to see if other leading companies do or do not understand it.

    With this, i pen down and say my final bye to bharti airtel!!! I wish a great future for your company and if given a chance if airtel succeed in future, would for sure want to learn the ways of running a business without satisfying their customers!!

    They paid the credit amount but resolutions are always temporary
    Airtel customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
    Since morning I face with the issue sign in to network. I frequently click at this notification but it could not solved.
    I inserted my sim in other device but there was same.

    Please help me.
    Airtel data speed is very very low and not up to mark as it was previously, totally disappointed.
    I think i have to change to jio
    I have done recharge of Rs.598.but recharge not yet done for [protected]. Amount Debited from my account but Recharge was not successful. please resolve it immediately. i have received the message Txn ID:[protected].

      My Airtel Number is not recharge but money is deducted from my bank account...i did recharge online on 15january 2020 ..first I did of 98rs ..and second recharge of 79rs ...both money transaction is successful but I got no msg of recharge on my number why..?? please redund my money or recharge my number as soon as possible

        I recharged my pre paid mobile service on 17/1/2020 with a pack on ₹598 for 84days and 1.5gb per day data.

        The transaction was failed yet money was deducted from my bank account. I had to recharge again which was successful.
        Have not received refund for my failed recharge. txn ID of failed recharge :[protected].

          I am sending regular mails to airtel store noida located in sector 137 to get some information, but they are not responding at all and also their contact number is also switched off. This is frustrating and unprofessional.
          I am sending mail from [protected]@gmail.com

          Also sent regular follow ups, but not getting any response.

          I am sending these mails on coco. [protected]@airtel.com.

          When i visited the store, they assured me that they will reply on mail but this is of no use. Also their manager's official contact number is switched off.

            I wish to state that i am a consumer of Air Tel since many years and my mobile number is [protected].

            In this regard please note that my plan was Rs. 125/- per month and in the month of December, 2019 they have change the same to Rs. 199/- per month plan with 10 GB data per month, which i agreed.

            My monthly billing cycle starts from 08th of the month.

            In the month of December, 2019 they have provided me the 10 GB data but in the month of January, 2020 they have not provided me the same and hence i have made many complaints since 11th Jan., 2020 and they given me the assurances not the bill plan benefits and i received complaint references as per details given under: -

              While install airtel dth, call center people said all telugu channels will come one month next month onwards need to recharge but after installation only free channels came. We call and asked callcenter, they replied only news channels will come. This is fraud of airtel dth service. Please check and resolve this issue asap and do the needful.                 Not able to contact from airtel prepaid and postpaid to [protected] and other numbers starting with 1860. When we try to contact these numbers, it saying: it is a special number, you will be charged 2.5 paise per second, for more details log in to www.airtel.in, and then call is disconnected every time. Contacted to airtel customer care many times but the problem is not resolved till now.

                I have ordered fastag through airtel app on 20 dec 2019. Till now when i check through airtel thanks app it is still showing shipped due to this i am facing issue at toll plaza.

                    This has reference to broadband connection on 9th jan 2020 for my residence and paid for full year.
                    1. Airtel representative also installed fixed landline as it was bundled and free of charge
                    2. Told the person that i do need the fixed line as already have 2 mobile connection and no need for additional fixed line
                    3. Started getting sms and mails to pay rs352.82 for fixed line even though i have not opted for it and now being threatened with late fee if not paid by due date.

                    This is unethical way of doing business and left bad taste on switching to airtel service.

                    Another issue is, none of the sms or email provides the account details thus unable to even speak to anyone in customer support as it's required to key in account details.

                    Tried calling the representatives who had visited to collect payment and install the line but even they are not ready to share the account details which is very unprofessional way of treating customer.

                    This is the first time i opted for airtel service and have extremely bad experience with weeks

                      I did airtel recharged of my mobile no [protected] for rs 149 from airtel.in, after goes
                      Transaction page and select amazon pay and wait for transaction after short time my amount is deducted from amazon pay but reacharge is not done and airtel site show your reacharge is not done.
                      I attach screenshots of my mail which is for amount deduction.
                      Please have the amount refund my amazon account.

                        I have been using a tata docomo no. From 2011 and with little or no issues with either network or the service provider until the last yeae when airtel took over the tata docomo service and started deactivating the existing customers, i was not even aware that my no. Got deactivated and when i came to know about the same i visited the airtel store requested them to give me the same number either with a new connection or the old.. They refused.. Deactivating the number without intimation wud be bearing u no cost but a huge loss to the customers as the phone numbers these days are being used/connected to several other documents and forums.

