Hi Team,
Hereby is the Address proof attached for unblocking the Airtel money account on [protected].
I loaded Rs. 5000/- amount to my airtel money account on 15july2015 at 10.00AM, with the HDFC credit card ending with ************7940 in the name of Sourabh Kumar Jadia.
After 48hours, when i tried to transfer that amount to Bank Account number ending with ********5091, it showed that your airtel money account has been Blocked, kindly contact customer care.
But to my surprise I had a terrible encounter with the support Team. I was talking to Ms. Meena, full of attitude and arrogance, who did not have any time to attend and explain or understand the issue and hence generated the wrong complaint against it, with reference number 37442883 on 19/7/2015 11.15AM
and later on got a new reference number 37473485 this morning after explaining the same concern to some other lady.
I contacted the team again and the same thing was repeated by Ms. Puja, when asked to transfer the call to the senior, asked to wait for almost 20-25 minutes and hence contacted with Mr.Mangesh, who told me to drop a mail to you people with a photo Id proof.
Seeking for help from you guys as my amount has got stuck in that account, Kindly look into this and revert asap.
