Airtel recently billed me 2700 k for using internet on my number ([protected]) which is being used by my mother for past 7-8 years. I have not asked them to enable data service . As per them they sent a message in feb 2011 for free enablement of this service for one month and thereafter didn't disabled and other statement is this service was enabled from day 1 in 2008 when I didn't even had the smart phone. They don't have any confirmation on from my side. How these fools can say by sending the SMS they have enabled the service. ?? If the services is enabled as per my knowledge why I haven't used it for so many years.AM I fool ...??? More over I have been charged o[censored]sing 403airtelgprs.com which I don't know what is it... Similar complaints for charging due to this can bee seen on Google. Facebook and consumer complaints forums This is sheer case of cheating. I have asked them to disconnect the numbers and told them I will not pay until they adjust this wrong charges.

Dear Airtel team,

Both number [protected] /81 were taken same day. You can check their outstanding billing records but i guess you dont need customer like these...

      Hi, I had Airtel postpaid connection on [protected]. Now I kept visiting galleries for converting it to Pre-paid as I was not satisfied by the bills they generated which was not as per what their agent had committed while selling me this connection. I visited 2 galleries in Mumbai, Hadapsar Pune gallery 3 times and Amanora Mall gallery Pune, 4 times. They kept giving excuses like server is down and come on Monday or come after bill due date, like this but never really tried to convert my number. So when I stopped using this connection because of frustrating service, they kept producing bills and when I told them I won't pay until my number is first converted to prepaid, they issued a legal notice against me. Now, I want to claim my money, time and mental peace that I lost because of frustration by Airtel. I have few emails which I can use to file a case against this treatment meted by Airtel.         Hello, Am switching my phone number from Tata docomo Prepaid to Airtel post paid with plan 399 Name :Lalitha N Company :KPIT Technollogies Ltd Phone Number :[protected] I submitted the documents and two people came for verification (one for Office address and one for my house address) Now my problem is my Tata Docomo number deactivated(08/09/2015) and got airtel signal for verification of name and address. I called for 59059, call not connecting for verification.             My mobile no. is [protected] I've ported my number from UP East circle to Karnataka circle on 27 August 2015, and from that point of time, I'm not receiving any incoming SMS. I'm only receiving SMS from Airtel numbers. I've an alternate number from BSNL and when I try to send an SMS from that number to my Airtel number, I do not receive that SMS. I'm not receiving any kind of OTP bank alerts from Banks or Airtel (sent by My Airtel app). I cannot even access my bank accounts due to this. After contantly complaining 4 times till now, it seems like you people do not care much about your customers. Now that you've wasted so much of my time, I'll make sure that I'll write this complaint and send it to consumer courts and forums so that other customers may realise, how pathetic your services and customer care actually are. I've been contacted 4 times by a representative of a Technical Team and all 4 of them told me that it is a problem of DND. And when I told them that according to TRAI website, DND never blocks Solicited alerts, they don't understand or has no knowledge of such rules set by Telecom Department of our Country. I never thought of getting such poor customer support from a company of your stature. When you take customers for granted and do not work for resolving their issues, then there is not point in Advertising that you're the biggest network of this country. In my point of view, you're the sickest of all if you cannot resolve one small problem of not receiving incoming SMS. Such a waste you are. The feedback from service request with Reference No. 64682094 and 64621259 says "NO IMMEDIATE SOLUTION" I know that I've wasted more of my time by writing this complain, but I'll not stop here. Do some good for your own sake BHARTI AIRTEL. You're leaving me with no choice other than to moving to another Mobile Service provider.

              Hi Sir, To whom it may concern. Your Airtel executives are Fake, cheaters, liars and fraud. Today I gt call from your executive and he told me to switch my plan into postpaid plan. They introduced me this plan. In Rs399 I will get - 14 packs which includes. Packs details Executive said Your website 1 pack std - 70 min 75 min 1 pack local - 100 min 90 min 1 Sms pack - 200 sms 200 sms 1 pack 3g net - 137 mb 120 mb 1 pack 2g net - 250 mb 240 mb I do not want to convert it please stop it and also I paid security of Rs 200 which they told me refundable but it is not as your customer care executive inform me.                 Hello sir/mam, I am airtel prepaid user .my sim card no [protected].i received a massage from airtel as usual about extra mobile data offer. Massage claim that if i will recharge with 295, i got 4gb 3g data imstead of 2gb 3g data. I got this message on 8-9-2015. I recharged my mobile with 295 from retailer. But i got only 2gb data. I called to customer care representative, they told that airtel not providing this offer. I request to consumercompaints.in to look over this matter.                   I am holding a data number [protected] in which I had opted for 1GB 3G connection and each month I am paying Rs. 285 to airtel. In this month airtel fired a bill of rs. 1140 saying that my usage has exceeded to 316 MB more and for additional 316 MB they are charging me 1140 - 285 = 855 Rs. Airtel has not send any intimation to me that my data usage limit has been exceeded. They should have informed me or they should have disconnected on reaching 1GB dat usage limit. Why they disconnected at 1.316 GB and now asking for 855 Rs. for those additional 316 MB data usage which is not justified.