                          Sir,
                          i received my fastag on 20th Dec 2019. After receiving my fastag i tried to activate it on airtel thanks app. I tried these steps to activate it-
                          1. opened my thanks app
                          2. tap on bank icon
                          3. tap on fastag icon

                          but after clicking on fastag icon i didn't find any activation option. it is still showing order shipped (screenshot pdf file attached) that's why i am not able to activate my fastag. i have attached screenshot for your reference.

                            Vimala bhaskar pillai, airtel mobile no: [protected], postpaid with monthly rental rs. 399/-
                            I dont get proper network at my office or while travelling or even sometimes at home. I am facing literally poor network, most of the times the network bar shoes full blank them how will i be able to call or use my data if there is no network.

                            I am frustrated for months that even for a call i have to run out of my cabin, i am not able to use data wisely or send any email as the network is really very disgusting.

                            Every time customer care agent says the same thing that a new tower will come up soon in the region but i am suffering for months even after paying my bills properly.

                            You guys claim for best online video watching facility and all that stuff first at least take care of the basic network issue and understand without network one cannot do any damn thing like calling or messaging or mailing or internet surfing or wifi nothing is possible.

                            Today only i called 121 and your customer care people dont even understand that i say i dont get network still they ask are you facing issue in calling or in data usage. On the top of that they shared me a link to register my complaint but again i could not open the same due to your poor and worst network.

                              My one query, i am living in new delhi, address block 10, dakshin puri extension, new delhi 110062, there is airtel network is very poor. I have to come out of my home when i have received any call other wise voice is breaking or mobile is automatic dis-connected.
                              In my home i am unable to sent any mail as there is network very slow...
                              So, i have to taken one more vodafone number as my airtel number is not proper working in my home.

                                I have ordered fast tag id through airtel app, i received message on 19 dec 2019 my fast tag id shipped. Till now when i check through airtel thanks app it is still showing shipped due to this i am facing issue at toll plaza.
                                This is very frustrating as my friends order fastag from other service providers like paytm and they got there fastag in 7 days.

                                  Whenever i try to go to store and ask to port my sim card for a prepaid connection they always deny saying sir prepaid server is down you take the postpaid plan.
                                  And this way these people are trying to sell out postpaid connections by way of cheating

                                    I have raised a request for disconnection of broadband on 5th may 2019 and followed up on 29 june 2019 on the disconnection request. Till now, 14 jan 2020, the connection has not been disconnected and i have been charged for 6 months after may.
                                    The reply i have got from customer care when i have called them asking for the reason for not disconnecting and charging is that "though it is their mistake to not to disconnect i have to pay for all the 6 months now then only they will disconnect".
                                    I may have used the broadband by mistake during this period of time due to auto save settings of my laptop/mobile wifi.
                                    Please let me know what should i do.

                                      The signals in our area Shampura, kavalbaisandra is the worst..!! literally cannot surf anything immediately.. and consumes lot of data because of the dying signals..
                                      Make sure to fix it as soon as possible or will probably switch to a better off brand..!

                                      Internet connection in BARASAT subdivision is off for 5 days from 1st January. It's very problematic condition to do any internet based work. Although the price of recharge packs are too high that it's very difficult to accommodate and Airtel is not providing proper services to their customers. So pay your attention in this problem.
                                      I have another airtel no.
                                      And I recharged to that number by phone pe for rs379, but now I can't able to get any outgoing and incoming calls/msgs
                                      Even that number was on active till the recharge has done
                                      Now its temporarily out of service

                                      I have recently ported from Vodafone, Mumbai to Airtel, Andhra Pradesh. I have tried recharging couple of times and everytime it fails. Now I dodnt have balance nor internet access.

                                      Please look into this issue. This is becoming annoying day by day.

                                        I am user of airtel in tamilnadu circle.

                                        I am trying to port out from idea, i tried many times, but i receive message
                                        "upc cannot be generated as the mobile number is not configured. Please contact service provider"

                                        I tried with customer care and visit to store many times, no resolution.

                                        During the same time, i was able to get upc code for my another number, i was able to port out.

                                        I have already being struggling with bad service by airtel on quality of network availability
