My airtel no. [protected].my name is deepak gupta. i live in sirsa (haryana).airtel give me scheme of 3g data 1gb for 30 days.i done this recharge on 18/09/2015 and for amount Rs 123.but i can use 2g data only.but i cannot use this 3g data because there are no 3g network here.there are no 3g airtel tower in sirsa district. so, why airtel company give me 3g recharge. kindly take immediate action . Thanks

    Hi,
    I'm want to tell you that Airtel customer service representative have cheated me and they are not solving my problem. First they gave me wrong information regarding recharge of Rs 297 and then after that day they are giving false promises that they have never completed.
    I have two airtel number on my name first one is [protected] and second one is [protected]; my second number is in roaming.
    I contacted their customer service representative from my mobile number [protected] on 4th of Sept at 5 :10 am regarding recharge of Rs 297. I had query that whether this recharge of 297 works in roaming or not at that time I have told that Its works but first I have to recharge my number with Rs 11 most importantly customer service representative confirmed it thrice . As customer service representative has told me I did recharge of Rs 297 on same day but when I tried to recharge with Rs 11, I was not able to do that and my transaction was getting failed again and again when I called customer service representative in the afternoon at that time they told me that no it do not work in roaming. When I said but one of customer service representative told me in the morning that it works with recharge of Rs 11 so I got reply that they will call me after 4 hour because first they want to listen that conversation I said okay no problem you can. And after that afternoon every day I'm calling them but every time I'm getting same response sorry sir sorry for inconvenience and I'll call you after few hours but no body ever called me back. One of customer service representative gave me mobile number of area manager (Prema Pai ) I tried contacting him/her but could not reached.
    Since I had received wrong information from customer service representative and It was not my fault so I had demand that either make that plan work in roaming for this month or return my money to my bank by canceling my transaction or transfer that benefits to my first number which is in Mumbai or Return that 297 in to my main balance but in my first number which is [protected].
    I just had asked them and it was my demand because they had made mistake and it was my right to ask whatever convenience was for me but they could have called me back and could have given their own suggestion but no body ever called me back always I had to call them and explain everyday that this happen with me because your customer service representative gave me wrong information and same story will continue every day that is sorry sir sorry for inconvenience and I'll call you after 4 or 6 or 8 or 24 hour.
    Now I'm deeply hurt and feels tortured.
    First they made mistake instead of correcting that mistake they are giving false promises that never gonna work.
    Even I went to airtel gallery but they also refuse to listen to me by saying that this problem will be handle by customer service representative only because they only have audio tape or recording of that conversation.

        I am recharge my sim in 17 / 09 / 2015 at 11:50 am the customer care person says that the recharge is no done at my sim card. I have all proof of recharge done on my sim card.

          I am using Airtel Sim for last two years no, [protected] which was converted from BSNL and necessary documents were produced and enquiry was done from Airtel company before activation. However, during first week of Septeember, 2015, recharge was made for Rs, 200/- and was successful against Airtel no. [protected]. But during 2nd week the SIM became inactive and shows "REGISTRATION FAILED". On enquiry from Airtel Point in our locality i.e. Naihati-743165, it is learnt that New registration can be made by paying Rs.150/- and the same number can be possessed but the balance amount cannot be refunded.But it was not clear to me why Airtel company could not not intimated me before de-activation/"REGISTRATION FAILED. So I called up the customer care of Airtel yesterday and requested to do the needful i.e.to activate my registration in the same no. [protected] and return my balance. But from the customer care apologized for the inconvenience and informed me that they can do nothing in this regard not even to return my balance amount. It seems that they are not willing to esquire about this case or willingly doing this i.e. harassing an old customer. Even I have mailed to Airtel [protected]@in.airtel.com on 17.09.2015 but only received computer generated auto response. So i want to intimate Airtel customer whose registration have failed recently like me to approach Airtel Customer Care and raise voice for such unethical activity of AIRTEL COMPANY.

            I got a Airtel 4G modem in the month of January 26 th 2015 i was told by the sales person that initially it will be a 999 pm plan and I was told I need to only pay 999 exactly but their bill was very high and next month onwards 230pm i was told wen that was not true i called the customer care of airtel and they said no such plans for now. They disconnected the service still wer sendin me bills after bills. It is a clear case of cheat. I cannot pay for the services i never used. Please help me in the fight for justice I got the device only for 2900 rs that was only useless and now a hefty amount for permonth. They also told I Change postpaid to prepaid anytime but it was a lie too. I never get postpaid that sales guy who came to house the very moment I enquired abt the connection din give prepaid he literally forced me to gat postpaid and convert later and trapped me in their airtel cheating business.

