Airtel is Brand for Customer, Sorry to Say, Not It becomes cheater / Fraud . I really feel happy to change from Number from Airtel to Idea on 2011.
ý I have applied for Portability connection, Number of times i had given document but couldn't be converted in Airtel.
Now Airtel had automatically active a new connection, without my confirmation, and charging false bills. No body called me and confirmation call received on alternate no. I am complete blank.Why Should I Pay
After that I had tried multiple times in 2015 and had given document to convert from Idea to Airtel.
Now 27 Aug 2015, I got a message, funny this, I don’t know the Airtel no, against which bill is generated.
“Dear Customer, You have received an alert regarding your Airtel Account No- [protected], Having an outstanding of Rs -665.93. Request you to make the payment at the earliest.”
After the I contacted to customer care- Vikram ( Mumbai) on [protected] regarding this issues.
I had not applied for new number and neither given any New Connection and also I didn’t get any confirmation message or call from airtel to verify this numbers.
My Question is :
ý Why Airtel is harassing customer ?
ý Who has applied for this number ?
ý How Can Airtel issues number without verification of residential & Official ?
ý I had not been initiated for this ?
Action Required
ü Need immediately close this matter, I am not involved for this connection issues. Don’t expect for false billing .
ü Don’t send this message again otherwise I will go to police station & consumer forum for complaint registered.
ü Need the name of person who had submitted my document, how they have got my document?
ü Need the Action against that person for forgery action.
ü Need compensation for harassing customer .
Need Revert.
