Just few hours back I added my wife number to Airtel app thought of it will be easy to manage both of our numbers at one place. But didn't realize that it will convert the number from pre paid to post paid. When I came to know it happened immediately I called customer care representative and explained him what happened and asked him either leave her number as post paid and refund the prorated amount which is used to recharge just 10 days back. Or convert her back to pre paid so that she can continue to use the pre paid services which she already paid for. But Airtel is so smart that it can't do anyone of these.

    Hi, I tried to do a fast tag recharge through the airtel app, the payment went through but money was not credited to the account.

    Airtel customer care is unavailable to reach and they refuse to connect for this issue

      I accidentally recharged a no. Instead of another no. I was using Google pay they suggested to contact operator. I have written an email as well. The text services says that
      “you are not authorized to use lapu reversal service. Please contact to circle coordinator.”

            I am using a mobile no i.e [protected] Where validity was expired. So i recharged Rs 99 and it was successful. After that it is showing no is switched off. I have tweeted about the incident to Airtel but no reply. Could you please help me on this?

                No refund then port

                I recharged my Airtel number with 666 rs. From Airtel wallet. Money deducted but recharge failed and I have got my refund till now.
                I will retry recharge after I get my refund.
                If I don't get the refund within 8 hours I will port my no to jio.
                I am using Airtel for more than 5 years so I don't want that to happen .
                If I don't get refund I have to take this step....

                Sir,
                I have ordered a product ehook mini electric room heater from Amazon on 20 December 2021.Order Id #[protected] of rupees 499.
                Due to some reason I had returned it. Amazon had initiated refund on 28 December 2021 but it is not credited in my account till date.
                Amazon gave me a reference number # HSBCN[protected]. But the bank(airtel payment bank) has not credited my money. I also contact to the bank but they are very rude and didn't even listen to the problem.
                This is urgent please help me as soon as possible.

                  I raised a complaint for broadband connectivity issue on 16th Feb 2022 and since then I have called more than 10 times the customer care. Each time the representative says he/she is escalating the matter and the issue will be resolved. But till now no resolution has been provided. With work from home environment this is creating lots of personal stress and issue and unfortunately no one from the company is able to understand that. It is soooooo difficult to get a supervisor time, yesterday on 18th Feb I had to literally wait for 58 mins to get supervisor time. I dont know how aritel measures the customer satisfaction but based on this experience even calling this service "HORRIBLE" is an understatement. Worst part is when I said I will move to another service provider the representative had the guts to say pay your outstanding and we will close the account. UNEXPECTED!!!

                    Dear Sir/Madam,

                    I availed a new stream fiber broadband fixedline connection on October 4, 2021 in Bhopal with the following account informations:
                    DSL number:[protected]_dsl
                    landline number: [protected]
                    account number: [protected]
                    The plan costs Rs 2828 for three months (Oct-Dec) which was paid by me on October 4. At that time I was informed by the agent that after expiry of the plan I would get a call for renew/change of plan. After expiry of the plan (Jan 3, 2022) I did not receive any call from Airtel regarding either until January 15, 2022.

                    On January 15 I received calls from the following Airtel customer support numbers for renewing the connection: [protected], [protected], [protected]. They said that my plan had ended and asked whether I would like to renew. Since I left the city, I asked them to discontinue. But they suggested, instead of disconnection, I can keep the connection on hold for three months without pay. So, I agreed to put it on hold for three months.

                    From February 7, 2022 onwards, I started receiving calls and messages to pay Rs 349.74 . We explained each of them as written above. Suddenly on February 11, 2022 the bill raised to Rs 828.64 and the number of calls from customer support increased to pay the bill.

                    Very recently I came to know the following from Airtel customer care representatives. After my Rs 2828 plan was over, a plan of Rs 799 was activated followed by another plan of Rs 499 from January 15 (the day I put the connection on hold). Either of these plan changes were initiated without my consent. All of these communications happened over phone and those were not recorded by me. As you can understand, there is no evidence of my claims other than the call recordings by the Airtel support. I have asked multiple times to check the call recording of Jan 15. Instead they kept on calling me six-seven times a day.

