[Resolved]  Airtel — airtel cable dth

With this application, i want to bring this to everyone's notice about the "worst customer experience, service and satisfaction" which bharti airtel can ever provide to their customers.

To start with, i am not sure how much airtel is concerned about customer experience, service and satisfaction.

Finally, i have pushed to an extent which is making me write this email and switching to either services. This email would not only include the service which you have provided but also the way of doing business and looking at things by such a huge organization. I have been using your services for so many years. But i guess i should look for some better alternatives, may be because of the "worst customer service" which bharti airtel has given me.

As everyone says, in today's world the quality of services goes equally down when the quantity of people consuming those services goes high.

It is so many times in a row that i have to call airtel dth customer care office repeatedly before the problem gets addressed, to add to my agony, whenever i call the customer care office, i get to know that my service request status is resolved without the issue being addressed at all. I don’t understand as to how you can consider an issue to be resolved when the person who is supposed to be fixing it does not even do anything.

1. Inastalled an extream dth box as on 14th nov 2019. With assured guaranteed for 1 months free service.

2. My case numbers are as follows:97660572, 97532113, and 99707273.

3. Service discontinued stated that the service is only for 7 days and hence the engineer informed wrongly.

4. Finally on prorate basis in december 2019 got 537/- as credit in the account and need to fight almost 15 days for the same.

5. My account information’s were not updated and so the movies section was not active hence fight that for another 10 more days consecutively.

6. Now today 14th jan 2020 the cable tv had gone giving error code with no signal, engineer visited after a long fight with customer care / agra local service centre guysmr. Yogendra phone number: [protected] and amit tsm phone number: [protected] (Retaliating and shouting over the phone call and insulting customer) said the visit tat is till 10.00am of 15th jan 2020, need to be patient, i said that it’s a cable tv not a broadband service shall one has to wait for approximately a day that how would it work and the conversation ended heatedly. Finally by 5:30 p. M engineer abhishek phone number: [protected]visited stating that the antenna had wrongly placed and hence need 300/- to install it on a neighbours house (Which is next to impossible).

7. What to do now as it was a mess sice day one and the installation engineer itself told in day one that there could be a signal problem but will try if go no worries else will check. It worked but temporarily.

8. Currently as on 14th jan 2020 the engineer visited named abhishek stated that the one who has installed had done his work temporary.

9. Need a refund for 2250+75+2200=4525/-

My airtel fixed line no.[protected] has a attached offered airtel dth exstream box with service number[protected] is not working since 14th january 2020 for which i filed a service request with airtel customer care office, ticket number 20095689, which was supposed to be resolved by 10:00 am on 15th january 2020. However, the problem was not fixed, it is as follows now today 14th jan 2020 the cable tv had gone giving error code with no signal, engineer visited after a long fight with customer care / agra local servicecenter guysmr. But i guess bharti airtel does not believe is meeting their commitments and the problem was not fixed on the next day as well.

No wonders, bharti airtel exceeded my expectation and came out to be the winner in providing worst customer service experience.

Now i have full confidence in airtel’s moto, which is “let the customer suffer for the mistake that they made by subscribing to airtel services.”

I tried calling the nodal officer but to no help, others would also be facing the same problem and are being harrased by your customer care office. I guess this is the way you have decided to do business (Correct me if i am wrong).

I have been with airtel for more than so many years now, not because i did not like any other brand but because i never expected this kind of pathetic service by this big company. I think now the time has come where myself, including at least hundreds of people need to change their mind because of the services which myself and they have been getting over a period of time. There have been many instances where i did not get service that should be provided to a customer and now when i am done dealing with you people would want you to please discontinue my airtel fixed line connection remove me from your systems because your system, policies, procedures, services, way of doing business and looking at things is getting worst day by day.

I know that loss of a hundred customers would not make any difference to your sales and marketing team because companies here do not understand the two most important words to run the business, providing exceptional "customer service" and i would certainly try to see if other leading companies do or do not understand it.

With this, i pen down and say my final bye to bharti airtel!!! I wish a great future for your company and if given a chance if airtel succeed in future, would for sure want to learn the ways of running a business without satisfying their customers!!

Since morning I face with the issue sign in to network. I frequently click at this notification but it could not solved.
I inserted my sim in other device but there was same.

Please help me.
Airtel data speed is very very low and not up to mark as it was previously, totally disappointed.
I think i have to change to jio
I have done recharge of Rs.598.but recharge not yet done for [protected]. Amount Debited from my account but Recharge was not successful. please resolve it immediately. i have received the message Txn ID:[protected].
