I was using jio for internet but before 1 day i had recharded for aitel 448 plan 70 days internet. But getting the wost speed worst sound quality. Even i had complaint at coustomer care but they didnt taken care.

Not getting value for money.

Guys think before recharge in airtel. Even they are charging very high. I had recharged for first and last time. And will now not repeat my bad decison.

It was my biggest mistake to join and recharge with aitel recharge of rs 448 in just 2 days i had fed up with speed quality and coustom care response.

Airtel giving worst uploding and downloading speed if you want connect with laptop or other device. While looking with the speed you will get speed in bytes so that for opening google you will required 5 mins. Worst speed worst quality. Unexpectedfrom airtel.

    Bloody bull # insurance. They say accidental damage is covered. But if the phone slipped out of your hands and dropped on floor they say its improper handling and rejected the claim. They are just looting rs.99 from every post paid customer in the name of insurance. I simply felt cheated and fooled by these mnc crooks who take our hard earned money by promising everything is covered and then lastly coming up with lame reasons. I had enough and i have decided to change my service provider. Please dont get fooled by polite words they use. There language will be different when you raise a claim. Please stop trusting these insurances.

    Check out the images i have attached. Both sms and email. They have not even explained me anything in the email.

      On my mobile [protected] i received a message saying 244 plan with airtel to airtel calls and 1gb/day data for 70 days. There was no mention that i had to recharge the sane day. Next day ie today i recharged for 244 but got only total 1 gb data for 28 days. Though on my no still offer of 2 gb data for 28 days is showing. I tried to talk to consumer care but it was not resolved. I requested them to either provide me the promised pack or transfer the excess amount to my balance. Plz. Hum resolve

        दोस्तो इस आडियो को जरूर सुने । मैने एअरटेल का डीटीएच कनेक्सन ले रखा है। अक्सर एअरटेल से ऐसे काल आते थे, मुझे लगता था कि शायद ये काल प्रमोशनल काल है। अक्सर जब मैं एक माह का रीचार्ज़ कराता था तो 6 से 7 दिन समय से पहले रिचार्ज खतम हो जाता था। मैं इसे यह मानकर कि शायद मेरी याददाश्त गलत होगी, मै मामले को नजरंन्दाज कर देता था। लड़कियों की मीठी आवाज़ में शायद ऐसे काल आपको भी आते होगे और ये काल आपको लगभग 50 से 60 या अधिक का चूना हर माह लगा रहे है । एअरटेल जैसी बड़ी कम्पनी कैसे डकैती डाल रही है, इसे सहजता से न ले बल्कि गम्भीरता से लें। सबकी रकम मिलाकर करोड़ो की लूट है। पिछले महिने मेरे साथ एक ऐसा वाकया हुआ तो मैने सब चेक किया तो पता चला एअरटेल की इन लड़कियों ने मुझसे झूठ और फरेब कर मेरे रीचार्ज रकम से 60 रूपये डेबिट किया है। मैने उनके काल सेन्टर पर उनके बड़े अधिकारियों से शिकायत की और उन्हे सचेत किया कि ये लूट बन्द कर दो नहीं तो सोशल मीडिया पर रिकार्डिंग वायरल कर दूगा। उन्होने वादा किया कि अब ऐसा नहीँ होगा और आस्वस्त किया कि 48 घण्टे में आपका पैसा क्रेडिट कर दिया जायेगा। मै शान्त हो गया और भूल गया। मुझे आश्चर्य जब हुआ जब समय से एक सप्ताह पहले मेरा रिचार्ज खतम होने का नोटीफिकेशन चमका और डीटीएच सेवा अचानक बन्द हो गयी। मैने तुरंत काल सेन्टर को तुरंन्त फोन मिलाकर मामला उठाया तो पहले तो उन्होने टाल मटोल किया जब उनके खिलाफ ठगी की एफआईआर दर्ज कराने की धमकी दी तो देखा दो मिनट मेरी रकम क्रेडिट कर दी गयी और डीटीएच चालू हो गया। बात छोटी लग सक्ती है और कुछ लोग कह सक्ते है मेरे पास शायद यह सब करने का फालतू समय है। एक माह बाद ऐसी ही काल आई तो मैने रिकर्ड कर ली। जरा सुनिये और ठगी का नमून देखिये। अगर उचित समझे तो इस मैसेज के साथ अपने सभी ग्रुपों में फार्वड कर दें शायद आपकी छोटी जागरूकता ग्रहको के हित मे कोई बड़ा कदम साबित हो। आर सी बाजपेयी मोबाइल नं0 [protected]

        You have provisions o[censored]p load of only images and vedios. You should provide option o[censored]ploading audio clips also. I have audio recording but not able to upload.

