Dear already my number had updated in airtel with all bank. But before 3month i m not receiving any sms from bank transaction or any any related pin or otp. Once active and registered the number how can possible to deactivate.
Can airtel tell me about their big network and service. Pls do active my phone for sms otherwise i will port my number to other network

    Actually i wanted to sell my nikon d5600 brand new camera, and i did chat with the buyer. His name is h singh, as he mentioned, but in phone conversation he told his name as harish singh, he we met at mandi house metro station gate no 4, he just offered me the thing what he was eating, he checked the product and decided to purchase for 45000 as it is brand new. I got little bit of giddiness after eating the snacks he offers, suddenly he disappeared, he stolen my mobile phone, gold ring, please please please help e to find him out... He called to my number before we met, but i lost my phone that's why i need call history

      On 28 th i got a mail from one assist (As following) that the claim has been approved & assessed as beyond economic repair (Ber) for net approved amount rs.25, 250/-. This amount is arrived post deductions. They asked me to send all my account related document on [protected]@oneassist.in and i did on same day. Since that day no one responding.

        I had recharged online on airtel prepaid recharge website which was unsuccessful yesterday morning at 5.24am but rs.448/- got debited from my account. I thought it would get refunded so i recharged again which was successful and rs.448/- got debited again. After half an hour i got a sms saying recharge done for the second time. When e-mailed regarding this issue, they say amount cannot be refunded.
        Airtel customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
        They credited balance for the deducted amount.

          I have airtel sim number [protected], under the kottayam circle in kerala. I have not asked for or expressed any interest in having an account of airtel money. I keep getting messages urging me to provide kyc information so as to comply with rbi regulations. I am forced to delete these unwelcome message with sickening regularity. I want these messages to my number to be blocked forthwith. I shall treat further messages of this kind as harassment.

            For 5th sept to 4th october. The bill i have already paid and i contacted customer support to disable my connection. I have disabled the connection already from 5th of october. The staff told me we will disable your connection and soon within another 5 hours you will get a call from my manager. But still till date i didn't receive any call from any so called manger of yours. Today i received a auto-generated call saying i have a bill pending for the period october 5th to november 4th. Are they kidding me?. I am not going to pay a single penny for the net that i didn't use. Airtel as always is there to loot customers.

              I, amitava ghosh, am holding a postpaid airtel number [protected] of kolkata, westbengal. For the last 6 months i've been trying to deactivate data booster pack from my plan but the option is unavailable for last 6 months in 121. Every month i'm forced to pay rs 350/- extra on my plan because the airtel service people are not deactivating the booster from my plan.
              You are requested to immediately cancel the booster data pack from my postpaid plan otherwise i'll be forced to change over to a different service provider and file a complaint against airtel.

                I submitted a mnp request for my mobile no.[protected] from reliance (Postpaid) to airtel postpaid on 04 november 2017 at your airtel retail store (Ambal traders ([protected]), perundurai, erode, tn). I didn't receive any message. Bad service from airtel. They said the authorities will call so far no body called. I tried airtel toll free but of no use. Whenever i call the office ([protected]), they say they will call but in turn they wont pick up when i call them again. They say it will take 7 days but now it is more than 7 days. There is no form to submit the complaint. If i go to airtel web site to register is gives an internal error 500. Message. So unable to post the complaint

                  We have a broad band connection from airtel with no. [protected]_ap by name madala swarnalalitha location comes in kondapur, wite fields, hyderabad. As we requested their customer service several times frome last two months to cancel the connection, since 2 months they are not responding properly and we are receiving bills from two months, i hardly request you to cancel the connection. As soon as possible.

                    Airtel using bait and switch fraud strategy to suck money from the customers.

                    Bait: a call from airtel stating that - sir, for 499 you will get free local+std calls and 20gb broadband data. Customer says okay.

                    For one or two months they bill 499+taxes. 3rd month

                    Switch: airtel changes the plan from 499 to 599 without informing customers and bill for 599+ taxes.

                          Today i recharge 399 rs in officiali website of airtel, but not writen recharge only for 4g handset my mobile [protected] is 3g handset i want return my money or convert 399 recharge in 3g mobile.

                          Why are you not showing in properly information (399 recharge-unlimited local and std call along with 1 gb dayfor 70 day for non commercial use.) of public pls check and chnage portal information for recharge options.

No. Is cogcl[protected] registered on 07-nov-2017, ref. No. Is cogcl[protected] registered on 07-nov-2017, ref. No. Is cogcl[protected] registered on 08-nov-2017 but still the issue has not been resolved. It is high time to take necessary action against these big names who don't give importance to their customers

                              It's been more than 4 days sms services have been stopped for my mobile after converting to 4g services. I've been calling to the customer care daily but they taking every day a new complaint and not resolving the issue. Even though i visited airtel store the purpose is not solved. It's been very pathetic services. I want to escalate the issue at next level

                                Last 2 days my airtel incoming calls and messages are not coming... i dont know what happend too the airtel... no customer support i am suffering from a serious issue i am unable to take calls nd customer support not taking it seriously i dont where should i go for the help... they are giving me problems for these type of issue

                                  I have to submit that I recharged my pre-paid Airtel Mob No. [protected] for Rs.200/- on 10.11.2017. Airtel without any notice deducted Rs.125/- the same day messaging that two services namely; Gaanakhazana, Funstore1, have activated. Another Rs.60/- was deducted on 11.11.2017 for Adofgames. I never ordered for these services. I called their representative at 121 customer Care number on 11.11.2017 and the attending lady admitted their mistake and told that Rs.60/ will be refunded but when I insisted for complete refund of Rs.185/- she referred me to their senior supervisor, Mr Deepak Singh. He was completely evasive and unhelpful. When asked to check and send me evidence of my any request on the basis of which services have been activated, he instead of sending the same started giving self contradictory reasons for not doing the same and flatly refused to admit the mistake and refund any amount.
                                  I, therefore, request that the matter may please be got examined and Airtel be ordered to refund the wrongly charged amount of Rs.185/- immediately or send me the evidence of my request on the basis of which deductions have been made.
                                  Also Co. may be penalized for this unfair practice which they might be doing with others also. Further they may be ordered to compensate me with Rs.5000/- for mental harassment and inconvenience caused.

                                    Topdoctorsonline service activated on my airtel # [protected] without my consent on 13th nov 2017 and deducted rs 49/-.

                                    Please deactivate it and credit rs 49 back into my account.

                                    My phone no is [protected].

                                    Please assist in resolving this. If i reply to the activation message i will be charged again. Airtel should not activate any services without my prior consent.

                                        The worst network i have ever experienced in my life.
                                        I spent my 500rs. To port on airtel considering it is a good company.
                                        The worst 3 months of my life always network unavailable and trust me internet speed less than 2g. Always waiting and restarting my phone for signals.

                                        Please respond to this complaint and i will surely get my money back otherwise will complain higher and fine the company massively remember me.
                                        Never challeneg a lawyer.
