Please note that I had a really horrible experience from your Field Engineer. The service engineer name is Gireesh. Complaint Number is 46767668. Here's what happened: I called Customer Care for relocation of Pune to Bangalore. I requested them for a new dish as I misplaced my dish in Pune however I have the set top box with me. They said they will send service engineer to fix the dish at the new location in Bangalore on 12/09/15. A service engineer named Gireesh came to my house and he asked me why I didn't inform him to bring Dish . I told him I already informed Customer Care guys about it. He started abusing me and told me it is not the customer care guys that needs to be informed its him. I asked him how I can inform him as he just contacted me now. I told him its the responsibility of the customer care and himself to find out the details of all that. He again started abusing in bad language. I told him I will call customer care and update them on this. Then he became soft and told me not to do so as he will have to pay penalty for it. I said ok . Then he told me to give the set top box card .I asked him why he needs it. He initially hesitated and later told me that he needs it for changing the status of ticket to resolved state. I asked him how he can change the status when it is still not resolved . He then got angry and told me that he will come tomorrow otherwise. I told him I was waiting from him since 12 noon and I wont be available next day. He told he cant come and asked me to do whatever I can. I made numerous calls to customer care regarding this. Still no resolution was done. Twice they connected me to Field Manager, everytime the Field Manager told me that they will call back within 5 minutes. But they didn't .Field Manager name was mentioned as Prakash. He never called back. Later I called Customer care and they informed me that they will take action against the field engineer and inform me by 3p.m next day.Complaint Number .is 46767668 I am still not convinced about their commitment to customers like us. I faced horrible experience from your service engineers and customer care officers. Is this the way you treat your customers? Is this the commitment you give customers? I wasted my one whole day calling customer care and waiting for the dish to be fixed. I valued Airtel for almost 2years till now but sill I received this kind of experience from you guys. But now I am seriously thinking of other options.You never value me as a customer and didn't provide me any resolution.I am planning to campaign against this on all platforms and also on customer grievance forum. Please at least take care as to how the people you employ on your company are. It is these people who represent your reputed company .It feels really bad for me to take connection from Airtel now on. I will not recommend Airtel to anyone again. I hope you will take some genuine action and provide me update on this.

    I had 799-MH plan active on my no. i.e. [protected] that gave me 35 packs, few airtel executives came to my company informing that 899-Corp plan will give me 45 packs. I requested for the plan but they activated 35 packs in 899. I was paying 100 rs extra without any extra benefit. I protested and wrote a mail to appellate, they realized the mistake and told me they will activate 45 packs in 899 next month since airtel does not allow more than one bill plan change per month. Next month when i wrote the mail and requested them to fulfill the promise, they refused saying its not possible. The next day they agreed again but two days later they again refused. Then i told them to activate my old plan i.e. 35 packs in 799, the appellate activated that plan on 30/06/2015 but disable my 3g service. After writing several mails, finally after 15 days they realised the technical mistake at their end. Then i received 3 months bill with lot of mistakes, i was charged on the basis of wrong bill plan. I told appellate about it and they promised to give me 1000 waiver in next bill and told me to pay the remaining amount. After next bill got generated, i wrote a mail to them but they refused to give me waiver and today i got a disconnection alert from airtel. For last 3 months i have been harassed by Airtel.

      There are almost no airtel signal in my home. There are 3 airtel connections in my house : [protected], [protected], [protected]. I have complained many ties in last 1 year to airtel but my problem was never address. request you to pls. resolve the issue at the earliest.

        Slow Network

        Dear Sir/Madam, I am using Airtel for data network. It has 3G service but speed of network is like 1G. On the name of 3G data services you are providing is very slow.         Account number : [protected] On 18/8/15 paid Rs.1140 for Airtel Broadband connection, was promised connection in 2 days.Got connection on 24/8/15 after making 12 calls to different Airtel officials. Now internet/landline is down from 8/9/15, raised Complaint on 9th(complaint no.59421404 dated 9/9/15) till now no one has attended.Called up customer service 5 times, mailed to airtel Nodal officer till no response. It is better to avoid Airtel Broadband/Landline they have worst service.I have opted for Airtel by mistake.I am planning to discontinue Airtel and take some other .

