Airtel, It is seeming damn silly by looking at the service being provided by one of the reputed service providers in India. I am using airtel postpaid connection : [protected] Last week I was on travel to Andhra Pradesh and i requested for free incoming on roaming pack. After few hours of this request my sim card stopped working, showing no service on the signal bar. After restarts, i requested my co-passenger's mobile to make a call to airtel customer care, then i got to know that my number hasbeen barred with no reason( even customer service representatives are not sure about the reason) somehow they placed a request to unbar and the time given was 30mins. I re-tried after 30mins .. same problem i had seen.. again called up customer care and now the time limit is 4 hrs.. it was looking so awful by seeing the random timelimits giving by customer care executives. Thinking customers are fools and ready to accept everything conveyed by them. Eagerly waited for 4 hrs.. again called... now the new drama started.. latest drama's time limit is 24 hrs. Still not worse.. i waited for 24 hrs.. by losing all the communication with my relatives, friends and colleagues.. Imagine my position in a new place, , having iphone in my hand and no option to make calls or send sms. Again called up customer care.. probably 10th time after this complaint raised.. funny thing was they didn't even have my details in their database.. they need to update it seems.. Alright... after 72-hours.. my situation getting worse.. living like an orphan in a remote place.. Atlast.. returned to bangalore.. Still not resolved.. Visited a relationship center at Doopanahalli, Indiaranagar.. there the new series of drama started.. they asked me to submit proofs and photograph, .. as they will swap my number to new simcard. Pathetic.. having no mistake done from my side... i had to submit proofs and photograph by wasting my time.. for the technical issue they are facing whihc is unknown to them.. Did that.. submitted documents and time limit given was 2hrs.. Visited the relationship center twice after submitting docs.. now they are finiding new reasons to escape.. they are not reachable on phone.. they don't even pick our calls.. by luck if they attend.. we have to make up our mind to accept the irresponsible reply from them.. Their ultimate conclusion was.. you can escalate it to the higher management if you want.. :( Awful part is.. My number is still not active... Hoping i will runaway from airtel soon...     The best service provider of mobile service once upon a time has fallen to last in the list of performance. This latest business technique started just after huse campaign of Post paid service, now it is understood why this campaign of capturing customer was done. Please tell us that you cannot manage the show now then quit the space deliver it to others. If you can't provide prime location of Kolkata then you should go to south Africa itself. Sell your service to some small players they will manage it better than you(AIRTEL)

      I raised a request for port my mobile number [protected] (its a Vodafone Hyderabad) to Airtel Delhi/NCR circle, for which I gave all my documents along with initial security deposit of Rs 250/- on 14th July. Same was process by Airtel on 15th July. My porting request was approved by my old service provider and porting was supposed to be done on 21st July, 2015 at 11:45 PM. Now my old sim is not working as porting is done, but on the other hand my new Airtel sim is also not working. My UPC : VA132111 Mobile No : [protected] My mobile is not working as Airtel sim is not activated, I tried to call 59059 to get my sim activated, but I can not make even this call with my new sim. I got the new sim on 14th July itself at the time of document submission. My address is verified as I got the SMS for the same. Also, I am keep on getting SMS that 'Activation request not received. Please retry later.' Request you to kindly look into the issue on urgent priority as my number is not available because of the Airtel Sim Activation delay.       I have also raised my concern to Appellate and visited Airtel Customer Relationship center for number of time. Unfortunately AIRTEL appellate is also not responding and Airtel Store people are not ready to take it forward.