                We started using Aritel 4G LTE since its inception at Kolkata. Recently we changed our sim to platinum 4G sim selling near by our home - Jyangra Ghosh Para, near Arati cinema hall, Bagui hati - Kol 700059. Surajit is the sales person. He assured me of improved bandwidth and satisfactory connectivity with this new 4G sim. However from the first day of its usage, we are getting undesired low bandwidth - around 100KBps, and i even showed him the same with screenshot and with my laptop. They did not help us at all. We surprised whether we are using 4G or 2G!!! Now I am drawing your immediate attention to solve this issue as we need faster internet speed to do most of our communication activities such as skype etc. Our new mobile no is [protected] Contact me through this email id - mousom.[protected]@gmail.com

                  Date of incident- The Airtel network provider has charged additional charges for data usage in my bill for 2 months in July and August Client - Airtel Full description of incident- The Airtel service providers are heavily charging unintimated additional charges on its customers for internet data usage by giving additional data services more than the plan that the customer would have opted for. And then charging them very high charges for those additional data usage. This has happened to me, Mr. Sriram who have been using the airtel connection for more than 6 years. I happened to choose an Airtel 1 GB data plan - "1GB 4g/3g free (post 1GB data stops)@250" which is expected to give 1 GB of mobile internet data and as the name itself says, it has to stop post 1 GB of data. However instead after completion of 1GB of data, the company is providing additional data about 150 MB - 200 MB and is charging a whooping Rs. 500/- as additional charges for using this extra data. There wasn't any intimation that my 1GB data plan has got finished, NOT even at 90% utilization of data nor for 100% utilization of data and also there wasn't any intimation about the additional usage of the 150-200 MB of data on mobile. Even a 2GB plan would be costing only Rs 450/- however i have been charged about Rs 750/- for using about 1.17 GB of data. That too without any intimation sent to my mobile. This same issue has happened for 2 months in July and August Upon raising a concern to the airtel department, they initially responded back to have a look into the concern about waiving the additional charges. However finally after the 3rd call, they said that they didn't activate any such plan on my account and also that they have stopped intimating the customers about the amount of data usage and that it is my responsibility to keep a track on how much mobile data i have been using and they will NOT waiver any of the billed charges on my account. Desirable resolution: These additional internet charges of Rs 500/- each for 2 months July and August has to be waived. Also going forward Airtel should notify it's customers when the opted data usage is finished as per opted plan and should inform its customers through sms or email about the additional charges for the additional mobile data provided to customer post the completion of mobile data as opted by the customer and play fare with customers. ISSUE DATES: Bill period 1 = 20Jun'15 to 19Jul'15 Bill number =[protected] Relationship number = [protected] Bill period 1 = 20Jul'15 to 19Aug'15 Bill number =[protected] Relationship number = [protected]
                  This is not expected from a leading network provider like Airtel which boasts itself as the best internet provider.

                    I Applied for a airtel postpaid connection but without verifying and doing any verification the airtel channel partner Balaji Traders Are telling me that my profile is high risk profile, when i further asked they told me that verification officer came at my place and verified but no one came at my place to verify anything. They took my documents and photo and activation charge and not replying to my calls, when i asked about my reference number and other information they refused. now they are not replying to my calls also.

                        I recently paid for a broadband connection on the 6th of September 2015 and my transaction was successful and I was billed Rs. 1000 as installation charges. The next day, I got a call from a representative from airtel asking me to send the documents, I asked if they will not send a representative to send the document and they said no. I forwarded all the documents to teletalk.[protected]@gmail.com as instructed, only to get another call that my documents are not complete. after few days, I had to resend the documents again highlighting the names of the attached documents to correspond to the documents they are asking for, Everytime I call, I will either get a new complain number from their representative or hear a response from them like they are automated, give us another 24 to 48 working hours and our representative will visit your place to do the installation. After that within 2 hours, I received another call to confirm if I made a complain and after 48 hours nothing, I called again and the same thing, they gave a new complain number, said another 24 to 48 hours, and I get a call to confirm if I made a complain and the process keep repeating and it has been 14 days since I registered for a new broadband connection, nothing to show for it. I never got any message from Airtel with my landline number, I sent them emails online and only one reply and the same automated reply, give us another 24 to 48 working ours and our team will visit your place for the installation. I believe what makes a company incredible is putting their potential customers on a high frequency, take their money and do not provide the service been paid for and refused to provide a refund as well.                                 Good day, I have applied for mobile mnp and broad band connection, one of your partners contacted me and proceeded with the application process. The broadband connection was connected after 2 days and there is lot of confusion with the number also. Apart from that the representative has taken 300 rupees from me for mobile mnp and didnot provide the sim and also whenever I called him he says that today I will receive the sim.It is more than 5 days. His name is Alankar(mob[protected]. This is really pathetic on part of Airtel. I am an Airtel customer (DTH, mobile) for more than 4 yrs this is really shameful to provide such services in Noida. I have already requested for complaint with reference number as- PO[protected], BUT it has been closed without my consent. Why the service of Airtel has degraded so much.

                                  Please note that I have deactivated GPRS from my airtel SIM mobile [protected] but still false billing coming since 02 months. In this regards i would like to say that I have already discontinued GPRS through airtel customer but false billing is continuing .Neither I will pay this amount nor I need this connection. Therefore it is better to examine the case and revert the bill or stop the connection.

After several followup on the same issues Airtel has failed to keep up its commitment to fix the issues in 24hrs.
