Hi This is Vivek here,
This is regarding my second broadband connection request for my house at Madurai.
On 24th July requested airtel for new connection, 25th July - airtel staff comes, checks the feasibility and confirms connection. Took an advance amount of rs.1100. After which he promised that the connection would be given the very next day or the latest by
Monday dt 27th July. Its been 2 weeks, till no response from them.
Now the staff ignores my phone call, while trying to reach their landline, they just pick the call and after hearing my voice, they abruptly cut the call.

I am fed up of escalating and trying to get a solution.
Contacted customer care and complained thrice, Still no action.

Airtel, I cant wait anymore, Either provide me with connection COB today, Or make arrangement for immediate refund.
Else, I would like to take legal action, as well by publishing the same in the local newspaper.