          You have not resolved my complaint [protected] PR[protected] and moreover you have not replied my email which I sent on 10/9/2015. I am feeling harassed. Yesterday, Again Rs. 200/- (approximately) have been deducted from my main a/c balance without any information. This act is repeated in the past also and I am feeling cheated. Look into the matter and return all the amount deducted from main balance without information. My alternate contact number is [protected]. Moreover take corrective measure so that you do not deduct amount from main balance without any information.

          After posting this complaint, I received a fraud call from [protected] (R K Sharma, Airtel office, New delhi) to posted mobile number. he asked me to give credit card details and bank a/c to transfer money deducted.


          Please take action against him if it is fraud.

            Virender kumar this side i am airtel postpaid number user from last 3 - 4 year and now i am having issue its might be a “sim swap fraud”

            Call from airtel on 2th - sep - 2015 regards my airtel number (91 - [protected])

            Calling number [protected] (Agent smita from airtel)
            Gsm number available since 2012
            Network operator: idea cellular limited
            Location: delhi metro (Includes ncr, faridabad, ghaziabad, gurgaon & noida)

            Name samita from airtel she already have details of airtel number ([protected]) usages and suggesting me to state transfer punjab to delhi and i agreed on that. Port out request sent by me for state transfer (Same confirm from 121 for transfer procedure) and i did the same within 48 hours one person come at my place for documents collection and give me the receipt and asking for rs. 250 so i denied for activation fee.
            Today 12th sep 2015 near 04:30am i called on 121 helpline and they inform me my number is disconnected from airtel and the new sim number if reflecting on their system is also different and i heard in new about sim swap fraud so i am worry about that because my all e - mails and bank information linked with this number.

            Please find below attachments for more investigation and resolve the issue as soon i need my number back

              I have buy a new sim. I submitted all the document and the address verification is also done then after that, my sim outgoing is blocked and when I enquiry with the airtel customer care every one is saying the different thing. Finally I talk to the guy from whom I purchased the sim(airtel center) and he said it will be activated soon(in few hours) as the address verification information was not updated. But when after some hours wait it was not activated, I called the customer care again he said it is temporary barred and you have to do all the process again. First they don't provide the correct information second instead of activating the sim they have barred it without any notice of any kind. That too when my address verification was done. And why i have to submit my documents again its already been submitted once. I have to call them 5 times and visit the airtel center once and still I have to do all that again.

                Sir, I m Vrushali Lanjewar from Amravati and a Airtel Prepaid subscriber [protected]. I have done a recharge of Rs 120/- due to advance loan 10/- also deducted which is fine. My current balance is Rs.105.5 on 10/09/2015 after complaining in Airtel care. Before making on 8/10/2015 at 10 am from [protected] complaint it was Rs107.00 (which is also after deduction balance) But after that my daily balance is deducted 1 or 2 or 1.5 Rs. So, I complaint them about this but did not work. Please find why balance is deducted as there is no services activated and no calls or sms carried out till the date. So, kindly handle this query about deduction. Also please refund my deducted money and try to verify any services charges and deactivate it.

                    I have applied for the airtel broad band connection on 5th September 2015 by giving the documents required and the money in cash, as required by the airtel representative. I have received the message to mu mobile on 8th September by stating the account no.[protected] and order no.41299896. After the message there was no response or call from the airtel for the connection matter. After several follow up, today 11th September I got the reply from customer care executive that connection not possible due to some technical issue. Airtel is giving the connection to my building in recent time also, so technically its viable and nobody checked physically about the connection feasibility. In this case I would like take your attention in to the following matters • No response from the airtel team • Need much follow up to get any update and poor response from the local airtel representative • Technical feasibility never check and didn’t get any call for the same. • Money held with airtel for long time.

