As a reputed indian telecom company (Airtel), they misleading customers to porting number to airtel. My phone was snatched by some goons on 31st oct 2017. I immediately called airtel to block it. I visited airtel store on 31st oct with my aadhar and got new sim after completing formalities required. Store person assured me that it will get activated within 4 hours but it did not.

I have recharged my mobile number with rs.399. It is been advertising that you will get unlimited calling for 70 days. But today i have called up on my relatives for an important issue and in middle of the conversation the call got ended up and intimating that you don't have enough balance to make a call. I just checked out for terms and conditions, it is no where published in company's site....