          Fake Recharge

          I had made an online recharge of Rs 193 from Freecharge webiste on[protected]. Recharge has been done but got benefit only 200 MB 3G & Airtel has charged Rs 168 for Processing fees. I made mistake to made wrong recharge which not available in my offers but Now Airtel was not ready to giving other benefits on this recharge.           Hello Folks, This is Roshan Jadhav, I am basically stays in mumbai. My mobile no is [protected], i am using this connection since last 4-5 years or so. In the month of june and july i have been charged with late payment charges. Below are details : 1) For may, bill payment date was 24th may, but i made payment on 29th may, reason being i was in Manali & Shimla for my honeymoon, i came to mumbai on 28th and immediately on 29th i paid your charges. Still i am charged with Late Payment Fee. You can check my call details, you will get to know that i was in manali. I have been charged with Roaming charges as i was ther in shimla and manali. I dont mind with those charges. but for 4 days cant you consider reversal of late payment charges. 2) For June payment i did not made payment as i was stuck in media activities as there were issues with BJP government and other, so i used to travel continously to pune, delhi because of which i did not made payment. when i got to know about these charges i asked your customer care team for the reversal of that amount. I am ready to pay amount after reversal immediately. Today on July 23rd i called to you customer care no, My call got connected to miss Naina More, she said we can reverse 1 month late payment charges but not for 2 months. then i asked her to escalate call to senior so she said there is no senior available on floor. so insisted her to connect again then she kept me on hold for 6-7 mins, i was on hold for 6-7 mins and call got transfered to Mr Saini Singh, as per his conversation he is floor manager, but his english was terrific. Airtel is big brand and your floor managers dont know how to speak in english. I think these are worst days for Mr Mittal and Bharti Airtel company that they dont have floor managers who can speak english and who can understand customer's concern. If my issue will not resolved within next 2 days, i will escalate these things to senior management of Bharti Airtel. Being Media Person its not difficult for me to get their email id's.               I had made transaction of 5500 Rupees on 3rd June for the new connection and the money got transferred from my ICICI account to Airtel DTH but confirmation was not received for this transaction, So I made a new transaction of same amount and that time the transaction was successful and received confirmation message too from Airtel DTH. So now for this followed up with ICICI bank as first point of contact, they told me to wait for week as if its incorrectly deducted by ICICI it gets reversed. So waited for a week after that called ICICI bank and they informed us that ICICI have send amount to airtel DTH and transaction is complete from their end for this ICICI provided me the transaction details. mentioned below DICI[protected] DICI[protected]. So after this I had called AIRTEL Customer care and following on this from last one month on mail also on call. On first call, Airtel team asked me to send the screen shot of those 2 transaction which i send on mail to given email id i.e. tprdth.[protected]@airtelworld.com. After this on second call, Airtel team asked me to send the screen shot of those 2 transaction Id given by ICICI bank which i send on mail to given email id i.e. tprdth.[protected]@airtelworld.com. After this on third call, Airtel team member [Saurav] ensured that this issue will be taken to closure by him and will inform me on daily basis the status of this issue. this was not followed at all. After this on fourth call, Saurav took the bank details from me. After this on fifth call, Saurav didnt revert post taking bank details for more than 10days and didnt even inform me the status. So called back, on that day he informed me to share the transaction id shared by ICICI bank . Which i send. After this on sixth call : Saurav was no their, Someone named chandra was their and he was not aware of any of the details. So asked him to go with the above mail trail and inform me the status. now he told me that they require complete June month bank statement. same i provided on the same day i.e. 19th Jul. At this time a senior of Chandra named Nayan informed me that he will inform me the status on daily basis as his team failed to. After this on seven call : From 19th Jul havent heard anything from Airtel DTH and while i am calling their no the call is getting disconnected now. So would require your help to solve this issue. Major problems faced in all this are : 1. Customer need to follow up with mutliple teams. 2 . Customer is never informed of the status. 3. Airtet DTH customer care doesnt store the information of the complaint. 4. No single person to contact with, every time new member and need to inform same issue to multiple people. 5. From more than one month chasing for this transfer issue.

