Sir, I AVINASH KUMAR i recharge my no [protected] by rs 195 after i got a massage for 1 GB data, but i got only 500 MB and 15 days validity.After that i contact c.care he ask me because you recharge throw pytm so cant get offer.But pytm also shows same offer so i whynot get offer.c.care Ref NO IS CONRC[protected].MY recharge date is 15/9/15 and i contact c.care on 16/9/15 at night.

    Sir, I Ava Rani Saha my mobile number - [protected] . I got a offer after dialing *121*1# that after recherging Rs 17 Local Airtel to Airtel mobile call charge will be 25 paise / minute and other local and STD mobile call charge will be 30 paise / minute validity 30 days instant validity 3 days and extra validity withen 1 hours and to get it press 1. According to that I press 1 on 15/09/2015 at 09:41 pm and got a sms that enjoy All Local mobile calls @ 2P/3sec for 3 days at Rs/17 and Rs 17 deducted from my main balance instantely. And after dialing *121*13# and then press local voice calls I got all local calls are 1.2 paise / 2sec and validity is 17/09/2015 . I could not understand how it is possiable ? Why my offer validity is till 17/09/2015 ( only 3 days after 48 hours of recharge) it must be till 14/10/2015. Instantely I called 198 and try to complain about it but customer survice person did't took my complain. It's a cheating and unethical . Please help me . I could not understand what to do now.       My broadband is not working for past 10 days and even after continous calls to your representative, the issue has not been resolved. The representative is even wasting my time. He tells me to stay at home for a visit but does not come. This is pathetic service quality. Please do something about it as it as costed me a lot of money and leaves from office. Today also, he told me that he will visit by 9. I am still waiting for him. He does not pick up the phone most of the times. He is saying he will come by 11. Today also, I will get a half day because of him. If my complaint is not resolved by 11 today and proper compensation not paid for all this harassment and my time that is being wasted, I will terminate my services will airtel.       Issue has not been resolved. I terminated the connection. Then your retention team convinced me to continue with the connection. They said that the same will be reactivated within a day. It has been a week and the same has not been reactivated. I have taken off from work today also and waiting for their call. My landline number was[protected].
      If today, the connection is not reactivated, I will file a formal complaint in the consumer court. Needless to say, I will get another connection and never recommend airtel to anybody and also transfer my phone, tv and 4g connections from airtel to other vendors.
      Issue has sill not been resolved and Airtel keeps providing false information like my address in not valid, there is internal wiring issue and keep closing the complaints.

I was expecting some fruit full solution but I get some hilarious reply “There is no site currently planned for the mentioned area.             Dear Sir, My airtel 4g no. is [protected].I asked for deactivation of my airtel explicitly in a call with the custmer care executive of airtel on 26 june 2015.I was under the impression that my no. would be deactivated but i kept getting bill.I contacted them to find out that no deactivation request was registered.But now they want to pay about 2600 bill .Needless to mention my data usage for two months is 0.00.kindly check the call interaction i had with the executive on 26 june 2015.

              Sir 1 I had applied for 3G registration and gave Rs 1000. I called to customer care, but no one has helped me. I am mailing them from last three months, they just reply to wait for 24 or 48 hours. I don't know which kind of people they are 2 I wish to submit the following few facts for your attention please. 3 CASE BRIEF : With all humility I approached airtel for a new broadband connection on 26 May 2015, but received no response from their side. I again approached airtel on 29 May 2015 and they responded on 01 Jun 2015, wherein their rep Mr Harish came and collected Rs 1000/ as security money without giving any receipt after checking the feasibility of broadband connection at my residence. Thereafter neither any communication was made by airtel nor we were informed about the installation details till date. 4 Then I decided not to install your broadband connection and asked for refund of my money. I approached airtel and after that series of Emails have been exchanged between me and airtel customer support team wherein they promised to refund my money but nothing has happened and we are still standing at the same place.They require some CAF no which I am not having. 5 Now the following details are available with me which I am fwd to you to trace out the details and refund my money.                 The airtel TV is going to no signal state frequently and when asked for technical support, we are asked to pay for the service. The issue occurs more than twice with in a month and the reason given for the issue is invalid such as antenna was move by someone where there is no option to do that. It seems, they are purposefully doing this to earn money from the customer for services. When requested for remote, they gave a remote which is only mute was not working. When called customer care, again the came and did something to resolve the issue and got paid for that. One more instance when there was no signal issue, they asked to change the entire set top box saying it is not working. When we fought and left it as such for 2 days, it was working automatically. How come the malfunction device could work automatically. Then comes the repeated no signal issue and reason given was antenna not in correct position and services was done at payment. Airtel cheating innocent people with these kind of issues and started their earning. If people asked questions with technical details, they are not responding properly and talking rude to the customer to do whatever we can. Hope, they think, people can't do anything since they had grown to some level. Requesting people to put on helping hands to teach them what public can do and power of people united together.

