As i'm using Airtel postpaid SimCard [protected] from last 4 months i'm not getting the signal inside my Home so please do clear my issue as v three persons are using airtel in same home it as became a big issues with my business. so please try resolve this issue.My address, 1001, raj garden flat, new vikas gruh road, paldi, ahemedabad..     I have been fighting with airtel for two months now when they are billing the blackberry charges twice for the same period. They had reversed the charges for the last month after my consistent fighting over phone and e-mails (period 23 May-22 June) BUT had again billed it twice INR 399 for this period (23 June-22 July). This is unethical business practice clearly with the intentions to cheat customers as most of the customer may not be going into details of the bills. I would like to take this up with them with consumer court and ask for compensation as they had been doing this for long and may be to many consumers.

      Dear Sir, I have taken 4 postpaid connections 3 months back on 15/07/2015 I have lost my dual sim mobile. With maximum number of tries I have contacted Airtel Customer Care I have raised a complaint to deactivate the two nos. ([protected] & [protected]) which I have lost & the Customer Care Executive said that she has raised a complaint for deactivation but it was not deactivated & I didn't get any confirmation on my alternative no. nor to my email id for deactivation. The bill was generated for this month & I got billing amount around Rs. 2700/- for both the nos. & I am continuously trying to contact customer care to deactivate the nos. but no response. All my efforts to deactivate were ignored. Please don't threaten me to pay the bill amount as I have raised a complaint to deactivate my lost numbers immediately. Kindly do the needful. Am fed up with the whole issue. I would request you take a swift action against Airtel

        We have taken almost 12 corporate connection from airtel since 1.5yrs. Since January 2015 we have been facing a he'll lot of problems with airtel's network and 3G internet connection. Many o[censored]s have been putting up complaints almost every month to airtel customer care and the only reply We get is my network team will get back to you in 48 hrs. Non have taken the courtesy to reply to any of the complaints. Even today as on[protected] we are still facing the same problem and have been paying rentals to airtel for the service which we not been able to use because of its network issue. Guys please avoid porting to airtel. The worst network carrier in and around Mumbai.

              This is to inform you that I had purchased Airtel 4g from Capgemini M6 office from Mr. Krishna on June 24, 2015. Initially was happy with service. But with effect from 3-Jul-15 the Airtel internet wifi service has been DISASTROUS and resolution from customer care even more DREADFUL. I have attached the emails going on and forth without any resolution My issue was – since Jul 3, 2015, I’m not able to use the internet neither on laptop nor on cell at all even though the signal shows blue i.e. 3G service on. I have had enough of this nonsense & ‘DON’T CARE ATTITUDE’ from Airtel guys. I’m shocked to know that I have consumed my limit when actually I have not been able to use the airtel internet at all. SO I’m going ahead and disconnecting the airtel plan as I have had enough. I had paid Rs.1500 for the instrument which I will return back. Please refund the same to me ASAP

                Recently twice my balance was deducted in the name of data usage...in the last 30 days on my mobile no. [protected]. In the last 30 days I have recharged the mobile cell number twice for 50/- rupees and each time I found my balance nil after few minutes or hours.

                I haven't activated nor used any other internet or data services...then how my balance was deducted by Airtel.

                It's not the first time that your company is doing this immoral activity on my number and the compensation amount for harassment will be big from my side.

                  Today dated 30/7/2015 my sim no. [protected] got ported from docomo to airtel. Sim is activated on 9.20am on the same day. after that i made a rechage of Rs.200/ and 48 Rs? whatsapp pack.. after using whatsapp for 5minites i turnedoff the net but one lash msg came like this. you have ued 59Mb of data and last usage chrge is 61Rs/..
                  i already actuvated whatsapp eventhough then have deducted my currency.. so i am kindly requesting you to refund my amount

                      Since 27th July 2015, My airtel DTH is not working . I am getting no signal error . After lodging a complaint I was told that the issue will be taken care by 28th July 4 p.m, but I didn't get a call from any of the airtel customer care offices nor any one visited my place to check the airtel connection . Later on, when I called I was told resolution will be provided by 11 a.m on 29th july and then it was changed to 1. 00 Pm, still no one has turned up to check my issue .                           I had purchased a new sim card on[protected] and it was activated only on[protected] and that too after several requests to the Airtel office in ITPL, Bangalore. I had requested for a nano sim and I was told to activate the nano sim through my current airtel sim. I did the same with the steps (provided by the airtel staff) on[protected] at 20:17 and my nano sim was supposed to be activated within 15 minutes. Now the current time is 12:[protected]. I have been experiencing a very bad service from Airtel. I want a solution as soon as possible.

                          I too have bad experience from Airtel office in ITPL, Bangalore. They are totally irresponsible. I have ported Airtel just because of their irresponsibility. Services of Airtel stores are getting worse day by day.
                          Airtel in India is really worst nowadays. My friend also had bad experience from Airtel office in ITPL. Is airtel aware of this? Pathetic Service..!!