                Port In-Recharge Problem

                I have recently ported from BSNL AP to AIRTEL NCR, but still all servers of online Recharge including airtel official website recognising my num as AP number only. unable to make Recharge to my mob num [protected]. I have done Recharge from airtel online portal, but then also failed and showing invalid number. And other private Recharge portal also not detecting my number as airtel NCR sim. I have given complaint to airtel several times...

                    Dear Team My name is Abhijit Vichare and I wish to lodge the complaint against one of the office of Bharati Airtel; located near Swargate, Pune; which caters to the customer requests for new connections of Airtel 4G. Few months back (around 3-4 months ago); I had registered the requirement of Airtel 4G connection. After registering the request; one of the staff from Airtel visited my home for 4G demo. After successful demo; I had purchased Airtel 4G dongle from Airtel''s 4G outlet located at Tilak Road and I have paid two bills after the connection and third bill is about to be generated. But still; even after 3-4 months; the request for 4G connection requirement has not been closed. I am continuously receiving calls from the Airtel''s Swargate office. It is very frustrating. I am continuously receiving calls for last few months. When I ask them about the address of their office; they do not tell the address and disconnect the call. Few days back; a lady who called me managed to tell me that her office is located at Swargate; but when asked about the exact location; she disconnected the call. Finally, I thought of lodging the complaint. Please help me out and stop these pathetic calls and harrassment. Looking forward for your positive response at the earliest. Thank you Abhijit Vichare

                      I purchased Airtel 4G Hotspot Dongle in Delhi NCR recently, the sales person advised me that it'll give me a minimum download speed of 5MBPS at all times, in reality it's giving a speed of less than 1 MBPS e.g. around 0.7 MBPS. I'm extremely dissatisfied with it's performance. Please help me getting this resolved

                        Hi, This complain has still not been resolved and am getting payment mails again and again.After I posted this complain airtel sent me an email that i do not have to pay anything and my account will be disconnected. But nothing was done and still am getting payment mails. Now the customer care people are making stories that this account is active because of ownership transfer which i have never applied for.I never even heard anything like that so why will I apply for that. Must say that Airtel customer care service is the most pathetic one.I cannot take this nonsense anymore. I need immediate disconnection and also I am not paying anything as the last payment where I confirmed disconnection twice has been paid in April.I do not owe anything to Airtel. I have the whole chain of mails exchanged so if that is required I can send it to the concerned person. Regards, Astha Shaw

                          Sir I'm M Zameer Regular customer of your company my number [protected] Dharwad City area pin code 580001. I want to complaint with the network provided by you and i have complaint many times 121 and they always resolve it without correcting the problem. The network is so low and poor signals sometimes displays No Service. That you are saying 3G, 4G forget 3g 4g. I don't even get a good 2g connection. Some times I get 1g connection and i am complaining this problem from almost more than one month. Please tell me Why should pay the bill because i don't get the proper network connection.