                    My no is [protected], my balance has been deducted without my consent 2 times of rs 95.I had clicked yes on some airtel linked sites and there were written anything about my consent of deducting rs 95 or any charges for clicking yes.this has been done on 2 times.I am able to put complaint and I don't know how many are there on whose this deduction has been applied. So basically aitel has collected cores of rupees from such interconnected site. This is for public interest and your necessary perusal.

                      Dear Team, I have switched to AIRTEL for better services last month however in the one month only you have shown your best !!! I have called your CC at 121 however they were not able to resolve my grievance. Today morning erroneously a cheap ( MODEL VIDEO CLUB_30 ) service has been activate, i request you to :- 1) STOP this services. 2) Refund my deduction. I received a SMS " Thanks for choosing MODEL Video CLUB_30 on your airltel mobile . You have been charged Rs 99 for 30 days . A/c balance : Rs89.07 at 10.10. MOREOVER next SMS " Service will be renewed after validity expiry. ( data charges apply) Why cant you confirm before deducting amount from our balance ? You are directly deducted amount without confirming customer ? Why i'm getting pop up on my phone for such services which i have never asked for? Website "http://bit.iy/10MLqTY" is for adult i think ? psl revert, i want to take this further to your management or regulator.

                          Hello There, We have a corporate Lease line of 12 MBPS line, and the connection is down and not stable for the past 20 days, every day we call up the customer service they assure it will be done today and nothing happened, Service Req No: 19033792 After long waiting and calling every one in the commercial line department, a guy showed up in our office today and he said he rectified it and showed us it is showing 12 MBPS full speed in his laptop, and didn't even wait for us to check on what he said and flew away, When we checked the connectivity again, the line showed up 7mbps o[censored]pload speed, when we called him again asking him to fix it, he replied saying it is not his duty to check in our systems and he checked in his laptop and it is working fine. When I told him I will complaint of his attitude to his higher officials, he challenged me that nobody can do anything and asked me to go ahead and see what I can do, sarcastically. (I have a audio recording) This is how Airtel provides you service, they have technicians who don't even have a basic manners on how to handle a customer, while we are paying around 50k per month, for a connection not working as it supposed to be. The person who visited our office today at August 08'th 2015, Phone number is [protected]. I don't know how Airtel is going to treat him, but I have a voice recorded proof to prove this guy's response in any Court of law, and we are going to file a complaint against Airtel for failing their promises to serve us, and to recover our loses. They say they provide 24/7 customer service, nobody picks your phone call, even the customer care number keeps you on waiting for more than 10 mins and disconnect the call.                             I bought airtel 4g hotspot device along with a sim 3days back and still im following up for the activation. im really frustrated by the support from the service provider. my entire day is spoiled and made me mad... just listening to that repeated [censored] instructions, that much im irritated.. are the management really concern about their customers?? what the hell those guys are doing with the customer support team. im using bit harsh words because im that much frustrated

                              Airtel Network is very poor across Delhi. Currently they launched 4G whereas their 2G & 3G services are not working properly. I have been facing severe Network Issue, Frequent Call Drop, Voice Break at my Residence in Dwarka Sec-19. Earlier I was using iphone 5 and now iPhone 6, so they can't blame the mobile device. Since last 2 Years I have been complaining to Airtel Customer Care, Nodal Officer, Appellate. But No action has been taken from their side to improve the network or resolve my issue. It looks this is their strategy to mint money from customer by call drop. So that to complete the conversation customer calls 5 to 6 times. Hope after this complain somebody from Airtel will take action to resolve this long pending issue.

