Network problems near Jammu airport (satwari cantt ) my airtel postpaid number is [protected]. Previous months here was very good connectivity on airtel.but now not get 4g, 3g, even 2g. What we do sir. My number was ported bsnl to airtel. When that time airtel has good network in this area. But now very poor connectivity in this area. Airtel stopped a tower in this area. Is it cheating sir. So I want to return my previous postpaid bills amount.

    No 4g signal strength at malabar county 1 dr. Ambedkar university road, b/h nirma university ahmedabad charrodi village 382481, here i can\'t connect 4g network to my mobile & i can\'t use my mobile data pack efficiently... Very poor service*, calls are disconnet, please solve this network problem as son as possible now. very poor service provided by airtel here.. 4g service is working like 2g and for your kind information i was protable from idea to airtel only, because of issue of their network. based on my friends suggestion recently i ported into airtel 4g. You want that i will protable again from airtel to vodafone. There is network issue on all airtel mobiles. Here no speed of internet and also i can\'t call anywhere on any network. Very poor and pathetic service. Simply i am wasting my money in this sim i[censored] will not take any action regarding this matter i will change it.

      Airtel internet connectivity is very poor in and around harirampur police station, harirampur, pin-733125 dist - dakshin dinajpur, west bengal. Facing problem in-spite of paying in pre paid and post paid.
      Please do the needful to restore the poor connectivity when jio is providing with high speed and good quality of connectivity why airtel can not. Ask your men to work with sincerity otherwise we have to port out for another service provider.

          Dear sir/mam,

          This is to inform you that my complaint is regarding mobile no. [protected] -
          1. We are regularly paying airtel secure amount of rs. 49 per month since more than 4-5 months.
          2. Lenovo mobile phone with number above got broken due to some accident.
          3. We contacted airtel store, they suggested us to follow app functions to get the claim,
          4. We tried several times but not succeed due to poor network of airtel of which we have complained many times earlier.
          5. A friend helped to complete the formalities.
          6. After more than 1 month fight we got information about our claim was approved and airtel will assist us soon.
          7. Now after more than 1 and half month we are using the same broken phone.
          8. I have 2 airtel postpaid ported sim with numbers: [protected] and [protected] insured with airtel secure.
          9. No proper network coverage after getting connection, regularly complained on each and every customer call which i attended but still no response,
          10. I reduced my plan and taken jio sim for better network and voice coverage,
          11. Airtel store executives tell that they does not have permission to install tower in that area, than how other companies are giving proper network?
          12. I am really very much frustrated and now decided to contact consumer forum, kindly solve my issues within 1 week or let me go to the court.

            not able to deactivate call barring feature

            I recharged my phone with airtel recently after a long time... But airtel barred all outgoing calls on my phone...
            I really need to call at home as i'm out of the city since past two days and i really can't make any calls..
            It's quite late and i can't even make calls even at my office for important work.
            I really need to get this problem resolved or i would be in great distress..
            Please give me the password for...

            This is reyaz ashrif. Recently i visited andheri east airtel store in mumbai and asked for mnp for my vodafone number [protected]. This number belongs to andhra pradesh circle, they said mnp is possible n i gave my aadhar number n thumb identification on 1st nov, 2017.

            The process was success n i have got message on 7th nov 2017 reg porting. On 8th nov my vodafone signal lost n after installing airtel sim i got signal n asked to restart. After restart no airtel signal also.

            Its 9th nov today there is neither vodafone signal nor airtel signal. My number [protected] is not working.

            It my official number n very very important w. R. T my job.

            I didn't get prompt response from customer care, kindly solve the issue.

              Hello.. I went to upgrade my 3g airtel sim to 4g today afternoon..I was told that once my old sim goes out of network I have to insert the new sim.. But after doing so there is no network being shown for airtel.. Even my old sim is out of Network.. I am facing a havoc problem.. I request u to please see to this matter as soon as possible..Thank you

                I had recently upgraded my airtel phone number - [protected] to 4g. I even got the 4g confirmation message. But i dont understand that even after upgrading it from 3g to 4g, i am still receiving warning messages from airtel stating that my number would be disconnected from airtel network if i dont upgrade within a specific date. Today, i even received a call saying that if i don't upgrade my number would be disconnected. What nonsense is this? I have already upgraded it, so why all this chaos? I have been using airtel for more than 10 years now and am utterly disappointed.

                  I have placed order for apple i phone 7 32gb on 30th of october 2017 and made payment of 7777. Till now i haven't received the device from airtel. Also, as the plan says i'm eligible for postpaid, placed a request from prepaid to postpaid which is [protected]. Regarding this i visited 3 airtel outlets but no was educated about this service. I have raised several requests and complaints to airtel but no one is responding.

                  If this is not gonna resolved by tomorrow will take this to legal authorities. This is not the service which i'm expecting.

