Y airtel mobile number is [protected]. Issue: i am having network coverage issue. Coverage is extremely poor and fluctuating continuously at my billing address. I have complained couple of times, they come, take some reading/survey and goes off. No update to customer and closing off incidents without consulting me and my confirmation. Is it a correct way of handling incidents? After that i stopped making payment and eventually their billing team calls me up and requesting me to make the payment, but i clearly told them nothing going to be paid/made from my end till the time airtel fix ongoing network issue. Issue is since very begining, day one issue. Problem is that i am having 3 airtel connections, 4g dongle (Not working because of network issue, have to keep in the box itself!) & other bb-airtel partially working, depends when that receives signal. Kindly, let me know how can i come out of this issue, will it be ever going to be resolved? All the complaint numbers should be with airtel against my number. They should have recordings for conversation which took place between their call center agents and me. One word - pathetic commitment level, pathetic customer service.. (Seems customer care agents sit there just to activate and deactivate caller tunes, indeed very issue, but when something serious issue comes, like network issue, they are useless. Even nodal team and network team) now, i want to go with mnp and switch to sp. So, can i do that without making any payment to airtel because i don't feel like paying any amount to airtel now, they are already cheating me since so many days,.. Since day one, cheers! Jeet