                  I hold a Airtel post paid connection from last six year,

                  This month when I got my bill and surprised that using of internet .Usually my bill came with in Rs.600 to 700 maximum is 800/-.This month it is come around 1600/- and mainly using of internet data though I am not using so much of internet data.

                  Two time I am complained through your 121 customer care service and your executive told me that I can't do anything I escalate the meter to my higher authority and you will get a call with in 24hr, but till date no body is contacted me from your side .

                  Request you kindly look in to the matter and solve it ASAP otherwise I will choose alternate way.

                    Hello, Its really unfortunate that people have to spend their time on writing such complaints. Airtel is monitoring my phone numbers, whats app messages, the data being browsed using airtel gprs connectivity is shared to external without any permission. This is happening from last more than 4 months. Have reported all these details to airtel cusomer care multi-ple times but there is no re[censored]ion. Moreover customer care guys ask to switch to 4G without giving any valid reason. How ethical and fair to do all this illegal things by Airtel. Moreover they also disconnect the GSM conenctivity as per their wish and will. There is recognition for the cusomers who have been using this service for last so many years Regards, Advait [protected]
                    After writing this complaint on web, airtel is troubling more intentionally and is involved in other personal and professional matters. So whatever advertisements AIRTEL is showing on TV/media with "decorated" slogans, they say "Dikhave pe na jao"...Generally, after writing complaint any organisation should try to improve the situation or provide more freebies for a long time.
                    The intention behind starting the business was not to get into personal and/or professional matters...Hope other service providers (internet, mobile)are not doing this...this will malign their image in an intense manner.

                    There is no resolution yet on this issue nor the GPRS connectivity is unavailable even after paying the charges. This means airtel is ripping the customers and have taken them for a ride, with revenue being continuous to AIRTEL. Otherwise this message will go viral soon with people around will stop using airtel.

                      I bought a 4g dongle I have submitted proofs correctly and verified the same and it was working fine for few days when I came to my home town and tried to connect the dongle wizard says I am not registered to the network and this damn airtel tower is few yards from my door step yet it shows only 3G signal then why in this world airtel advertised for 4G

                        Wrong bill was presented after changing my postpaid plan. Not informed of the percussion of changing a plan in middle of the month. They charged my free data usage as normal usage and presented bill of around 12000/-. I have been paying regularly but this is extortion.

My query is if my payment get delayed by 1 or 2 days your team is on action to disconnect the connection and sending to much of SMSs for payment remainders when come to resolving issue serving logger duration and there is no proper response . and the charges will be happen as per the bill plan no matter whether network worked or not … Since last three days I was begging your call centre team to provide alternative solution at least convert me into 2G network since I have lot work to done from home using internet but your call centre team have been trained in a such manner that “ they say sorry and give date “ nothing else. Thank god one of my friend guide me to change network in my mobile itself from 4G to 3G. I was very happy with Vodafone network, one of your sales executive suggested me to step in Airtel for better coverage area, since when I start using Airtel issues has been raised 10 times more than the other network and bill pay doubled what I use to pay to previous network and the service part Airtel is nowhere stands with others service providers over all my experience with Airtel is Worst … Request you to look into it and provide satisfactory resolution Mobile number :- [protected] 4G internet ( Wifi netsetter) :- [protected]

When I tried to cross-question him, he disconnected the call. Hence for this reason I am checking as complaint resolved. Expecting that complaint and the phone number would not be visible to others. Because I didn't get any option to erase the complaint.