                                I recieved a call from airtel number +91 [protected] . A girl told me that i have won a prize in prime minister scheme and then she asked me to go to a nearby recharge shop and let her talk to the shopkeeper.The girl asked shopkeeper to recharge her mobile number with a sum of Rs 2000 and the shopkeeper did so. Sir, the shopkeeper asked his officers to retrieve the money and block the number but the Airtel employees told that the number is not registered with Airtel. Sir, we also searched this number on internet and it clearly indicated that the number is an Airtel number and its from UP . A similar incident has been reported a month ago in Gurdaspur where a call had been received from same number and a recharge of Rs 2000 has been looted . I request that the problem be solved must be and such number must be blocked .I am highly disappointed and disgusted by the company's response to my problem.

                                    Hi Airtel users, Airtel cheating with fake Data usage statistics and generating huge bill. i have a scenario. on 31/aug/2015 I have free data of 135MB and my previous due amount is 44.5 rs, on first 1/sep/2015 still i have 135mb free data I thought I have free data that’s why I started using, when I check due amount airtel shown due amount as 535Rs after watching this …shocked… I called to customer care they told me after bill generation your 535rs will gets weave off(discount) and given one complaint number, I just stopped using data later I got notification mail “you have consumed 100% built –in data usage is approximately 655Mb of (500Mb) free data, your current internet usage is up to 04-sep-2015 is 500Rs. I didn’t get any sms stating that you are consuming more that allotted data after generating huge bill they sent mail to me. Even I will check my data balance in online as well as by dialing *121# (all are fake) I called to customer care for info they told technical issue we can’t retrieve your details please call later. Finally I came to know that I used extra data so I will get huge bill. My usual bill always between 270-350Rs some, now my bill is 903Rs even I paid bill because of airtel strategic cheap tricks. Customers are losing faith and trust on airtel. Go to hell Airtel Suckers, I don’t contact customer service I know their usual answers. No transparency completely cheat. If airtel shown proper statistics I may not use additional data. This is pathetic experience from airtel so be aware airtel won’t show any live statistics they won’t send any sms even bill generation sms. They want huge bill from customers not “satisfaction” airtel the best cheater. Don’t believe airtel billing team, I appended screen shots, they will charge without informing to customer, what is the use if I fallow up the customer care nodal officers, (my time waste) Thanks to airtel for this pathetic statistics.

                                      I purchased one 4 G prepaid Simcard from Airtel Gallery Near Plarform # 1 in Virar(west) # [protected].After several attempts I am still not able to register to Airtel 4 G network.My handset is 4 G enabled (Lenovo A 7000 a).I feel Airtel Gallery is selling 3 G simcards in 4 G packets and duping people.When I tried to recharge for 1 GB online, the Airtel 4 G website says this is not a 4 G simcard, please obtain a 4 G simcard .But when I tried to recharge Rs 46/- for 3 G it accepted my payment

                                        Airtel sales executive came to my home for 4g home wifi router. demonstrated well and installed the same after my concern. I have paid Rs 2500/- for that, but no receipt was given, filled up the form and gave my address proof and all that. Got sms that my 4G will be activated, I called up and they said its activated. I have assign mobile no. [protected]. Now at my home 4G is not activated. I called up the local person many a times for technical assistance, called up customer care for the same but story remains same. Now I want my money back and surrender the connection. Threatening is the key from Airtel hisar office. Before moving to consumer court for forgery you are asked to look in to the matter, disconnect my service and payback my amount. I have doubt that someone else from Airtel office is using my Sim for data purpose. The same may be treated as my notice. I will file not against the sales person but Airtel company as well to be the party in this kind of forgery.

                                        You guys just listen to your franchisee because they gives you the money and company provides you the salary. Customer is nothing for you. I reported that there was a forgery with my documents and I dont have the receipt of my security and others. Your office persons so called technicians called me up in the late night and expect me to be polite. Your company didnt provided the solution as well. Your Hisar office did a wrong physical address verification. I have lot of messages but till date no response from you guys.
                                        What you left with me, only to move court. You guys harassed me a lot. After charging you guyz didnt provided the service making a lot of loss to me. Nothing was done from your side except charging the money till date. Now I am providing you the screen shot of your complaints which were not attended by anyone till date. I just spoke to consumer court and again giving you the last 48 hours. On monday I will mail you the notice via my advocate if not solved.
                                        Your company dress wearing person having the ID card of Airtel took away my money without giving me any receipt and you guyz didnt provided me the service till date. Ridiculous
