Date of recharge is 31 july Transaction id is 388226 I recharge my mobile data with airtal mobile app(See attachment) .After that i got a msg and my airtel app shows me data balance. But when i use data its start deduct my main balance. Iregister complaint to [protected]@in.airtel.com but it send me a strange reply that you do't have any data plan thats why your balance is ducted. Please see below mailer trail with airtal [protected][protected][protected][protected]------- [ HI, Hope you got mail and my concern, Please revert me back ASAP, as i am still facing below mention issues.     I send this following email to Airtel support on 20/6/2015 -------- "Hi, I subscribed internet plan for rs 250/- only. But my data usage is showing by that is too much. I didnt received any gentle reminder of my data usage, i received this email and message after reaching data limit of 1266MB and now you charging extra money that is 750 RS. Its happening again second time with me. Before this i ignored but now its too much. Please fix this issue because I am willing to pay that extra amount. " But they disnt agree on there mistake and not the send me an ebill for rs 1190.54/- They are not responding properly and forcing me to pay this bill at my end but fault is at there end. They didnt send me any notification or alert message before exceeding the data and this happened 2nd time again with me. At the first time i ignored but now i can. i will not pay this amount of bill. I need my actual bill. To much frustrating services by Airtel, They will not admit there mistakes anywhere always try to charge much or try to deduct your mount in prepaid balance. They will never provide you a appropriate solution and will not fix your issue. Here, In attachment i am only attaching a single email proof, if required then i can share complete email thread, which i had with Airtel. Please help.

      Airtel gave wrong information about my internet pack and said me to use internet free, but it charged me Rs.200(avg) after that Airtel activated a Rs.250 as per their choice and charged me Rs.250. kindly take a complain as I tried many times to give complain but they are not taking any complain . I don't have more time, so please help me to refund.

        Dear Customer Support, Its been so long since I have been trying to get hold of someone at Airtel who can at least respond to the problems I am facing because of your "Efficient Customer Care" support, as I have already written this mail to several of nodal officers, mail ids are mentioned below and some screen shots are attached 1. Vivek Sharma dthnodal.[protected]@in.airtel.com 2. Manish Goel dthnodal.[protected]@in.airtel.com 3. nodalofficer.[protected]@in.airtel.com If you can spare some time and go through the trail mails. I am once again re-iterating my problem: "I have recently shifted to Vatika Lifestyle Homes Sector 83 Gurgaon and residing at N1 601. I have placed a request to install two Airtel DTH set top boxesat my place in two different rooms. I got a call from Mr. Abhay (May be the dealer +91-[protected]) and Mr. Shailender (Actual installation guy +91-[protected] / +91-[protected]) for the same and when the latter (Mr. Shailender) visited my flat, i made him aware of the situation that Vatika is allowing only single wire from roof to the flat and that too internally, so if you can support two set top boxes (at two different rooms which are required to work at the same time) through one wire. To which he said that he has never done so but he can give it a try, to which i said that i will give you back both the boxes if the system fails and not able to fulfil my requirements. After that he gave it a try and put the system on trial for 3-4 days but as expected things did not work. I asked him to take back both the boxes and refund my money as it is of no use, to which he is straight away denied and asked me to contact the Dealer or Airtel. And saying he can take back one box and other things which are not at all logical. Its been more than 30 days, since i am requesting this gentleman to refund and take back the stuff but to no use. I want to use Airtel but if there is no solution to my problem then i will go ahead with some other operator who can provide me with a better solution. As other service provider like Tata Sky and Dish etc. are supporting two set-top boxes through one single wire. I request you again to please refund my money and tame back your set top boxes. And i would like to suggest strongly, not to employ such unprofessional people as they will only help spoiling the image of a brand like Airtel. Kindly look into the same and provide me with a solution." I am writing this mail with a hope to get resolution to my problem. Looking forward to get at-least a response.           Hi All, I got my number ported to Airtel Karnataka on 26th of July. Ever since then my mobile internet is not working . I tried reaching out for help from the service provider, on 121, Airtel store and every possible point of contacts. However from anywhere and everywhere what I ever got was wastage of time, unreasonable turnaround time, fake reasons almost everything but the solution. And lastly when I approached the Airtel store in order to get a NOC so that I may get this number ported to some other service provider within 6 month of portability they even declined the same. So please let me know that what options am I left with as a consumer, # As per TRAI guidelines I can’t change my service provider in within 6 months of 1st portability # Airtel has not given me a solution in 8 day time frame.(And not even willing to give as per there “Tech. Service Executive”) # As per there misleading “Tech. Service Executive” am using the second SIM for the same number.(Had to buy new SIM ) # Also I am supposed to pay for the services which I have never used, just because is so called “Airtel’s My Plan”. Just let me know that if Airtel has got license as an telecom operator or license to harass and rob customers. AIRTEL GOES VERY WELL WITH “ANY PROBLEM, NO SOLUTION” !!A sad Consumer!! Aditya Kumar

              Thanks for acknowledge my complaint but the same thing did by [protected]@in.airtel.com and they are still working on it form past 3-4 days.
              For past 5 days i am not able to use my Internet properly.
              Please refund my deduct balance ASAP and increase my data plan validity Or refund my whole money.
              I am airtel user form past 5 years. its very frustrating actually.
              Now i want to port out from airtel please tell me procedure.

