Sir/ madam,

I (Anant d datar) am using airtel no. Since last 10 years now. Also one more airtel no which is been used by my father mr. Dilip datar.

Since october 5, 2017 we are facing terrible network coverage issue at my billing address with complaint no. 80123254 launched on october 7th, 2017.

It been more than 1 month now we are still facing the same issue without any improvement. Person named mr. Mohan kanse from network team visited my billing address to verify the network coverage. He also agreed that there is absolutely zero network coverage at billing address because of which we are facing call drop problems and even others are not able to call me as no. Appears to be not reachable.

On november 6th 2017 i received following sms from airtel
'dear customer, with ref. To service request no. 80123254 on your airtel mobile, a new tower is required in your area & we are exploring options for smooth installation of the same. We will keep you posted on the timeliness. Thank you for your patience. Check the coverage in your area at www.airtel.in/opennetwork.'

For your kind reference this is not my 1st complain about this issue to airtel. You can trace the history of complains from the following complain nos.

There are much more complains launched by me for the same issue of which complain no. Is not with me as of now.

My question to airtel is simple if you cant improve network in last 7 years how can you even expect me to believe that you will actually install new tower to improve network now?

Over the years so many people of your network department have visited at the billing address to conduct network survey. Some of them were mr. Nikhil ghorpade, mr. Deepak and mr. Mohan kanse.

Its feel sad to say that airtel not doing anything to resolve the issue. Installing network amplifier (Booster) will not be the solution as airtel does not pay me any rental for the same and machine consume lot of electricity too. I wont bare any such cost were i dont get reimburse for the same.

I want proper fixed and final update as to when things going to improve otherwise airtel should not expect me to pay any bill hence forth.

Kindly take the matter on extreme priority other wise i will left with no choice to switch to different service provider who will atleast resolve any such issues in quick time unlike airtel.

    When i on data in my phone a small exclamation sign appear on network sign. I don't no why this happening and data is not working. I complained many time in customer care. But there is no any satisfactory solution. They gave me 24-48 hours time to resolve this problem. But after 25-30 days this problem is still there. Airtel service is very bad in these days.

      My complaint is follows...
      I am using airtel mobile [protected]. I am suffering lot of business loss due to signal fluctuations at my clinic (Rajpal dental clinic, parkash nagar mata rani chowk, near model town market). Due this all calls do no land up on my mobile number.
      Some caller to my number get out of reach answer.

      I have purchased airtel sim along with hotspot device on Nov 2nd.It's been a week that the service is not yet activated and the person who handed the sim is not picking the call.Atleast i should be informed why it's not activated.
      Our air tel No:[protected] broad band account closed in paying the two months bill due to non connectivity of broadband service at tiptur. Kindly confirm us by return mail.
      My micromax q392 mobile running with air tel SIM card is lost while I was driving bike in Ropar city, so I request you to block my air tel number [protected] SIM card owner :- Harpreet Singh, h.no 417, mera bai chownk, Ropar 140001.
      My phone no.[protected]... my prepaid pack is Rs.449.00 activated on 3.11.2017. In addition I recharge with Rs.10.00 topup. But unable to make outgoing calls
      I was using 1499 plan despite the availability of 999 plan which is actually better in all aspect. Airtel did not even care to downgrade it and continue to charge as per the old plan. I lost all my respect for Airtel. Ignorance is still being encashed.

        There is no network at all where i stay. I can not operate internet as well as make calls. It directly shows no service sometimes. Plz try to resolve the problem as soon as possible otherwise i would have to port my number. There is no network at all. The network doesn’t arrive at the bedroom it shows no service. Please resolve the problem. It highly irritates when the internet is not working.

            Respected sir/madam,

            I jankee devi recharged my airtel no [protected] with 399 plan on 1st september 2017, validity 84 days but after using it for a month the plan is not active anymore and i m being asked to recharge my number again.
            This doesn't makes any sense.
            Please help me with the above.

              I have been using airtel prepaid mobile services for the past years.
              My number is [protected]
              As i went to usa for a holiday during july 2017 to october 2017, i was unable to use the mobile.
              Under the circumstances, after my return to india, i tried to recharge through my app, retailer, friends and relatives.
              When i approached your relationship center, i was told that my number is deactivated due to non usage.
              As i already mentioned, only due to my usa visit, i haven't used the mobile. I request you to take action to activate my mobile number [protected] earliest.

                Hi team,
                My mobile number is [protected]. I have changed this number from post paid to pre-piad last month.

                Now, i am receiving all otp messages from banks.
                But, my out going calls and messages been barred.

                I am out of india at the moment and not returning for a longer time.

                I have more than enough balance in my account. Not sure why outgoing calls and messages been barred. I am not able to call 121 or 1800... Customer care numbers as well. All outgoing calls been barred.

                Can this issue be resolved asap.

