3g usage

I had 1Gb plan to be expired on 23 july and had a balance of 430 MB at the start of the 9th july 2015. I use 3g only for whatsapp and few websites, maximum of 50MB per day.. suddenly the whole 400 MB and my balance of 400 rs from main account has been deducted. where as the 3g was used only for 5-10 minutes. Last time i had recharged 1Gb plan which lasted just for 2 days, most of the time i was using my wifi during those 2 days. I dont get...

Recharge of 3g not done and amount not refunded

I purchased the captioned sim for prepaid connection on 08.07.2015 at 11.00 am from Airtel gallery at Mira Road East, District Thane. The credit limit will get increased automatically without customer permission in Aitel. I have requested many times Airtel customer care to reduce the credit limit .But intentionally they did not do it. Since my credit limit was more than 4000, I got a bill of 4300 for the month of July 2015. This is purely mistake of Airtel. They are asking me to pay Rs4300 for their mistakes. I need help from GOVT of India to take necessary action on Airtel....

Wi - fi is not working properly.
