Hi, This is Namitha from Bangalore having airtel prepaid connection no. [protected]. I lost my mobile yesterday night, hence, I want to request the Airtel team to please BLOCK this Sim card ASAP. Please guide me through the process of issuing a duplicate prepaid SIM card (if possible, with the balance amount from my previous SIM).     Before around 15 days. I got a 251 recharge under my offers (*121#) . As per offer i would get 3GB 2G date + unlimited. But i get only 1.5 GB at the same time and rest data did not received till date. I have called to customer care as on 07 Aug 2015 near about 08:00 AM and reviled my prob to the customer care they connected me with senior supervisor, who was asking me for a proof or my offer plan. He was asking and inquiring as I am standing in front of judge. please resolve my issue.

    I got a offer of Rs98 2g 1gb data for 28days . But on recharging i received only 400 Mb data And 15 Days validity . Please resolve it as soon as possible.

      I have carried my above phone to U.S.. I was getting all incoming and outgoing calls and messages, since I have paid charges as per their message sent to me. Now for the past 10 days I am getting any calls or messages. Although the signal is bright, but no use. All my efforts to contact AIRTEL failed. Kindly restore my connection immediately, since I am expecting lot of important and emergency calls from my motherland. Ravi

        Hello I would like to put in the complain that. i converted my postpaid to prepaid, no: [protected], bangalore, karnataka my post paid has been disconnected and its 3 days now and the pre - paid sim is not yet active. i called up the activation dept on 59059, they are telling 4 hours and 4 hours..., its 3 days now no go. very very bad service. regards manojit

          My Airtel number is [protected].I have problem from the last 2 month that in my number automatic sms send on this number 54999818 & i show only delivery report & balance deduction in my mobile display . and other problem is automatic mobile app downloading cutting 10Rupees but i m not use internet in this number & my mobile is simple not supporting any apps than how 2 this reduce my balance. This all happening without my knowledge.i am complain to Airtel customer care but positive reply not come from them side. solution.Kindly help me to solve the above problem. .

            We have Brought 6 postpaid connection From Airtel under Corporate plan.After 8 day Consistent followed up and status is Not explained by Airtel Executive, They are Denying to attempt the call.They already charged for postpaid. We all company Employee have Handed Them Our Documents.The No to be ported are Important Phone no.Refusing to log the complaint.Kindly suggest where we have to log the complaint to activate this connection. Hectic Experience For Postpaid how to get connection back.

                Dear Sir/Madam I want to say that my Airtel 4G number [protected] is not working from the last 4 days.As I had registered complaint to Bharti Airtel Ltd., Plot No. 21, Rajiv Gandhi Technology Park, Chandigarh - 160 101 but nobody is attending the complaints and they are mentally harrasing me from the last 3 days by saying that there is a downtime going on.Please take a legal action against Airtel Customercare as soon as possible.Thanks With Regards Puneet Pal Singh

                  Broadband services for Airtel have been stopped in Sector 14 area in Gurgaon for more than two weeks now starting from July 20, 2015. We have tried contacting the customer care of the company many times and they have provided us several deadlines as to when the issue will be resolved. Till now I regret to say there have not been any steps taken by the company to resolve the matter. They have provided the monthly bill instead charging us the full monthly rental of Rs. 1480.86 for the period July 02, 2015 to August 22, 2015 even when the internet was not working in the past 20 days. The company has made false promises and has kept on extending the deadlines for rectifying the situation. I request you to kindly look into the matter and resolve our problem as the company is liable to waiver off the payment of the monthly bill of the previous month and the current month for the great inconvenience caused by it to several of its customers.