            I applied for broadband connection through online system. I also got the response call from your end and i was informed that i am eligible for getting the connection and someone will come to check the feasibility and collect the documents.

            I got the call from your representative and i was informed that there is no feasibility in our apartment to provide new connections. I don't understand why no connection is not possible, where there are many flats having airtel broadband connections.

                  My airtel number has been changed from prepaid to postpaid on 27th oct 2017. I am not able to do televerification. I have raised complaints. Nothing sorted my issue. Every time i am getting a message airtel technical issue, we are working on it. Because of which now i am neither a prepaid nor a postpaid airtel customer. Every time i call my friend's mobile.

                    3 months before I have complained about network, still no improvement.bad service .place Goutam nagar.pin -110049.i have already called more then 10 times.the coustmer service person don't give valid information. Even I try to change my network that also they r cancel it .

Talk time from your side which was also cut. Therefore, refund my 30.00 rs. And 10/- rs. Otherwise i will move to consumer forum.                         This is to inform you that my airtel dth connection (Cust id [protected]) is a multi tv connection of three. The primary connection was recharged for 5500 in april 2017. Two connections were then put into safe custody in may for three months. Airtel did not allow the rental to be adjusted for the next three months and i had to recharge my account for using the sole working connection in the meantime. The request to disconnect the main connection was put on 3rd september. Airtel did not honor the request and had to be forced to do it in retrospect by the appellate authority. Therefore, the advance rental has been used only for a month, i. E. April 2017. The company has promised in all its calls to refund the amount into my account. After a lot of written communication, the main connection was finally disconnected and to my utter horror, only an amount of 925 was refunded. A token amount of 250 was also refunded for the last two months’ rental when they had conveniently charged me for a connection which was in safe custody. By which logic is the company going to refund only 925 out of 5500? This kind of behavior is extremely unacceptable and should be immediately corrected.

                          Airtel is charging rs.225 extra in the context of hd dth connection inspite of installing hd set top box. We tried to file a complaint many times by calling customer care but the customer care isn't responding. Till now we have paid almost rs.8000 extra. When it is time for payment of bills you cut our cable connection but we did not get any information regarding the extra payment that we are making. Inspite of having all records, you are charging more money.

                            Due to high postpaid charges i was to tried to move to jio network and generated the mnp code. 10 days before i have submitted the docs in jio store and paid the outstanding & extra amounts as per airtel show room instruction.
                            But airtel is not changing my network also reject my request, i called customer care but they are telling me that we dont get any mnp request.
                            Please find the attached mnp online status also i have requested port again at least please move my network.

                              I have just changed my airtel sim as i have ported from prepaid to postpaid but it seems my new sim has not been activated and even the prepaid sim has stopped working which leaves me with no active calling number. Kindly help me with the same asap as i cannot visit the airtel office. I have done everything from calling customer care to fb messages but no reply till now.

                                Hello, i have been a customer of airtel postpaid. Airtel has been imposing overstated bills to an extent of rs[protected] on bill plan of 499 monthly. Every month the bill consecutively increased. When contacted help airtel doesn't give any supporting explanation. Charges for roaming are 3 to 4 times to the extent of actual bill plan of rs 499

                                  Hello,
                                  I have recharged airtel 349 plan on 10th november 2017 on my airtel app through debit card. The amount has been deducted from my bank account but it does not seems to be in the transaction history of the very app. Also at the same time when i recharged for other options it succeed. Bank name sbi.
                                  Kindly fix the problem and recover the amount so deducted and resend it my bank account.

                                    Starting 7th april 2017, i have been send email with regards to billing/payment of airtel mobile [protected]. This number doesnt belong to me. Aslo i have not being in the country for 2 years so this could be a fraud as well. Send email to airtel support but no action was taken.
                                    All i want is that my email be taken of this number since this doesnot belong to me.

                                        Airtel money/bank/wallet are harassing its customers. They are making customers load the wallet and once the customer loads the money in airtel wallet/bank they make the account freeze. These guys are acting like goons. There is only one email [protected]@airtelbank.com which hardly resolve the queries. I[censored] write complaint, in case you are lucky in two days you will get one email they will ask for your adhaar and pan and will not tell you where to send. You can't reach to customer care 400 and if some how by luck you reach they will tell you to write at the email at this uncaring id. After that again they will say thanks for writing to us you fool we will get back in 2 working days. God knows 2 working days in airtel is equal to how many days. Kindly correct yourself and stop harassing your customers. Don't know how many customers accounts is in freezes state and how many crores rupees are stuck this way. If by chance you load your balance consider it as you have gifted to airtel with which you can't do anything in favour. Wish our govt takes action against airtel for harassing customers and cancel their license to loot n harass people.