                    Y airtel mobile number is [protected]. Issue: i am having network coverage issue. Coverage is extremely poor and fluctuating continuously at my billing address. I have complained couple of times, they come, take some reading/survey and goes off. No update to customer and closing off incidents without consulting me and my confirmation. Is it a correct way of handling incidents? After that i stopped making payment and eventually their billing team calls me up and requesting me to make the payment, but i clearly told them nothing going to be paid/made from my end till the time airtel fix ongoing network issue. Issue is since very begining, day one issue. Problem is that i am having 3 airtel connections, 4g dongle (Not working because of network issue, have to keep in the box itself!) & other bb-airtel partially working, depends when that receives signal. Kindly, let me know how can i come out of this issue, will it be ever going to be resolved? All the complaint numbers should be with airtel against my number. They should have recordings for conversation which took place between their call center agents and me. One word - pathetic commitment level, pathetic customer service.. (Seems customer care agents sit there just to activate and deactivate caller tunes, indeed very issue, but when something serious issue comes, like network issue, they are useless. Even nodal team and network team) now, i want to go with mnp and switch to sp. So, can i do that without making any payment to airtel because i don't feel like paying any amount to airtel now, they are already cheating me since so many days,.. Since day one, cheers! Jeet

                      Recharged with 399 on 12 oct 2017 for 4g pack valid for 70 days, but today
                      I was unable to make a call. Then i contacted the customer care and they say it is valid only for 28 days. If it was just for 28 days, why will i go for this option when i had many great offers from other service providers.
                      Even today when i google for airtel 399 pack, it explains as follows :

                      "now, airtel offers 399 with unlimited calls & 1gb data per day for 70 days for prepaid subscribers across india. Airtel also announces offer packs 449 & 293 which offer unlimited voice and 1gb/day data for 70 days while using airtel 4g network."

                        paid twice for a plan

                        There was a plan of rs.399/- from airtel and validity was for 70 days. I paid online through their app.in first trial, the transaction got disturbed. Then i tried second time and was successful. But later i found from my bank account that rs. 399/- is deducted twice. Airtel's customer care confirmed that rs. 399/- have been received twice and the app is also showing double payment.

                        He told that extra amount can not be returned...

                        infact it is a complaint that, out going telephone mobile call to jio number in india not connected. last six months i am trying my level best by making so many complaints to the airtel company but they are not taking any interest for disposal and willfully closed the complaint. Even after Closure of Said Complaint daily there is a phone from the company and asking us about the disposal of said complaint. It is the duty of the company to intimate disposal to the complainant and thereafter the complaint shall be closed. If no concrete action is taken then i have no option but to go in consumer forum.

                          My name surendran. My cell [protected]. I am not able to send sms or i am not receiving sms. My sms outgoing & incoming facility is withheld/barred by airtel. I called 121 & 198. But no body responding. Could not reach customer care officer at all. Even if they pick up my call. They treat me as a slave over phone. They dont take my complaint. They dont give me complaint number. They suddenly disconnect my call. I want solution for this. Activate me sms faciltity first.

                            When ever i am in roaming calls are not at all outgoing but incoming calls are connecting just outgoing are not working i even have paid for roaming recharge still the problem persists resolve this asap how many times i have to bring this issue to ur notice and how careless ur costumer care services are get your dhit together and concentrate on consumer service first

                              Hi, my airtel app shows me new offer of 448 plan. But i am unable to activate that plan with my main balance. I hve balance of rs460. I called customer service for help but they told me to recharge for rs 448 and cant be activated with mobile balance. But why shld i spend money when i hve balance in my mobile.
                              Airtel is now customer friendly.
                              I think it's better to change service... I am totally upset...

                              Hello Dear airtel users, Im also airtel user, I have 500 plus in my main balance I called to airtel CUSTOMER CARE agents to activate rs.448 but those ###S refused to recharge from my main balance, MAA Ki CHUT AMMA ka Bhosda airtel network ki, bloody ### airtel company playing cheap tricks n fooling to customers, why they can't recharge rs. 448 n 509 etc., offers that too from our main Balance ??? bull ### tricky games they play by saying this we cant do that we cant do, this cant be done that cant be done, im fed up wid airtel.

                              I have Rs.493 in the main balance. Trying to recharge using the USSD/airtel app. And nothing is working. Airtel is the worst network and cheap. Stealing peoples money like this

                                Hi,

                                I have my postpaid mobile no. Of airtel. [protected], i had made one excess payment around rs. 900/- to airtel against my bill. Then i ported to airtel prepaid. On asking for refund from customer care for the excess payment, they had logged in my complaint. They have sent a cheque to my old address where i dont live anymore. And i dont even have access to that address anymore. So i requested them to transfer the amount to my bank account for which cancelled check was provided however after one year i am still waiting for the refund.

                                Everytime i log a complaint for this issue, they have been closing the complaint after two days giving me reason that the refund is already processed. The fact is i never got hold of the cheque. Please help me to get my own money as i had made an excess payment by mistake. Please help me in getting me my refund.

                                  I am not receiving any incoming calls since last 4 days. Outgoing calls are working fine.

                                  When ever someone is calling me they are getting a message "call cannot be completed, please contact customer care"

                                  I have contacted customer care support but they always says within 24 hrs your problem will be resolved, but it never gets resolve.

                                  When i visited the service center for this issue they swapped the sim card and said it will resolve the problem but even after swapping the sim i am not receiving incoming calls.

                                  This is very frustrating.

                                    Dear consumer forum,

                                    I would like to bring into your notice that the airtel customer care is cheating the customer by giving fake promises.

                                    I had a request for waiver of certain fee that was included on 6th of november 2017.

                                    Airtel representative informed it would take 2-3 days for approval of the waiver, though i informed it would skip my billing cycle and could cause late payment again for next cycle.

                                    But representative assured my request will be processed by then.

                                    However, when i called on 9th november 2017, the representative denied of waiver and on asking for his supervisor, i was denied of both waiver and "call request" that i had on 6th november.

                                    Supervisor named bhagyashree arrogantly and adamantly told there was no call request registered from my end on 6th november.

                                    This is absolutely cheating by airtel and it's careless customer care team.

                                    Request concerned management team to take necessary action on them.