                      Hi This is Vivek here, This is regarding my second broadband connection request for my house at Madurai. On 24th July requested airtel for new connection, 25th July - airtel staff comes, checks the feasibility and confirms connection. Took an advance amount of rs.1100. After which he promised that the connection would be given the very next day or the latest by Monday dt 27th July. Its been 2 weeks, till no response from them. Now the staff ignores my phone call, while trying to reach their landline, they just pick the call and after hearing my voice, they abruptly cut the call. Mobile number of the staff : [protected] Land Line number : [protected] Name of the dealer : Bharath Mobiles sales and service (Bharath Enterprises) 187A, east veli street, Madurai HO, Madurai - 625001, opp.LA LA bakery I am fed up of escalating and trying to get a solution. Contacted customer care and complained thrice, Still no action. Complaint number : 58233454 Airtel, I cant wait anymore, Either provide me with connection COB today, Or make arrangement for immediate refund.                       I recieved a call from Madurai head office, saying that the capacity for the Narimedu area is full, However they have now got the approval for extension and by 10TH August 4 pm installation would be completed, However its a shame I did not even get a phone call regarding the status.

                      Airtel I am totally disappointed with your service.

                      Please refund my money as soon as possible.

                      I will surrender my other airtel broad band connections and airtel digital tv connections soon.

                          What’s the amount Airtel charge to convert SIM to Micro SIM. MH - Arihant communication - AEO Shop 1, survey no 8/2, Yashwant nagar chowk, opp axis bank, kharadi by-pass road, kharad, pune:411014 Pincode : 411014 I visited above center yesterday and got converted my SIM to Micro SIM after waiting for 45 min. However the lady (Ashwini) asked me to pay Rs.50/- as fee. I gave her note of Rs. 100/-, but she didn’t had Rs.50/- to return. So she did not accepted the Rs.100, but said that I can pay Rs. 30 if I have as change. But I did not have that too. So I managed to get the change from nearby shop. Now I offered Rs. 30 to the lady in the Airtel center, as she was ready to accept it if it’s change. But this time she said no and asked me to pay Rs.50/-. I was in hurry so I didn’t argue with her and paid the amount that she said. So it’s evident that she has changed me extra. And it’s might be happening daily with every customer. But the question is what’s the official amount that Airtel charges to get replacement of SIM with Micro SIM?

                              I recharged by calling 121311 (airtel self service) and selected data option and then selected option 5 which clearly said that i will get 1GB 2G for 28 days at rs 176 but i have only got 700MB for 21 days and you have deducted 176 rupees.

                                Today 5:20pm I create 1 pack for call reducing then I am waiting for more than hour but I d'nd get confirmation msg for that then 7:10pm I create another pack for that then I wait and see my balance will deducted for both packs thereafter I call to airtel Cc but I am not getting any satisfactory answer.

                                    I see that there is a deduction of 800 Rs in one day for data services. I do not get any message before I am shifted to this expensive plan, please return part of this money to my number[protected] and also part of it to my wife's number[protected].                                     I have been following up for last one month and still it is not resolved. You should take permission from your customers before shifting to such expensive plan. You make lot of money in this process, that is what you don't want to take permission or intimate your customers.

                                    This is unethical. You should return RS 800 back to me.

                                      I contacted airtel to get new broadband connection on 27/07/2015 . On 28/07/2015 a sales representative came and collected documents and amount of Rs 1100/- and told they will give connection on or before sunday 02/08/2015 (sales person Ramesh - Ph [protected]). On 28th itself sales person checked the airtel connection box it is feasible to give a new connection and said the connection can be given with 4mbps plan. On saturday 01/08/2015 another person contacted me they will connection on that day but nobody came, so i contacted again on sunday they said they will come soon so i waited and called them in that evening and they gave a reply they don't have wire to connect. So i contacted Monday, Tuesday repeatedly they replied with just don't have the wire . Even a customer care contacted me about new connection is given, i hae complained to them also no response. So i asked them today refund the money and documents given by me. And asked the manager number of sales (Saravanan Ph [protected]) and Installation manger (Karthik [protected]) i contacted them several times they are not evening attending the calls . After several times asking for the refund only a person came to give connection with the wire . I asked the person that i don't want your connection because of bad service. Airtel is one of the big company providing broadband they don't even have a wire to give broadband connection? I don't know what they are thinking.

                                      After 2 days they contacted and apologized for the delay and installed the new connection . In future if your not able to give the connection in time just inform about the problem to the customer it will take this much time to give connection .