                                  I have submitted the form and required documents for Airtel broadband connection on 11/07/2015. The details have been entered into their system two days later and they sent me fixed line account no. [protected] and installation order no. 37891863. Two days after getting these details I've asked my previous internet service provider(Hathway) to remove his connection. As per Airtel's rules, they have to give the connection within 3 after receiving the documents. But they didn't give it till 17th July and I called their customer care and raised a complaint. I also explained that my previous broadband connection has been removed anticipating Airtel to give its connection and so, I need the connection quickly. On 17th again, when I called them, they said that the connection would be given by the end of that day at any cost. But guess what, till 30th July I kept calling and mailing them and they kept telling that it is delayed due to technical reasons and it will be given soon. On 30/07/2015, they sent a mail telling that the connection cannot be given due to technical issues. I sent a mail to customer care, and then Nodal officer and then Appellate authority saying that I disconnected my previous broadband because of commitment given by Airtel regarding the connection. Also, to get that connection back, I should pay the installation charges. But everyone replied "Sorry, we can't give you the connection.". They didn't say a word about the discomfort caused to me due to disconnection of previous broadband and the money I need to pay as installation charges for no good reason. Since 40 days, I've been sending mails to different levels and got fed up with their replies. Finally, I hoped Airtel would pay the installation charges at least, to make up for the false commitment. That didn't happen too. If the connection cannot be given, why was the opposite of it informed to me for 13 days? How did Airtel, 17 days after taking the request, discover that connection cannot be given? What about the trouble caused to the customer due to false commitments? Airtel customer care too, has become a rubbish. Cost cuttings, I guess. It used to be a lot better about 3 years ago.

                                  This is what Airtel kept doing through out. They'll say 'We'll look into it.' Then they'll never get back. It has been 6 days since they posted their comment giving acknowledgement, but till now, nothing else. This is why I said their customer care sucks. They just proved it again.
                                  I asked Airtel for broadband connection. They say that its 300m away for installation address, so they can't give connection. I really need broadband connection. In my area other providers are not available. Only Airtel Xtreme is available. Their agent say ask someone other people if they are interested in connecting then only the will connection to me . But in my are no body is going to get a connection, because they are basically not earning that well . Airtel please help ...

                                    Hi There, Initially I was using vodafone connection and then did MNP to AIRTEL. Now, it is since 28th Aug 2015, they collected my document, then vodafone, discontinued their service. And still airtel guys have not sent me my sim card. when I call them they keep promising "Sir, card aaj aa jayega..." And by the time it is evening, they send sms on my another number stating "SIM card kal pakka aa jayega..." sort of. This is kind of service airtel is giving. Main problem is I can not give up this number, as it is registered with almost all services I am using. How can I sort this out...

                                      Team, this is with regard to the broadband services which i am availing from Airtel. Since July'15, my devise is not working and i have registered 6 complaints with the service provider on this, to which i get no response from them. i have been paying a bill of Rs 1133 every month from July till Aug for the services which i have not even availed off. i would like to bring to your notice that Airtel has sent me the Sep'15 bill as well for the same amount which i am not ready to pay now. Request you to please assist in getting this waived and also ask them to refund my previous bills as the services were not availed for which i have paid. i have raised the complain again yesterday vide complain no 64780015 to which the company is saying that they will waive Rs 500 rs for my future bills for three months. they had committed that they would send someone by today 9.00 am to rectify the issue to which no action was taken. As a consumer my concern is why should i be paying Rs 500 also for the devise which is not operating. Please assist in deactivating this valueless service and arrange for my refunds.                                       Your team continues to write me emails asking me to pay my Sep bill for the services which i have not used.

                                      On top of that they deliberately failed to resolve my complain and now have sent me one more email to pay Oct proportionate charges.

                                      I am not understaning what type of consumer servicer are you providing. Now i am going to post this is the social media saying that your Airtel 4G advertisments are all fake since your service is pathetic but you want to be paid for your useless service as well.

                                        I didnot use my 4G wifi from 20th and 27th june 2015. When I attempted using the wifi it was very slow inspite of it being the start of the billing cycle. I callee airtel's call center and was surprised to hear that my 7GB has been consumed. The billing cycle started on the 20th. It is not possible to use 7GB when the wifi was not used!. The wifi is password protected. I sent several mails to [protected]@airtel.com asking them to provide the website details which have been visited using my connection but after months of biting around the bush, tjhey finally told me that they cannot give me the list of websited visited as it was user personal data. I am the user here but I was denied my only way of proving that it was not me who had used the data. I didnot use my wifi after this incident and now airtel is demanding bills of those periods as well! I want a complete detail of the websites visited in the month of May, June and july 2015. My LTE airtel data card number is : [protected]
