    I had purchased a new sim card on[protected] and it was activated only on[protected] and that too after several requests to the Airtel office in ITPL, Bangalore. I had requested for a nano sim and I was told to activate the nano sim through my current airtel sim. I did the same with the steps (provided by the airtel staff) on[protected] at 20:17 and my nano sim was supposed to be activated within 15 minutes. Now the current time is 12:[protected]. I have been experiencing a very bad service from Airtel. I want a solution as soon as possible.
    Airtel customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
    I too have bad experience from Airtel office in ITPL, Bangalore. They are totally irresponsible. I have ported Airtel just because of their irresponsibility. Services of Airtel stores are getting worse day by day.
    Airtel in India is really worst nowadays. My friend also had bad experience from Airtel office in ITPL. Is airtel aware of this? Pathetic Service..!!

      Dear, I paid my postpaid bill due via online on 23rd July 2015, while making the payment it seems that I have entered the number wrongly, my number being [protected] I entered [protected] which I noticed only after 4 days when I read the payment confirmation mail sent to my mail I'd.I paid Rs.570/- via online using my IOB credit card ending with 7192 on 23 July 2015 vide transaction Id 280519.the trail mail shows you the exact details... When contacted the customer care they do not have any option of helping to redirect the money wrongly paid to my number. Even the team leader Mr. Ramesh whom I spoke has no option for it.. The most ridiculous thing they told, they can help if the number which I wrongly entered is a prepaid one... Very strange and disappointed to receive a reply from a service provider like Airtel.Moreover, they want me to speak to the customer of wrongly paid number to return apparently when i contacted is a old woman who took the phone had no clue and behaved arrogantly and scolded me not to disturb her as its my mistake... YES I truly understand its my mistake of oversight but Airtel too must have an option to save ppl like me... As ppl. are busy nowadays who will take pains to sort others problem, I can't blame the old lady too... Who has no clue abt this... I humbly request Airtel to redirect the money to my account ...         Dear Sir/Ma’am, It took me several visits to the Airtel Store to get a valid SIM for converting my Post – Paid plan to a Pre Paid plan in the last 15 days till they finally handed me a new SIM as my Pre – Paid Card. How ever on July 28, 2015 at about 8.00 PM, Airtel simply discontinued my number from service. All outgoing and incoming calls are barred and when someone calls the message played is – This Number does not exist.           In first week of this month I recharged my no. [protected] from official website 4 discounted local calls @ 1.6 p for 2 sec till 56 days with 105 rupees . After successful recharge I didn't get the same because according to customer care this scheme was till 6 June 15 and after that 105 rupees recharge is for discounted local calls for night. When I asked why after month sites giving this option to customers online, they have no answer. I 4 time called at customers care and 2 time mailed but they are try to kidding me. till now official site shows same option. I send them fotos of the page as they asked me. Every time they repeat same arguments I try to convince me that you got that one for which you apply after my argument and demand they did promise me your problem will solve in two days but not till now

            Dear Sir, Myself Jayakumar from Bangalore, I am facing deactivation issue for 4G LTE number [protected]. I have given a request to convert this connection from post-paid to pre-paid on 21st May by paying all the dues till that time. I have been told that it will be done within 48 hours, but they never did that on time. They were ignoring my calls and mails with the clear intention to delay the closure. After many follow-ups via mails and calls, they finally did so on 1st of June. I thought the whole issue got resolved and I was not using this connection since then. Now for the past 5 days, Airtel billing department is calling and harassing me to pay the balance due for the rest 10 days on the same number. How am I responsible for the delay on their side???             Hello,

            It's over 2 weeks and I am still waiting for the update on this from Airtel. Another classic example of poor and delayed service and they want the customer to suffer and pay the penalty for their delay.

              Incident Date:- 27-July-2015 Client Name - Praveen Kathait I am writing this complaint with deep dissatisfaction and frustration. I am using Airtel Prepaid mobile number and till yesterday I had around 500 MB of 3G data and around 220 Rs. of Talk Time in it. Evening around 8 pm I used I mobile internet for an hour without browing any heavy site and download. After 1 hour net stopped working and I found that I mobile ran out of balance all my 500 MB data was consumed as well. Upon calling Airtel customer care I didn't got any valid justification and they were trying to mislead me with some non acceptable reason. When I asked for details they were unable to answer some of my query. In past as well I have been using this type of service and data is never consumed this way. I am feeling very cheated the way they responsed and the way they work. Resolution - I want my talk time to be refuned which I recharged on 21-July-2015.

                i have applied & Paid Airtel broad band connection onine on 20th Jul 2015. Till date there is no response from Airtel representsatives. Whenever i call them they are saying Tomorrow we will call and confirm you for connection. i registered complaint through Customer complaint mailsas below appellate.[protected]@in.airtel.com nodal.[protected]@in.airtel.com Alteast Nodal guys replying will resolve in 4days but 8days completed. Appellate respresentative not even replying to the complaint registered through mail. I need the connection or the amount need to get repaid immediately. atleast i can buy from other internet provideres. I though their service will be good.Only in the Advertisement their service is good not meeting customer expectations. If you are not able to provide such response remove all your online services.                   I'm Manoj kumar my mobile number is [protected]. I'm charging Rs.2 paisa/sec (i.e) Rs.1.20/minute for every local calls. TARI has slashed mobile call charges on April 9, 2015 reference link http://www.thehindu.com/business/Industry/trai-slashes-ceiling-tariffs/article70... but still Airtel is charging higher rate without following TRAI norms. not only call charges SMS also charging Rs. 1/ Sms. As per TRAI norm telecom operator can charge maximum Rs. 80/paisa for roaming. for non roaming it will be even lesser price only.. For SMS Rs. 25 paisa/sms but Airtel is charging Rs.1 for SMS. It is against consumer rights. Kindly take necessary actions.

