Airtel stopped out going validity of calls though there is sufficient unlimited talk time and compel customer to buy their smart pack to revalidate for prepaid sim [protected]. They don't accept rs.10 pack of talk time to revalidate. They have not given reasonable opportunity to switch over to new procedure which is though arbitrary in that airtel failed to discharge their obligation after receiving consideration and there is expressive negligence as service provider.

    I am using airtel landline number with broadband services .I request you cancel my connection as my landline is not functioning from last 3 months. No response is received from your side since then. I here by inform you that now onwards i am unwilling to pay any rent or charges. I am exhausted calling airtel customer care.

      I have used the airtel no [protected] for last 12 years suddenly i got the message that outgoing validity is getting expired on 9th nov even though i have that balance as 90rs. We have dialed *121*51# to extend the validity but there is no options to extend the validity so we recharged for 10rs without any guidance. Now my account balance is 100rs but i am not able to do any outgoing calls...
      Please help me to resolve this.

      This complaint is marked as resolved but I got to know on clicking *121*51# today that incoming also going to expired on 24th Nov ...
      This is not at all fare...u could have inform the details on which topup the both outgoing and incoming will extend the validity.
      I also face the same problem. Restricting validity for existing customers who already have unlimited validy is a bad move from the company
      Soon airtel will have to pay for such kind o[censored]nethical and customer unfriendly terms and condition. All the customers will move to a different service provider. I am going for MNP.
      Same problem here. My outgoing validity was stopped a few days ago, I recharged with 10 Rs. again, outgoing started for sometime but was stopped again and I was getting messages that my incoming will also stop on 18 Nov if I don't recharge. Now on 19th Nov, both incoming & outgoing have been stopped despite having balance and unlimited validity. Contacted customer care on email, but they have not given any meaningful response, only that I need to provide more info and call them
      HI ! Same issue here my airtel outgoing is going to expire on 30th nov 2018 & i really not finding any way to extend it just few days back its shows lifetime validity around 2036 & i am a genuine customer of airtel from last 8 years. but, now i think it's time to migrate to vodafone, jio, etc

        I have been using airtel for past 10 years. Last week, i got one message regarding outgoing calls expired and need to recharge for some plans, even i have main balance of rs. 15.97. Yesterday, i have received one more message as incoming calls will expire on 13-nov, 2018. And again received same information to recharge some plans as received before.

        Kindly help on this issue and provide valid reason for validity expiry.

          Hello, i have recharged for 4g pack amounting to inr.399 through online on 1st nov'2018. The transaction was failed but the amount has been deducted from my bank a/c. I hve called customer care they told me that the amount will be credited in next seven days and told me to recharge again so i recharged again on next day (2nd nov 2018) through shop and it got successful. But till date the amount got debited from my account for my first recharge not credited back to my account. Once the transaction is failed you have to proper steps to refund that amount. 10 days got over till now and i'm not sure what steps you've taken so far. I'm losing my interest for these periods. You cannot expect the customer has to raise a query to you asking refund. Waste of my time and your time. And i already posted a complaint about this issue but till date i didnt get a single response from airtel. Try to be a customer friendly. The details of the failed transaction status are mentioned below for your reference. Thanks

              airtel gallery complaint regarding porting

              Hi,
              When i went to the airtel gallary near me, they said that i will have to recharge with minimum 250/- only then port in is possible.

              I said i just want to porn in. I'll recharge later. The guy said they have to enter the plan while porting in.

              I then gave him 500 rs for 90 days plan. He said i will have to call him to activate the plan once porting is complete.

              The porting completed...

              On 9.11.2018 i have recharged rs, 222 and amount deducted but recharge not mobile [protected] kindly look into this matter and do needful at the earliest and recharge my phone as early as possible. To what i have to do to make my recharge done to the mobile to whom i have to approach for necessary help in this regard and kindly advise the concerned to do the same at the earliest. Thanks

                I am using the airtel number last 2 year continually even 1st time went to airtel store nearest me that was a mini store but there was no any kind who talk like sensually this was not main problem the problem is that i have lost my phone so i want to re-issue the same no that was a prepaid no but they said i can give you only postpaid no i went there 3 or 4 time but they said the same i cant understand that what is the problem to give me prepaid that was i using continuously.

                    They are created a rules for their favor.

                    Please take an action.