                    An important point to note, mentioned by the Airtel representatives that they have the authority to make any change in the plan upon customers' request without direct action from the customer side. Let me point a flaw in this system. Since the action is taken by the representative, if there is any human error (intentionally or unintentionally) caused by them, the customer is bound to pay the price. Moreover, the customer would never have any evidence to present their case.

                    I have attached the related documents along with this complaint. It was very disturbing for me to get so many calls at my office hour despite explaining countless times. It has crossed all level of decency. I would request you take necessary action to stop this harassment.

                    There has not been any action taken by the Airtel customer support so far. I have been getting calls to pay the bill. The Airtel aap still showing pending bill.
                    It seems to me that one customer's dissatisfaction does not matter to such a big company. To reflect my dissatisfaction, I do not see any other option but to switch to a different company.

                        Dear Concern, I have called multiple times for TSM/Executive Mohit Sharma but no help yet. As we are working from home for IT company Gurgaon. we need static internet and network but no a days i am facing worst airtel experience at Village- Chandpur Pachokra Tower ID: 1408742 Post Rabupura G.B.Nagar. Please upgrade the tower with L2100 plan so that we can get proper speed and range. it will help us more. Thank You

                          My Airtel number which I have been using since 5 years is allotted to someone else. When i call up the customer care number, I was told that it's because i haven't been recharging my phone for sometime now . Well I have paid for that sim and I have every right to do what i want. That number is very valuable to me and I really need it . Therefore I request you to look into the matter

                              I installed airtel broadband with the basic plan 499 on Aug 10, 2021 bearing the landline number[protected]_tn. The technician allotted for me (Arun Raj) asked me to pay Rs. 2828 which he said will be valid for 5 months (up to Jan) from the date of installation for the above plan. To my surprise, the technician had put me in the higher plan (799) without my knowledge resulting in the exhaustion of the amount I paid by Nov. Though I got downgraded to the 499 plan sooner per my request, I did not get my refund or my bill adjusted. It was airtel's argument that I had not updated the committed plan (499) in the thanks app which I was never informed by the technician. When I spoke to the technician, he started speaking foul language not even caring that he is talking to a woman. I am shocked that an ISP like airtel has such cheap behaving technicians. I was promised by one of airtel customer service personnel that I will be given a waiver of Rs. 177 valid for 10 months starting from December 2021 but this never happened on their database. Everytime I address this issue, airtel customer service will give a waiver of Rs 150 like throwing alms to me. It was purely a mistake of airtel and not the customer for the mental trauma I am going through. Kindly do the needful to address and resolve the issue

                                My name is Mr Satyendra Tiwari. My mobile number is ([protected]). I recharged my mobile number on 11/02/2022, and it's showing that no recharge has been done on the same number. My outgoing and incoming services are discontinued by the Airtel company. I wanted to contact on the costumer care number of Airtel company but I didn't not received any kind of help from them. So I request you to please take this matter on priority basis and help me on this matter. It's really a torture to a costumer.

                                  I had recharged with 108rs data pack (a few days back) & 58rs pack (today). However, neither of the recharge is being reflected on their airtel app even though it shows recharge is successful. Hence, I'm unable to use either data packs. There's no provision to talk to customer care executive. Lodging that specific complaint is out of question. Kindly help me out getting that issue resolved.

                                    on same day Airtel Payment Bank Ask for DM my contact number to assist further then i give my number vid DM, on next day some call recd around 8:55 AM state I’m from Airtel u r raised complain regarding recharge, your payment was fail i initiate refund kindly confirm refund msg (i Recd OTP) that time. i don’t why Airtel Leak our DATA to this type of people? Next day i called on airtel fraud complain but they ask for police complain. next call to customer care and give details briefing with concern but they said it will take 7 - 10 working days, i raise complain on 2nd feb 2022 after 10 working day i call again and ask for refund status but they says again i raise complain and it will take 4 working days i said ok, but problem is same, i don’t know what MITTAL Sir wants but this is the worst service in the world.