                      My internet is not working from Sep 2, 2015. I have registered a complaint also on the same day. They told that it will be resolved by 4 Sep, 2015. But it is not. Daily i need to take follow up about my complaint they say that it will be resolved by TODAY. But their 'today 'never appears. Its really very frustrating for us. My question is if am not using internet connection from past 10 days then why should I pay the bill . Who will give me the compensation for that. They did not show any interest.                         I was using 3G internet with 3G pack that time my 3G balance was 853 MB and Main balance was almost 900 after 15 min. my main balance was 0.00 and 3G balance was 15 mb left after that i called customer care then they told me you are using Internet and your 3G balance was not sufficient for internet so we deduct amount from your main balance then i asked him why i didn't get any massage from your side about 3G balance like that your balance is low, please recharge etc and now you are saying your main balance can not refund in your account. Airtel is very big name in tale com sector why they are using this type of mistake my number is [protected]

I called to customer care for 2 time first time Service Specialist suggested me for FRC 62, Recharge was successfully done but still outgoing calls are not happening and 2nd time Service Specialist is saying your number is not activated. I want to know why it was not activated after 24 hours also ?? My sim was ported on 9/9/2015 10:44:00 PM still I am not able to call outgoing calls Please take this as high priority.                             I, Prajin Ravindran have been harassed by Airtel Radix Solution, which I believe is a agency related to Airtel. I had applied for Broadband connection through Airtel and got a call from Airtel Radix Solution saying your area is feasible and would require documents (Passport size photograph and aadhar for address and identification) from me, I had shared the documents through email to asha.[protected]@gmail.com as requested by Airtel Radix Solution on 31 Aug. I received a call back from Airtel Radix Solution saying you will need to pay an installation amount of Rs1000INR, which was duly paid to the collection executive with Receipt number 6751 from Airtel Radix Solution for which was receipt was sent through email airtel.[protected]@gmail.com. I doubted this to be fraudulent since I had not got a application number, after repeated followups they gave me the application number tblr7006250. From last one week i have been trying to reach them and they either disconnect the call or pick and say will call you back. I tried calling Airtel broadband customer care and the representative I spoke does not even know how to convey a message, and the status I got from him was connection will not be given as there is no feasibility. Either Airtel Radix Solution or Airtel needs to look into this at serious concern. 1. While Airtel broadband website (http://www.airtel.in/broadband-and-fixed-line/broadband/reach-airtel/broadband-... the address from the consumer under "get a new connection now" why is not the feasibility checked at that time? 2. Application is filled and while the address proof is given, why is not the feasibility checked at that time? 3. When the executive collects the cash for the connection, why is not the feasibility checked at that time? 4. If Airtel is not able to provide connections in parts of a Metro, why is there a false promise given to the consumers 5. If your connectivity partners are unable to provide service why do you deal with them and give false promises to consumers? I am not worried about the connection anymore, I see service of your kind is just to harass consumers and make money, there is protocol for every process and yet this is still not stream lined. I will only wait until Monday [14th Sep] within then if I don't get a response or if my issue is not solved by providing service, then I am sorry to say I will reach out to the highest possible please where I can deal this.

                                  08/09/2015 around 17.37 I received a SMS from your side saying if I recharge my account under Special offer with 2410 to renew pack for 10 months & get 2 extra month free. I tried to reach your call center but they are unaware of this Special Offer. Still I have recharge the same. Now I want a confirmation for the same. I have also sent a mail to Nodel office, Please look into the following communication as you only send me SMS for special offer to recharge and now your call center says they are not aware of such offer when I have recharge immediately as asked by you without even hours delay.. and now you don't keep your words of Two months additional benefit to me .. Why? Or is a regular practice to cheat and play dubious practice to send such SMS by AIRTEL In other case I might have gone for regular recharge option if they haven't send me this SMS where I have paid 11 month subscription and taken one month free benefit but due to this SMS I have opt this is that my mistake to trust #AIRTEL DTH SMS

When I recharge of Rs. 100/- on[protected] then AIRTEL recovered 15 additional charges. I talk with customer care they reply to me this is advance net package charge of Rs.15/-. I am not satisfied with customer care reply. I feel cheat. How to possible advance charge Rs. 15/- more than one day internet package of Rs. 5/ without balance in my account.

                                      Respected Sir/Madam, I have activated 3G 1gb data plan from online best offer on 1st sep 2015 on my mobile num-[protected] and as per the offer I got double benefits so I got 1.8gb data as per the offer.Yesterday I checked my data balance and it was showing 1300mb pending after that I put data connection off and now without any usage my balance is showing only 300mb. I am not using any Google app and you tube even I am not downloading any video or image on what's app also I have checked in my handset data usage its showing 719mb used only from 1sep to till date.so kindly help with my remaining 800mb data. As I am facing problem first time form airtel otherwise service is good even I visited in store also for the same but they told me that they can't do anything. so help me.
