My daily data is not being renewed after one day use. As per my package recharge it should be providing me with 2mb daily data but after usage it is not being renewed the next day and shows 0mb due to which I am unable to use internet services.This issue has been going on for weeks now, I have to recharge with daily data booster which is very inconvenient. No solution has been provided from the customer services end.

      I'm Manikandan my Airtel prepaid mobile number is +91 [protected] tamilnadu. I have been using long time this number with airtel. Now I'm working in philippines past 3 years and here also using the same number for personal use. I have maintained always more than 500 rs in my main balance.
      Past 20 day my main balance deducted every day. Untill today near by 200 rs deducted without any reason.
      I contacted with Airtel prepaid costumer service through email, their replied main balance deducted due to mobile data usage.
      I never used Airtel sim mobile data. I'm always using data by philippines number only. I explained the same to airtel.
      I asked the details of my data usage to airtel but still I have no received any proper explanation.
      I request you please help me for resolving this issue.

        Unable to make calls on 13/02/2022 afternoon on wards. Checked with other handset no response. No signal on the screen.
        ' Cellular Net work not available' shows on screen
        This is second SIM failure.
        First one failed in May 2020 and new SIM at free of cost was delivered fixed at our residence. Mr.Avneet singh, from Airtel TRAI complaints, took the entire responsibility
        Have we to keep spare SIMs if failure rate is like this?
        Please do the needful as we both are above 74 senior citizens from Hyderabad by delivering new SIM at free of cost at our residence as Airtel did in the past.

          Airtel Fast Tag debited on 5th Feb'22 Rupees 595/ toward ALEP TOLL PLAZA saying I crossed ALP Toll on 05/02/22 but its FALSE. However I have not gone out of my House on 05/2/22 & my Car was continue to be in my Parking.
          I registered a complaint with Airtel vide complaint No:14264255 dt 05/02/22 & Airtel advised my money will be credited into my Airtel Wallet BUT NO when checked today. Airtel again lodge a complaint vide com No: 14586769 for the same & again after 15 working days. Seems a fun or..SCAM ..ALEP Toll Plaza. Will Tweet to Road Transport Minister & others too.

            Today afternoon by mistakenly I recharged to another number in google pay. I contacted gpay and they suggested to contact operator. I have written an email as well. The text services says that
            “you are not authorized to use lapu reversal service. Please contact to circle coordinator.”

              I live in Kuwait and have been using AIRTEL SIM since many years. This number is linked to my bank account.
              All of a sudden on 23 Feb SIM stopped working.
              I have all the recharges done and there is validity too.
              I tried contacting them, but there is no response

                  After recharge an ad appear on my screen to claim Amazon prime membership and I click ok after that I open Amazon prime app but the subscription is not seen but in Airtel app Amazon prime subscription is shown as claimed. It's been more than three days but I can't get the offer. Amazon prime is not activated.

                    Recharge is successful but international Roaming Not activated.

                          I recharged my Airtel number with Rs 666 from phone pe and realised that i recharged to the wrong number by mistake.when i enquired I knew about the Airtel reversal recharge method and i messaged 51619 to do it.but the answer came as to contact the circle coordinator I would like to transfer my recharge to original account

                              Sim scam

                              I bought my Airtel number 8 years back, i have been using that number from last 8 years without any interruptions.
                              But few days back suddenly network gone and when I called customer care, i received the information to get the sim replaced. As per instructions i visited the nearest Airtel store and told them the issue.
                              To my surprise they told me that this number is not registered on my name. As per them it is registered on...

                              Dear support,

                              I raised a request for safe custody of my Airtel broadband account for 3 months. Once the safe custody time period was over, my account was disconnected without even informing me.
                              I got to know about the disconnection when I was looking for the ARP bill and found that the broadband details have been removed from the Airtel app.
                              Think logically if any customer would pay for safe custody charges, just to get the account disconnected?

                              However, once the account was disconnected, my remaining amount should have been refunded, which wasn't done and Airtel is stalling like a pro 'dukandaar'.

                              My only requirement as of now would be to calculate the remaining amount correctly and refund it along with the bill/details.

                              Breakup -
                              12 month ARP amount =[protected] to[protected]
                              Safe Custody Activated = 02-08-21
                              Safe custody charges = 590

                              Internet Charges from 17/01/21 to 02/08/21 = 6.5 months *[protected]/12) = 6513
                              Safe custody charges = 590
                              Total chargeable amount = 6513 + 590 = 7103

                              Refund Amount =[protected] = Rs. 4921

                              Its been 4 months since the disconnection and 3 months since I am regularly sending mails and making calls, but Airtel is so thick headed that they cannot do this simple math and make the payment. Kindly get the details validated and make the payment without further delay.

                                My parents are visiting DUBAI and their airtel number is not receiving the normal text messages like OTP'S etc also. i tried manually registering to the network but it say sim card does not allow. what am i suppose to do. we need those messages for transactions.

                                  Ho Team, I have requested for temporary disconnection of Airtel fixed line for 3 months as I am travelling out of station, I had a pending bill 588 (apx) which I agreed to pay later or when I would resume back the service after three months which is May 2022. I was told by customer care that I can stop making payments and services will be discontinued automatically, I agreed and so i received confirmation of disconnection on 17 FEB, now i see that a new bill is generated for 1219 rupees and being asked to pay. I am not going to pay for Feb month for which I have not used any services, Internet and voice calls, I would request to waive the Feb bill and I will Jan month bill, if so, I will resume back next month, if the issue is not resolved- I am ok to opt for temporary disconnection from Airtel from all sources and move to JIO. I have raised multiple complaints and no-one resolved instead dodging to answer. Please find latest request ID[protected].

                                  Need urgent call back and someone to resolve.

                                    I recently purchased an Iphone and FaceTime and iMessage was not getting activated using my phone number thought it’s working fine with my Apple ID
                                    I called Apple support, cross checked with my setting and everything was fine. They said it would be the carriers problem.