                Myself kumud ranjan bearing [protected] had recharged my no through rs 220 on 24/02/2015 and payment refrence - [protected]G00QMHVP8, SBI INTERNET BANKING, after recharging they deducted my complete balance and my balance is shown me nil, after wards i tried many times to customer care to know the matter, but they didnt listen me. Due to illness i didnt complained at that time, but today i have to know the exact seen of my matter.kindly look this matter as early as possible to resolve it. whatever is solution let me inform on my alternate no [protected], then so that i can move to the higher authority. thank you

                  I was using reliance postpaid services and i decided to port to airtel because there were network issues in my office when i was using reliance . It took 9 days for the porting to be done, post which my number got activated last Wednesday, but i was unable to receive calls and to send or receive messages . I am an executive level employee of an online agency and i have missed many important calls because of this . I tried enough to get my work done, but the people at airtel would only keep asking for an extra 24 hours every time i called them up . It has been 5 days and i've missed a lot of important calls . Now, along with my services resuming ASAP, i am looking for compensation and an apology mail from airtel post which i will close this case . I am reasdy to appear in court and my company legal department head will lead the case . Expecting a response ASAP.

                  Ok, so I'd got a call from this number [protected] from some Mr.Prashant yesterday, who promised to provide a resolution in the next two hours and it was 3 P.M, at 6 P.M i called him back twice and he did not answer .
                  Today, i called him up 5 times continuously, the only thing that he managed to say was that the team is working on it . Since 5 days i've only received vague answers from Airtel . OWhen i asked him for his full name, he told me that it was none of my business and that he is working on my issue . On further investigation i found out that he was Sr.Executive of the escalation team . He did not talk properly and was not providing any details . After much requesting, i finally convinced him to call me back, he said he would do so in 15 minutes . Now i have tried calling him up 8 times already and he has not answered my call .

                          Hi, I made this complaint about my Airtel Tv not giving sound 2 weeks ago. This is my mother's Airtel DTH connection. Its located in Margaon, Goa. Airtel TV .acct.no [protected] Registered email. [protected]@yahoo.co.in When I registered the Complaint, I received the following msg but there was nothing that was done. Your request has been acknowledged. Your reference no. is DT[protected]. We will get back to you in 2 hrs.Please provide this reference No. for any future correspondence related to this enquiry. This was almost 10 days ago. We still have no clue what is happening and we recharged the connection again today. When we go to the Airtel office, we are asked to call the call center.                               Hi, I've raised a service request with Airtel on May 19th to disconnect my broadband and outgoing landline connection and retain my Intercom facility with Rs.100 per month rental plan to contact other flats using Intercom in my apartment complex. From my existing Rs.1399 plan, they changed to Rs.549 plan without disconnecting my broadband. I've contacted them from that time till 2-3 days back at least 25-30 times and everytime I hear an apology from them and saying it will be done in 24 hours time. Recently, one of the member from retention dept said, send a mail to [protected]@in.airtel.com which even I've done. That lady called Hema called me back and said, it's been received by that team and they confirmed to her that my plan will be replaced with Rs.100 per month for Intercom facility. It's been at least 2 weeks, I called and asked her team members to ask her to contact me, no use. From May 19th, I'm following up with different departments in Airtel and only esupport team is having access to enable this particular plan from backend. I'm totally lost faith in Airtel even after I am a customer for long years without any problems till recently. Hope, they will look into this issue and close it fast.                                   Iam an user of airtel 4g dongle. Since I've had few queries regarding the connection and usage I've been trying to connect with the airtel customer care service. I've tried all the possible customer care numbers and haven't got any kind of response for the 4g connection. I've been trying this for a month and still not able to connect.                                     My AirTel 4g wifi router connection is out of internet for 4 days now. I registered complaint on 31st July 15 and they said to solve it only by 4th Aug 2015. Now considering already am out of internet for 4 days and further 2 more days until you solve it (hopefully). This means totally I would be out of internet @ home for 6 days. I had enabled smart bytes of 10 GB and paid 1000 INR more for that. I am left with few GBs which I cannot use because the internet is down. You will not pay back or credit the unused quota as well. I called up customer care twice and they said not to call me back until its resolved and we shall call back (the same day I called 1st and 2nd Aug 15) and not one called back at all. What kind of customer service is that to look a critical issue at your leisure.

                                      On 28.07.2015, we made request to change Billing Plan to One family Plan of Airtel for mob nos., [protected], [protected], [protected] and [protected] at their Vikas Puri Office in New Delhi. It has not happened till date. The first telephone got changed to pre paid and later to post paid. However, on follow up we were informed that other phones could not be processed first due to end of the financial mid-year on 31.07.2015. On 1.08.2015, we were promised that it will happen within the day. However, our three phones with different members are out of service till date. We are totally appalled by this tardy service of Airtel to make a change in the much advertised One family Plan. Needless to add here that physical verification of our documents at our residence has been done on 29.07.2015. We hope some one from Airtel will take note of the situation and do the needful without further delay.

                                        MY Airtel DTV ID.[protected]; RECHARGED WITH Rs.2145/- ON 29/7/2015 FOR 12 MONTHS. I unfortunately opted for AIRTEL Service for DTV on 3rd March 2015. Thereafter recharged for three months SOUTH VALUE SPORTS PACK in April first week 2015. Again I tried to get recharge on line. AIRTEL provided Cust Care number for 101 services and so each hapless consumer has to waste a lot of time for getting ultimately nothing out of the call. So after wasting more than half a day, I chose to get recharge through PAYTM.COM. So, paid 2145/- for SOUTH SUPER MAX TELUGU. Exactly 24 hours after recharge, Airtel send SMS stating that "Request for activating airtel digital TV long duration pack could not be processed as existing pack is different from the pack recharge done. Please call[protected] /[protected]" This is the kind of service Airtel offers. Instead of solving, suggesting steps, making customer hang on to AIRTEL UNENDING REDRESSAL SYSTEM for days and weeks without resolve. I advise people to choose the operator carefully and request you to arrange to take back their equipment and return money. Karunakumar K