                    I am a regular customer of airtel for past 9 years. I hope you would be able to resolve my request. I did an online recharge from airtel.in, The recharge was done for an amount of 599 (10GB 2G plan). The recharge was intended for “[protected]”, but instead it went to “[protected]”.                         Sir i check offer from *121*1# which is airtel my offer enquiry. . There is given that in ₹46 you get 500mb 2g data for 14 days. But when i recharge by ₹46 i got 130mb 3g for 4days. . . And when i called costumer care they told we can't do anything and talk very rudely. I want my money back or my 500mb.

                          The thing is I was getting multiple miss calls from below mentioned mobile numbers and expecting that u will be able to help me. But u r not able to understand so may be category i choose is wrong. Sorry please close this complaint. By the way their r so many people who r receiving marketing calls ever after activiting DND service. So i m still woundering i[censored] r providing help for them on this topic.                             Dear Sir, Myself Nikhil from bangalore, am facing deactivation issue for airtel number [protected]. Problem with this number is since April 2015. I'd to pay a outstanding of 3000, inspite of not using number for over a month. After clearing the outstanding i was told the number would be deactivated within 24 hours, but they never deactivated. All my efforts to deactivate were ignored. Now since 3 days Airtel sales department are calling and harrasing me to pay 2800 due for the same number. Am fed up with the whole issue.                               my last 2 online recharge was unsuccessfull through mobikwik mobile app. 1. First recharge on 10/7/2015 for mobile date for amoubnt of RS.95 and 2.second recharge on 12/7/2015 full talktime of RS.200. AMOUNT IS DEDUCTED FROM MY ACCOUNT BUT NO RECHARGE DONE. I contacted Airtel customer care, they said after 10days my amount will be credited to my account but still no update on this.. i need my amount RS 29s immediately ASSIST ME ASAP.                                 I am having problem with receiving OTP messages for - Online Wallets, Email Logins etc. Banking messages like balance enquiry, ATM withdrawal or Internet banking messages. Also some OTPs are coming very late which is no use. ( Because OTPs are valid for 10 Min) I Complained on Airtel Customer Care ( Dated 27.07.2015 & Customer care Executive Name - Anjum Ansari ) and they said de register your DND (do not Disturb) application. Since these are not Promotional/advertisements SMS how can airtel stop delivering these sms. From last 3 to 4 years I activated my full Do not Disturb Service and never faced above problem. Now i am facing above problem After porting my mobile no to Airtel from Idea. Because of these i could not login to email accounts/on-line wallets, unable to do on-line money transactions etc.. Also I rechecked with my bank, Online Wallet providers and they re confirmed that my register mobile no is same as was previous and No problem from there side.                                 Thank you for solving the above mentioned problem. But some day back I was getting some promotional SMS and hence raised complained for the same on 1909. After this new complaint again I am not getting OTP SMS/messages as described in my 1st Complaint dated 27.07.15.

                                Please Solve above problem as soon as possible since i could not log in to my email & Bank accounts.

                                    This is bring to your kind attention that under named is the customer of bharti airtel ltd. Since last more than 10 years and having a post paid mobile no. [protected].

                                    Yesterday, i have received my outstanding bill of rs. 1635. 21 against above mentioned mobile number out of this the service provider has charged rs. 814. 71 + service tax for excess data usage, which i have not used.

                                    Further, i have given complaint trice to the service provide e - mail id i. E. [protected]@in. Airtel.com to provide usage details (Particular for the charges of rs. 814. 71) for which they have billed against data charges.
                                    Each and every time they are giving diplomatic reply to the below mentioned customer and they are giving only quantum data of the usage which can not fulfill my requirement.

                                    Hence, you are requested to provide the solution for un due charges as asked by the service provider further, i am enclosing herewith the last data balance usage message received from service provider on 22. 07. 2015 (The last date of billing cycle) which can prove that data provided by the service provider is totally fake.

                                    You are requested to do the needful and provide the solution for the same.

                                      I am prepaid airtel customer owning no [protected].l. immediately i got a message from last two years Hot Chillies service has been renewed and you have been charged Rs 35.0 from your aitel mobile a/c. I dont know without my concern how can they deduct.please deactivate above services immediately.

                                        We need back our recharge money which has been deducted by air tel with out our concern. It has been happen many times not with me but with other customers also. May be as a company your intention is good for customer but service has a big fault.
                                        We have your prepaid no [protected] since many years. We taken net in month of may for one month only no renewal has been ask from air tel to us and money has been deducted today rs 298. While we put the money to recharge our phone. I need a solution immediately or i have to go whataps to inform this cheating to my group how the customer has been cheated with out his concern by air tel