                            Dear, I paid my postpaid bill due via online on 23rd July 2015, while making the payment it seems that I have entered the number wrongly, my number being [protected] I entered [protected] which I noticed only after 4 days when I read the payment confirmation mail sent to my mail I'd.I paid Rs.570/- via online using my IOB credit card ending with 7192 on 23 July 2015 vide transaction Id 280519.the trail mail shows you the exact details... When contacted the customer care they do not have any option of helping to redirect the money wrongly paid to my number. Even the team leader Mr. Ramesh whom I spoke has no option for it.. The most ridiculous thing they told, they can help if the number which I wrongly entered is a prepaid one... Very strange and disappointed to receive a reply from a service provider like Airtel.Moreover, they want me to speak to the customer of wrongly paid number to return apparently when i contacted is a old woman who took the phone had no clue and behaved arrogantly and scolded me not to disturb her as its my mistake... YES I truly understand its my mistake of oversight but Airtel too must have an option to save ppl like me... As ppl. are busy nowadays who will take pains to sort others problem, I can't blame the old lady too... Who has no clue abt this... I humbly request Airtel to redirect the money to my account ...                               Dear Sir/Ma’am, It took me several visits to the Airtel Store to get a valid SIM for converting my Post – Paid plan to a Pre Paid plan in the last 15 days till they finally handed me a new SIM as my Pre – Paid Card. How ever on July 28, 2015 at about 8.00 PM, Airtel simply discontinued my number from service. All outgoing and incoming calls are barred and when someone calls the message played is – This Number does not exist.                                 In first week of this month I recharged my no. [protected] from official website 4 discounted local calls @ 1.6 p for 2 sec till 56 days with 105 rupees . After successful recharge I didn't get the same because according to customer care this scheme was till 6 June 15 and after that 105 rupees recharge is for discounted local calls for night. When I asked why after month sites giving this option to customers online, they have no answer. I 4 time called at customers care and 2 time mailed but they are try to kidding me. till now official site shows same option. I send them fotos of the page as they asked me. Every time they repeat same arguments I try to convince me that you got that one for which you apply after my argument and demand they did promise me your problem will solve in two days but not till now

                                  Dear Sir, Myself Jayakumar from Bangalore, I am facing deactivation issue for 4G LTE number [protected]. I have given a request to convert this connection from post-paid to pre-paid on 21st May by paying all the dues till that time. I have been told that it will be done within 48 hours, but they never did that on time. They were ignoring my calls and mails with the clear intention to delay the closure. After many follow-ups via mails and calls, they finally did so on 1st of June. I thought the whole issue got resolved and I was not using this connection since then. Now for the past 5 days, Airtel billing department is calling and harassing me to pay the balance due for the rest 10 days on the same number. How am I responsible for the delay on their side??? I am fed up with the whole issue. I would request you take a swift action against Airtel. Regards, Jayakumar

                                  It's over 2 weeks and I am still waiting for the update on this from Airtel. Another classic example of poor and delayed service and they want the customer to suffer and pay the penalty for their delay.

                                    Incident Date:- 27-July-2015 Client Name - Praveen Kathait I am writing this complaint with deep dissatisfaction and frustration. I am using Airtel Prepaid mobile number and till yesterday I had around 500 MB of 3G data and around 220 Rs. of Talk Time in it. Evening around 8 pm I used I mobile internet for an hour without browing any heavy site and download. After 1 hour net stopped working and I found that I mobile ran out of balance all my 500 MB data was consumed as well. Upon calling Airtel customer care I didn't got any valid justification and they were trying to mislead me with some non acceptable reason. When I asked for details they were unable to answer some of my query. In past as well I have been using this type of service and data is never consumed this way. I am feeling very cheated the way they responsed and the way they work. Resolution - I want my talk time to be refuned which I recharged on 21-July-2015.

                                      i have applied & Paid Airtel broad band connection onine on 20th Jul 2015. Till date there is no response from Airtel representsatives. Whenever i call them they are saying Tomorrow we will call and confirm you for connection. i registered complaint through Customer complaint mailsas below appellate.[protected]@in.airtel.com nodal.[protected]@in.airtel.com Alteast Nodal guys replying will resolve in 4days but 8days completed. Appellate respresentative not even replying to the complaint registered through mail. I need the connection or the amount need to get repaid immediately. atleast i can buy from other internet provideres. I though their service will be good.Only in the Advertisement their service is good not meeting customer expectations. If you are not able to provide such response remove all your online services.                                         I'm Manoj kumar my mobile number is [protected]. I'm charging Rs.2 paisa/sec (i.e) Rs.1.20/minute for every local calls. TARI has slashed mobile call charges on April 9, 2015 reference link http://www.thehindu.com/business/Industry/trai-slashes-ceiling-tariffs/article70... but still Airtel is charging higher rate without following TRAI norms. not only call charges SMS also charging Rs. 1/ Sms. As per TRAI norm telecom operator can charge maximum Rs. 80/paisa for roaming. for non roaming it will be even lesser price only.. For SMS Rs. 25 paisa/sms but Airtel is charging Rs.1 for SMS. It is against consumer rights. Kindly take necessary actions.