                  I have ported my number from reliance to airtel. But there is no signal in that sim and my old number has stopped already 6 days ago.
                  I am loosing my impotant phone calls. Also i visited nearest airtel office and they are saying we can't do anything. Contact the seller who port your number.
                  The seller is saying we have send your information to airtel office.
                  I am requesting you to activate my number asap.

                    Please provide a network tower in our village, it will cost u nothing for land, as the village will provide u sufficient space to install a tower, we feel like living in a jungle, pls its really an emergency like situation. No rent will be taken by any network operater. The villagers are ready to sign a agreement if needed. No network for us due to a mountain in our village. More problems whenever it is a medical aiding situation.

                          I recharged my airtel prepaid account with ₹ 448 but it was not done on the day of recharge i. E. 10 nov 2017 i was told that the same would be credited back by 72 hours i again recharged my phone through debit card... Instead of credited back to paytm now the request executed by paytm and my airtel no recharged after 48 hours for which already recharged yesterday.. Please help me to refund my money back in paytm account from airtel

                            I had got my two mobile number [protected] and [protected] aadhaar verified. Next day i received a message that my airtel payments bank account is activated and that all dbt due to me is registered to be credited in airtel payments account.

                            I have not opted or registered for any such facility. Only thing i did was to get my mobile number aadhaar verified. I sent mail to airtel at [protected]@airtelbank.com several times with request to close my airtel payments account and deregister me for dbt credit in airtel payments bank account. I also put in complaints in their website. No action has been taken by airtel yet.

                            Activating airtel payments bank account on my mobile number and registering the same for dbt credit without my consent is unethical business practice by airtel. I want the airtel payments banks account closed on all my mobile numbers

                            I received a call from airtel customer care on 17 oct 2017. A very rude gentleman who does not know how to speak politely, told me that the airtel vendor may have registered for the payments bank account on my behalf and that i should sort out the issue with him.
                            It is not understood, why airtel company is not taking responsibility for the situation they have put me in by their unethical conduct. If the company has appointed some service vendors for aadhaar verification, it is the responsibility of the company to impress upon the service vendor not to register the customer for unsolicited services.
                            The issue is still unresolved while the company is trying to shirk responsibility.

                            Airtel is sending me mails asking me to share copy of proof of address/identity via email. Keeping privacy issues in view, one is reluctant to share copy of aadhaar on mail.in any case, the mobile numbers are already aadhaar verified. Necessary details, therefore, are already available with airtel. I do not know why airtel is insisting on sharing copy of the poa/poi on mail which i feel is contrary to govt guidelines. It is a simple matter of closing my airtel payments bank account which they activated without my consent or asking for any poa/poi ets. I believe trai guidelines in customer grievances say that complaints should be resolved within 7 days. This issue is going on and on, mainly due to procrastination by airtel, for more than 10 days now.

                            The issue is still unresolved. I even wrote to the appellete authority appointed by airtel for grievance redressal. Airtel is still sending me mails asking for my proof of identity. While activating the payments account, they did not even bother to call me, let alone verifying my proof of address. They insist on proof of address for closing the payments bank account. This is nothing but procrastination and tactics to wear the customer down. Look at the tactic adopted by airtel to further their business, customer satisfaction disregarded.
                            I want to know what are my legal options to make airtel pay for the harassment caused to me.

                              While disconnecting calls, i got messages that if i recharge with 399, i will get 84 days validity with 1 gb/day along with unlimited calls. But after deduction of 399 from main balance on 11/11/2017, i was disappointed to get 35 days validity. Moreover, the customer care was too unresponsive. I will be porting out as soon as my validity expires.
                              I will also disconnect my 2 airtel dth as soon as possible.

                                When i link aadhar number to my mobile [[protected]]. There i got registered with my aadhar no and thumb impression. I got message aadhar link will be done in 48 hrs & informed by sms. But additionally without my permission they activated airtel payment bank account and my lpg subsidy comes on airtel payment bank without my permission. I got sms about that. I called customer care 121. He said he can't close account. He told me to call on 400. I called on the no. But ivr is asking me for mpin change and no person to talk there.
                                I am requesting please deactive my airtel payment bank account.

                                    I am being charged rs 300 / month for a "booster plan" offering me 1 gb data per month. This despite my call to airtel months back requesting them to remove this "booster plan". Even after having confirmed by airtel executive, am continue to being charged for this "booster plan". I have very clearly mentioned to airtel (Twice, if am not wrong) on how can they charge any customer rs 300 for 1 gb data when in these times, users get 1gb data / per for negligible amount compared to what am being charged for "booster plan".

                                    I request you to please take following actions:
                                    1. Recover my call requests to airtel.
                                    2. Investigate the matter.
                                    3. Refund my money which was unfairly charged.

                                      This company claims that our network is present in every corner of the country. This company is cheating with us because this network which is giving us the company is just another 2g only. I have recharged ₹ 400 on my mobile in which we are given 4g data but this company is giving only 2g data and only 4g is very distant, it does not give us 3g speed. Even after compiling me three to four times, this company is not able to take any action.
