I had changed from reliance to airtel a year back! 2 days back my mobile showed no tower for 12 hrs.. I complained to airtel show room... They said it might be a chip problem and they gave me a new sim with same no... Now i couldn't send or receive messages... As i reached and have free pack.. I couldn't receive messages.. Its making me awk even i couldn't receive sms.. Pls solve it... Showing error code 10

Mere airtel pe volte ka network nahi aata hai aur mere nabmer pe kon sms aata hai aur mere nabmer pe 4G ka bhi speed nahi deta hai

From last 6 months I m getting problem of net and there 121 and 198 is just a wastage of time . Every 3 months I recharged of 500 but it’s a waste. Kindly solve my net issue otherwise I will opt portability.