                      Hello Airtel,

                      I am not not your customer, but I could have been one had you not made me go through a frustrating experience in my effort to take an Airtel broadband connection. I write to you to narrate my ordeal and hope - without much faith, though - that you would ensure better customer care. Also, I call you because there is no way for me to talk to a customer care representative through a non-airtel number. Calls to your nodal office were unanswered. Ironical that a telephone network company is so unreachable. On November 5, I logged into your website and applied for a broadband connection for my home at Vasundhara Enclave, Delhi. The next morning, I received four phone calls, each caller claiming to be from airtel and also claiming that the others were fake agents. One of the callers identified himself as Vijay Kumar and asked me to send pictures of my ID and address proofs over WhatsApp. When I asked him how I am supposed to know that he is from Airtel, he sent me the image of his ID card which had Airtel written on it. I sent him the documents, following which he sent me a link that directed me to an Airtel page on which I was asked to pay Rs 500 as installation charge. I paid with my credit card and got an acknowledgement message and a CAF number : 11272390. Mr Kumar told me my connection will be installed by the evening of 6th or the morning of 8th since November 7 was Diwali. However, after that, I received no call from anyone with regard to the installation. After that day, Mr Kumar too did not take my calls. I mailed your customer care and received a call from Ms Padmini who too assured me that the connection will be installed by the 8th. However, no one contacted me. I tweeted about my experience and over the last 23 hours have received only assurances that my problem is being looked into. I never knew an application for a connection requires such a long time to examine. I write to you not because the delay is huge or the amount is huge. I write because as a leading mobile service provider, it is shameful that a potential customer has to go through this to get a broadband connection. I had opted to go for Airtel after hearing good things about your service from my friends. But my own experience has taught me better. I shall be glad if you show the minimum decency to at least refund the money I paid. My apologies for writing so much. If you had heard me out, this message won't exist and you would have one customer more. It appears, though, that none of that matters to you.

                        I have made payment of airtel mobile bill for rs.1058 on 14/10/2018 through sbi internet banking but till date it has not been credited by it, so i have to make an other payment of same bill to avoid disconnection on your store at model town ludhiana. I trace the no [protected] that it's service provider is estisalat db telecom, gsm type and stata bihar & jharkhand.                             Sir i am shivaji s. Balamkar from vijayapura (bijapur) district karnataka state. I had an airtel simcard bearing no. [protected] on saturday[protected] the company had barred my outgoing calls without bringing to my notice and on the next day they barred my incoming calls too. When i asked to local airtel outlet they told me to speak customer care. When i called customer care they told that the issue is from the local outlet. Go and ask them. Later i had submitted document[protected] till now it is barred. If you have any document issue you have to warn the your customer via sms or call and then you have to take action whatever it is. Am very frustrated with this.

                              I am dr shyam sundar ips former dgp tn and a customer of air tel for more than a decade. While i was having a balance of about rs 301 in my prepaid [protected] i received an alert as follows:
                              2) "alert:outgoing services on your airtel mobile[protected] will expire today & the outgoing will be stopped. To continue the services." accordingly i did recharge for 70 days under rs 399/- scheme. Received following confirmation sms:
                              3) "recharge successful on[protected]:01:13,"
                              Main a/c bal after recharge: rs.299.64
                              4) though i renewed for rs 399 why it shows a balance of 299.64 almost rs 99/- lesser?
                              5) i had a balance of rs 301/- in my pre paid air tel but it has not been reflected in the balance. Nor any msg for refunding the balance amount

                              It is requested to refund the balance and to compensate for the service deficiency

                                My airtel No (postpaid) outgoing services have been stopped. I am using this sim no from last 5 years. I am not able to make any call from my sim.
                                I couldn't make out why it has been done so. I have been using my sim regularly and recharging it on regularly.

                                  I am facing signal problem at my home. I am unable to attend calls and unable to use internet for training purposes.

                                  The area is sai ganga nagar colony, saidabad, hyderabad, 500060.

                                  I am missing a lot business calls. If this is not resolved i would have to move to another network which is i don't like. I like airtel. I am a user of airtel from the past 6 years. 3 peoples are using airtel network in family all are facing same problem

                                    I am fed up with airtel worst service, non response my complaint despite they promised to resolve before 6th oct 2018, poor reconciliation and non coordianation among themselves. So i don't want to continue with airtel. And requested them to terminate the agreement and disconnect the airtel no.[protected] immediately.in this regard i paid the amount rs.2357/- on 8th nov 2018 vide transaction refernce no.[protected] for bill cycle 11th sept to 10th oct. And also lodge complaint vide no.88456602. But the relationship manager refused to do so and offering concession to continue with them which i rejected. But they refused to cancel the number and suspended for 2 hours. By doing so, they are planning to collect the rental amount for the next month. Also, they refused to give reply my email. I pray and appeal to cancel the airtel number and pay the compensation for metal agony for rs.10000/-

                                      Myself rajat mohod
                                      I have done Recharge on 3rd nov of 149* for ul calling and data 28 Gb for 28 days.
                                      But i GOT 1 gb for 20 days and ul.
                                      Contact customer care they said, Offer started on 4th nov on my account . But i have chceked on 121 before r3charging, it showed me the offer,
                                      Later on 6th nov i have done same recharge. But still not got the Offer, got same offee 1gb data for 20 days, tbis time i have the sms of offer also chcked on 121, still not credited the recharge, this time they said. Offer was on 7th nov i have recharged on 6th nov, but i have mesg on 6th nov. That offer is still active, today on 9th nov i have recharged for 43, it gives 3 Gb data and validty upto your Ul pack, but i got only 1 day validity. And this time they saying me recharge has not done on my number later on contacting with Senior they told me that i will Get credited the offer, but when its juts 1day validity, the data will be gone and Validity to, what to do now pls slove my problem