                            I am Vivek Sharma. My airtel prepaid mobile number [protected] is being wrongly charged for incoming calls even after doing a roaming recharge. Recently I have come to New Delhi for work and thus was on roaming my number being from Maharashtra circle. On 17th July 2015 i recharged my number with Roaming pack of Rs.29 for 28 days. This recharge provides free incoming for 28 days and local calls at Rs 0.80/min and STD calls at Rs 1.15/min.I got the confirmation message for the recharge at around 08:08 PM. Even after doing this recharge i noticed that there were deductions in my balance for incoming.I called up the customer care on 18th July 2015. The Senior Supervisor understood my problem and accepted that I am being wrongly charged. he registered a complaint on my number and asked me to wait for the technical department to get back to me in 24 hours.He also refunded Rs 36 for the wrong charge. The reference number of complaint was CBNRV[protected]. On 20th July 2015 I received a call from technical department number [protected] but it lasted for some 10 seconds and i could not hear anything.After sometime I received a message saying that the Technical Department of Airtel was trying to reach me. My problem was still not solved so I called up the customer care again. They transferred my call to another Senior Supervisor. I explained him the whole scenario again. He said that your problem will definitely be solved by 04:00 PM on 21st July 2015. I asked whether I need to recharge another roaming pack as I have to receive calls but he refused. He said like you were refunded earlier of being wrongly charged you will be refunded again till the problem is not solved. The problem was not solved. I called up again and spoke to another Senior Supervisor and he said that he will arrange a technical department callback for me . But there was no call back. I called up again on the night 21st July 2015 and another senior supervisor said that there was technical problem and that is why they could not call but will surely call before 10 AM of 22nd July 2015. There was no call back from the technical department. I called up the customer care again on 22nd July 2015 at around 1130 PM. This time I spoke to the Senior supervisor and told him the issue. This SENIOR SUPERVISOR called MAHESH from MAHARASHTRA CIRCLE was very RUDE and NOT EVEN LISTENING TO ME.He again said we will check with technical department but this time I refused to postpone it. I asked for my refund of balance and said that will do a new roaming recharge for the time being. He started giving me vague solutions like checking my settings of networks and was not listening to me only. He said that you are not being wrongly charged etc. He straightaway said I CANNOT HELP YOU and do whatever you want. He kept the phone thereafter. The reference numbers which were given to me are- CWRCH[protected] CBDCC[protected] CBNRV[protected] I want the total refund of the incoming deductions made on my number after 18th July 2015.My problem of incoming calls should be either solved as soon as possible. There should be some disciplinary action taken against the Senior Supervisor Mahesh of Maharashtra circle. please look into this problem soon Thank you VIVEK SHARMA- [protected]

                              I am virender saini and having airtel number [protected] more than 10 years but on 21 july they delete my number without informing me . I am a premium customer and having averagely more than 500 rs per month. Now customer care said your number will not activate its delete now and nor they answering why they deleted my number and i am a buisnessman i am facing difficulty in daily buisness transactions .                                 Hi, Sir/Mam Please help me i am really in a no where situation actually i was using a vodafone prepaid and i ported my no. [protected] to airtel post paid and now the problem the operator is not helping to resolve my issue the problem is since the no. is ported i am not able to receive any call nor able to receive any message nor able to send message i am just able to make outgoing whenever i call up call center they say its in process it will be resolved soon they register a complain and give a time line and the problem is not yet resolved i call 3 to 4 times a day to call center and they dont have any answer for that please help me please incoming calls and messages are very important to me my work is pending as i am not able to get any call nor messages Kindly be a helping hand to me Regards Deepak Sahtiani [protected]

                                  sir on 21/07/2015 in my airtel no [protected] sim the balance was 850 and also i had 200 mb of 3g data in my phone on that day and night i did not start my data connection the last time i start was around 8pm on 21 which shows me 200 mb left there after i turn of my data. on 22 when i called from my phone it show me that you have zero rupees balance and 0 mb data left when i call customer care they didnot give any satisfactory answer to the same and told me that the deduction is due to net surfing when i told them that i never use the net and how 200mb and 850rs deduct without using net than they cut the call and also i made many attemts to contact them but finally they told that they will call me within 24 hours but do not give any satisfatory reason for the same. sir please look into the matter and do needful

                                    Hi this is ajinkya bhosale, I have bought airtel prepaid sim card with number [protected] in ownership of my brother akshay bhosale from below airtel authorised shop:

                                    Address: Vision Gallery, chawdar tale, at post mahad, Tal-Mahad, Dist.Raigad, State-Maharashtra, PIN-402301,

                                    on Thursday 16th 2015 @Rs.75/- with skim of 75/- core balance, but haven't received recharge of Rs.75/- yet, and when i visited the shop regarding complaint; shop owner Mr. Nilesh Yadav refused to recharged and he spoke arrogantly"I will not recharge, jo karna hai karo";
                                    I would request airtel to please consider the request and kindly recharge my number with Rs 75/- else i will go to consumer court for sure.
