Complaint Reference: 55843054 /[protected]. Like this received many reference. Till date registered the complaint not net solved. Over almost 120 days our entire family strugulling while switch on the TV and select the channel programe, day-day am getting bad experience from my family members dut to this issues am unable to continue my regular works and also my helath felt under sick, Follwing Airtel for me become a regular duty such like sending mail, caling Airtel customer care, visit Airtel outlet but no response, As you all aware during this Covid time only watching TV entertainment. Overall family members accomodate in house and given important on watching TV, however situation TV remote not working since long days as a family head just think about my situation, Airtel is full responsible for my pain and have to answer to my question. Only small remote problem such like Airtel big company unable to solve the problem, than why they are promoting DTH like new brands. Month wise we are paying rent, suppose if any payment delayed Airtel immediately disconnected the connection until receive the payment. In my case since last 3 months we are strugulling with Airtel instrument, in such condition Airtel have to pay, Once complaint registered / remainder from Airtel i will received a call stating that within 24Hrs will attend the complaint, after couple of hours from Airtel service team will call and asked me to share 4 digit OTP to refresh / extend my complaint, during this 4 months several times received calls and become a practice. Kindly intervene on this issues and do the needful at the earliest. Note: Our TV remote malfunctioning unable smooth operation.

Regret to inform you, Since the last 4 months I am struggling in operating the DTH remote, however I am sending a reminder to Airtel, even though still there is no response from your end. Remote control is specially designed for this brand, and I am not interested in purchasing it in the local market. Hope Airtel side there is proper head to deal the customer queries, Airtel survey in such condition than why Forcing customer to purchase DTH, during this 5 months had I enough experience and also Airtel pressure force me to admit in Hospital. In the end, I spent a lot on these issues like, daily attending Airtel feedback calls, during my office hours, Airtel eating my busy hours, Airtel Fake message, Etc.. Still the remote complaint has not yet been attended. FYI, I registered the complaint during the warranty period, Over 5 months, now what to do. Hope Airtel acts like headless chicken, there is no proper leader to investigate these small remote issues. Very shame, I never had such a bad experience in my life. As you are not aware, I am also working as BDM Business development Manager in L&T. Really I feel sad about this issue.

Since the complaint not yet attende, but Airtel update problem resolved. Airtel giving false feedback, like this cheating the customer is not fair, Airtel is full responsibility to answer with proper reason, without knowing customer feedback simply sendig false reply, is this the way Airtel treating the customer. I need proper response for my complaint.

    Im a prepaid user me not taking any talktime loan or data loan.
    I recharged with 179 unlimited plan and active sms plan
    Didnt recieve UPC CODE

      It is well over 10 days that I had requested Airtel Customer Service to Transfer my Broadband connection from my old address in Cooke Town, Bangalore to my new Address in HRBR Layout, Bangalore.

      An Airtel Agent called me to confirm the new address. Another Agent calls me and tells me Call 121 and put in a Shift request. I did this.

      Yet another Agent calls me an tells me to put in a request on Airtel Thanks. I did this too.

      Till today NOTHING has happened. I will not be paying my bill for a service that I can't use.

      Absolutely pathetic service from AIRTEL.

        Dear Sir / Madam,

        I am writing to you to raise an issue about: Broadband Internet

        The issue that I have experienced was: The connection was temporary deactivated from July to January but they keep harassing me through call to reactivate my broadband connection, 3 to 4 times daily.
        I raised a request to reactivate my account and to sift my connection in same building on 16th of January and I recharge the account with 589 then 943 on 16th January. The service resumed on 20th January then they removed my access to my airtel broadband account and my internet service was stopped. I raised multiple complains to airtel to resume my service as there was balance left for around 70days at the time of disconnection. But they haven't take any action till now. The customer care says the service will resume in 2 hours every time I call them but it's been 7 days and no action is taken by them.

        It occurred on: 26/01/2022

        Either they refund the amount or resume the service.

        I look forward to your prompt response on this matter. I would like to keep a complete record of my case, so please reply back via this email account.

