We had been calling several times to the customer care of AIRTEL but no body is providing any solutions. We are tired of calling again and again but the problem is not getting resolved since a year. Off late the problem has increased so much that we are not able to attend any calls at our residence address:Upkar apartment Mayur Vihar phase 1 extnt. We called customer care on 16 July 2015, we told them our problem being faced that the network problem is there at our residence. The employee only listened to the problem and confirmed me that I will receive call from the escalation team by evening . The interaction no. Is [protected]. Waiting for a day's time specially taking off from office to get the issue resolved as it has become a big problem to us. The network is not there on all the cell phones at our residence. As expected I didn't receive any call from your side. Then I called up again, andi was told that the concerned employee has not raised any complaint. I spoke to Dev rath vide interaction no. [protected] I Insisted him to Make me speak to the manager for at least making him realise that he had wasted someone's full day only because of the careless attitude. But again as expected he did not make me speak to the manager. I asked him to make me speak to the second in charge in case the manager is not there but he didn't make me speak to anybody. He said he will get a call arranged, in 4 hours time. But to no surprise, I didn't receive any call. The next day, somebody called from [protected], he was ready to disclose his designation despite asking him again n again. He called on the cell phone, despite telling that there is a network problem at our home. I could not hear what is he saying, neither he could listen to my problem. He didn't have this professionalism to give a call back in case it was disconnected. When I called back it says it's an incorrect no. I only want that my problem to resolve, after having such a bad experience from executive to seniors. I am not at all satisfied with Airtel.