            Hello,
            Me and my neighbors are facing a network issues from past 2 months. we submit are complaint to executive of airtel but they gave us some amount time, when ever we filled a complaint. Problem is this network issue is not resolved. we have to do work through internet but we can"t do. calling is not properly done.
            Location is Village Bhaini Kanian, PO. Saidowal Kalan, Dist. Gurdaspur, Punjab 143530

                At Tirupati airtel office when I submitted a handwritten letter for activation of mobile numbers, they have declined to accept it and said as per their company norms, only type written letters are not accepted. This seems very absurd. They can't read a 5 line neatly written letter in English. Do they expect every subscriber will have a typewriter or computer with a printer?

                    My Airtel SIM was not working. Visited an Airtel showroom and they provided a new SIM, verified my Aadhar, took my photo and asked me to wait for a day to complete the verification of my genuinity at my residence.

                    The next day an Airtel executive called me to my alternate mobile number that was provided already. I was in a meeting and returned the call five minutes later.

                    The executive informed that since I did not pick up the call, he asked me to again contact airtel showroom and reinitiate the verification process. I did so.

                    It is more than three working days lapsed now. I called airtel showroom executive many times. They still say the verification will be done soon and the reply is not convincing.

                    The phone number was given for all my bank transactions, aadhaar, etc. I have got mental agony.

                    Please help resolve the issue.

                      Fastag inactive

                      Due to Kissan protest in Punjab, I was not able to operate fastag for so many months. Airtel payment bank made my wallet account Dormant and made fastag inactive attached to account. Now they mailed me that there is no procedure to make wallet account active and not telling the process to activate/recharge fastag....

                        Frequent disconnections

                        My Airtel Xtream fiber optic internet got disconnected frequently. Always get resolved on next day. Thus wasting too much time. I purchased 6 months plan. It has been 1.5 months. There is no refund. Otherwise I will change the service. Everytime it takes 24 hours to get resolved....

                        Absolutely Airtel has NO RANGE or very weak range in Erandwane, Ganeshnagar Pune area and In Pragat House, Dr. Bedekar Hospital, Thane area. Pls resolved it as early as possible.

                          While purchasing Airtel postpaid connection I have verified with the sales staff whether I can deactivate and go for discnnection through email. they said yes ...I sent an email to [protected]@in.airtel.com
                          with all the relevant details and I have "cleared all the bill till date" and requested for disconnection.

                          but till date they have not disconnected it and there is acknowledgment for the email which I sent them.

                          Its been 2 months I am still waiting and they are charging me for the service as I have already moved to Dubai and the no is not disconnected yet..its a good way of ripping customers after sending email on 3rd of November after clearing all the bills.

                          I am really looking forward that they will take proper action and this will reach them because all my efforts trying to reach them out for disconnection is worthless..highly disappointed and will never recommend Airtel postpaid connection.

                            Almost two years back I enquired about Airtel broadband services, and from that day onwards, I am getting calls from Airtel to my phone number which is not an airtel number. I requested them not to call me anymore, but I'm still getting calls. It's really frustrating. They are not deleting my number. I can't activate DND, because I'm getting promotional messages from the brands which I opted for. But not this one, because they never asked my permission for future promotions, especially calls.

                              I have already recharged offer 2 gb and extra i make another recharge of 50 GB, but the extra gb is going fastee than a train whats its happen ng, i lost my recharge amount, y should my blance going like this how its happening its very painful

                                I had visited a Airtel Store on Hyderabad (Near Kachiguda Railway Station) to get a replacement sim on my number - [protected]. But, my number is not activated still.
                                I had visited the store with my original documents, and I was told it would be activated in 3 days, but its already more than 15 days.

                                  I had cancelled my broadband connection, as the Airtel couldn't delivery the speed they promised. They promised 100 mbps and could only deliver 24 mbps. After disconnecting, the customer care called and said that modem should be given back and 1000 rs deposit will be refunded. The technician came and took the modem Jan 6, 2022.

                                  I have still to get the refund and their customer care is worthless. Cannot get a hold of anyone to get my money back.
